I am wondering if I am missing something or if there is a limitation here. I am trying to create a group where we need everyone with field Company = 20   and Job ID field = is equal to any of a list of 100. Because of the way this is setup I can’t figure out a way to use one group. I have to create 10 groups with 10 job ids. Is there a better way to do this?   

We run a First Aid at Work qualification course that requires requalification after 3 years.  However, the requalification course (2 days) is not the same as the original course (3 days) and therefore the usual certification process does not work.  To complicate matters further, once qualified, the First Aider is required to complete an annual refresher course on each of the two intervening years prior to requalifying.When the user has requalified for the first time, they can then requalify every 3 years by attending the 2 day requalification course but they still need to complete the two annual refresher courses in the intervening two years.  We are struggling to set this up so that, on becoming qualified, the user receives reminders to enroll on the annual refresher courses each year and then to enroll on the requalification course.   We also want the First Aid at Work course/qualification to be listed/reported as a certification.Any ideas? We need to know how many learners who have selected a language other than English are completing our English e-Learning courses.  I have not found a way to pull that data into a report and am told by support that it’s not possible in Docebo.  Does anyone else need learner language data in reporting?  We are trying to decide what languages to translate learning into and having this information enables us to target our polling.

Is there a way to include the Ask the Experts Q/A feed for a channel ON the given channel?

Is the Notification Events and Details document no longer available for download?  We have to come to the help site to see it each time?  I have a version downloaded from 2 years ago that I downloaded and moved to excel to keep track of which events were used and the verbiage in the body of the email so that it was a collaborative working document.Please tell me that I am just missing an updated downloadable document!!

I have courses that will be consumed at multiple organizations, each with their own timelines/expectations for due dates. Some will be relative (3 months from enrollment), some will be absolute (12/31/2023). How can I have different due dates for the same courses depending on the user? I would like to handle this using enrollment rules.From what I can tell, the dates are all course-specific, but I can’t believe that there isn’t a request for the same course to have different due dates depending on the learner user. We are not using Manager/Team member functionality. Thank you!  

Hi - We have a learner who’s due to renew his Certification, he accessed the courses from ‘renew link’, however, upon completing some of the courses, his progress was not recorded, hence, status was reset to ‘Enrolled’. Has this happened to anyone else? How to resolve the issue?

Hello,I’m attempting to use the Localization tool to change the phrase “You have failed the test” to something stating the test percentage.I’m trying to use a variable to achieve this - I’ve tried [score] [percentage] [scorePercentage] [totalScore] and [scoreCount] in both regular and curly brackets, but none of them have worked :(Any ideas? Any help is deeply appreciated! 

We have D,C + S enabled and are still in our pilot phase, so still learning what is possible. We cater to 3 audiences: customers, partners and employees, and allow all learners to create playlists. The issue we are facing is that the learners want to share their playlists with others, but for privacy/security reasons we can’t enable the “share with people in your channel and subdomain.” This means they can’t see anyone to share with, and we are getting questions about how they can do this. Am I missing something or is there no way for people to share playlists without the learner being able to see every registered learner? 

Hi all!Any way to replace or cover this “wheel” graphic showing the percentage someone got on a Test?I am attempting to replace the text using the Localization tool, but would love to cover the graphic with something else and hide the final score percentage! We want the buttons to still be visible/usable as well.Thank you for any help in advance! 

We are a Utility Company for Gas and Electric Services for the city.  We maintain the Electricity and Gas for our Customers.  With that said we have lots of people who work in the field who have to Qualify to perform certain tasks.  We call that Operation Qualifications.  Basically if you haven't passed what we call a KNT online course and shown by means of a PEF (Performance Evaluation - someone seen you do the task in person) then you can't do the task.  We maintain this information on who is qualified to do such a task and reports are ran daily to show the information that is updated.  People have to requalify depending on the task either every 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 60 months.  Wanted to know if Docebo can output the following:OC / Division Reports•    Reports that show the qualifications and positions for either the Operating Center or Division•    Example: Fleet shop, Damage Prevention•    Suggested solution for Docebo: consider findin

For example, a user profile is inactive, but on the CSV as active (with same username, and the setting checked off to update information, and active = yes), but the profile is not being reactivated. 

