We are looking to hide the Instructor panel (we changed to Program Manager) as it offers no value. It shows a name and thumbnail. No contact info at all. Can this be hidden or removed with CSS? Which brings me to my 2nd request. We do add the contact info for our Program Managers in the course descriptions, but by default it’s collapsed in the new course player. Can this be updated to be expanded by default when a user enters a course?Thank you for any and all help! 

Has anyone done anything interesting with the new course player ILT layout. It seems like there is a lot of duplicative information wand the new layout feels a bit overwhelming.  Also visually I  miss the course image that was in the old layout.  What have you done? How have you made it better and more clear for users. 

Hi all,My team and I are looking for a way to create a one time page for the first time a user logs into the system. I have seen a few posts about this and the main thing they’ve said is that you cannot do this without creating a course or some arbitrary attribute to assign to a group. Is there an easier way to do this? I appreciate any and all feedback or ideas you may be able to provide. Thank you!

One of our SMEs wants to host a course where staff will:Watch a video Complete an assessment Sign a waiverThe waiver is an official form provided by a governing agency, so we need to use their form. The second half of this step is that the SME then needs to fill out the bottom half of the form confirming that the staff member completed all training. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to manage this? I’m wondering if I can do something where the learner esigns the form and it is automatically sent to our SME, then she would execute it and send it back. I don’t think this is something we can track in the Learning Hub though?

I’ve tried working with the preview mode of the new Learning Plan and Course players and I’ve got a UI/UX issue.All of our slide content for courses has been uploaded as a PDF to the converter - and I noticed with the switch to the new preview player that these no longer fit to the page as they used to. A user now has to scroll to see the full slide or click the ‘fit to page’ button EVERY TIME they have a new set of slides.This doesn’t happen if the material is uploaded as a Microsoft .ppt file, but again all of our material was done as PDF’s since there was no different with the previous layout.Will there be a way to fix this before the new layout is pushed out in October? 

We have a client who wants a report on an individual’s usage. This report needs to show exact dates and times of logins as well as course progress.Which report option would provide this?  Thank you.

More of a basic question… When I need to edit the wording or timing of a notification email for an ILT coming up, do I need to unenroll everyone, edit it, then re-enroll users? Or can I just edit it and save and activate and all the users enrolled will get the updated notification?

Hi I am creating a report for test results for an event we are having. They only have 1 attempt max pass or fail is okay, it is being rated on a average score per store/group. Is there any setting that can still mark them completed even if they fail the test, instead of manually marking it complete to show up on the report.

Hello everyone!We're looking for insights regarding a challenge we’ve encountered in our LMS setup. Here's some context:Before launching the LMS, we provided specialized training to power users, teaching them how to manage the enrollment status of their members. All our eLearning courses are currently set to "final training locked" to ensure learners can’t skip essential training materials. Additionally, any test-related materials are limited to a maximum of three attempts.Here’s where we hit a snag: If a learner fails a quiz, their enrollment status reverts to "In Progress" even if the Power user has tried to “Reenroll” them. As a result, managers are unable to update their status and must escalate the issue to us, the super admins, to resolve it. This adds a layer of manual work we’re hoping to streamline.We’re curious if anyone has faced a similar situation. Has anyone encountered an issue with the estimated avg. course time from Docebo Content Shop material? We have had several employees report that the time given is inaccurate and it takes them much longer to complete. We recognize that everyone has different learning paces, but the amount of feedback on this makes us wonder if it’s just us. Thank you!

Anyone getting the error 503 when trying to access their LMS? I have a ticket but want to understand if is in my end or massive error.

We are trying to set up a “Course has expired” digest notification to go out to managers to cover any of their direct team members and any of a selection of courses (e.g., compliance courses) that they have not yet completed.Has anyone been able to get the “nesting” of the codes correct to show 1 employee with multiple courses that are overdue, and then the next employee with their list of overdue courses, etc.?If you are using this successfully, I’d love to see a screen shot of the coding, and a screen shot of the result (redacted, of course).

how to associate an instructor with the course in the Course Settings to use the Course Instructor Widget?Where is the setting for this in the properties page of a course.  I can only see this option in ILT course.

We are going to be activating our waitlists for ILT session but we have a couple of questions: All of our sessions are currently full, we will be adding more soon. If someone is in a waitlist for one of the full sessions, would they be able to register for one of the available sessions or would they need to first leave the waitlist?  We have it setup to where if a spot opens in one of the full sessions, the next person on the waitlist would be enrolled in the live session. We have a notification setup where they would receive an email once enrolled. Would the waitlisted person receive that email once they are enrolled in the live session?

Is there a way to post a survey in a course and have the results be anonymous?

I heard that Shape has had an update this month to include AI features. We would also be given the ability to edit from the LMS and create knowledge checks and more. Does anyone know if this has taken place yet or if a tutorial exists for this update?

I’m finding that Docebo only supports the GIFT format for import of questions to tests, but that format is not common among other LMS and test providers for export in my experience (more common is word, csv/excel or QTI). Does anyone know of any good tools or tricks to convert from csv to GIFT?

HiI have searched throughout DC and see that there are several posts regarding Learning Plans as prerequisites.  Hoping to find some updates re this issue.essentially, I want LPa (5 short courses) to be completed during induction process which then opens LPb.LPb has several courses (order of completion is not relevant) which has a time frame of 2 weeks upon first date of LMS access (day of induction).  If users do not complete all courses within LPb what are the wider ramifications; are the courses archived and re enrolled (too much admin for all this to occur).  ALPc is released open after LPb is completed and the user has six months (start date from first date of LMS access which is induction day one) to complete.  This marks the end of probation period where LPc completed status is reported to HR as user being compliant.Issues I am thinking are around validity times and users not completing in due time.Thanks for helping me brainstorm thi

When learners share their earned badges on social media, it provides a link for viewers to click and see the badge details themselves (see image). Within this link there is an Offered by field. Where/how do I add our company name so that it appears under Offered by?? 

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the LMS system today.  Created a power user last week and have had to re-setup today.  Also, observation checklist was marked as complete and today some say in progress
