Hello DoceboiansI was just wondering what you are using when creating your certificates to make sure your text is appearing correctly on your certificate. As an example, the following code was used:<div style=”width: 1810px; height: 2560px; margin-top: 600px; margin-left: 50px; position: absolute;”><p>[firstname] [lastname]</p><p>[coursename]</p><p>[date_complete format:”d F Y”]</p></div>When looking in the wysiwyg editor this did exactly what we asked of it, however in the certificate preview and certificate download, although it gave the correct information, the text was placed at the top of the screen with no left margin and had moved down only 50px.Has anyone else had similar issues?What did you do to align the text in your certificates with your background image?Any tips you are happy to share?

Hello everyone,We’re revamping out badges this year and I was wondering if there is a way to display the badges bigger inside the widget used on the dashboard? Currently, the badges are displaying very small. Any writing that may be on them is essentially not visible. We were hoping to be able to label the badges so it is not just a generic icon. ie. A First Aid Certificate badge would have an icon but it would also say First Aid on it visibly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Is there some way to get a list of users that have never been active? In trying to filter the Last Access Date you are forced to enter a date range or a relative range, but none of those options will find an empty date that shows up as “Never” on the users personal summary. 

Hello, is it possible you can utilized additional fields when self registering?  For us, it’s important that the user enters a branch code, plus selecting an additional field from either a drop list or predetermined.We have automatic rules setup for users who enter a specific group, along with a specific additional field.thank you,

Will we have access to new APIs and webhooks during beta testing? I have not been able to locate any in the Developer Portal.

Has anyone found a way to extract the Catalog codes and names from a report? I can’t find a way to get that information other that going into each catalog and noting the information in a spreadsheet of my own making. If the Catalog page worked like the Learning Plans page, I wouldn’t need to do this, but it would still be useful to know how many users frequent particular catalogs.Thank you!

There are parts of the new My Profile that we don’t want visible. I can’t figure out what element to target with CSS. Any ideas?

I want to create a certification “program” that provides a clear learning path for a group of learners to follow, but also allows for some choices in completing the required elements that leads to a specific “certification.”For instance, I want to be able to do the following where A-K are a mix of Learning Plans, E-Learning Courses and Instructor led courses.A+B+((D or E) or (F or G))or(H+I+J)+K = CertificationThis would allow a more consistent global structure, while still allowing for some regional differences in our business.is there a way to do what I described?

We perform sales onboarding every two weeks, and our onboarding track or curriculum is four weeks long.  I’m looking into creating a LP for each week, separately.  My question is, do I have to manually create 4 new LPs (one for each week of onboarding) every two weeks?  Is there not a way to duplicate an LP?  It seems like a lot of work to have to manually create an onboarding curriculum that regularly occurs throughout the year.  How do other organizations handle recurring onboarding curriculums with ILT (VILT) courses, eLearning mods, videos, documents etc.?Thanks for any insight.

Everytime I am going into the platform and my browser refreshes. I am dismissing 3 modal popups now - reminding me about configuring the AI and the new navigation experience.Um - I refresh my browser often? And the 3 dismissing clicks are literally slowing me down.Yes this is belly aching - but I mean really????? 3 modal popups every single time a browser window refreshes with Docebo opening for a superadmin????

Hi everyone,I am looking for some advice on how others have approached this in Docebo.I have created a dedicated landing page/catalog for each product group, and users access these pages from a central landing page using custom widgets. Visibility is controlled through branches.The challenge I'm running into is that each landing page also needs to be added to the menu. If I remove a page from the menu, users get a 403 Forbidden error when they try to access it from a widget, even though the link itself is correct.As we continue to add more product groups, the menu is getting longer and longer, even though I don't actually expect users to navigate using the menu. I would prefer them to use the central landing page instead.Has anyone found a cleaner way to handle this? Is it possible to keep a page accessible through a widget or direct link without displaying it in the menu? How do you manage navigation when you have lots of product-specific landing pages? Are there any best practice

