Does anyone know how to get Docebo to send more information to Stripe. We specifically want to know what transactions came from docebo and it’s difficult to confirm.  Has anyone dealt with this? What did you do?  

We are starting to use Learning Plans for some of our product onboarding courses to make it easier to enroll in groups of courses and to recommend the order of the courses.  But we would also like to allow users to enroll in just some of the individual courses as well.  I have the LPs and the courses in catalogs that users will be able to see, so they can find the LPs and the courses and enroll in any of them. What I really need to be able to do is give the users the ability to click on ENROLL for the Learning Plan as a whole OR to click on ENROLL for individual courses from the Learning Plan overview.  I found where I can set this up as an option if the LP is on sale, but not if the LP is free.  This is highly frustrating - we offer all of these courses and LPs for free.  Why do we get the ENROLL buttons on each of the courses from the LP if we sell the LP but not if we offer them for free?Has anyone found a good workaround for this?  We have been listing out c

Has anyone found a way to receive a notification when a user has failed a test?  Or a way to report on users that have reached the max attempts on a test?  We give our employees 3 attempts to achieve a passing score on our Compliance courses and I would like to find a better way to report on these users.  I’m currently having to view any user with a failing score on the quiz and check to see how many answers it reports them as having submitted - for a quiz with 10 questions, I know they reached the max 3 attempts when they have 30 answers submitted. Please tell me there is an easier way to report on (or at least flag in some way) users with max attempts reached??I should add that for these specific courses, we are using SCORM packages and the quizzes are with the SCORM.  Our content developers have logic in place on the SCORM to set the max attempts for the quiz, so it doesn’t let them retake it again and leaves the course status as In Progress.  We can tell by the sco

Creating new automatic groups can be a real brain-bender at times. I’m beginning to wonder if an LLM can help. Has anyone experimented with Harmony Copilot or even ChatGPT to assist in creating group logic? I’ll report back when I’ve given it a try myself.

Hello,I have created a page with content on it for one of our learning programs. We have a number of one-sheet resources supporting this program. I’ve added them all to the central repository. What’s the best way to share these files on the page? Things I’ve tried/considered:Creating another channel and loading here. Despite having Coach and Share, I can’t see the central repository files. Adding an HTML widget to the page. Docebo Support said there isn’t a way to get the links to the files I loaded into the Central Repository to do this Adding a file widget to the page - I found an IDEA ticket from 3 years ago that looks like it was approved, but can’t find this functionality Creating another channel and reloading all 40 of the files one by one. Is there a way to create a power user profile where we can grant permissions for someone to view and evaluate the file uploaded in a course assignment? Ideally I want managers to go in and view the files submitted by their staff and evaluate it.

I’m looking at creating a channel that contains files and weblinks, similar to how they’ve done in the Docebo University (see image).However when I create a channel and add content, it only gives me the option to add an e-learning/ILT course or learning plan, rather than additional content. Does anyone know how this can be done or is it an additional paid feature? 

Hello.  I just inherited Docebo from our guru that left the company and there was a project in flight to update one of the APIs that add/update/inactivate user data.  Docebo is new to me and I am semi-technical.  We have a few APIs doing this for different groups (employees, contractors, etc.).  I am still getting information, but my understanding is that our IT group updated the API with the new field but it isn’t populating in the system.  Does anyone have any advice on if there is something else that needs to be “mapped” somewhere or anything else that might be helpful in adding a new additional field to an exist user API?  Thanks in advance.

Hi All, We’re looking for the most effective way to search across documents uploaded in various channels so we can update them. We’ve recently changed the name of a system and need to locate all instances within our content, not just in document titles.I explored Channel Management and Assets, but the search only returns documents with the system name in the title, not those where it appears within the content. Does anyone have best practices or suggestions for identifying all impacted documents? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi All - I’ve been searching posts about marking a course as outdated this morning and I’m finding a mixture of answers and fixes. I am trying to figure out if anyone has been successful in hiding this option? If not, where is the notification going to indicate that it’s been marked as outdated? How can we see that a course is marked outdated?  Thanks!

