Does anyone have any CSS code to hide the playlist feature that is displayed within the course banner? I would be so grateful if anyone has the CSS to accomplish this. Thank you. 

HiI would like to set up a catalogue for all users to view ILT course session times but not have the ability to enrol into sessions.  I need for users to view different ILT courses session times and locations, and then email to our L&D/Workforce Planning team to roster and enrol into the selected session time.  This is tedious, I know, and we are working on adopting a much more streamlined approach.  However in the interim I need users to be able to see what is coming up.I have set up a catalogue Session Times for ILT courses and made the visibility applicable to all and added the courses into the catalogue.  I have created a page to add to the relevant users menu so the catalogue appears as a widget on the home page of all users.In theory, is this workable?  I have tried to complete this in the Sandbox and am getting stuck on the whole menu and pages set up.Any advice would be greatly appreciated 

Hey community,As a little background, we use users position ID’s as their username because we merge it that way from ADP. But we noticed that since our employees help out at our other stores, they have another account created with a different position ID (but the rest of their information like name and email are the same).One of their accounts, the one that is her main store, has her supervisor correctly listed for “reports to”, but for the other account for the store she is helping at, the supervisor was not added. She has no supervisor listed there even though it was in our ADP file when we imported them via CSV. She did all her work on the account without a supervisor but i am planning to merge her two accounts and have her data transferred to the main store account. We noticed this because her checklists were “not available” due to her not having a supervisor listed (our checklists need supervisor approval)Is there a reason the supervisor was not adde

The add to calendar button doesn’t work for us. I was hiding it in the old player with this CSS:#doc-layout-action-buttons [aria-label="Calendar"] {display:none;} But I can’t seem to figure out how to do the same thing on the new course player. Does anyone know the class/ID that controls this, and what the aria labels are for the new menu? I want to hide the calendar as well as mark as outdated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Would anyone be willing to share their housekeeping best practice to clean out users? We provide mostly technical training for our dealers. Each dealer has a branch, and each branch has at least one power user who theoretically keeps up with the branch. Except that most of them don’t, so we have users who have moved on to other opportunities that are still in the platform. My manager has asked me to do a little spring cleaning with our instance of Docebo because he sees so many users who likely need to be deactivated. He is suggesting I create a course for Power Users as a means to facilitate this housekeeping where I ask them to evaluate their team and check a box to confirm that they have checked all their people. In that way, we would know who has completed a user review and who hasn’t. He also suggested we ask the community for ideas. Has anyone carried out some similar housekeeping and could offer a suggestion of how you handled user housekeeping? 

Hi all, I’m fairly new to Docebo so bear with me. I’m looking at creating Groups and I’m surprised that there’s no exclude option for any of the conditions. Ideally I’d like to have the ability to exclude a Group from a Group. Is this possible? If not, does anyone have any workarounds. I’m hoping to avoid the need to create large numbers of complex groups?   ThanksMartin

When adding a File to Training Material, how can I successfully upload an .xlf file format? It says “invalid request” when I try. 

We are not using points in gamification, is there a way to hide the “My Points” reference? 

Good day Community!I was curious to know if anyone had come up with code that could hide the point value that appears on badge ribbons. There's some concern in my organization that even if we set the point value to 0 for each badge we create (as we're going for a less competitive approach to badging), users will find it odd to see a line of 0s across their awarded badges. Any insight would be appreciated. Hello community!I have a question regarding the outlook integration with Docebo. We give learners the ability to RSVP to their outlook event invites. Sometimes if an admin has enrolled a learner, but that learner has a conflict they might RSVP “NO”. To your knowledge is there a report or notification that we can trigger to notify admin of this response?Currently it appears that its only possible by manually looking at the enrollment lists for each event. 

We have certification courses where learners need to complete a system programming and operation scenario as part of the assessment.Due to the nature of the content and requirements, the assessment is divided into logical sections - learner completes stage 1 programming, then completes assessment stage 1, with questions and operational tests relating to that programming. When they pass, they move on to stage 2. If they don’t have stage 1 right, then that will prevent things working correctly in later stages. They are allowed up to 3 attempts on each stage, with a 1 hour enforced review and learning between each failed attempt. At our company, external compliance training is a big part of what we do.  In fact, it’s so important to us, that we’re currently using a second LMS called “SetSafety” to manage our health and safety training needs, which is an administrative burden and confusing for employees to be having to use two systems.  This is why we’re asking for help!  We really want to have a single vendor solution with Docebo, but we haven’t been able to come up with a viable Docebo-only solution to date. What do you do for assigning and tracking external compliance training?  Is there a possible set up or solution we’re not seeing?  Our Compliance Training Use Case We need to be able to:Assign external training by Group or by User (external training examples: 3rd party classroom-based training such as Energy Safety Canada’s hands-on Fall Protection course or a WorkSafe BC First Aid Certificate) - we have approx. 60 of these courses that

I’m working to understand how we can leverage the Skills feature in my organization.  I see that I can create skill sets, and add skills to the skill sets.I see also that I can create an AI based channel that will auto-fill according to the skills associated with courses or external content (via the internet). Two things that I am having trouble with - There is a Platform Catalog, and then I see a catalog with my company name. But I cannot seem to add anything to the catalog with my company name.  When the learner logs in and is asked to build their skills profile the first thing they are presented with is a list of jobs to choose from. Where can I find the jobs list, and can I edit that? If I’m going to use this in conjunction with our career planning programs, it would be helpful to be able to put our own job titles in for an optimum user experience.

