If I change a badge’s point value will it update everyone’s points for those who already have the badge?

Hello, I’ve been giving people 1 point per course. Users say 5 or 10 would be more motivating. I’m cool with that. if I change my course completion badge from 1 point to 5 points will it give everyone 4 extra points for their past completions? Or will all past point earners be out of luck - and more importantly, those past point earners would be at a competitive disadvantage. make sense?

Allow learners to choose session with an instructor

We have a course that learners follow independently and then an instructor needs to observe them carrying out certain tasks in real time on an application. As learners go through the course at their own pace, it’s tricky to predict when we need to make instructors available. To make planning our side easier, we’d like to put something on Docebo that says “these are the dates/times that are available, choose one”. Only one person should be able to “enroll” for any given observation session.As the instructor only needs to observe the learner, there is no need for a webinar or teams meeting or anything like that - there doesn’t need to be any contact. Just a way to give options and have learners choose one and that option then not be available to anyone else.I can’t see an obvious way to do that in the platform. Does anyone have any bright ideas?

Past ILT Courses in catalog

Need some help on thisWe offer ILT courses once a month for different products and different topics.The course and any sessions or events are only offered once for the year, after that, it may not be offered again for the year or ever.However, that course shows up in the Course Catalog page for Instructor Led TrainingSince there are no sessions or events available for a user to select, this could be confusing to customers. They want to know why it is not being offered.I tried to mark the course Under Maintenance, but that removed it from view for others who completed the course. Those users who completed the course, still need access to the recorded training. How does everyone handle this or am I missing something?ThanksMichael

Change "ILT" to "Workshop"

Hi all, Does anyone know if we can change the term “ILT” to something else (like “Workshop”) where it appears on the LMS? Maybe some CSS code? None of our learners use this term so having it there is kind of awkward...if we can’t change it then that’s fine, thought I would just ask :) Thanks for your help,Rob

Um - I had a manager reach out and ask me is there a way to sort on first name last name in My Team. And I almost feel silly saying no.Am I missing something????Yes they can search - but not sort by name their team members?

Test Answers: Breakdown by question

I want to see a breakdown of test answers by question. For example, how many people missed Question 1, Q2, Q3, etc. to help guide instruction. I know how to get the report within the reports section of the quiz, but that shows me answers by student. Yes, I know I can use Excel but I REALLY thought to see the breakdown per question, I needed to use the Docebo Test option and it was available within the GUI (not as an exported xls doc).I see an “Answers Breakdown” button when using SCORM but that never seems to work (SCORM 2004 3rd Edition). Can anyone help?

Notifying Users when New Courses are deployed in Docebo?

I have a course I want to send an e-mail notification to all users and also automatically alert them after “X” amount of days that they have not completed the requirement. Is this possible through Docebo to trigger this. I cannot find a knowledge base article to show me how to do this..

Unable to upload MP4 file to courses

PowerUser Role Utilization - Audit report

Is there a way to audit the Power User role utilisation? We'd like to run an audit report to see who frequently acts as a Power User and who doesn't. Based on the report, I'd like to revoke their Docebo PU access.I believe we can use “User report” to check when they access LMS using “User last accessed date” but it doesn’t help for PU role. Are there any related filters available for Power User role?

Stripe Configuration

We are just setting up our plat form and have linked stripe for our e-commerce. The platform only allows you to put in a VAT inclusive price. Does anyone know how to make the email confirmation into a VAT invoice? I cant see anywhere to do this in Docebo so am assuming it would be in stripe, but I just cant see it.

Instructor to Email Students

So, I’ve recently implemented Docebo for a new organization. The last time I implemented the platform (almost a decade ago), there was a super easy workflow for Instructors to Email students. They just checked off the students to Email and clicked Send Email. I am not finding that functionality in the platform now. Am I totally missing it? Have I not configured something fundamental? How are instructors supposed to send a quick message to all students? Please help!

Hello,I am trying to setup the mobile app (not branded) and when i put the URL in the go.learn app it says I am connected into the url but nothing else is showing. I dont know if there is anything else i should do because when I read about the topic it seems like putting the url should be the only option you need to do to be able to login into an account.Thanks

How do you handle people who need to make-up an ILT event?

If a user misses an event in the session they chose for an ILT - talking longitudinal orientation cohorts here - it’s really hard for them to find and attend a makeup class and get credit for it. As far as I’m aware this would require admin action and assistance. How do others handle this use case?

Is there a work around to make events expand more than one day?

Hello, our use case scenario is: Multiple departments get different onsite training. When I say multiple departments I mean between 10 - 15 departments and growing. We need to record each day’s attendance. I can create either one course or a course for each department. If I create a session and event, there will be an event for as many days in the year for each of the departments. That’s a huge amount of events. As of now only attendance will be taken, in the near future content and exams will be added. I know I can create one session and add multiple events for that session. Each session may last several weeks with a possibility of 21 events. Sessions are recurring. If anyone has a work around or any ideas on the best practice for this or the most efficient way to maintain something like this I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Best Practices around notification?

We’re launching at the end of April and are trying to get our notifications in order. We have a learning plan with 10 courses. Users must take the courses in order. I was hoping that by setting up course notifications it would trigger the notification flow once the user started each course but it doesn’t seem to work that way. I’m wondering what are some best practices folks have done with notifications for learning plans?How do you set it up if there is no end date for completion? How often do you think we should send messages to users? I’m looking forward to seeing how you others have leveraged notifications to encourage learners to completion.

I had a request from one of our departments to provide some usage info as part of a certification application.In particular, it’s the “percentage of total workforce across all company locations who received training to strengthen employee’ knowledge and skills specific to their work or their career advancement.”Any thoughts, tips, or idea on how I might be able to pull this data?
