I’ve tried to use an API to change a users course enrollment status.  It looks like it says it worked but when i check that users/course status it doesn’t change.   Taking them from Completed to Enrolled.  This screenshot shows what i have tried for this specific endpoint. The second screenshot shows the response.I also tried it this wayAny ideas of what i am doing wrong?

Hello everyone, I am currently building a recipe in Connect for my company that pulls in a roster CSV and automatically creates Docebo user profiles. I see an option to create a password for new users but we can also leave that section blank. My question is what would the password be if we leave the password section blank?

Hi,I need to update some custom fields at the session level. My plan was to proceed either via API or by uploading a CSV file. However, I’ve noticed that in both cases, in order to update a single additional field, it’s necessary to include all existing fields—otherwise, any fields not included are overwritten or deleted.Is there a way to mass update a single additional field without having to provide the full data structure?Thanks in advance!Christian

Morning - has anyone established using content published in xAPI outside of Docebo? And using Docebo as an LRS to collect completions.  

Does anyone have experience integrating (either through API or Connect) Docebo with Eagle Point’s Pinnacle Series of software training content? https://eaglepoint.com/pinnacle-series/I’m curious about the best way to go about this and what our options are. They have a lot of technical skill videos that would be useful for our videos, but pointing learners to a second platform/LMS can be confusing, and I want to create a smooth user experience. 

Hi there,I’m looking for guidance on how to access user clickstream data within the Docebo.Specifically, I’d like to know: Whether Docebo captures detailed clickstream data (e.g. course/module visits, button clicks, timestamps). If so, where can this data be found or exported (e.g. via reports, API, audit report, or a backend log system)? Whether there is a standard report or custom report configuration that includes this level of granularity.

I’m creating ilt courses via the course api and a python script but I can’t figure out a way to add existing notifications to the newly created courses. The notification api’s documentation is pretty sparse and I’m wondering if the only way to do this is manually. Has anyone found a workaround?

Hi all, Following on from a related Open Badges thread, I’m very interested in other user’s experience trying to integrate Docebo with the Credly, so course and/or learning plan completions can trigger the issuing of a digital badge on the Credly platform. About 12 months ago, I was told that Docebo wasn’t going to create an integration path with Credly, so I have manually issuing Credly badges when I get notifications that a course or learning plan has been completed. Hello fellow Docebo community peeps.  We are navigating through our Onboarding with Docebo.  I am looking for some experts on how to create the UKG to Docebo User import recipe.  I am looking at the Workday recipe in the examples folder.  I have completed the Docebo University e-learning courses.   Does anyone have a recipe for the User’s import RAAS file that would help me on my way to success? Any additional recipes ideas that you have built are greatly appreciated.   Thanks!

Hi all,   We were originally thinking observation checklists for our needs but I don’t think that is going to work. Does anyone have any ideas for the best way to accomplish this use case scenario?  We have several courses in a learning plan, one of the courses is an ILT course where learners will have a final role-play to complete where three people will be observing and scoring them in several different areas. There will be about 300+ learners going through this course (about 20 per session) and a pool of about 10 observers. Once the learner completes the prereq courses they will sign up for a ILT session for their final role play. The pool of observers will then go in and sign up for the sessions they can observe based on their schedule (We will have them sign up as instructors for the sessions they want). While the learner is role playing the three observers will fill out a form (one form for each observer, three observers per learner). Hello All, We have recently started looking for LRS Possibilities in Docebo and have the below questions.Can anyone help answer these? Does Docebo has their own LRS (learning record store) functionality, or is it required to use an external vendor ? Can we keep TinCan courses in Docebo with connection to external LRS, or do we have to upload courses to LRS and connect them with Docebo? Are there any business cases where such functionality was implemented ?

