Is there a way of changing user list default view?

Everytime I am looking at my list of users, I choose the data I want to see and reset it to default view but why does it keep changing? It’s so painful to have to choose the fields everytime I am looking at my user list

How to Handle "hybrid" courses

I have a VILT course that includes both training and lab time with the instructor. Once completed, users can take an optional exam. We've recently launched a self-paced version of the training course, paired with a separate lab course that users can complete at their convenience. We cannot combine the two courses because the lab requires setup and has limited availability, so scheduling is necessary.Essentially, after completing the course, users receive a notification to sign up for lab time. Once both the self-paced training and lab courses are finished, they can take the optional exam. We are now trying to determine how to mark the self-paced training and lab courses as equivalent to the VILT course.We don’t think there’s an existing way to do this, but I wanted to explore the possibility here. Could we create a group (user automatically added if they complete the elearning and lab) and use auto rules to automatically enrolls users into a “proxy” course that we could then use to mar

DM notification

HiIs there a notification that would go to a users Direct Manager (who is not enrolled, an Instructor, etc of the course) when the ILT course is completed/evaluated/attended? I have ILT instructors who want the user’s DM to know the course has been completed and provide the DM with further follow up steps to complete F2F with the user.

SCORM Course slow load

I purchased and loaded some new SCORM courses into Docebo. I set it up so they autoplay when the learner clicks on the course. My testers are complaining about the wait time for it to load. Is there some setting or something I should be doing to improve this user experience? Thanks.

Can you share a Docebo Certificate on social media with lined validation?

I was asked if we issue a certificate of competency for completing a learning plan if it could be shared on social media with linkage back to the LMS for validation and details. I know Credly badges work this way, but I don’t think Docebo certificates do. My understanding is course/learning plan certificates are downloadable as PDF only. I searched the documentation and the community and didn’t see a way to do this. Before I tell me stakeholder no, I wanted to triple check with the community to make sure I’m not missing a cool feature.

Training Material level icon sizing/rendering

Has anyone had success updating the Training Material icons since the recent course player updates? We tried matching the full thumbnail size 800x400 which was the only dimensions support could provide us, and the only ones provided in the documentation, but they show differently depending on if it’s the search results, the icon in the course player or the title icon. Some examples below, these are being loaded at the training material level in the central repository and when uploaded they fit the crop tool perfectly. We have tried additional sizes as well and none of them look passable.

Best practice for making ILT sessions recordings available to new learners

There is a bit of setup required here. BackgroundWe hold a biweely webinar series where learners can join in live in the session or watch the recording. Attending/viewing at least 4 of these sessions is a requirement. Under the hoodWe have built this as a learning plan that contains a series of ILT classes. Each ILT is for a single webinar. So students only have to enroll in one class ( the learning plan) and then they can see a list of both the recorded and upcoming webinars. They can then pick the sessions they want and join when they are live or watch the recording In the ILT’s we have a single session with a single event that ties to a teams meeting. After the webinar is completed we post the recording. So once a learner is in the session they get credit for either live attendence or viewing the recording. We use a badge that a student earns once they have completed at least 4 webinars. THis makes it easy for them and reporting easy for us. The issueThe problem we have encountered

Course Catalog and Channels: Keeping Courses Seperate

Our organization has just launched our power user program! To build up both the channels and the course catalog, we are requiring users to first be trained as an expert and then trained as a Power User.Additionally, we are training users to view the channels as a “Youtube” where users can view, comment and share untracked content versus the Course Catalog is a “LinkedIn Learning” where things are tracked, you can learn skills, and earn certificates.It has taken a while for people to understand what materials are job aides versus courses and we feel this separation will continue to help users and managers understand where content goes and what data can be provided on user content interactions.The Problem: The first time we have a Power User adding a course in the system, they have chosen to add it to both the Course Catalog and Channels. This is causing panic as we are just integrating other departments and demands for reports on content may not be able to be met due to blurred lines by

Advanced Mode Insights not working

Hi all! I wanted to use the new Advanced Mode feature for the Insights dashboards (detailed here: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/21041334736018-Using-Advanced-Insights), but I can’t seem to find the option to toggle into the advanced mode. I’m supposed to see this in the builder mode of a custom dashboard: But this is all I get: Is there anything I have to activate in the backend to get all the features available for Insights? Is this a paid addition? Thanks!

ILT session completion - How you are preventing irregular users from completion

For the past few hours, I have been searching this community page for a solution, comments, or recommendations pertaining to the completion of the vILT session.I assume you are aware that the vILT session will be marked as finished as soon as participants join, but this should not be the case. Our instructors verify each participant's hours spent and update the enrollment status in Docebo based on our TEAMS report at the end of each session. This results in an extra step, and our instructors feel uneasy conducting sessions via LMS.At the moment, Docebo offers the options to "event as attended when learners join the session" and "access the recordings" for attendance; however, it has no control over preventing irregular users from completing.I tried manual, evaluation, attendance-based, and training material session completion methods, but none of them worked for our training requirements.How do you manage your virtual ILT session completions? Appreciate your inputs.

