Hi there,Has anyone created a recipe that will enable us to add the zoom link the google calendar invite directly? User experience wise it would be great to have a link in the calendar invite instead of having to click the link to the course and access the link via that.

We are experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Teams Integration with Docebo, as it relates to the account of one of our Superadmins. This is only occurring with her, but currently, all of the ILT sessions that are being scheduled are automatically showing up as events on her Outlook calendar, regardless of whether or not she is enrolled in the course the session is part of or the session itself (i.e., every single ILT session being scheduled in Docebo is showing up on her Outlook calendar). As they are showing up as events, they are blocking off her calendar during the meeting slots, which is preventing people from scheduling actual meetings that she needs to attend with her during those time slots. (Note: She has her Docebo calendar synced to her Outlook calender).We reached out to Docebo Support and they said that there is nothing on the Docebo end that should be causing it, so it is likely due to something on the Teams end. I am not seeing an API endpoint that allows for the creation of Training Materials in a course.  Specifically, I am looking to create HTML type training materials, but at this point I’m open to any access to create training materials that is available via the API.

I am trying to call /learn/v1/filerepo/uploadNewFile from C# code to upload a file to a course. We are creating a custom page for users to upload attachments to a course. No matter what user I use I get a 403 forbidden error coming back. I have tried everything and don’t know what the requirements for this Api call is since the documentation isn’t very helpful. Is anybody else experiencing daily ongoing ‘Operation timed out’ error types in Connect, with “No activity within 180 seconds at line: ” kind of errors?I had always assumed it was an overload issue at our Salesforce end losing the connection, but now I’m not so sure. And I need to check and re-run failed jobs multiple times each day to ensure none of our synced user updates are skipped.

We love the new learning plan enrollment status recalculation option - it’s great to have that flexibility and control! The question is - can it be controlled via API?We have some courses that are automatically added to existing learning plans via API.Previously, the default behavior was an automatic recalculation of the enrollment status for all users in the learning plan. Now, the default is to not recalculate the enrollment status. Is it possible to trigger the recalculation when adding courses to a learning plan via API?

Hi Community! We are looking to provision Hands-on lab with our SaaS solution and find the LTI integration very limites. Does anyone have an expirence spinning up your solition from Docebo not via LTI (e/g/ Skytap / CloudShare integration). 

I have a number of webhooks configured within Docebo, which point to the Microsoft Power Automate platform. Recently Microsoft have changed their URLs and they are now 290 characters. I’ve noticed that when attempting to save these URLs into the Webhook screen in Docebo, the save is cutting off a proportion of the last characters but without any indication. This has resulted in Error 401 Unauthorised appearing as the Power Automate URL is incorrect.Consequently all of my Webhooks are now failing as the URLs are incorrect when saved into Docebo.Just in case anyone else has wondered why their webhooks have stopped working.I have logged support tickets with both Microsoft and Docebo to either shorten the URL, or increase the character count in the Webhook screen to prevent this issue from occurring.Eoin

Does anyone have any experience connecting Docebo to Power BI?We created course surveys in the CLOR (Docebo) that are spread out through all of our courses. The survey report from Docebo leaves much to be desired, and isn’t the easiest to read. I’d like for each of the surveys to be pulled into Power BI, and read the data there via graphs and dashboards.Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone created or used an LTI to embed a Qualtrics survey as a module at the end of a course?  (Example: https://www.qualtrics.com/marketplace/canvas/) Use case: We have Qualtrics survey with course effectiveness questions that we’ve been using for years and with three different LMSs.  We want a way to put the Qualtrics survey in the course (rather than emailing it later) to (hopefully) increase response rates.  Keeping the same survey allows us to gather better longitudinal data, so we don’t want to just replicate the survey in Docebo’s survey maker.  The best solution I’ve come up with is an iframe, so any suggestions are welcome!

Hey!Using the API, I can access the existing categories with GET /learn/v1/categories and GET /learn/v1/categories/{id}.I need to create categories so I’m looking for POST /learn/v1/categories or an equivalent, but I can’t find such an entry point anywhere.Is it possible? How?

