just a quick question , when will the new certification & retraining version be live? Is october 28th the date? and will you give us a know-how guide on the new version?

Hello, I am trying to find a way to add a survey at the end of our courses, but this survey shouldn't be mandatory to complete the course. How can I add Learning material that will not count as part of the course completion? Thank you,

We are wanting to create one email notification that goes out to the manager and in that email it would list all of the users who report to them on courses that need to be completed in the platform. We are aware of these two email notifications “Digest: Learning has yet to complete a course” and “Learner has yet to complete a course” can go to the manager. However, on these notifications the manager will receive one email per user and this is not what we want. Our managers do have access to the “My Team” in the platform and we know that they can see their team members and it will show if the user(s) are overdue on a course and they can see their User Summary Report. Looking at “Reports,” we would not want to create a manual report for each manager to see their team members and the courses that still need to be completed. We do use the direct manager (#4 Team Members) when a person is created, however, direct manager is not available to select under User Fields at the end of creating a re

Hiya Docebians. The community saw a great mention of a better course completion digest being made available. Can we get a how to or a deeper dive into detail surrounding that.It was already shared, please pardon this old soul. I didnt use AI to better scan what this is meaning to us. Still more is better….

I’m pretty sure the answer is no, Docebo currently does not do this but need to confirm. Is it possible to upload test questions to the Question Bank using GIFT? If not, what I find so odd about this, is when you import a GIFT file to create a test, you can assign the questions a category that is made in the Question Bank.

We have an Articulate Storyline 360 course published as SCORM 1.2, with the reporting option set to Passed/Failed and tracking based on the quiz result. When a learner fails the embedded assessment, the SCORM package reports Failed in SCORM Cloud. However, in Docebo, the learner’s course status remains In Progress, and we cannot see a failed result. Why is Docebo not reporting the result as Failed? We need to identify failed assessment attempts in order to trigger an immediate email notification “User completed or failed a test in a course” to relevant Power Users User when the user fails the assessment on an invigilated course which requires a manual tracking reset.

Does anyone know if it is possible to display a course additional field on the course widget?I would like to display the course level, e.g., BASIC, or ADVANCED, on the course widget as well.

I have just run a User - Course report and in Usage Statistics, I selected the following filters. What I want to know is what is the outcome of numbering relating / referring to? Number Of Actions - what information is this pulling / counting?Number Of Sessions - what information is this pulling / counting? Thanks in advanceKym

Hi community,I’m trying to understand the difference between a channel and a playlist, from a superadmin perspective. At the moment, we are using channels to share job aids with learners for easy access. From my understanding, playlist is part of a channel - each user can go into the channel and create their own playlist. My questions are:Did I understand correctly, that a playlist is a function within a channel? My manager seems to think a playlist is a separate feature from a channel we can activate. If I create a playlist in a channel (as a Superadmin), how can I have it visible to all users in that channel?Thank you in advance!

We have set up some courses for people to be able to access on request - ie we are not enrolling them centrally. The courses can be accessed via a page in the side menu or through a catalogue.Via the catalogue, the courses are available and users can access freelyWhen users try through the Page option, they are getting this error message. Clearly its the page / menu which is set up incorrectly, but I cannot see how - especially as there are other courses on the Page which the user can access??

Hi EveryoneWe are going through all our notifications and enrolment rules.I was just wondering, rather than looking at each one individually, is there a way of exporting their contents to a CSV or other file?I have had a look through the menus and custom reports and have not found anything. I assume the answer is no but I thought I would ask as it will save us a lot of time.

Is there an option to turn on sound to make the bell ping when a notification comes through?

