Reporting Learning plans

Is there a way to run a report which shows who has completed a Learning Plan, together with what parts of the the learning plan they have completed? So far I’ve only been able to find a report which shows who has completed a specific and to what percent complete they are.

Duplicate users in third party SCORM seats

Hi Docebo Community,Anyone having duplicate users in their third party content provider account?Docebo was using Docebo User’s ID during SCORM course launch, now Docebo is using username/email. Causing duplicate user accounts created in third party seats. It is affecting all of our users and it maxed out the third party seats.

Is there an option to allow users to change test answers? (Not allow them to access later)

Hello This question is about TEST Is there an  option to enable users to modify their answers without allowing them to resume the test when they save and subsequently access it later?My stakeholder wants to allow the learners to go to previous questions and change answers before the final submission.The option “Allow users to swich between pages of the test” disables the option to change the previous answerPlease help@lrnlab @Daniel @dklinger @KMallette

What ecommerce payment processing systems are people using?

We are trying to find a better payment processing system that will work seamlessly with Docebo. Our current system (Authorize.net) isn’t providing great back and forth reporting. Can anyone give me some suggestions for what is working well?

Looking for a solution: 100+ users to access training without enrolling and purchasing?

Looking for a solution: 100+ users to access courses without enrolling and purchasing training? Users  have purchased content, need them to be able to access 33 courses, select and enroll in course without purchase.  Would Groups work? Pages? APIs? CSS? Any other ideas?

Naming Conventions for ILT/Webinars (Events vs. Sessions) - Best Practices

Hi Docebo Community! Does anyone have best practices for naming conventions of ILTs? Our previous LMS only had the course name and then date. I’m curious how folks are differentiating between event & session and if you’re even adding dates to the name? For example, if we run a course called Feedback Skills every so often both virtually & in-person I’m thinking of following the pattern below: course > sessions > events Feedback Skills > virtual > June 29 Feedback Skills > virtual > August 5 Feedback Skills > in-person > Oct 2Or is it confusing to have the date as the event title since the date appears anyway? How are other folks doing it? Thanks for your help!

Company Courses

I am new to the Docebo Community. Though I am completing self-exploration I would like to know if there is a quick-reference to get a feel for the number of courses that are available in our company course catalog.To clarify, I understand that there are “universal” courses that are available from a library of courses and there are courses that are a part of our company course catalog. I would like to distinguish and identify each group of courses.

Managing Continuing Education Requirements

Hello everyone,I am looking to see if Docebo can serve as a location to manage my ongoing continuing education requirements. My organization trains staff as educators on our techniques. They are required to complete 3 events per year and submit them for review to maintain their certification. Benefits of overwriting vs. hiding training materials

What are the benefits of overwriting a training material vs. hiding them (Specifically SCORM files)? I thought it was so in-progress users could continue taking the hidden training materials, while the visible ones were shown the active training materials (slowly phasing out), but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Is it just cleaner to overwrite? Does overwriting cause any issues aside from making in-progress users start over? I’ve always been so nervous with this.

What is the difference between Subscribed and In Progress in an ILT Course?

I have been building a lot of ILT courses in our platform lately and my colleagues running the sessions are wanting to know the difference and I feel like I am giving very vague answers. So I was wondering if somebody had a good answer to this. Both Subscribed and In Progress show for difference users that area all enrolled in both the course and the session I built.

Using Lectora to Build Homepage

How do I remove enrollment deadlines from users in a learning plan?

Several learners mistakenly had enrollment windows added to their enrollments in one of our learning plans. How do I remove those “Active from” and “Active until” dates?Clicking “Edit Enrollment” allows me to change the dates, but I want to remove them completely. Clicking “Reset Date Range for Access” does nothing.

Hide Course Progress

I work at a software company and we are experimenting with posting release notes on Docebo. I have uploaded the release notes as a course. You can see them in the screenshot (blue thumbnail).  As the release notes are not actually a course, but rather just a collection of PDFs that users can look at non-sequentially, it does not make sense to have “Not Started” “In Progress” or “Completed” displayed for them. Does anyone know how to remove these statuses from the course display?  Thanks so much.

