Hi all,Does anyone know of a way to pull a report that includes both courses and the catalogs associated to the courses?
Has anyone found a way to send a recurring digest notification (e.g., every Monday) to MANAGERS for courses their employees have that are actually overdue (not due in 2 weeks, or 5 days, but actually past the due date)?Learner has yet to complete the course: includes courses that we might have assigned just yesterday. Managers don’t pay enough attention to the due dates and will send reminders when the course was only just assigned. We don’t need that. This is helpful if we have an organization-wide campaign where everyone’s got the same due date. Then we can start reminders when it comes due.Course has expired: This only sends reminders until the course reaches its due date. We need it to send repeatedly AFTER the due date. Anyone had success with this? What do you do? Jennifer
Hi All! Is there a way I can send a single user a notification or a workaround for that?I am hoping to be able to send in-platform notifications to a single user to re-take or take a course they should revisit. Is there any way we can do that?
Hello Everyone, Trying this community out for the first time. I have a question surrounding the Playlist feature. We are currently not utilizing this feature in our LMS, however in the top right hand corner of a course the option to add to a Playlist still exists. Anyone have the correct CSS code that would eliminate this feature all together? I would love to put that in the CSS editor to not have the option available. Fingers crossed. Thanks everyone.
I have a customer who would like to know what days and how much time was spent on each day for a user on her team. I know in Personal Summary she can see the last date the person logged in, and the total amount of time spent. She would like to see if or when one of her users logs in on a weekend. She also wants to see how much time was spent on each day. If that is not something she can do as a Team Manager, then is there a report I can run on my end that will show these details?
I have our branches set up by our senior leadership. Our CPO resigned but there are still inactive users in her branch so I cannot delete her branch. What is the best practice for deleting a branch with inactive users. Do you create an inactive branch and move them Inactive users over?
Hi,I've had a look at the notification options and cannot find one for "External Training needs approval" or something similar to send to Super Admins.Is there a way to notify Super Admins that a user has recorded External Training?Any help appreciated.

Is there any way to send a notification to Power Users or Admins that there are External Training items pending approval? It’s not very practical to have to keep opening the External Training app to check.
Hello good people !I am a Data Analyst looking into Docebo’s data set.I’m using python for API calls, I know how OAuth2 works and have my access token and the whole stuff to refresh the token when needed.I’m using the endpoint get/report/v1/branch_dashboard_enrollment/{id}I have the branch id right and I do get a nice (page) set of 100 records back, the request takes about 7 seconds to complete. All good. I know how to do pagination, so I repeat my question for the next page, this is also successful.Now my problem is : I have more then 2K pages...it would take almost 3 hours to download the set and all I’m interested in are the changes in enrollment since yesterday. As far as I can see there is no ‘last_modification_date’ or last_updated_date’ in the return where I should be able to filter on…the only filter I see (and that one works fine) is on status. But that still gives me +60K records on each status. I need to know how many people enrolled a course in any given time in the past.
We’re going to open a ticket with Support, but I was also curious if anyone else had experienced this issue - a few of our learners reached out today after receiving their digest email of courses in progress. One of their incomplete learning plans is showing up on the Completed page, even though one of the courses is still in progress. The courses due date was 3/31/24, but the course has a soft deadline, so they should still be able to access it. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why the learning plan might be on the Completed page even though it’s not complete?
I need to remove a high volume of users from the certification requirement. Is there a CSV template that I am not finding to be able to do this? Removing 1000+ users manually is not a valuable use of time.
I am working with the new revised LP and Course player and find that the new learning path provides zero information to the learner about what pre-requisites are missing on a locked course. In the old player when learners hovered over the lock, it listed the pre-requisites needed. Now there is a message saying “Course with pre-requisite” but there is no information available for the learner to know which course(s) is the pre-requisite they must complete. This is a deal-breaker for us as we have many learning plans with optional courses and pre-requisite options. It used to work beautifully and is now broken. Does anybody have a work around for this?
Hello,Is there anyway to display only a specific channel or channel contents based on the learners group. For example: A client signs in and goes to a page called My Trainings The access a page (or whatever) that displays any recordings of their previous ILT sessions (video assets). We need this content to be filtered based on their Group They should only see see the assets charged to the channel which is restricted to the group. The page needs to be dynamic in that no matter which learner go to the page that is filtering based on the Group. IE 1 page that any learner can access and only see their content from the specific channel channel only visible to them.Previously we did this by having only once channel visible to them and sending them to the ALL Channels page. This no longer works as well since we have opened up many more channels.

Can anyone advise if there is a report that lists all users enrolled on an ILT course but not attached to a session? I have looked through but new and old reports and nothing seems to identify these people. The enrolment status on a report mixes up those who are attached to a session and those who are not. Any advise gratefully received.I am aware i can do this on a course by course basis, but i want a full report that shows all courses (so we can assess demand for those who want to do a course but cannot do an existing session date. Hello,I’m not sure how many other’s out here are healthcare institutions though this may be a universal questions. I have not yet (relatively new) found a simple report to run when we have regulatory surveys. I need easy formatting that’s easy to read, it to include the person’s name, course (e-learning, ILT, and preferrably any external trainings), date of completion and description. I can’t find a good way to input the description of a course and pull the info I need. Ideally, I would like to set up a template for this that I can just adjust when we have a survey. Any suggestions are appreciated!Thanks in advance! - Jodi
How have you embedded videos from STREAM? I keep getting an ‘Incorrect URL’ error, and the URL is whitelisted?Even though the video is pulled from STREAM, it does start with a SharePoint URL prefix which I suspect is the issue. I have been successful with the HTML page, but users are marked complete as soon as they click on the link which is not desirable. Any suggestions?
I have seen the articles from about a year ago regarding the Oliver McGowan course not turning back results. That course does seem to work now. But i’m having trouble with some of the other eLearning for health courses. I get the error message saying:ScormWrapper::getSatus: invalid lesson statusThen once i complete the course the result is stuck on ‘in progress’. Some courses work but a lot of them do not. Those that don’t work are:Safeguarding Adults Level 1 Safeguarding Adults Level 2 Safeguarding Children Level 3 Moving and Handling Infection Prevention and control Level 1 Infection Prevention and control Level 2 Does anyone know how to stop this happening?