I’m using the tcapi/statements endpoint to fetch the xAPI data from our courses and then send it over to Power BI. The problem I’m having is that I seem to be only getting data from 24 hours back(ish)? Is it meant to only provide data from the last 24 hours? Can I adjust the timeframe parameter somehow? I can’t find any documentation on this endpoint.  I’d like set my script to run once per day, and it would be nice if I could do it with the assurance that I’m not getting redundant or missing data. Does anyone know what I am missing here? :)

In integrating LinkedIn Learning with Docebo, how does a user access the LinkedIn learning courses? Would be great to hear how your experience was with the end user accessing the LinkedIn learning courses in docebo? Challenges you faced with SSO or during authentication. Thanks in advance! 

Hi there! I am hoping to use the course completed webhook to track when users complete required training in an ILT course. While the webhook does have a date completed field, I am concerned this triggers when the instructor marks the student as complete in Docebo, not when the student actually completed the course. This is important as there is legal significance around when this training expires, so I want to retrieve the date of the final event in their assigned session to ensure an instructor inputting grades late does not cause us to record a later expiry date (It’s ok if the expiry date ends up being a couple days early. It is very bad if it ends up being late).The webhook gives me both the user_id and course_id which is great, however I am trying to find an API call that will allow me to find the sessions a learner is enrolled in. I found the course enrollment API which allows you to filter course enrollment by user, but it does not seem to provide a field for session enrollment

Hi all! My Team has had some challenges with course completions within our xAPI Udemy instance. The big issue is that the majority of Udemy content is way to long for most users to leverage. In attempt to make better use of this application, I am attempting to leverage Udemy’s “Learning Paths” to build out smaller bite sized training components, however our xAPI will follow a path for URL courses/000000 [Whatever the Udemy course No is]/enroll/  but it will not take the same carried over logic for the Learning Path link  - ie learning-paths/000000 [Whatever the Udemy course No is]/enroll/Has anyone successfully carried over Learning Paths from Udemy » through their xAPI and had a success with:a.) the integration working andb.) training material/course completion and reportingThank you!

I’m struggling with submitting a new user request to POST /manage/v1/user.When I submit the information below, I get a response that has a 200 status code and an array of active users as a response. The user is not created.Weirdly, when I submit this through the UI (actually, this is where I got the JSON from!) the submit goes to the same location (/manage/v1/user) and the user is created. Even more weird, if I authenticate with the the api browser and submit the same JSON, it creates the user as well.I’m logged in as the same user in the UI, and the api browser. And I send the exact same user’s username/password when requesting the oauth token. I’m using resource owner password grant for my workflow.This leads me to conclude that there’s something wrong with my oAuth flow, or that resource owner password grant doesn’t support creating users. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to further diagnose this? I came across this post that had a similar behavor, but given that the

Hiya... I want to use the end points for tracking acceptance of the privacy policy and termsandconditions. I know the endpoints, and understand them. But I don't see how the end point tracks the individual user_id. The result I am after is that when the user logs into the domain the first time, his agreements will already have been recorded. We are about to go live with the ability to purchase VILT courses via the Stripe integration with Docebo, however during our testing a couple weeks ago, we discovered there was a change to the sandbox where the country dropdown menu now displays the country name - tax code (see screenshots below). I spoke to Docebo Support, expecting this to be some sort of mistake, but they stated this is as intended and will be pushed to production soon. This is going to be very confusing for customers, especially those where there are multiple options per country, like Canada. There are six options when trying to select Canada.I did speak to Stripe Support as well and they suggested that I can enable the “Stripe Checkout” function so during checkout, we see the Stripe version of the country dropdown menu instead of the Docebo version. I would like to do this, but reading over every bit of Docebo documentation on setting up Stripe, they never mention having to enable the Stripe Checkout so this worri

I am currently setting up eCommerce integrated with Stripe. In our course catalogue, we have porograms that are subject to sales tax and others which are tax exempt. The Stripe API doccumentations allows for the tax code to be shared, however I am unable to find a way to make this available on the Docebo side.