Hi.  I’m new to Docebo but am interested in what external talent management platforms anyone may have successfully integrated with Docebo?  I’m interested in pushing skill requirements down to individuals (rather than letting them self-assess) and to measure at what level they are operating at now, resulting in the basis of a Personal Development Plan.  Has anyone successfully done this?  Any advice gratefully appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi there! I am trying to put together a Docebo webhook that has multiple possible event types for the payload in Connect. My initial goal was to create a lookup table of all the possible events and payload samples, then search by event type. Once the event type is found, use the Parse JSON option in Connect to parse the payload sample, and execute logic relating to that type of event. I want this recipe to be easy to edit and easy to read, so I was hoping I could use the lookup table to more easily parse the JSON from the payload. However, I can’t get the data pills to ingest correctly for the document input for the Parse JSON function in Connect, so the payload data pills aren’t accessible right now. My other thought was to put all possible payload values in the webhook schema, but then you can’t differentiate which belong to which event type without external documentation, and this feels messy. I would love some advice on thi

Hi, I need to update my database via API. The problem I've encountered is that during this process, I update and create users.For new users, I need to provide the password, but not for existing users.The database has over 190,000 active users, and checking whether they already exist on the platform is not a solution. The vast majority do not have registered email addresses, so password recovery is also not a solution.Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas?

Hi - Is anyone else experiencing this?We use 1 service email account for our Outlook Connect Integration.We paired that MS Teams account in Docebo VILT Microsoft Teams to automate the meeting link process.The generated meeting invites (Outlook and MS Teams) are missing Meeting Options. Having the options would allow us to assign instructors and others as co-organizers so they can start and manage the meetings on their own. As it is now, we have to start EVERY meeting for them.The alternative to bypass thisWe have to manually create all invites and paste the meeting link URLs using the custom tool this creates 2 identical invites on our calendar for every meeting it turns an automated process into a manual one Even if we use the instructors created meeting links instead, it creates 2 invites for them and it’s confusing to maintain and change manage with a large instructor schedule.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if any of you had any luck fielding an issue we are experiencing. We have an extended enterprise, and we have two SAML identity provider IDs for each domain. This means that is a person finds themselves on the wrong domain and attempts to log in, they will receive an error. These users are on different domains for security reasons, so they have their own separate profiles. Is there any way that:Docebo supports a single login page not tied to either of our portals, authenticate the user, then parse information from the SAML response to be able to pass the authenticated user to the correct portal? We can update the log-in page to better redirect users, such as have verbiage and the correct SSO links to sign in. I understand allowing the SSO links is a part of the SAML settings, so is there a way to achieve this?Thank you! 

Hi Community,We are exploring having two Outlook connectors to manage two different ILT calendars within the same Docebo platform. They will be used within different subdomains. I know this is possible, but I want to know if anyone has done this? And how much of a hassle is it?Thank you,Kris

In Docebo Connect, I created an ILT schedule report pulling in fields using the Get Sessions by Course ID call. I have the data export and create rows in Google Sheets. My challenge is, I am not able to bring in session additional fields in Connect because they cannot be selected and brought in as data pills. I have two session additional field values (ID 19 and ID 21) that I want to bring in to this file for each row/session in my file. Any idea how to achieve this in Connect? 

A couple of months ago, we noticed that when we manually updated the first and last name fields for users with SSO/SAML credentials in the LMS, those changes were overwritten—reverting back to the names assigned by the IT department at the source.Docebo previously confirmed that the user profile pulls the first and last name directly from Outlook. Unless the name is updated at the source, any changes made in Docebo will automatically revert at the user's next SSO login.Since the IT department has indicated they will continue using generic names like “The NOW Location” for new account creation, we’re hoping there may be a way to adjust the integration settings to prevent this overwrite. Accurate names are important for Training, especially for communication, tracking completion, and monitoring turnover.Any thoughts or insights the community might have, please share!

Anyone using Docebo Connect to automatically give permissions to Power Users?The example I’m thinking of off hand is Power User A creates a Learning Plan and based on the code convention is automatically shares with Power Users C and D? This is a manual touch on my end today, and I feel like it would be more scalable if I set up a recipe. I’m sure there are plenty of other examples, but I didn’t see it in the static list so I’m thinking maybe custom action.