Good afternoon,Is there a way for users to export their training record as a PDF or download a whole list of this? We don’t really want users to have access to the reporting area, and when I go into “My Activities” there is the list of the completed courses but no way of downloading/exporting this. I know as a superadmin I am able to access this through reports on their behalf, but we get requests through very frequently and would be good if staff could do it themselves.Thank you!

Hello! We are deploying a company wide re-certification on April 1st. Is the best way to deploy this by archiving and re-enrolling Team Members into the certification? I need to make sure that the users certification records aren’t lost (pulled to see archived records), and want to make sure we can notify users, have it show as “not completed”, and re-award the certification once done.Thanks in advance for the help! 

Is there anyway to add additional filters to the Docebo built in filters? In LinkedIn learning there are many additional fields that allow the user to narrow down the results. Anyone have any ideas? We want to be able to filter by Video, Course Time, and a few other things.   

Could someone confirm if the behaviour of my Learning Plan is to be expected, or have I done something wrong please?SetupI created a Learning Plan containing 5 ILT courses (all published, in catalogue, etc..) The 5 ILT courses have 3 or 4 Sessions each with a mix of online or venue events on different dates, scheduled through a whole year essentiallyUnexpected Behaviourwhen a learner looks at the learning plan to check out the course, not enrolled yet, only the first course and it’s sessions and events are able to be viewed opening any other course does not show the sessions and events available this means a learner cannot tell if the course is going to be viable for them as they cannot see all the events.  In reading help pages and the AI summary result from some searches it suggested that people use a work around listing all the dates in the learning plan ….. I’m at a loss to work out how

We have created a scheduled report for external trainings waiting for approval that runs every three days.  The vast majority of the time, there is no data in the report (not trainings waiting on approval). Is there a way to only have the report send if there is data in it?

Hi everyone,We already have a working setup in Docebo for Vytalize employees where new hires land on a dedicated onboarding page and then later move to a standard home page.Now we need to create a similar experience for VHP employees, but I want to make sure we handle menu visibility and order correctly since Docebo shows users the topmost published menu they have access to.Our goal is: Vytalize new hires see a Vytalize onboarding page, then later a Vytalize standard home page VHP new hires see a VHP onboarding page, then later a VHP standard home page My questions are: Is the best practice to create separate groups or branches for: VHP New Hire VHP Employee Vytalize New Hire Vytalize Employee As long as each user only belongs to one audience at a time, is it safe to rely on menu visibility

Does anyone know if you can move the course widgets so they don’t just display at the bottom of the page? We have several added course fields and we want to leverage course description widget to display to the learner when they go to enroll. By default they show at the bottom of the page, but we would like them at the top just above where you see the available sessions. Is that possible? Documentation seems to imply it is, but no details on how.Thanks!

Hi all,We just upgraded to an EE license so we can offer a new program its own subdomain, look, brand, etc. apart from our existing program. My big questions:Could our existing program use the root/main platform or do we need to become a client along with the new program? Pros and cons of each scenario? Could our existing LMS configuration (look, branding, advanced settings) continue to be the default for the main/root platform (and thus for our program)? Or will we need to start from scratch along with the new program when we upgrade?I hope this makes sense to those who have gone through this. I am not sure how common it is for folks to upgrade to EE after years of building a platform. Trying to understand how much time I’ll need to dedicate.Thanks for any tips and insights you may have!

Any feedback on the Credly badge connect integration would be appreciated in relation to how a badge that is marked as “private” in Credly (meaning visibility is limited to a certain audience) is unable to pass through to the LookUp table due to it passing through the recipe (Get Badge template from Credly) is equal to false. Therefore the condition at step 11 that requires the public parameter to be true, any badge with public set to false will be removed from the lookup table. Therefore, the current behavior is expected.We do need badges in Credly to be “Private” as well as the obvious for a “Public” badge. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has a workaround? Thanks
