Is this a known issue? See attached gif (videos cannot be uploaded here).This occurs when you edit the content within a text box in course management in the details text editor box. If you add an emoji, even just one, all of the text within the box will erase, even after the confirmation window appears that it saved successfully.I did open a ticket but out of curiosity, I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this?It took me a little while to pinpoint exactly what was erasing the content as there are not any character limits or warnings but after a little testing, I realized it happened after adding even just one emoji.

I’m wondering if someone can help...I have Power Users (planners) who need to enrol operatives into ILT sessions, but if I only assign them the branch they’re responsible for, those are the only enrolments they can see.For example, it will say 0/12 because no one in their branch is enrolled in that session, but the session could actually be fully booked with users from other branches! So, to them, it will look like there’s space on the session, when there isn’t… which seems a real problem.I don’t really want to assign all staff to them because of the editing permissions they have.Any suggestions for a way around this?

Hi,I want to create a bunch of power users who can go into certain courses and see who is enrolled onto the sessions.  I have created a profile that has ‘view’ permissions for courses, ILT sessions, and users, but for some reason although the the power user can go into course managament and see the courses and sessions, they cannot see who is enrolled on the sessions e.g. for one of the sessions  it says 0/15 (instead of 4/15 as there are 4 enrolments).  any ideas? Karl

I have the files in the widget, but when viewing the course, the names aren’t there. I can only see the file type icon. Anyone have a fix for this? 

I would like some guidance on extracting/analyzing test data in a useful way. I’m having to spend a lot of time deleting cells from the report just so the data is accurate. The way the excel spreadsheet is exported it gives a Yes or No column based on how the question was answered. My understanding is that includes every question in the test and assigns a No if the test-taker didn’t answer the question (they didn’t get the question to even answer it). In the image below, I have replaced the No with a 0 and the Yes with a 1 in an effort to get an average pass/fail rate. This seems like a lot of work around. Does anyone have a better way?   

I made several recording using Peek and created folder in Review. Does anyone know why the “Budget Upload” recordings (see Budget Upload screenshot) have nice title thumbnails but others do not (see Change Orders screenshot)?

We have a text Additional Field in our user profiles for their orgnization levels (department, division) but we found that since our HRIS has an inconsistent way of abbreviating these for employees, the informaiton does not match what we are manually entering for contractors (those that are not in the HRIS). We want to change this field to a drop down. Assuming we just add the drop down and mredo the SFTP automation mapping to that field instead of the current text field, are there any implications we are missing that we should consider? This isn’t really addressed in the help documentation. Thanks!

We’re looking for pros and cons of the following options:Scenario: We have a workshop series of 10 classes where the learner must attend all classes, and learners are enrolled by the admin (no self-enrollment)Options:1 ILT course shell > 10 sessions > each with their own event. The admin will enroll the learners into all 10 sessions and corresponding events.Or1 ILT course shell > 1 session > 10 events. The admin is also enrolling all the learners into all 10 events. thanks all!

In my organisation, we do fairly regular events that can be quite large and people can attend both virtually and in-person. The challenge that I’m having is that it can be quite challenging to encourage in-person attendees to bring along their laptop and join the meeting to log their attendance, only to then leave the meeting right away. Attendance numbers are also too high for us to realistically be able to take a list of in-person attendees and then manually mark them as attended after the fact.A colleague seems to remember seeing something to do with being able to scan a QR code to confirm your attendance, which could be a better solution for us, but I can’t find much reference to it anywhere online.Has anyone got any experience in dealing with this kinds of issues?

HelloWe have an eLearning course with 4 xAPIs and 1 SCORM file.  Currently a selective group of users are enrolled to complete these modules in a set order (pre reqs are set) and need to be completed in one go (more or less).I want to change the order of the modules within the course.  Can anyone see any implications of this? Pre reqs are not necessarily required but I have enabled the end object marker for the last module so the entire course is recorded as completed when this is done.  Perhaps there is another way to do this to mark the entire course as completed without having pre reqs set.

I want to duplicate a survey in the central repository and edit a few of the questions slightly. It’s a long survey with a lot of likert scale questions, and most of them remain consistent, but some change depending on the course it will be assigned to. So, like how you would duplicate a course, I was wondering if you could do the same with surveys?

In my company it could be possible that user accounts will be created 1 or 2 weeks before the user enters the company. For our mandatory trainings (e.g. information security, safety & health) the trainings has to be completed within the first 3 days after date of entry.I have created an automatic group and automatic enrollment rule for the mandatory training which triggers the course enrollment and the Digest notifications. But, if the account is created 2 weeks before, the enrollment is too early. Therefore, the time settings of the course internal of the Digest notification cannot be fulfilled because the user will not start until two weeks later.I know the different course time options (depending on enrollment / depending on course begin), but I am not really sure how to handle early accounts. A user defined field in the user management (e.g. “date of entry”) could be a solution.Is anybody there which have the same problem?

