It would be interesting to understand what types of questions they ask and whether Harmony is generally able to provide accurate and helpful responses.Is something like this available? Hi folks, is it possible to find a list of users that have shared their badge via socials?I’ve checked and there is not a notification or audit trail event for that action, as far as I can tell.I’m keen to find out how many people have been sharing a digital badge with their socials hence the question.Thanks in advance for any assistance.JK

We would like to launch using channels but at this time we do not want to allow everyone the ability to upload content or ask questions on the platform.  We would like to remove the two icons that show at the top right for sharing content and asking the expert from the All Channels page and the actual channels when they are opened up.  Does anyone know how to do this? Because they are built in there isn’t an option to turn them off like you can when you build your own page.  I could build my own page though it would mean a lot of manual work and then when people click on the channel they would still end up seeing these two icons.  We could launch with them there as I know we can restrict who shared content but the challenge is that it is still there, the user can still click on it and go through the motions of uploading but then they get to the end and there is no channel to add it to.  So if I can restrict it why can I not just remove this as an option to avoid confusion?   

I have been tasked with evaluating the strategy for using groups and putting together recommendations for new standards, cleanup needed, and governance going forward. I want to start by analyzing the current state. I can see all the groups from the Group UI but can only sort by name. I want to extract Name, Description, Type, and Eligibility Rules. How do I do this? PS. I tried a copy/paste from the UI but I can’t get it to copy into rows so I can sort. Plus, I still would have to open each one individually to capture the Eligibility Rules.Also, I know I can export the users by Group, is there a way to export users for all groups at once? I don’t see any reports with “group” in the user data fields.  

We’ve found our users often miss the global search at the top of the screen. We would like to duplicate it within a custom page, and our homepage. Could this be done with an HTML widget, CSS, or both together?

I’ve created a course calendar with the course widget, showing all of our training opportunities. Is there a way to color code it? So far all of the courses are purple.Thanks!

Hello & thanks for your help~ I have a course with 4 training materials, all are required but can be done in any order. A user completed 1 training material outside of the LMS and I, as the super admin, want to mark this 1 training material complete for this one user. Can I do that? If so, how do I do that? Thank you.

Previously we had successfully imported courses from LinkedIn Learning into Docebo.  Users could see the courses in Docebo, enroll, and take the courses.  Users noticed this week that they are unable to get into the courses.  I’ve even imported yet another course today and users cannot complete those courses either.  They get this “oops” error screen from LinkedIn Learning.  This all worked fine previously.  

I have 34 courses, many of which have >10k enrollees, and I need the courses to be ‘reset’ annually so that users can receive a new record of completion (archive & re-enroll). This needs to happen as soon as possible after Jan 1 each year. In prior years, I have using the archiving functionality to achieve this. However, as my enrollees grow (and will continue to grow), archiving is becoming unsustainable. For one, to archive that many enrollees take a very long time (sometimes up to 4 hours) and I can only process one at a time. This results in an unacceptably long down time for our users (34 courses * 4 hours/course = 136 hours to get through them all). Also, since I cannot batch archive >10k enrollees, I need to creatively use filters to find groups to archive at a time, which takes even longer. Does anyone have a solution to this? I am hesitant to use the Certifications functionality because I do not want users to be able to renew themselves, but perhaps that is my best b

Hi, I am looking for a report that gives me ILT course duration, session hours and most importantly Event duration, not at user level but Course and session level. 

I know that Docebo doesn’t offer a monthly active users report. So I’m open to any ideas of how you have somewhat accomplished this on your own?

Does anyone have any fun CSS or system settings I’m missing to control the height of this header across the platform (marked by red rectangle in the image)?It really feels like a waste of real estate just for a page title.  

Hi!We used to only use the Webinar course type, but recently switched to ILT. In the webinar course type, when a learner was waitlisted, their thumbnail said “Waiting User”. Maybe we changed something in the localization tool to make that happen, I can’t remember. However, now that we are in ILT, all of those users just show “STARTED” on their thumbnail. Users that are enrolled show STARTED too. We have an article explaining that if they see this, they are on the waitlist, but if they see the bottom one they are ENROLLED in the session, but I hoping there is a better way! Please tell me someone out here has a better way for learners to tell they are on the waitlist. Waitlisted for Session Enrolled in Session    

How do I add an instructor to evaluate a test? How does the instructor know that they are to evaluate a test? How would an instructor evaluate the test?

We really like the Task List widget and enjoy having it on the home page. However, it looks out of place because it can’t dynamically change. It looks great at full length, but awful at short. Is there a way to force it to always have all the space? Or make the page look better in our mockups?Looks good to usLooks not as good 

Hello,We are currently working with Docebo to migrate from our existing LMS to the Docebo platform. We need to transfer learner records from the old LMS and upload all training materials to the repository. Additionally, we want to mark certain learners as complete for specific items. Is there an admin tool that allows us to do this, or does Docebo need to handle it? If anyone has experience with this process, any insights would be appreciated.

Hello AllI’m having a look to see if there is a way that we can re-create a new (or edit) the My Team Page. We would like a way to be able to display the Team cards but with a clearer view on the training completed by the users.For example:I would like to create a page where I can see at a glance if my team have completed their Compliance training. I would therefore like the cards for each of my team to just be looking at their mandatory/Compliance training and not just anything they have been assigned. If I then select on the Over Due Courses, it will then show me which courses that user has not yet completed within those compliance courses they have been assigned.Has anyone built something similar to this that they could share with me? Thanks

Hi Docebo Community,I am working on designing a customised internal learning landing page in Docebo and would love some inspiration or best-practice ideas from others who have customized their pages.Context: This is an internal enablement page (not a public catalog). Added a custom HTML/WYSIWYG hero banner with branding, messaging, and a CTA. The platform already shows the page name in a theme color system bar, and below that there is a white bar (page name + optional subtitle). Challenge:The white page title bar feels visually repetitive since the page name already appears in the system bar and we also have a hero banner below it. I’m trying to achieve a cleaner, more modern UI.Questions for the community: Has anyone successfully hidden or minimized the white page name bar in Docebo? Is there a supported way to remove it via page settings, theme, or CSS (without breaking upgrades)? If hiding isn’t possible, how have you designed around it to make the page feel less repetitive?

The add to calendar button doesn’t work for us. I was hiding it in the old player with this CSS:#doc-layout-action-buttons [aria-label="Calendar"] {display:none;} But I can’t seem to figure out how to do the same thing on the new course player. Does anyone know the class/ID that controls this, and what the aria labels are for the new menu? I want to hide the calendar as well as mark as outdated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi all, I’m fairly new to Docebo so bear with me. I’m looking at creating Groups and I’m surprised that there’s no exclude option for any of the conditions. Ideally I’d like to have the ability to exclude a Group from a Group. Is this possible? If not, does anyone have any workarounds. I’m hoping to avoid the need to create large numbers of complex groups?   ThanksMartin

We are not using points in gamification, is there a way to hide the “My Points” reference? 

Good day Community!I was curious to know if anyone had come up with code that could hide the point value that appears on badge ribbons. There's some concern in my organization that even if we set the point value to 0 for each badge we create (as we're going for a less competitive approach to badging), users will find it odd to see a line of 0s across their awarded badges. Any insight would be appreciated. Hello community!I have a question regarding the outlook integration with Docebo. We give learners the ability to RSVP to their outlook event invites. Sometimes if an admin has enrolled a learner, but that learner has a conflict they might RSVP “NO”. To your knowledge is there a report or notification that we can trigger to notify admin of this response?Currently it appears that its only possible by manually looking at the enrollment lists for each event.