Hide RENEW NOW link from certification overview?

Ugh. We have so many issues with the Certification and Renewal functionality. We’ve been hearing for YEARS that this is going to be upgraded but it still has serious limitations. Because of this we have decided not to use the option to ‘Allow users to retake the same course or learning plan to renew their certification’. I had (wrongly) assumed that this would prevent the ‘Renew now’ link from showing up in the Activities overview under Certifications. It’s still there! And includes irrelevant information and also prompts users with the option to ‘Alternatively, you can submit a new external activity valid for this certification’. Uhm NO YOU CANNOT.  Does anyone know if it is possible to either:Hide the Renew Now link completely OR Hide the bit about uploading an external certificate?  Lastly, does anyone know when the long awaited update to Certification and retraining will be rolled out?Many thanks,Aimee

Notification to manager: your staff member has been enrolled on a session

I think this has been raised before but here goes…..   I enrol new starters into an induction ILT session. The new starter gets a notification to RSVP but at the same time I want their manager to know that they have been enrolled  so that they are can ‘encourage their staff memeber to attend’  Managers are power users. I can't get a notification sent to the manager at the time of enrollment.   What notification can I use. I have tried the user enrolled onto a session, and as there isn't a ‘manager’ option to sent it to,  I have selected the  ‘power user’ option but can’t get this to work either.  What am I doing wrong?  Is there a work around?

Changes to Power User Capabilities Since Latest Update?

Since the latest software update, my power users have noticed that they cannot see the user activity of learners who have signed up for their courses, when previously they could.Here's the use case: The instructor for an ILT course wants to verify that a learner in the session has completed the recommended eLearning prior to being in the ILT. The instructor is assigned the branch that holds all users on the platform. I also have Groups assigned to the instructor that identify all the users. This was sufficient to allow them to check the users' activity, however it appears not to be the case. I've checked the KB article on the subject, which was recently updated, but it doesn't explicitly address this. It appears that the alternative is to assign all users to that person, but that is not sustainable given that new users are created everyday and the User resource only allows individuals to be assigned, not Groups or branches. As I said, I made no changes to the resource settings and this

Calendar/Card drop-down menu visibility

Are there any ideas or known ways of adding the term “Change View” to this area like I have shown below in this screenshot? Or any thoughts on how to make the option to select this drop-down to view the Calendar instead of Cards view more visible? This is the public catalog view before logging in and we want our customers to have the option to change their view for ease of use.

How do you include external training available in Docebo (NOT external training completed)

So our company has two different types of Customer Training. One is standard user training, which includes everything about how to use the product, concepts to understand, etc. The other is developer training. This is things like how to use our API’s, what to consider when integrating with our product, etc. The developer training is created and managed be our Developer Relations team, who use open source technologies to present this training. They have their own reasons for using this as opposed to Docebo which I won’t go into here. My question is, does anyone else have training outside of Docebo that they list inside Docebo? I’m not talking about the External Training function, which allows users to list external training they’ve completed. I’m more talking about having users be able to search for and be directed to external training that’s available. Since Docebo doesn’t have a feature like this, has anyone else run into this problem and what did you do to solve it? Thanks in advance

Waiting Lists & Notifications

Hi all!  Hoping someone can help, here’s what we’re trying to achieve, but we can’t seem to find the right way to go about it.  All ILT sessions to have a waiting list on, so that when it gets to the required number, we can then schedule a session to reduce costs/improve attendance rates.   We can only seem to add a max enrollment rather than a minimum When an employee chooses to go on the waiting list, we want a notification to go to them to confirm (so we can do some appropriate comms) When the waiting list is reached, L&D team wants to be notified to confirm a min wait list is at the bookable level.Is any of this acheiveable?Thanks for all your help :)