Hi there,I’m searching, i’m searching but I can’t find a solution ^^ We have some instructors who need to access to Learning Impact reports, so I have created a PU for Instructors and assigned to each PU their courses (for eg. Instructor 1 : Course 1, Course 2...)… but when I try to connect as Instructor 1, I can’t find “Course 1” in the tabs “Consolidated report” when I add a filter…I have a list of courses but don’t know why I see those courses :/ Is there a way to give access to learning impact consolidated reports only for instructor’s courses ?Thank you !CG

I have an instance in the EU where ALL of my Scorm 1.2 courses are failing to complete. These courses are under their own country-named branch and use enrollment rules to assign courses. This works perfectly.These courses began as powerpoint files that were converted to Scorm 1.2 in Articulate 360 Storyline. I have used the following publishing settings, ALL of which have failed when tested in Learn:1. 100% of slides, Passed/Failed2. Trigger on the last 'Next' button to complete the course, tracking with both 100% of slides, and the complete trigger.3. Trigger on the last 'Next' button to complete the course, tracking with only 100% of slides4. Trigger on the last 'Next' button to complete the course, tracking only the complete trigger.5. Adding a new slide and an 'Exit Course' button with the button set to complete course as Completed/Passed when the user clicks the button, and tracking only the complete trigger.6. In the Knowledge Base, it specifies that:“This widget is available for the 6.9 theme only. The widget may not display or behave properly for platforms using the 7.0 theme.”Is there a plan to have a working version of this for 7.0? is this planned for a future release?

We are currently working on building a course using TinCan. We hope to be able to track how long it takes to complete the course, along with how long it takes them to complete certain activities, score, etc. in the file. We noticed that information appears under the reports tab in the course management section of the course (Reports>User Stats>Click TinCan file for the user). Does anyone know if there is a way to extract this data from Docebo?

Hi Everyone,I have responsibility to be the EHS subject matter expert for our LMS. For certain courses, when a location adds a session, is there any way to allow them to add site-specific content? For example: in Emergency Preparedness, we talk broadly in the course materials about having evacuation plans and understanding emergency notifications/alarms. If I had a location in Topeka, Kansas that needed to add in their site-specific evacuation map and description of their evacuation alarm, how would I manage that?I was thinking maybe in the course shell, I could use the “Training Materials” to drop in a file and name that file the “Site” xyz...So, for our Topeka example, I would have the site send me 2 to 3 slides that I could drop these slides as a file, such as, “Topeka Evac Map and Notification.”Just curious how some others may manage EH&S content for multiple sites in multiple states. 

Hello Docebo Community,I’m experience issues with Group/Audience. I created a non auto group and enroll users manually. The users are present on the group member page but not in the user personal summary page. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

When looking at courses in the “My Courses and Learning Plans” page, we can see labels indicating progress in the course (title blacked out for privacy):However, on our custom Widget pages using the Catalog widget, we do not see the little labels (rounded corners due to custom CSS):Is there a way to see the labels in the Catalog? We’re having our users view the catalog because it gives us better visual structure for each day of training’s materials, but we keep seeing situations where the course isn’t technically complete for some reason, so we want them to be able to see when the course is “IN PROGRESS” to correct that. Thank you!

Is there a way to customize the report email? We want to provide instructions on how to interpret Subscribed, Enrolled, and In Progress because this confuses many who receive the reporting.  Here is an example of the email we get below.

Hello!I’m wondering if anyone is having the same issue. Docebo just released a new feature in which you can export data from multiple courses (amazing!). I went through the whole selection process and received a message at the bottom saying that my report may take some time to process and I should receive an email once it’s done. I did this on Tuesday and still haven’t received a report (two days later). I’ve checked my spam/junk folder, still nothing. 

We have 1000’s of courses that were added to the wrong catalog.  Is there a method to mass move the courses to a different catalog?

We have a sweeping audience covering customers. partners and employees, and thus we have multiple superadmins to wrangle it all. Also some critical activities are still not available to Power Users - so we have to grant superadmin access to the owners of said activities.So why is it that only one of us can see the Usage Dashboard (this was also the case for the previous Active User report)? How can I make sure all of my superadmins can access this dashboard? Or at the very least, how do I determine which superadmin gets the lone access?
