We have a spreadsheet that students need to learn how to complete. I’d like to create a test where students input data into the sheet and are graded based upon expected values in each cell. Is this something can can be done?

We are working on a scavenger hunt to introduce new hires to the LMS. Here are our ideas. Do you have any other ways of working it? Create an e-learning called “New Hire Scavenger Hunt”Training material: PDF Completion: Upon viewing of pdf Pain Point: Many new users are not aware of how to sign up for LinkedIn Learning or that it is available to them Notes: Docebo is connected with LinkedIn Learning. We want to make sure they have the instructions to get their LinkedIn Learning account set up, but don’t want to make signing up the trigger for completion because we don’t want to waste licenses. Training material: Quiz Completion: Answer question correctly. Pain Point: Many users do not know how to explore our pages or where. They mostly use our search bar when they already know the course they want to take. Notes: Question: Find a picture of an animal on one of the pages and tell us what that animal is. I am trying to upload a CSV file of new users and, boy, is it taking forever. Can anyone tell me the typical time needed for a CSV upload? I do not have reason to believe there is an error as I’ve done this before. I am going to have to develop processes taking this speed issue into consideration. Thanks!
Why can’t the Power Users see any courses or learning plans assign to the users? They have permission to view ‘Users’.
We have been holding off using the new ILT course type for virtual sessions as the email notifications do not contain the necessary short codes that carry the virtual session info, details, etc.. Is anyone using them for this purpose right now? What are you doing to communicate details of the virtual session to your users?
I noticed the ellipsis menu in the upper right corner of the New Course Page appears to be missing for ILT courses.e-learning:ILT: At first I thought it might be due to a CSS modification I made, but I have thoroughly checked. I also check the course settings and I have unenrollment enabled. Is there an additional new setting I am missing somewhere? If not, are there any plans to correct this?
One need that I think we have in our organization is a learning plan that syncs with a catalog - or a catalog-based certification. We’re looking at onboarding external customers into our LMS and to help them find what they need, we’re separating the courses into 3 levels based on complexity. Getting a certificate for completing the level-based catalog would make sense, even if they don’t necessarily follow the content in the order of a learning plan. Catalogs obviously will get updated as new content is added or removed or whatever, and it would be great if there’s either a certificate based on catalog completion or a learning plan can that can sync with the catalog directly.
I have a Learning Plan with 4 courses that I want to provide a 14-day window from the day of enrollment to be completed. I implemented the days of validity option on the Learning Plan with a notification to signal when it’s about to expire. I think this works great for making sure folks do the training within a certain amount of time.My problem comes in for folks that do complete the Learning Plan. When the validity period is over, even if they completed the training, they can no longer access the material. It will show expired.How can I keep the time frame for them to be able to complete the training, but still give them access to the content after they’ve completed it?
We are trying to figure out a way to do a pay what you can model for courses and are struggling with how we might implement this in our system… has anyone done this before if so how?
My widgets are coming in at different sizes and it’s frustrating! Is there a way to set the heights of the widget so that they’re the same sizes? Would I do this with CSS? I measured the height with snapshot and then created an image of that height and it looks better (see top left image) but it’s not great… Any idea how I could fix this with CSS?
Howdy, Is there a quick and easy way to shift a team from one manager to another?For example, direct manager Jane Johnson took a voluntary demotion, and Sue Smith is the team’s new DM. I’d like to just swap SS for JJ as the DM, instead of rebuilding the team under SS’s user record in the UI. I’m lazy like that.Any thoughts?
Hi everyone,Is it possible that person who self-registers in Docebo can automatically be assigned to a certain power user profile? We work with public school teachers, and want to make them Power Users so they can manage their students in the system. I’ve figured out how to make them a PU using a CSV file, but I’m wondering if we’ll need to upgrade them to PU once they have registered. Does anyone know if there’s a process for this, or have a work around?Thanks!
Our instructors are receiving an automated message from Docebo, informing them about a user's assignment submission. I'm having trouble identifying the source of this notification. I have thoroughly checked the available notifications but couldn't locate a specific one matching this message. Could someone kindly assist me in determining the origin of this notification and provide guidance on how we can modify the content of this notification?

Good afternoon from the East Coast.I am aware that all of our organizations are different.We are just kicking off OTJ checklists and I want to make sure I am thinking about it in a clean way.From what I am reading We get multiple opportunities to let people know about an OTJ checklist being assigned with the user level - enrolled in a course, has not yet completed a courseWe get also opportunities from the learning object itself (which in this case is the OTJ checklist).It does look like we will have a centralized person acting as the observer per course. which is good.So I wanted to see, how do you all take advantage of these levels of notification?
That is, I had a power user try to share a /play/ link for a course to someone who was not enrolled in the course (a course with open self enrollment to all users) and that end-user got a 500. I thought this was fixed? Or is it just coming soon perhaps?
We’re looking at using Docebo to support our staff’s regulatory CPD requirements, but struggling to find an elegant solution.Our staff are required to…complete regular self-evaluation and development (rather than prescriptive CPD points/hours) on training they complete both internally and externally, make notes on the learning objectives for a piece of training, and to reflect upon what they have learned and how it was useful to their professional development provide a report detailing their CPD reflections if asked, they’re not required to submit annually etc. So far we’ve been looking at the external training app, but a few of the default fields aren’t really relevant and it’s a bit clunky using it for any internal training too. We’ve also looked at using a Course containing a Survey Item, but that doesn’t seem to be something users can repeat to log new activities. Wondering if anyone has any similar CPD requirements in their organisation and can share your solutions?
I want to find users that we’ve put in but who have not done anything…. How can I figure that out?
