Is anyone else using the newer Webex Control Hub? We’ve made the jump and are having issues with syncing errors in the LMS now. All of the fields appear to match. We made the transition on Monday and had errors all day. Apparently, it takes times for everything to talk properly, so it was working Tuesday for about 3 hours, then stopped working all of a sudden. Anyone else have any experience with this?
Hello,I’m trying to setup an e-commerce integration with Stripe, but I encountered a very serious problem - hopefully I’m just doing something wrong!We have users from all over the world, and when they want to buy a course the flow is as follows:Check/update your billing information in the cart Pay through Stripe Course is unlockedThe problem is, if the user buys his first course and uses a billing address i.e. from Italy, Stripe will calculate Italian taxes. But if later in life, that same uses changes his billing address i.e. to Poland, the next time he buys a course Stripe will still calculate the Italian tax.From what I understand, the very first time a payment is generated for a user, Docebo creates a new user in Stripe with billing address, but that address is never updated when users update their profile in Docebo.Any way to solve this?
Hi all,One of our partners has created two accounts for the same user and now we need to merge those two accounts into one. If one of the accounts had no learning history, I would just delete the surplus account, but in this case both accounts have history. I assume I have to use the merge user function to merge the two accounts in this situation, but I’d be grateful for any advice on the best way to do this. For example, should I be merging the one with the least activity into the one with the most activity?Thanks!
My Question: How can I run a report showing the Courses with their associated Catalogs? I need to isolate the courses not yet in a Catalog so we can remedy our 403 errors but I’ve tried several reports and there is no option or column to display Catalog associations.Scenario & Limitation: We want to provide a link to a course’s main page and have the learner be able to review the course description and decide whether they want to enroll. (We want them to see the green Enroll button.) We recently discovered if a learner is given that course link and that course is not in a Catalog, the learner receives the 403 error page. The course must be in a Catalog for the page to load. Additional Context: I am aware that we can provide self-enrollment links that will auto-enroll users into the course the second they click the link but that’s not what we want. We want them to land on the main course page without auto-enrolling, so I need to isolate which of our courses are NOT in catalogs witho
Hi there,We operate our learning across multiple countries and it’s that “Compliance” time of year. Each country has a different set of Health and safety docs but all other policies are pretty much the same. I’m trying to find a way of only having one catalog or channel that has all the policies but when it comes to the H&S policy only the one relevant to their country will show. Otherwise I'm going to have 12 different catalogs which is a pain (Especially given the catalog module in Docebo isn't searchable!) Just in case this affects anything, these policies are set up as courses because we require e-signatures. Thank you! Vesta
There is a CSS to remove the widget titles for the Desktop version of the platform but is there a way to remove these titles from the mobile app? :( My desktop looks beautiful and it’s easy to find my widgets now… but my mobile app looks cluttered with titles. Any ideas? Is this possible?
I am implementing ILT webhooks to my organization, and I have difficulties with session update.I am using Power Automate, once a user is enrolled to a session > he gets an "invitation" (send by power automate). Then, they need to approve / decline.When a user approved > he receives a CALENDAR invitation.The problem is when I change the start time or date, it doesn't recognize the change.

I'm evaluating a learning operations suite called Cognota.comI was wondering if anyone else ad looked at Cognota. It has some I terestibg features like project management, ROI reports, request tracking and L&D planning. I could tack these items manually, but Cognota appears to have these items ready to go.
Saw a couple of ideas and posts lately about allowing reports to have information about the courses within a catalog. Definitely not a perfect solution, but for those waiting on improvements, might help somewhat. There is a way to use the API Browser to get some of this information. Hi All, I hope you’re having a 1 cup of coffee/tea day (as opposed to a 4 cup day)! I want to integrate Docebo with Google Calendar to automatically add calendar events when a user is enrolled in a course or ILT session. I’d like the calendar events to live on the users’ primary calendars, so that they will be visible to other people within my organization, like their managers. I’d also like the calendar events to be automatically updated if there are any changes made to the course or ILT session, within Docebo.Docebo Connect is expensive, so I’m exploring the technical route, via webhooks and APIs. I’ve met with my Docebo account and customer success managers for support, but they mostly just tried to upsell Connect. I’m attempting to create a connection between Monday.com and Docebo Learn so that whenever we create a course in Learn it auto populates on a Monday.com board which we’ll keep as a running course inventory. I’ve created the connection using a Monday connector I found in the Community Library. Just need some guidance on how to start the recipe. Thank you!
We are about to go to a two-catalog system - one for members and one for Non-members. People who come to our library select the courses they want to take, courses are not assigned. That being said, I do ot see where I can assign a learning plan to a particular catalog, Just like a course, if a learning plan is open to both member and non-member, it will have a different price. Currently, it appears that it goes into an external catalog that we are doing away with.Has anyone found a way around this?
Hi all.Does anyone use images on the Learning Plan Header? I keep running into unexpected roadblocks, like frequent messages that the file I’m using does not exist, or simply not incorporating the changes that I’ve saved. Additionally, I do not having very much control over the image dimensions. Compared to course cover images, which show an accurate representation of the finished dimensions, the LP header will make further cropping decisions after I have designated the cropping area. So, an image that looks fine when I set it up will end up cropping the top half of my images, & suddenly characters are missing their heads. When I try doctoring the original images to include a margin at the top, it just typically rejects the image i’m using. Then, when I resize the image to better fit the dimensions, it zooms in the center, cutting off even more of my characters.I’ve spent way more time trying to play with this than I’d like, just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar iss
Hello, Me and my team need specific information about users that are going to enroll in an ILT class. We need to know their specific size for a material (gloves). Is there a way to push a form before they can enroll in a specific ILT session and make it mandatory for them to take that form before they can enroll in the session. Also would it be easy to collect the information from these form ?Thanks
Hello 👋 I’m hoping someone can help me with the following question. Can a power user create an ILT session or event that needs to be approved by an admin first . We have Departments that may want to host ILTs/ VLTs on a specific date for a branch , but we might not approve it due to other training schedule the same or other event (inventory ). I would like to eliminate the email back and forth and hopefully process all requests in Docebo. WorkflowPoweruser A - Submits ILT/VLT for approval of training for branch managed by Poweruser B Poweruser B/ Admin - Receive notice , Poweruser B approves based on their business needs . Admin - Final approval and activate for enrollment , pre-work courses etc.
