After a notification has been created, and the language has been assigned, such as:Is there a way to actually keep this setting in so it does not keep defaulting back to this each time you go back in?:If it is the default we would like to use for the notification, I would think it would remain in place after being selected and saved for the email notification.
Hi,May I know if there is a way for PUs to directly select Suspended status for users’ enrolment to e-Learning courses? At the moment, a PU can only select Enrolled status. Some of our clients require their learners to apply for e-Learning course enrolment and get approval from their managers first. The current steps that PUs need to do if they want to reject the application is:Select Enrolled status Once user is enrolled, then only they can change the status to SuspendedThis cause a lot of confusions to their users due to email notifications. First, they received notification saying they have been enrolled, minutes later received another notification saying they have been suspended from the same course.If this is expected behavior, may we know the logic behind it so we can better explain it to the client?Thank you so much.
I want to duplicate a test and delete/modify some questions for another purpose. The thing is I have categories associated with my questions and they are not included in the GIFT export. I don’t have the question in the Test Bank because we test on the sandbox and then use GIFT export/import into production and you cannot import into the Test Bank. I can assign the categories but the only way I know how to do that is one question at a time, not very efficient. Any help or suggestions welcome.
I was trying to randomize a certain number of questions in a test. For example, If I have 4 questions, I would like to randomize the first 3 questions and always have the 4th question at the end of the test. I chatted with one of your Support Specialist, and he said that Docebo does not currently support this. I believe this feature would be a great addition to the Testing options.
Hi, I have changed the catalog name, icon in the Manage Pages-All catalogs- HTML /WYSIWYG from Material Science to Laboratory water, also changes are done on CSS accordingly..- However when I click on the link it opens Material Science- Although URL is correct but it opens previous “Material Science” catalog instead of Laboratory Water-

I want to deploy a few different campaigns to drive interest. I also want to know the effectiveness of each. I thought of using subscription codes in my campaigns. I was thinking 3 campaigns using 3 codes. I can see the users based on code usage to see campaign effectiveness. I am currently testing my use case, but it appears each scription code could only be used once. How can I configure it for multiple uses. If I can’t, any suggestions on my use case would be much appreciated.
I have hit a bit of a road block and need some assistance I am trying to develop plan to launch the D/C/S features and while I understand how the features work its narrowing down the channels and structuring everything. I have looked at the best practices but its just getting things in gear is where myself and the team are stuck...any ideas on how I can move this along?
We are thinking of switching to self-registration. Currently our users are either manually added (external users) or their accounts are automatically created via SSO. We use Active Directory as the basis for OKTA, our SSO platform, and our IT dept. does not update as frequently as we would like. It also does not have all of the fields we need including branch. Switching to self-registration would eliminate the manual entry for external customers and assign branch and current info. Does any one have experience with this? I am assuming an account created via self-registration (using the SSO password) would be able to log in via SSO subsequently. Any advice or best practices would be appreciated.
We currently have a ticket open with the Docebo support team, but I wanted to see if anyone in the community is currently experiencing (or has experienced) an error when trying to complete a course import via CSV? Over the past week, we are getting the same error of “Unable to receive results from: course/importCourses.” We are troubleshooting from both sides (internally with our SFTP and with Docebo). Here are a few call-outs:We’ve successfully processed other imports using the same automation app previously Three daily user/manager imports from the same SFTP location are continuing to process successfully (same SFTP, different “Active action”) We’ve tested in sandbox, production, and with two different SFTP sites and all have resulted in the same error
I just received an notification that Idea DL-I-1325 - Add a setting for hiding all change password related options has changed to SHIPPED. Has anyone been able to find the switch? I have looked and so far I have not been able to locate it.We have been struggling with inconsistent results across branches using CSS coding to hide it and are anxious to get this fix implemented.

So I just got into the international learning business….yay!I want to run a report for our Spanish speaking partners so it would be polite to send along the appropriate headers in Spanish.And if I change the system preferences to Spanish and do a manual run? I get that to happen.But what if I want to schedule up a report in a different language?Did I miss a place where you can do that? Or do I have to be clever and work the workaround of creating a poweruser that has Spanish as their language of preference and establish the report in Spanish for them to deliver it?The best idea ever would be to add a language preference to the report.Ok...ok...maybe this is not the most clever thing...and maybe even the idea is out there. but it would help when you are in the international learning business and you need others to read your reports without them mumbling below their breath that it was sent in a different language.
Hello,I have noticed that when I re-upload SCORM packages into my learning content item, the latest version will be updated immediately however, if I export the course in xAPI/Tincan version I do not see the latest version of the eLearning material. Am I doing something wrong?
Hey there Community!I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this and possibly knows the cause of the issue/resolution?We are using SAML SSO for our users. These last two weeks a couple of people have reported that when they try to log in, they get a blank page and nothing loads. It is super random who it has impacted, and after a few (maybe even after about 6) tries, they are able to get into the platform.I can’t seem to pinpoint what the hang up could be? Is there anyone else using SAML SSO that may have some troubleshooting tips?
When I click on the Go To Catalog links they get redirected to a new https address but they don’t open up..It stays frozen on “Loading” page. And I have the same problem for all other catalogs. Do you know why?- After clicking on the “Go to Catalog” option it redirects as follows but the page does’nt load up-
Hey all! We had assigned a Learning Plan to 330 users with an initial expiry of 36 days after enrollment. But now there’s been an extension in the deadline and the LP has expired for some users. I tried editing the deadline and enrollment options but it hasn't worked. Docebo Support Chat wasn’t much help and I’ve submitted a ticket now. Does anyone know how it can be unlocked?
Please can I pick your brains. I am still finding my feet with Docebo and may have missed something obvious. I am struggling to get a notification to contain everything we need to send ILT delegates when they are booked on a virtual session.We are a Google organisation so our staff use a google calendar. We also use Google Meet for our in house virtual training sessions (all though our external training providers may use other platforms eg Zoom).I am trying to send a notification to ILT delegates that not only provides the google calendar invitation to reserve the time in their diaries, but ALSO provides a link to the Google Meet session so that people can join the virtual session from their google calendar.What am I missing?I have tired syncing diaries but this lead to 2 calendars which made my system grind to a halt, and having one diary is hard enough so is doesn't seem practical.I would really appreciate any suggestions/work arounds . Thank you