No Data in New Report

Hello. When we create new reports and export them to XLS, the background job is created properly and after some time we download an empty XLS sheet. No data ever populates for around 24 hours, there is definitely data in there.Does anyone know any tricks to speed this up so it populates upon report creation? Thanks

hello allI am playing in our sandbox as I am experimenting with course forums and setting up SMEs to receive notifications that colleagues have posted either a comment, discussion or thread but it is displaying errors around the email recipients. I have enrolled myself an instructor in a test course and enrolled the test.create user as a participant. The email I added in the notification is our orgs training email used in the production site. Before I completely do a deep dive would the email/notification function not work in the sandbox and I would perhaps be better creating a test course in the live?

Report of Training Material Marked Complete by Instructor or Admin

Does anyone know of a way to see which courses, or specifically training material within a course, that an instructor or admin marked complete for a learner?I have a learner that I’m doing an audit on and I’d like to see what they’ve completed vs. whats been marked complete for them.I’ve tried getting this information from a Custom Report, the Reports tab of the course, and the Audit Trail with no luck.Any ideas are appreciated, thanks!

Docebo is marking the lesson as complete as soon as a user enters, We don’t want to have the lesson marked as complete UNTIL the user clicks on the link. Is there a way to do this? Hi,I’ve created a notification for “ILT Session Starting” to be triggered 1 hour before the start of the session. However, the notifications have been going out 1.5 hours before the event, which is confusing delegates.Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix?Thanks!

Playlist "Invite to Watch" question

We just went live on Docebo about a month ago and are still trying to figure out best practices for playlists. Learners often see the "No More Users to Invite" message after clicking “Invite to Watch” even when they haven't shared with anyone yet (these are private playlists but they are published). So there should be plenty of people to invite. In my testing, it looks like we can sometimes choose individuals to invite when attempting from the playlist card on the My Channel view but not when we attempt to invite from the playlist itself. Also, does anyone know how Docebo chooses the “suggested users” on the Invite to Watch page? Sometimes they make sense (people we interact with often) and other times they are seemingly random (test accounts, etc.)

Required Trainings across increasing number of groups

Hi all! We have been running compliance-type trainings for several years and use the following model to ensure completion:Groups (automatic assignment based on tenure, role, country) Matching Learning Plan (an assortment of 6 trainings based on what’s required for who) Badge Assigned upon Learning Plan complete (which triggers a webhook to maintain systems access through our SSO)So this way, we know learners are getting the right training and are completing it. It’s been working great...until now! This year, we now have 3 additional trainings that are not assigned based on a manual csv, not automatic logic. I could create a group and learning plan for EVERY permutation, but that seems unwise at this scale. We’ve been scouring our brains and Docebo for other workarounds, but are feeling kind of stumped. Has anyone in this group attacked a situation like this, without creating a mountain of backend admin work? We’d love to be able to:Enroll learners in a specific list of courses (or

Can you duplicate a test?

I want to duplicate a test and delete/modify some questions for another purpose. The thing is I have categories associated with my questions and they are not included in the GIFT export. I don’t have the question in the Test Bank because we test on the sandbox and then use GIFT export/import into production and you cannot import into the Test Bank. I can assign the categories but the only way I know how to do that is one question at a time, not very efficient. Any help or suggestions welcome.

New Course Player - Old Enrollment Links

Hi all! We’re planning to turn on the new course player in December. Currently, we rely heavily on using our old enrollment links with external users and have circulated these links for quite some time so they are shared in a lot of places. When we turn on the new course player, we need these old enrollment links to still work and not break. I’m reaching out to see if anyone can verify this that has already turned on the new course player! Also, the new “unique course url” can anyone explain exactly how this works? Will users be able to simply copy and paste the top url on the page now and share it or is this also a link that is generated and hidden that we’ll need to share?

Is there a way to create a persistent Floating Action Button?

Hey all, I’ve been playing around with the idea of adding a chat widget to a couple of pages that would be collapsible into a floating action button (FAB) in the lower right hand corner of the screen.Based on my research, it doesn’t look like there’s any kind of plugin that would enable this sort of feature. I also don’t think it will work as a custom HTML widget because I want it to be sticky to the lower right corner as the user scrolls through the entire page. Has anyone been able to create something like this? Ideally I would like it to be persistent across multiple pages, however I realize that’s not likely to be possible, so I don’t mind manually adding to each relevant page.
