Go.Learn not capturing SCORM progress

Hello everyone, Has anybody experiencing Go.Learn not capturing SCORM progress? One of my clients informed me that their users who are using Go.Learn (both native) found out that even after completing their SCORM and get a passing mark in the quiz section, the app is showing 0 progress. This resulted the users not able to proceed with the course survey. They noticed this issue to happen only recently. There was one course that users managed to complete via mobile app end of last year but when the new users doing it recently, this issue happened. Any idea why?

How to add a button to the Sign In page

We want to add a button or link that says "Click here to login with your client credentials" or something similar. This will take you to our app for them to login via SSO. as anyone been able to add a button undee the “SIGN IN” button on the Sign in page? We want it under the current Sign In button. TIA!

Mark as Outdated CSS code

I’ve tried some of the codes provided in other threads, but it is still not hiding the Mark as Outdated button from the course overview page or more drop down menu WITHOUT hiding the unenroll or change sessions options. I need code just for the “mark as outdated” option. This needs to be an opt in/out setting on the Admin side altogether, along with sharing or rating… we just have users enroll, unenroll or change sessions, we don’t sell courses to outside users

Comslider account issues?

Hi Docebo community! We’ve been using Comslider for about five months. Periodically, we get a message that says “UserProjectAccountProblemThe project to be billed is associated with a delinquent billing account.The billing account for the owning project is disabled in state delinquent”. However, we are paid up through the end of the year and are nowhere near our quota for use. The odd thing is that the error seems to crop up about once a month for 24 hours and then self-resolves. I’ve emailed support but not response. Anyone else having this issue?

Recently a page was deleted from our Docebo LMS and we were unable to recover it. Wondering why is there no recycle bin for such a robust system? What is the best practice for this type of scenario?

Changing order of courses in channels

Hi, I understand that the courses within channels can only be sorted via oldest - newest and A_Z plus vice versa but I need the courses in a particular sequential order and none of the options help with that. How can I change that?

Weird quick - Groups Enrollment count seems off?

Morning - I did a double take twice...and now I feel like I should ask the crowd for a sanity check: I was working with two manual groups (loaded via CSV) to be loaded into a course (a normal day) One of the groups accidentally had been loaded with an identical listing of people. So I removed all users from it. I mapped another listing via CSV this AM. Let me illustrate it below. 91 for group 1 11 for group 2 My math gets me to 102 users that I will be enrolling (except if they have already mapped themselves to the course). And just keeping things straight - incorrect count of users were put into “OPK-US” (91 of them). When I select the users and go to enroll them: Those look correct….. - I get this back: Either my math is failing or I am about to do something wrong So - if someone can talk me off a ledge - is that happening with your instance?????

Docebo Contractor Recommendations

Hello! My company is looking to optimize Docebo, and the amount of work we’d like to complete will require more than just me (as the sole LMS admin). Does anyone have recommendations for reputable contractors to help with Docebo work? Our Docebo implementation was outsourced to a third-party contractor and it did not go well, so we are hesitant to choose just any contracting company. I appreciate any advice and recommendations y’all can share. :)

Language change not working

Hi All, Has any one every had an issue where one learner can not change the language of the platform ? I have screen shared and they are doing this correctly however it defaults back to English and does not go into the selected language. I have logged in as the learner and can change the language fine. The functionality is there it just wont change - i am unsure what it could be

Filter courses and session basic of additional field through APIs

I am working with the Docebo API and need to filter courses and sessions based on custom fields (additional fields). However, I am unable to filter courses using these fields in /learn/v1/courses. Could you please provide guidance on the following: How can I retrieve and filter courses based on custom fields (additional fields) through the Docebo API? Are there any specific endpoints or methods for querying custom fields associated with courses? If custom fields are not directly accessible via the course API, is there an alternative solution? Any API to filter sessions basis of additional fields? Thank you for your assistance!

Session unique Id code

Hi I am required to run reports on users who have unenrolled from an ILT session. There does not seem to be a report to include this as the session unique ID code (alphanumeric code) does not match the session ID code in the USERS - ILT SESSIONS report. The session number ID (4 digits) is identified in the URL which is a timely way to find the data required. How do others get around finding this information? Thanks

Updating Learning

Hi everyone! I am looking for some advice regarding recertification. Currently we have two different courses running alongside each other that have a 3 year cycle of renewal. One is an older course and one is the newer version. Let’s say it’s Course 2021 and Course 2023. We still have people on Course 2021 because it’s not yet due for renewal, and all new people do Course 2023 since we moved over to a new supplier at the beginning of ‘23. This has been okay for a bit, but it's starting to confuse managers and reporting because those on 2021 have been enrolled on 2023 ready for when they need to renew. These old courses are locked so when renewal happens they need to do 2023 and only have access to this. However, I recently learned that you can archive and unenroll people off courses so I was going to do this for 2021, but when I action this it doesn’t like it because we have them on a learning plan. I guess my ideal outcome was to keep the person’s previous completions and move them to

Duplicate course

Hi all Can someone please provide a solution here? Users complete the online module and a skills assessment (observation checklist) which is marked by a DM marking the course as completed. Users must complete the course annually. If they have been working and using the skill, the observation checklist (OC) does not need to be redone. Issue: The course remains marked as "in progress" and users' names remain in the DM's To Do profile for the observation checklist. Solution? How do I create a duplicate course specifically for annual recertification without the observation checklist, so when a user selects renew now on their tasklist they land on the correct course? Thanks

Creating a Free Order Learning Plan

We are creating a collection of courses that stack into a credential. We wanted to attach a certificate to completing all the courses in the bundle. I was thinking we would use learning plans, but we don’t want the users to HAVE to take the courses in order, or even take all of them. But if they do take all of them, we’d like them to get a certificate. To be clear and keep it simple, if we have 5 courses that learners can take in any order, how can we put them in docebo to show that they completed a certain certificate if they complete all 5? PS - it says in this attending learning plans article that you can take a learning plan in free or sequential order: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/11414202170898-Attending-learning-plans I just can’t figure out how to do the free order. We are using the Docebo for SAML integration to achieve SSO from our custom application to Docebo. How can we deep link to a specific course?

We are currently successfully using the Docebo for SAML integration for SSO from our custom application. We are currently authenticating correctly, and able to access Docebo. However, after our SSO login we are sent to a default dashboard page. We would like to link from our application directly to a Docebo course, but we cannot find how to tell the SSO process to send us to a different URL. Is there documentation somewhere that should how to achieve this?

ILT completion via a Lesson

Hi! Does anyone know how to mark an ILT complete by completing a Lesson after the session date has passed? I’m trying to make it so that if someone misses the ILT that they can take a Lesson and receive a course completion for it. I find Lessons present nicely on the Course Overview page, vs. attaching a recoding to a session where the user has to go on a goose hunt for it. Curious if anyone has any workarounds!

Best Practice for Managing Learner's Schedules

We have learners who are new hires and existing employees that need to be re-trained. We want to slot learners into a schedule, but we don’t deliver anything live. In other words, I would like to be able to see that I have 2 new hires starting in March, another 3 in April, etc. We would also want to know which day the employee is taking their test so we can make sure we have someone available to help them. I considered just adding a “Training Start Date” and “Exam Date” as an Additional Field, but I wasn’t sure if this is the best way to track it. Is there any kind of calendar functionality?