Hello!How can we create a Manager assignment in Docebo Connect (using Create user in Docebo) if our own system we’re pulling the values from doesn’t store the Manager IDs that Docebo seems to ask for - only Manager Name and email?  We have really been hitting our heads against the wall on this one… Any help appreciated!

We are a NASBA CPE sponsor and issue CPE certificates for many of our courses (not all). We have compliant certificate templates setup in Docebo and set those as the default template for eligible courses.Problem:Per NASBA’s directives, enrollees must complete the course within 12 months of enrolling in order to receive credit. We presently adhere by setting the course validity dates to end 12 months post-enrollment. But we’d like learners to be able to access these courses forever, just without being issued a certificate after the 12 month period.Any ideas on how to configure Docebo to make this work? We do have Docebo Connect, if that is an option.

 Anyone else experiencing errors on login or sign off with the new SAML? Login through MyApps - No issues, works as expected Login through direct URL/shortcut, which should trigger Microsoft authentication: Error produced    When signing out of Docebo: Error page      Prior to the new SAML update there have not been any issues with this. 

I want my training material (2 are videos, 1 is CLOR SCORM) to start automatically after the previous one is finished. We’ve turned on the autoplay setting within each training material’s settings, and I even turned on the course player autoplay feature in case that might help.  The course still does not seem to be automatically moving from one training material to the next.  Is there a way to do what we’re trying to achieve? 

Let’s say we create a course, and we want to assign it to both people in the Root folder and people in the Extended Enterprise instance.Would we need two URLs to get that to work properly, even if it’s the same exact course?Like in comms we would have to say:Here is the link for the course for Root people: [url]Here is the link for the Extended Enterprise people: [slightly different url]Thank you!

Does anyone know how to get Docebo to send more information to Stripe. We specifically want to know what transactions came from docebo and it’s difficult to confirm.  Has anyone dealt with this? What did you do?  

Hello! I have been receiving an HTTP error when trying to upload SCORM packages I have published from Rise for about 2 weeks or so now. I have been testing and I am able to upload some SCORM files but a few of mine are throwing this HTTP error. I also have received the error when trying to upload videos. This is very recent as I have been able to upload in the past. Anyone else have issues or is this a known issue that has resolution? I have been working with support but have not gotten anywhere so I am posting in the community to see if any members have had the same issue or know of any resolution. 

We would like to start using the Enrollment Priorities to highlight our compliance training (and make it easier to find). The current options under enrollment priorities are Mandatory, Required, Recommended, and Optional.  The problem with using Mandatory is that with the new learning plan structure (mandatory vs optional), any required course in an assigned learning plan already lists the word as Mandatory on their courses. This has led to an influx of panicked employees coming to me worried that they won’t complete their “Mandatory” training in time (which is mandatory to complete the learning plan, but not mandatory in terms of our compliance training). This also makes me hesitant to use the word mandatory as an enrollment priority option.  I’m looking for a way to change the Enrollment Priority verbiage from Mandatory to Compliance (or something similar), to both avoid confusion and to make it clear which courses need to be completed.

I’d love to hear how other organizations manage the “course archival” process? As it stands, Docebo doesn’t have a course archive function and also keeps enrollment data for the course. It’s certainly something I’m excited to see in the ideas portal, but in the meantime, anyone have any best practices to share?Our current process is as follows:Flip course to an “Under Maintenance” status Update course code to signify archived according to our taxonomy Remove thumbnail Update custom additional fields to show “Archived?: Yes” and date of update Remove all enrollments that are not “Complete” Remove course from all learning plans, catalogs, and channelsAnybody follow a different process? I am looking to send a reminder email to members of several groups. The message is consistent, and I want it to be automated. The group members change as new members are added based on meeting eligibility criteria when they complete courses/learning plans. I don’t want them to get a notification for each course or learning plan. One reminder per user if they are a member of any of my groups, which eliminates group, course, and learning plan notifications. I looked at Newsletter, but it looks like a manual task every time you send, which makes sense because newsletter content changes with each issue. Any suggestions? 

Hello, In one of our ILT courses the original basic quiz that was built in the Docebo software was retired and the instructors could see the completion of module content and quiz grade in the session details. A new interactive quiz was created -- it was built in Storyline and published as a xAPI (tin can) but the quiz is not showing passed for the instructors, so the student cannot continue. Is this something with xAPI or SCORM? I have not tried publishing a SCORM zip. Wondering has anyone come across this. Our other ILT courses have been setup the same way without issues, but not used quizzes built and published as xAPI (Tin Can) or SCORM for ILTs. Just wondering if I am missing something in the settings. I am not finding anything online to help.
