We have been using Certifications for required courses that need to be repeated annually.  We recently ran into an issue where out ability to access certifications or view them has completely disappeared.  End users and Superadmins are unable to see them anywhere.  The problem emerged sometime over the weekend (Jan 7 to Jan 8) Has anyone else encountered this problem before? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

After reading through your comments regarding checklists I have a couple of questions.  First, Im still very new to the LMS Admin role and constantly learning new things. I have been toying with the idea of a checklist to be used for a list of courses, assets and milestones for a project manager role.  The idea being they would work through the requirements of the checklist as a way to prep for a project management role.     Is that how it should work?  I think I read that if you put a course into a checklist, I would need to duplicate the course for access through the course catalog as a stand alone e-learning course. True? Any suggestions? Thoughts? Opinions? 

Would love to see if anyone has figured out an automatic notification workflow here. Use Case: We have two Orientation Learning Plans get assigned on a learner’s hire date. Each course within the Learning Plan has a 14 day deadline to allow for a soft deadline. At that point, a notification goes out to the new learner and their manager about the assignment. We would, then, like to send reminders on Day 5 and Day 10 to the learner only IF the Learning Plan is not complete (it’s ok if we tie it to the courses). The language in the Day 5 and Day 10 reminder are slightly different. Then, we have past due notifications (using Notification of Digest: Course Has Expired) going out daily to the user and weekly to the manager. Questions: Is there a way to set up the Day 5 and Day 10 notification to go out incorporating Enrollment status and time from enrollment in the course? Could I use the

Can anyone help me to differentiate between “In Review” and “New Only” under the Assets to Review/Approve tab on the My Expert Tasks page please? I tested by approving and rejecting an asset, adding another expert to the Channel, but couldn’t seem to find a difference. 

I understand that Channels are intended for informal learning and more engaging interactions. But it seems like there’s no way to enable the “Ask the Expert” and “Mention” Settings when adding an eLearning Course to a Channel. I thought that’s the purpose for allowing to add a course to a Channel so that users can interact and comment on the course that we want to. My question is, then what difference it’s making by adding a course to a Channel? I can’t wrap my head around it. If there’s a way to enable the features (for a eLearning course added to a Channel) it would be wonderful!!!! 

Hello! Has anyone found a good solution to utilizing enrollment caps and waitlists for paid external courses? When testing the functionality, we found that to be placed on a waitlist, someone has to pay the full price of the course which seems unreasonable. The ideal would be they’re added to a waitlist when a course is full and only when they’re removed from the waitlist and enrolled in the course are they charged. Otherwise we’d be issuing refunds non-stop for those who paid to be on a waitlist but were never enrolled.  Currently, we’re utilizing an external Excel to manually manage waitlists for courses and it doesn’t seem like a sustainable solution. Is there a way to leverage coupons? Create a course that’s a waitlist itself? Any thoughts or recommendations are welcomed!

Is there a way to include the ILT location in an ILT report? I don’t see that field listed anywhere…..but I could just be missing it.

Do we have the ability to control content we deem as new instead of it being new until the user enrolls and starts a lesson? I’d like to have the option of showing content as New regardless if the users have taken the course or not. 

I have a branch for each of our customer companies/organisations. I would like to report on which branches were created in 2023 (i.e. which organisations were added). Does anyone know if I can do this?ThanksClaire

I need my instructors to manage their own classes; however, they are not seeing their current sessions. How can I fix this?

Im new to Channels / Assets.  Im self teaching as well. I have created a channel, shared an asset to a channel. I have specified certain groups to see channels (Powerusers & Superadmin so far).I have assigned 1 user to my poweruser group.  I have added the channel widget to the poweruser page. When I log in as that specific poweruser, the channels are not visible but the widget is. I know  its permission related but Im at a loss.Please help me 

I have read through all the material on using equivalencies and I am struggling to figure out how to assign source and target. Here is my scenarioWe have a learning plan that includes an e-learning class that contains links to register for an ILT course that is not in the learning plan. hat we want to do is create an equivalence so that when the learner completes one of the multiple ILT offerings they are marked as having completed the e-learning class in the learning plan. This in turn will mark the learning plan complete. My question is How to I link them?Is this correct?E-Learning class in learning plan is set as a target for all of the ILT classes Each ILT Class is set as the source for the e-learning class?Or am I backwards and it should beE-Learning class in learning plan is set as a source for all of the ILT classes Each ILT Class is set as the target for the e-learning class?Thank

Looking for the easiest way to have all users to recomplete a mandatory courses on “Privacy Laws and the Workplace”. Its an annual refresh that all our employees are required to take each year. Ideally dont simply want to create another course with effectively the same content as this causes confusion for users knowing which course they are required to complete (despite clear instructions) Is there a way to simply add an additional SCORM course to an existing course and be able to produce reporting based on the version that was completed whilst requiring all users to recompleted the new course to be considered complete? Definitely dont want to muck around with resetting completions as these are required for maintenance of compliance

Hello,I have a test built in my system that has one question- Select all that apply. The answer bank has some 45 possible responses where 10 of them make up the correct answer. However, I have had some learners that mark 13, 20, and even all 45 responses. I changed the question to “Select all 10 that apply” to give an indication that there is a limit to how many answers they need to select to get full credit, but Im wondering if there is a way to limit how many responses they can click so it would automatically stop them from selecting an 11th response. Im also open to the fact that this may not be the best way to set up this knowledge check. Essentially the doctors we are training go over a case study of a simulated patient. They are to diagnose that patient with a number of high risk diseases. There are 5 cases (the answers to all 5 built the answer bank of 45) with an identical knowledge check of the one question - select all that apply for that case.Thanks f

We have connected LinkedIn Learning with Docebo. Unfortunately, there are so many courses that it overwhelms our users when they perform searches. Are there any tips or tricks on how to still have the LinkedIn Learning courses available, but not so overwhelming?

Is there a way to give users a calendar in Docebo (similar to the My Calendar widget/page) that will tell them all the upcoming events for all courses whether they are enrolled or not? We’d like our users to see what courses are available and allow them to enroll in courses if they want to. 

Hello everyone,I recently ran into a course that expired on 12/31. It shows up as expired in the central repository, as it was imported from the content marketplace.We’d still like to use the course in our training, so my question can these courses that are marked as ‘expired’ be toggled to ‘active’ so they can be used again.So far I haven’t been able to find any clear answer to this question in any help documents.I can also confirm that the course settings don’t contain anything where the validity was set to expire, it seems to be something with the content marketplace and the central repository.Any ideas?

Hi all and HNY! I am looking for some ideas. We have decided to create an area in our platform dedicated to AI. I would like this to be an exciting area and few clicks for our users. I am thinking a widget on the homepages, but this might be a bit boring. So, I just wondered if anyone has used something a bit more snazzy than a basic widget?

If I create a course and assign a user, will that be recorded as xapi statement in docebo lrs?

Is anyone else experience slowness when you are on the Coach and Share Channels page?  When scrolling down through the list of our channels we are experiencing slowness.  It sometimes is only 1-2 seconds but others it is over 5 seconds for the next row below to load.  I have a link to a video I recorded below showing the slowness we are seeing.  

I am looking to create a course that would build a custom PDF of my design that users would receive at the completion of the course. Are there any solutions within Docebo that allow for such a thing?

I’m looking to have a minimum time between courses in a leaning plan. To be specific, the learning plan has two courses. I want the learner to be in the first course for at least 7 days before they move to the second course. I see I can set maximum time rules, but is there a way to set minimum time rules? I.e., the learner must be in the intro course for at least 7 days before moving to the second course. These are e-learning courses. Thanks.