Hello Docebo Community,Hope you are doing great. Please provide any ideas regarding Scheduled Reporting Audit strategy acting as a safety net to catch SCORM tracking failures without forcing you to manually monitor live user sessions. Is this something that could work? Thank you for your time. Key Benefits of Scheduled Reporting Audits•    Proactive Anomaly Detection: Identifies users stuck in "In Progress" status before they reach out to support or miss compliance deadlines.•    Automated Data Delivery: Sends periodic reports (CSV or Excel) straight to admin email inboxes or SFTP servers.•    Zero Learner Friction: Works silently in the background without affecting learner performance, opening pop-ups, or slowing down course execution.•    SCORM Failure Isolation: Helps cross-reference spent time against completion status to distinguish between abandons and technical payload failures.Instructions: Setting Up a SCORM Audit Report in Docebo1.Navigate to Custom Reports:Admin Access Requi

Prior to Summer 2026, I was able to select an icon for each page. The icon is displayed to the left of the page name in the mobile menu. I am no longer able to select an icon. Can anyone point me to a solution? Here is a screenshot of our mobile menu for reference:

My colleague gets the weekly roundup email, but I do not. How can I subscribe to it? Does this go to only one email address per account? If I somehow unsubscribed how do I resubscribe? Thanks!

Hello -We are working on enhancing our learner experience. During our User Acceptance Testing, the Next Lesson/Previous Lesson button in the Course Player was confusing for our users.   Does anyone have the CSS to hide these buttons? Thanks for your help! Best,Liz

Is there anyway in the system to toggle to a dark mode?Thank you!~Diane Jacobi

Has anyone had any luck turning off Docebo Marketing popups that have started appearing since the new interface launch. I’ve tried Elmast’s suggestion (CSS) Hiding contextual help via CSS | Community to no avail. and I note that the feature request:https://community.docebo.com/ideas/persist-keeping-contextual-balloon-help-turned-off-when-the-user-turns-it-off-4229 appears to have been removed. Our management team is kind of unhappy that platform marketing is showing up on the platform so we need a way to permanently turn it off/disable it. Craig

Marking “show the course to only enrolled users” does not remove expired session visibility to learners. When a power user wants to enroll a new learner into a course, they can still see past expired sessions. I have seen the work arounds of labeleing them with a “z” or something, or manually going in to delete, but we don’t want to delete expired sessions or change names. How can we keep the sessions inside of the course, but have the system automatically remove anything that’s expired from the learner’s view?

I want to customize the Password Requirements popup that appears when a user changes their password to showcase the fixed password rules that Docebo has in place. Does anyone know how to customize this popup?

Hi team,We have a course published with a final exam, and the course validity end date is September 30, 2026. For the enrollment validity period, we have set the number of days available to learners to 45 days. We have also enabled the soft deadline because we would like learners to continue accessing the course training material even after the course end date—for example, for new staff who may be enrolled later.I would like to confirm whether the final exam, which is set at the end of the course, will also remain accessible to learners after the course end date when the soft deadline is enabled, or whether the soft deadline only keeps the course lessons/training material accessible. Our objective is to ensure that both the training material and the final exam remain accessible to learners after the course end date, particularly for new staff/trainees.Also, I’m not sure whether this makes a difference, but our exams are sometimes developed using a content authoring tool such as Adobe an

With the launch of Companion, I was surprised to see the button under my profile that allows the user to self-configure access to the extension. Tried a dozen different CSS options to hide this button and while it  seems to work in dev mode, when I load the code, the button continues to appear. Anyone had any luck hiding it permanently?Reason we would like to hide it is we need to test it and prepare a comm plans before we allow users to use it. Especially where we have no spaces prepared, and there also seems to be an issue with only providing the user with the root url - does not understand the concept of the sub domains (for extended enterprise)

I am attempting to upload a training history CSV report from our current database into Docebo.  I have aligned the course ID’s and codes, usernames, etc. but cannot find how to mark them as complete via a date in the past.  These are E-Learning courses.

When creating a new session for one of our courses, it is rare that there is a variance from the course learning plan. We would like the ability to click a button or link to easily copy the course description to the session description field.  Is this possible? I didn’t see it in my searches