Hello, We have not turned Harmony on yet in production, but are beginning to test things in the Sandbox and have a few questions.Will there be data/insights available on popular search terms or results via Harmony Search?  As an admin I can see my own search history, but it would be great to see what our users are searching on to better inform our training content / organization of material. Beyond the thumbs up / thumbs down, is there a way an admin can influence the responses given?  For example, while the steps Harmony gave me as an answer were correct, the video it listed as a reference was not one I would want to be suggested, so I’d like to tell the system your steps were right, but there is a better video to call out in the results. Can we force which courses/videos Harmony lists to reference?  I’m thinking it would be nice if we could input a list of the courses it should search thru first, and then a second tier, and so on.  We have a few courses that cover some of the same co

Hi Docebo Community,We have a field called Project Manager, that captures names, I am trying to use this field in a report I’m building but is it not showing as an option. Any idea what could be causing this? I’m not sure how to check if this field came with our account my default, as I don’t see it listed under the Additional Fields.Thank You!

We are using Enrollment Priority Attributes for some assignments. We would like to know if the attribute designation (e.g., required, mandatory, optional, recommended) that is applied when the course is assigned appears anywhere in records. We know it appears on the home page on the assigned course’s tile, but we would like to see it in a report, or some other place we could pull data from. Perhaps there is an API that would expose it?Thanks!

We are wanting to create one email notification that goes out to the manager and in that email it would list all of the users who report to them on courses that need to be completed in the platform.We are aware of these two email notifications “Digest: Learning has yet to complete a course” and “Learner has yet to complete a course” can go to the manager. However, on these notifications the manager will receive one email per user and this is not what we want.Our managers do have access to the “My Team” in the platform and we know that they can see their team members and it will show if the user(s) are overdue on a course and they can see their User Summary Report. Looking at “Reports,” we would not want to create a manual report for each manager to see their team members and the courses that still need to be completed. Hi all,What is the best way to automate the Orientation learning path while preventing learners from working ahead? For example, if there is Orientation on Day 1, the courses are in the system but users should work together on the classes at the orientation site. The users then will automatically be enrolled in Orientation session 2, but they should NOT be able to work ahead until day 1. What is the best way to set this up?Thank you Docebians!

What is the difference between the two times displayed with Learning Plans? I’ve searched a number of different sites and can’t seem to find the answer.

Hello,Is there a way to assign only certain lessons in a LinkedIn Learning course to offer the learner completion status for that course?Specifically, we’re looking to have our learners take the Microsoft Teams course. Since we’re not an education facility, we don’t need to watch ‘Teams for Education’. I told my learners they could skip it, but they want to show the completion for the instructor/learner. How do I do that?Thanks

Hello,Our platform has several hundred user accounts that have never logged in. Before we deactivate them, I wanted to potentially leverage the "User has not logged in (in a specific time period)" notification. It is currently turned OFF.The default for the notification appears to be seven days after the event or account creation. If I change the period to 60 or 75 days and then enable the notification, will Docebo go back and process accounts with those specific time parameters? As we move forward, the plan is to turn the notification on with a standard 7-day window.Can I also have two versions of the notification running? One version runs at the 7-day period, and then another takes the same action but at a later period, say 60-days after account creation.

With the launch of Companion, I was surprised to see the button under my profile that allows the user to self-configure access to the extension. Tried a dozen different CSS options to hide this button and while it  seems to work in dev mode, when I load the code, the button continues to appear. Anyone had any luck hiding it permanently?Reason we would like to hide it is we need to test it and prepare a comm plans before we allow users to use it. Especially where we have no spaces prepared, and there also seems to be an issue with only providing the user with the root url - does not understand the concept of the sub domains (for extended enterprise)  

Hello! I looked through the January 2026 Q&A when course and learning plan archiving was activated, but couldn’t find an answer to my question. We are FINALLY getting into archiving our old courses using the new process. What occurred to me was, when archiving ILTs what happens to recordings posted on individual events? Are those uploaded to the Training Materials as videos or will they be deleted in the archiving process?

I understand based on this statement from Docebo Help, “Please note that all users are allowed to access the main domain, as every user is associated with the root branch.” that users can access their root or main domain.Example, root domain is Company - test.docebosaas.comFirst sub domain is Company/DomainA - test.docebosaas.com/domainaSecond sub domain is Company/DomainB - test.docebosaas.com/domainbIs there any way to keep Domain A or Domain B folks from seeing the content in the root domain?My goal is to keep everyone in each of the domains and not have anything available in the root domain.
