HiI have courses, with certification attached, that users have to complete annually.  These courses also have a observation checklist attached to assess the practical skill of the theory in the eLearning course.  Completion of the OC renders the course complete which then reactivates on a user’s Task List under Certifications to renew displaying the date (in 365 days) of when they need to renew by.Some users no longer serve customers who require the user to have the knowledge and skill capacity refreshed every year by completing the course.  We don't want users to complete unnecessary training as they are paid for this, additionally we don't need to waste time for a nurse assessment of the OC if the user does not need to complete it.Is there a way to temporarily suspend a user from having to complete a course with certification attached, so to maintain last completed date in the records?  If a user then in the future needs to complete the course again, along wit

Hi all,I’m a superadmin trying to import a batch of new users via CSV.  I can see the preview of my user data and everything looks good, but the Import button at the bottom right is disabled, but I cannot figure out why! Any ideas??

We recently moved to the new course player and have found that tests include large white margins of unused space. We have test questions that include images. The images are too small for learners to see and cannot expand into these margins. We are brainstorming possible solutions to this issue and would like to see if anyone can offer additional ideas. Our ideas so far have included:Learners zoom in via the browser to better see the images. Add a link to the images so they open in a new tab. This requires learners to navigate back and forth between tabs. Rework our test questions to remove the images.The following screenshot is an example of one of our test questions. You cannot click on images in tests to view a larger image in a pop out as you can with my screenshot in this post.

We’ve implemented the new course player yesterday for our users.But while testing, we noticed an illegible link while looking at learning plans, via: My Courses and Learning Plans > open a learning plan > click on the “Resume Training” (or “Retake the Learning Plan” button if the learning plan was completed).On that page, there is a “Go to learning plan page” link -And that was black-on-black for us when we switched. I reached out to support about it, and the colour for this can be configured via: Configure Branding and Look > Colors > Accent Text & Links.However, we’re struggling because that is also the configuration for links in the admin menu. We can’t find a colour that works on both the new dark background AND the white admin menu, that also remains accessible for our users.Th

I’ll be submitting this as a ticket but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this:I turned on the Enrollment Attributes:I created a test course and assigned it using Enrollment Attribute = Optional to two people (myself and my coworker). When I look at the Home Page, I see the Optional attribute showing.My colleague does not. Any ideas?

We import users via csv every couple of weeks.  In the past few weeks this stopped working for power-user with all permissions Superadmin can import the same csv file with no issues, when a power-user does it the job fails as ‘discontinued’ with no error report to download I tried removing all superadmins and power-users from the csv file and it still failed I tried creating a new power-user and granted all permissions and that also failed Confirmed that the field mapping and all of the options on the import page match between the superadmin and power-user Observation that power-users used to get a warning on upload that mentioned something about inability to apply superadmin changes or something and that warning is no longer coming up when they import On failure the power-user gets an email:Background job 'Start importer task' with ID:(-) aborted at (0%) with error: Unable to receive result

I have a few ILT events that show “exclamatory” marks next to them indicating a warning . Is there a way to find out which events have these warnings on them?   

Hi all.I have no idea if this is a Docebo or Storyline issue but I uploaded a SCORM from an SL file that seems to work okay unless you quit then revisit it later. When that happens it gets this weird grey semi-transparent overlay that you covers all the buttons so you cannot click on anything.I suspect it could be a Storyline issue but I’m really not sure at this point, i’ve never seen it before. It’s a file that I originally created, then sent to someone else to work on, who then sent it back to me to fix a couple of issues. so there may be some weird triggers or layers going haywire. But this is just a guess at this point.Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I’m going to start troubleshooting presently but if anyone has experience with this issue, maybe you could point me in the right direction.Thanks!

From time to time we have external contractors coming in to complete work on our factory. I want to begin doing some quick/basic safety guidelines. Does this really require them to create username etc. or is there a way to manually add their names without creating accounts?

Good Day All ~My organization has implemented the new player in our staging environment, and soon will switch to the new player in production. I’ve been testing for a few weeks now, and this week noticed that the course syllabus was collapsed in random courses. I haven’t found a pattern to indicate why it’s happening - I initially thought it was only occurring with courses that I had completed, but that behavior is inconsistent. I’m also leaving the syllabus expanded each time I exit these courses. As a note, Syllabus Visibility is set to “Show the syllabus when learners access the course” globally in Configure branding and look, as well as within each course.Curious to know if anyone has noticed this behavior as well. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. 

Is there a way to automatically assign users to a certain branch?

I am working on creating an E-Learning Safety Orientation program. We have a GMP policy due to food safety. I am being told that for the GMP policy we need an actual signature and that a “course completion” status will not suffice. Is there an easy way to add an E-Signature to the training material?

Did anyone else notice this little icon appear with the switch to the new course player if you have links in your course description that are set to open in a new tab?Is it possible to get rid of this?

Hi All, We have uploaded a scrom 1.2 file from both Elucidat and Camtasia tools but however we are not able to extract answer breakdown report for users. Do we have any solution for this. When we checked with Docebo support we were informed about CMI interaction calls are not available. Does anybody have idea about this and how do we extract the detailed answer breakdown report 

I have just created a Skill Set for Talent Management and added a set of skills to it. Now what? How do I connect the Talent Development Skill Set with the users who need it? Or am I supposed to do something else with Skill Sets?

Hi!I need to add add another button to the Well done! section that users see when a course is completed. I have used the Localization Tool to change the language from ‘Retake this course ‘to ‘Click “Renew Certification” at the top corner’ as I was finding users were retaking the course rather than clicking the blue Renew Certification in the top corner.  This is not clear and unfortunately doesn't really stand out no matter how much guidance you provide.Some courses have certifications and some don't.  Some users like to retake courses to prompt learning or recheck things but as I have now removed the wording they don't know how to revisit the course once completed.Does anyone know how to add another button available to make this clearer please??  thanks 

HiWe have Obs checklist for some eLearning courses that mark the course as completed once the OC is signed off.Is there a way to remove a user from having to complete a Obs checklist?

I’d like to add a button with a direct link to the Skills Dashboard. But when I access the Skills Dashboard and copy the link, it only takes me to the user’s profile. Add to that the fact that the skills dashboard menu item takes a couple of seconds to show up, we’re going to lose opportunity for people to find and use it.Has anyone been able to find a direct link to the skills dashboard that can be used for this purpose?TIA!

Hello!Within User Management, I am unable to edit any of the Additional Fields (Job Title, Department, Location) under Edit User for only one specific user. I am a Superadmin user.  Any ideas as to why this is? Thank you!
