Our management teams complete a Technical Skills Assessment for each of their employees. The managers mark the date when an employee masters each item in the assessment. We would like to move the marking of this assessment into Docebo. If an employee transfers to a new location, we need their new management team to be able to access the completed assessment.In theory, observation checklists would be the perfect solution for us; however, this will not work because both the manager and assistant manager need to be able to mark mastery of items on the assessment. Unfortunately, observation checklists only allow for one person to be able to mark items.We are looking for other ways that we can offer this assessment in Docebo Learn. Has anyone done something similar or have ideas? Thank you in advance!

Hi there,When we are creating notifications only manually created notifications are showing with a play button beside it, however, anything set at “at the time of event” is not appearing with this play button to activate the notification. Thanks so much! LD

Hi! I am very new to Docebo and I can see this a popular topic but was still unclear from reading through the many community posts RE global search but is there a way to hide the Al Results & Training Material tabs in search? All of our courses are in catalogs so it seems like I only need My Courses and Learning Plans & the Course Catalog tabs and that would help generate less confusion about training materials + courses showing up, not to mention they don’t show the course completion status consistently across the tab options - which is also very confusing. Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions. Cheers  

We were contacted by 2 of our learners that their e-learning courses were not showing completed. After working with Docebo support, it was determined that the maintenance to DoceboLearn platforms on November 6th and 8th, 2023 caused the issue. We are not sure if any of our other users experienced this problem. Is there a way to reset all user’s tracking, so it is accurate for everyone? We don’t want to send a notification to all of our learners about this--it wouldn’t look great to say that our LMS is having issues with their reporting.

Has anyone had any issues with the trainings not being marked complete? We currently have the annual compliance training going on and those trainings are very long! They can take about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. We use the compliance training vendor SAI Global and they provide us with the SCORM files. The issues we have been having with half of our employee population is that their trainings progress are not automatically saved, so when they click on the ‘Resume where you left off” button, it takes them back to the beginning (for crying out loud!). But for the other half of the population, they are able to complete just fine. So I’m not sure what settings in Docebo that I should be poking around to resolve that issue. Also, does Docebo have the ability to manually advance the course progress for those whose training were not saved properly and had to start from the beginning. Hi all,One of our partners has created two accounts for the same user and now we need to merge those two accounts into one. If one of the accounts had no learning history, I would just delete the surplus account, but in this case both accounts have history. I assume I have to use the merge user function to merge the two accounts in this situation, but I’d be grateful for any advice on the best way to do this. For example, should I be merging the one with the least activity into the one with the most activity?Thanks!

My Question: How can I run a report showing the Courses with their associated Catalogs? I need to isolate the courses not yet in a Catalog so we can remedy our 403 errors but I’ve tried several reports and there is no option or column to display Catalog associations.Scenario & Limitation: We want to provide a link to a course’s main page and have the learner be able to review the course description and decide whether they want to enroll. (We want them to see the green Enroll button.) We recently discovered if a learner is given that course link and that course is not in a Catalog, the learner receives the 403 error page. The course must be in a Catalog for the page to load. Additional Context: I am aware that we can provide self-enrollment links that will auto-enroll users into the course the second they click the link but that’s not what we want. Hi there,We operate our learning across multiple countries and it’s that “Compliance” time of year. Each country has a different set of Health and safety docs but all other policies are pretty much the same. I’m trying to find a way of only having one catalog or channel that has all the policies but when it comes to the H&S policy only the one relevant to their country will show. Otherwise I'm going to have 12 different catalogs which is a pain (Especially given the catalog module in Docebo isn't searchable!) Just in case this affects anything, these policies are set up as courses because we require e-signatures. Thank you! Vesta 

There is a CSS to remove the widget titles for the Desktop version of the platform but is there a way to remove these titles from the mobile app? :(  My desktop looks beautiful and it’s easy to find my widgets now… but my mobile app looks cluttered with titles.  Any ideas? Is this possible? 

I am implementing ILT webhooks to my organization, and I have difficulties with session update.I am using Power Automate, once a user is enrolled to a session > he gets an "invitation" (send by power automate). Then, they need to approve / decline.When a user approved > he receives a CALENDAR invitation.The problem is when I change the start time or date, it doesn't recognize the change.

How do I get a learner that I enroll into a Learning Plan that contains Self-Led Training courses to be automatically enrolled into a standalone ILT Course (not part of the Learning Plan)?

We are about to go to a two-catalog system - one for members and one for Non-members. People who come to our library select the courses they want to take, courses are not assigned. That being said, I do ot see where I can assign a learning plan to a particular catalog,  Just like a course, if a learning plan is open to both member and non-member, it will have a different price. Currently, it appears that it goes into an external catalog that we are doing away with.Has anyone found a way around this?  

Hi all.Does anyone use images on the Learning Plan Header? I keep running into unexpected roadblocks, like frequent messages that the file I’m using does not exist, or simply not incorporating the changes that I’ve saved. Additionally, I do not having very much control over the image dimensions. Compared to course cover images, which show an accurate representation of the finished dimensions, the LP header will make further cropping decisions after I have designated the cropping area. So, an image that looks fine when I set it up will end up cropping the top half of my images, & suddenly characters are missing their heads. When I try doctoring the original images to include a margin at the top, it just typically rejects the image i’m using. Then, when I resize the image to better fit the dimensions, it zooms in the center, cutting off even more of my characters.I’ve spent way more time trying to play with this than I’d like, just wondering if anyone else has experi

Hello, Me and my team need specific information about users that are going to enroll in an ILT class. We need to know their specific size for a material (gloves). Is there a way to push a form before they can enroll in a specific ILT session and make it mandatory for them to take that form before they can enroll in the session. Also would it be easy to collect the information from these form ?Thanks

Is anyone else finding that users get very confused when returning to a course that is required for a certification? We are finding that the following behavior is occurring rather frequently:User receives a notification that a certification is expiring User clicks the link provided in the notification and is brought to the certification screen User clicks the Renew option and selects a course User starts the course, but does not have the time to complete the course in one sitting, so they close the course To return to the course, the user is clicking the link from their certification notification - which takes them to the Certification screen. User restarts the renewal process, which archives the course they were halfway through and starts them over. These are compliance courses, which makes the user very unhappy. I realize that it is user error, but shouldn’t there be something in the system that pr

We cannot get the password reset to send a link to our members who try to use it.    We have had Docebo for 18 months and opened a support ticket then with no solution.  Anyone else have this problem and how did you solve it?

Hi everybody, is there a way to delete the “no answer” option in a survey? Here’s a screenshot: (for no italian speakers, “no answer” is in the last box)  In Question Bank we wrote down only the three options as you can see (school diploma, degree, other) but “no answer” stood out. Hi, I’m brand new to Docebo. My company is in the middle of onboarding and we are working on moving our data from another LMS.I searched on the KnowledgeBase but couldn’t locate what I’m looking for. Is there a way to upload a CSV with a list of users and courses they completed previously? This would be helpful so that data transfers to our Docebo LMS without having to enroll them and mark them complete manually.
