API - Creating Audiences (Groups) in Bulk with Postman

In my instance we use a lot of groups. Our groups break down into several areas; groups for our vendors (to isolate external companies), groups for our internal organizations, and lastly ad hoc groups created by admins and power users for reporting. Due to a recent re-org I needed to create a lot of groups, and this is how I accomplished it in Postman. New Waiting list dependency for "Pending Admin Approval"

Hi We’ve noticed that now if we want to mark the Course Enrollment Policy as “Pending Admin Approval” we are forced to select the “Enable Waiting list” option. This must be a recent change because we have courses created un July that didn't require this option. The enrollment now remains active even after the maximum enrollment number has been reached. We don’t use waiting lists and need the ability to hide a session once it has reached its maximum enrollment quota. Any idea why this setting was changed? Thanks

API - Lookup List of calls

I’m really struggling with finding the available APIs for the tasks I’d like to accomplish. Is there a list somewhere that is searchable? The calls are split all over the place - some in Learn, some in Manage, some in Course, some in Enrollments, etc. How can I find all the calls related across the various modules so that I don’t have to do this constant hunt and peck? Is there a list somewhere that I’ve missed? The current need is anything that allows us to manage the issued certificates. I can’t find anything, but not sure if it’s just because I’ve gone cross-eyed trying to read through all of the endpoints. Any guidance appreciated. Thanks!

Archive Enrollments - can someone provide a use case?

Hello Docebo friends! Is anyone using “Archive and Unenroll” rather than “Archive and Re-enroll”? I like the re-enroll function, but I am trying to determine when I might need to archive and unenroll. I checked KBAs and guides to see if there was clarification when it might be appropriate to archive/unenroll, but this was all I found.“In the pop-up that opens, set whether you want to archive the active enrollment and re-enroll the user in the same course or unenroll the user after archiving the enrollment. If you select the second option, remember that learners will no longer be able to access the course once their enrollment is archived, but you can possibly re-enroll them manually, or they can self-enroll if the course enrollment policy allows them to do so.”I might just be completely blanking on this but please let me know if you understand when/why to use Archive and Unenroll. Pre-set images on Resume page

Hi all, I have managed to change the course images and thumbnails on a number of courses. When I go into a course it displays fine, and when I first click into a part saved course, however when I come out of the course I get the default pre-set image. Does anyone know how to change this please?

Two-way Workday Integration

We currently are using the Workday recipe in Docebo connect to bring our Workday data into Docebo, however, we’d also like to send back completion data for certain courses/learning plans into Workday for compliance tracking. I was just wondering if anyone has experience sending data back to Workday and how it works for you. Thanks :)

Is it possible to automatically update Power Users' assigned resources?

As the title suggests, I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically update the list of assigned resources for Power Users (PU)?I created a profile that grants certain PUs access to the insights tab, and I have to manually assign resources (users, groups, courses, and learning plans) to each of those PUs in order for them to be able to use insights as intended. These PUs need view access to all users, groups, courses, and learning plans.My concern is that when new users, groups, courses, and learning plans are created that I’ll have to go back and manually update each PU’s assigned resources to reflect those changes.Is there a way to automate this? Or have the assigned resources update automatically when new items are created?Please let me know if you have any insights into this question!Thanks, Eric

Updating Passwords for Existing Users

Our new hires access their profiles initially with their personal email. Once they complete initial onboarding courses, I update their accounts to their work email using our csv template. When I update, I also include a new, generic password with the intent that they cannot access their account again until their official hire date. The new password is not registering, however, and we have people accessing their updated account before their start date, which is a problem. Does anyone know how to reset passwords with a csv, or do I need to go into each account manually?

CSV Upload expiration vs Admin Deactivation

Hello,I’m looking for guidance concerning a quirk when uploading users via a csv file. When a user’s Active Status changes from 1 (Active) to 0 (Inactive) on our csv feed, the user is expired in the system vs being deactivated. Docebo generates a date in the Expiration field in the General Information tab. When Deactivating users as an admin by clicking off their green check mark, this does not occur. The issue is that when an employee comes back to work for us and their email is reactivated, even though the Active column on the csv shows a 1 for active, Docebo does not reactivate them. The expiration date prevents that. Chat support said that we had to manually remove the expiration date in order for the employee to be reactivated, and that works. But I can’t help that think there is a better way for this, like a setting I can’t find somewhere. People are rehired by companies constantly and we have no communication with any of the teams that handle hires and their email creds. Please

Annual Compliance Course Management

Fellow Docebo Superadmins, How do you handle compliance courses that require completion with a certain cadence within Docebo? What about recurring ILT courses? For compliance courses, we would rather directly enroll the learners into the renewal course, but the certifications feature only allows learner self-enrollment; there isn’t a dynamic enrollment feature. Right now, we are not using certifications because of this. We are creating a new course for each year and are manually re-enrolling employees each month...Ouch. We also need to make sure we keep the full completion history (we cannot erase previous completions). Thoughts?

Integration of Elucidat with Docebo for Detailed Quiz Analytics

Hi Team,If I integrate Elucidat with Docebo, will it provide an answer breakdown for the question package that is part of SCORM, or should it be an xAPI package? How can I get a better breakdown of the quiz results?I want to check the number of users who answered each question correctly and, conversely, which particular answers were marked incorrectly the most.I tried scrom 1.2 and 2004 edition package but unfortunately both were unable to provide answer breakdown and i have used camtasia and elucidat as authoring tool but still no luck.Thank you!

User Waiting To Be Enrolled In A Course- Notification

Hello community, we have noticed that this notification is only sent if a course has never had a session.However, in our case, every course has had at least one session in the past.We would like to inform our power user group that a learner has booked an ILT course for which no session is currently planned, although there has been a session in the past. We would like to ask for interest in a course or a new ILT session and offer a new ILT session if there are a certain number of people interested. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can inform our power users about this? According to Docebo Support, there is no solution for this.Best regards,Andreas

The hot topic of auto-tagging and whether or not we like/want them has been discussed before.I am not sure, however, that we have brought up the idea of hiding them yet, though, so I am just gonna leave this right here./** Hide Chapter Tags **/.chapter-tags-wrapper { display: none;}/** End Hide Chapter Tags **/Here is the before Here is the after This is the area right underneath the player within the course.At least now when I forget to go back and delete bad tags - my learners don’t have to shake their heads and wonder about the garbage.As always - continue to test. Can I have an automatic Welcome email sent out to New users who have not logged in for the 1st time yet?

Hello all. I am a bit familiar with Notifications, but my question is about sending a “Welcome & Quick Start Guide” email to new users letting them know how they can log in for the first time and some quick user tips for them.Currently we are using tags in Keap. So I add a new user in Keap, tag them so the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email goes out, and also put them in Docebo and enroll them in courses. I would love to be able to eliminate the double entry and just register the new user straight into Docebo. However, I still need to have the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email go to them so they know how to log in and navigate through the platform.I am not sure if they have to have already logged in to Docebo first before getting an email notification. Or does anyone else have any other ideas how I can execute this and save me entering a new user into 2 different platforms?
