Has anyone else had issues this week with their reports not working? At first, they background task continuously discontinued but the past two days, the reports have come out blank.  This report has been scheduled to generate everyday and had been working for the past 10 or so months.

We’d like to provide some instructions for Users to help them self-register.  Branches appears to be a difficult concept for them to grasp.  Either they do not pick a Branch and it defaults to the first one on the list or they choose an incorrect Branch.  Has anyone found a way to provide instructions on the self-registration page?

HelloWe are having issues with some of our Microsoft eLearning material where we have iframed in from the MS website.  These links have now been removed and instead users are expected to find content via Viva Learning.  We have Viva as an organisation but are unable to replace the iframes within our eLearning as this is not permitted by MS.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Interested in how people are getting around this issue.Many thanksLisa

Hello Decebo Community,  I need your help understandings why one of our users is not able to access the Learning Hub platform.We have checked the user's status, name, email and all other login details and they are correct as per standard. However, user still not able to log in and Error 500 keeps on popping up. Weird thing is the LH platform recognizes her log in, and states last time accessed.What am i missing?  Appreciate your assistance please. Thank you  

 WE are still having an issue with SalesFORCE and Branches with users being moved into the root folder if the branches do not sync.  This has become such a manual process, that seems to be never-ending since we have over 600 users and we have many reorgs, therefore, users are constantly moving, or new hires joining.  Does everyone that has SalesFORCE and the stand-alone app have this same issue??  When you create a users on the stand-alone app and put them in a certain branch, then the CRM teams gives that user SalesFORCE access a week or so later, and they go into Docebo through SF - they end up moving the user out of the branch I created and instead back to the Root folder?We have 2 diff teams that work on this - the CRM team who runs SalesFORCE and our LMS team.  Therefore, this has become such a process (bc we have about 900 users and counting) that are constantly being moved or updated if we are not quick enough to provide the CRM the

Hello!  I have a a request for an annual certification that requires 5 criteria to complete: 2 professional development activities, 2 learning activities and a compliance course.  All 5 “courses” would be external and would require completion certificates.  With the external activity functionality, Im finding that each activity needs to be entered / loaded separately and that once they select the certification from the first external activity they enter / upload, the certification requirement has been met.  Im wondering if there is a way to make 5 external activities fulfill 1 certification.  

Has anyone had any of their groups suddenly change? Several of our groups have had mass deletions of users and it is logged in our audit trail, but the operation was performed by an unknown user. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I see on the feature roadmap it says the next wave of Sandbox updates should’ve happened February 17th. I don’t see any announcement of what’s in your sandbox (looking in the product updates feed & general community board)? Have I missed the announcement?

We have uploaded videos into the Central Repository that only allows learners to move backward and forward only after completing the course. We do not want learners to be able to move the cursor to the end of the video to show it completed.However, I noticed in the new course player, when a user has to retake the course > click Retake the Course it shows the cursor at the end of the video and not at the beginning of the video, which means the user can move the cursor to the beginning or to the end of the video. I would have through when you click Retake the Course it would move the cursor to the beginning of the video and not allow the user to move the cursor to the end of the video for the second retake of this course. Also when I clicked download certificate, it still showed the first time I took the course.  

Hi all!Is it possible to set up a notification after the enrollment in a course? I made three notifications and set them up before enrolling learners. However I needed to add one more notification for the same course and I not sure the learners will receive it if it is set up later.

We need to allow multiple Users to have the same email address.  When Users register manually, they get an error if they enter an email address already attached to another User record.  Has anyone found a way to avoid this error and system limitation?

Hello all!We have some courses that run year-round where new sessions are added on a weekly or monthly bases. We currently have the ‘Detailed Changed for a Session’ notification turned on as we occasionally have to move a course room and are trying to automate those notifications when they occur.My question is: Is there a way to segment the notifications between users who have already passed the course?I haven’t seen one, but an issue we are running into is people who have taken & passed a course get notifications that ‘detailed have changed’ for future courses. We’d like to keep them enrolled so they can continue to review the materials and resources.Other than turning this notification off, has anyone run into this issue or found a work around?Only solution I could think of would be to add groups based on ‘course not completed’ and ‘course completed’ then try and segment the notifications based on those groups instead

Has anyone found a way or created code that generates an email (notification) with attached completion certificate (for a CEU) triggered by attendance entry for an ILT session.  Know this is tricky, but my users doing ILT do not want to have to log in and claim so we need to find away that the instructors entry of attendance generates email with CEU credential certificate.THANKS!

Hi! I am a fairly new user, but have run into a few limitations that negatively impact our learners. I am wondering if there is a potential workaround to either of these issues:In the web browser, to navigate a PDF asset learners must *click* from page to page. Is scrolling eve an option instead? This is more natural navigation. Also in the web browser and in PDF assets, hyperlinks are deactivated. Learners are only able to access links if they first download the PDF. (We don’t want to encourage downloading as our documents are often updates, and we always want our learners coming to the browser version of the LMS to access the most up to date training.)Is there a setting somewhere that could help me with either of these issues? Thank you!!!!

I created an enrollment notification that has been working fine. However, during testing, the person I enrolled in the course did not receive the email confirming their enrollment. Has anyone else encountered this issue? This notification previously worked without any problems

Hello. I noticed with the newest release/change to the learning plan player that you can no longer right-click on a course name to open it in a new tab on your browser. I hate to see this go, as it was helpful if I need to see all the courses in a learning plan to open its properties, etc. It’s a lot faster than having two tabs of Docebo open, one with the learning plan and one with the Course Management. Any way Docebo can put this functionality back into the learning plan player? 

Is there any way we can change the “full online” label for VILT courses in the course player? It really confuses learners as they are assuming that session is actually fully booked (despite the Enrol button) - meaning they ignore and don’t sign-upEven saying “fully” instead of “full” would be an improvement.Is this a translation quirk (manual or AI) in localising the interface to English?

Does anyone know of a way of managing/deleting an observation checklist that has not been completed.  We have 4000+ employees and this is now becoming a problem with the amount of observation checklists that are just sat there in a manager to do list but will never be signed off as they are an ex-employee.  

Does anyone else find it strange that there is no course status of “failed” or “not passed” for a user? I set up an e-Learning shell with three training objects (a file download, an evaluation, and a survey). I set the test as requiring 100% and programmed two fake questions, then ran through the course and purposefully failed the evaluation with my test account. I know how to look at the score and how to go into the Reports tab and see which of the training materials the learner failed but the user remains in the status of In Progress. What I’m looking for is the ability to identify who failed the course, not a single learning object. Reports (screenshot included) show my test user only completed 66% of the course and is In Progress. In reality, the user completed 100% of the course; and they failed the evaluation. Enrollments tab (screenshot included) shows me the user’s score but not what a passing score is so admins would ha