Is it possible to create a rule to auto enrol learners once they complete one course into another course, so that we can manage compliance. We have tried certificates/ renewals but it isn’t working for us.For example - a learner completes/ attends a ILT session on Asbestos awareness in 2025 - they must renew it yearly, so attend a ILT session before their year anniversary in the 2026 course.Ideally, I want to set up a course for each year (Asbestos 2025, Asbestos 2026, Asbestos 2027 etc) and when my admin team mark a learner as attended in that year’s course, it auto enrols them as a learner in the next years course so we can track numbers and colleagues can see when they need to book onto a new session.

We have specific direction in our “User created by Admin” notification that goes to users so they can log in and download the app. It has their credentials and such, but we just launched so it didn’t go perfect with importing users. We have a lot of email updates to make and such, so after we make them we wanted to resend that notification. Is there any way to do so? Nevermind! i just saw the activation notification option

I was trying to randomize a certain number of questions in a test. For example, If I have 4 questions, I would like to randomize the first 3 questions and always have the 4th question at the end of the test. I chatted with one of your Support Specialist, and he said that Docebo does not currently support this. I believe this feature would be a great addition to the Testing options.

Hey y’all,I would love to build out a report for my Managers on who in their report structure has incomplete coursework.I have worked with the Reports and New Reports, and that works to send out a spreadsheet but I am wondering if there is a way to do that with a more aesthetically polished report, as my managers are too busy to filter through a spreadsheet.Thanks in advance!

Hi out there!  For a number of reasons, like getting better reporting on who watches how much of each presentation recording and the like, my teammates want to create an associated e-learning course for each new VILT course. The e-learning course would have a copy of the recording and any training materials for people who missed the original course. Does anyone have any experience with this type of course management? I suspect they’d want to do this for both standalone courses and those in learning plans. I’m trying to figure out how to route new registrants to the e-learning version once the session has passed. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I swore that this was an option when we were implementing Docebo last year, but now that we want to turn off commenting I can’t find it, and I’ve only come across community posts/articles that indicate it is not possible. Was this an option before? Is it an option now and I’m just not finding it?We want to disable commenting and asking the expert globally across the platform instead of on individual assets after they are uploaded. 

I’m new to creating Docebo recipes, and I have hit a roadblock in trying to make an API call to Docobo within a recipe. I am updating a cloned recipe, and in it, it has an existing API call using the Docebo Learn connector (blue circle with a white “L” icon). When I click on the existing API step, it has the fields Action Name, Method, Path, Response that I am used to seeing. When I try to add a new one, it just asks me for the id, but never displays the other fields like the existing one. Is this some type of permission issue, or am I not seeing some type of configuration setting?

Happy Friday all.I just noticed there’s a column for Codes on the Central Repository page, but I cannot figure out where to actually change this. This would be pretty useful for my organization, since lots of people will just create content called ‘Test’ or something like that. If we used codes, it would be easier to identify where the content belongs.Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks!

We have created channels with procedures for our team. We want to track who is accessing each asset inside that channel. Is that doable?Alternatively, is there a way to request "attestations" of reading certain documents inside a channel or somewhere else, that is not a course?TIA!

Hello! While conducting some archive work for learning plan enrollments, we noticed a couple of topics of concern. I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist us in the next best steps forward for dealing with, what I would call, some common use cases.  Even though it is not a requirement of course enrollment archiving, the user must be active in order to archive a learning plan enrollment. You can go right ahead and deactivate them again after the archiving is complete, so I don’t entirely understand why this is a requirement. I can’t find anything about it in the related knowledge base article either (Archiving learning plan enrollments – Docebo Help & Support). We launched Docebo earlier this year, and as part of our package, we added the “China Firewall Solution”. As best I understand it, the CDN’s are located just outside of mainland China, and the solution is provided via network routing.We’ve yet to roll out the platform to the learners and company staff located in China.With the roll out the PIPL in China, I was curious if any other Docebo customers are currently using the China firewall solution, and if so, if they’ve done any research on how deployment of this solution would be impacted by the new privacy laws.Our account manager is checking for any new information internally, but suggested a post in the community to see if anyone else has any intel.
