Hi everyone,I am wondering the capacity to custom our Public/Sign In Page. Can we do more customization via CSS? Most pages I have seen have the banner on top with a standard size, is there a way to custom that? Also instead of showing some course catalogs, can we drop a video instead in the middle of the page? Anyone can share their public/sign in page for inspirations and ideas?Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hello, I noticed when running a Certification-Users report that the column for Certification Description shows with html tags. How do we shut this off to only display the text?Thank  You! 

Anyone tried a workaround for editing course cards? I’ve a situation where our course catalog contains multiple courses, and we would like to mention whether the course is mandatory or recommended in course card & this could help us in providing this information to the user immediately before even clicking on the course, in this way the user experience could be improved. 

Hi all, Looking for some assistance here as we have been notified that there is a loophole in the lockout settings for tests.We have important “Assessments” configured with these settings: Essentially, the user can only attempt the assessment once every 14 days. They cannot resume, they cannot pick up where they left off, and they have to answer all the questions on the page.Today, we were told that there is a way to “cheat” the lockout. Apparently you can “begin” the test like normal, go through and screenshot the questions and answer choices, and then close your browser and when you navigate back to the test, it acts like it was never taken.What’s worse, is we have a time setting set for these assessments: 

We are looking to add several user fields such as date first trained and date last trained for purposes of reporting and group assignments.These are based on completion of courses. If there a way to have completion of a course or activity populate a user field? OR is there a different way to do this?

Hi all,Looking for suggestions from anyone who may have solved for this or can point out something we are missing.What we are trying to do:Prominently display course descriptions to users without forcing them to enroll/start a (optional) course to see it WHILE being able to use widgetsHere are the options that seem to exist, the problem is they have unfortunate limitations based on how Docebo has set up the course player and properties:Enable the “Course Overview Page” which displays the course overview page upon opening (doesn’t require you to enroll/start the course). HOWEVER, if you want to include course widgets like forums, comments, file repository, etc., those display OVER the course description on that page defeating the purpose. We recently published our test version of our banded mobile app in the App store for IOS and are having issues with Auth0 our SSO provider.  It is stating the callback url is not in our app settings.  The current GoLearn native app works with SSO as we have the callbacks set.  This makes me wonder if it is just an issue in TestFlight mode in the App Dev consoles.  Anyone ever run into this in testing the mobile app before Apple approves and it is officially published. 

Hello All,I received a complained about the ILT course status “Enrolled”.When the learner was enrolled in a Learning plan, all the learner course status will be “enrolled”.But, for ILT courses, the learners need to Enroll in a course session.The learners complain about see a ILT course status enrolled, but he did not enroll in any session. Any ideas about how to solve it?

I’m trying to grab a list of courses from the API browser, but I want to try and add a parameter so that it returns only courses with a specific value in a course additional field (that happens to be a dropdown menu). I am trying to use the API: GET/learn/v1/catalog/{catalog_id}One of the parameters is this:Can someone provide a little guidance on if that is the correct parameter to filter for a course additional field?  If so, how do I fill that in appropriately for an additional field that is a drop down?(For example purposes, my field ID number is ‘1’ and the dropdown element is “1” with the text value “Compliance”)

Hello,We rolled out the annual compliance training for our employees and I have the transcript report set up for myself. How can I create a report with the managers so they can view their team progress without having to go to MY TEAMS and click on them individually to look at their progress? 

In the branches dashboard, it shows the number of courses that are overdue by branch; in this example a single person has a single overdue course apparently: Is there a way to locate this course assignment and figure out which one it is?  There are thousands of courses assignments to this branch, and it’s likely that ONE of them erroneously had a due date applied, which might now be hassling that 1 customer with notifications that they’re overdue.  I can drill down to the sub-branch that the overdue is on, which gets me down to hundreds of course assignments instead of thousands, but there’s no report that calls out due dates; only assignment dates and completion dates.  How can I find this one “hanging chad” and fix it?  

What is the best way to manage duplicate courses? Is there a way to merge two courses and still maintain the sessions/events/enrollments/completions?

Greetings,When setting up an assignment type training material. In both the Instructions and Description there is an option to “Insert File” and “Insert Image.”  What is the difference? Both seem to only allow images. I would like to insert a pdf in the Assignment type training material. Please advise...

Hi Everybody,🙂I’d like to share a question about a use case that might be interesting for others as well.We will be conducting a big event (100’s of participants), that will take part in a live hands-on training session across a few days.For some of the sessions, which are more traditional,and will include a speaker, we will have an online course with an exam as a completion trigger.Others sessions, will be hands-on training booths that will allow attenders to experience some hand on task. once they complete it, we are trying to find a way to be able to trigger a completion in a course by the booth manager. The challenge- How can we, using any physical object that each learner will have, trigger a course completion for that learner, in that specific course?And in general - is it possible to set a course completion from outside the platform (like a reverse Webhook)? We want to use the gam

We have completed some in-person training and we would like to issue the certificates through Docebo. We have created an ILT and enrolled all of the learners.  What I need is to have a notification that triggers when their attendance is marked as complete that will tell them they have a certificate ready for download and direct them to the course to download it. I have tried the following and I can’t get the notifications to trigger:Learner completed a courseUser passed ILT session - doesn’t feel like it’s the right one, but couldn’t think of anything else to try When the session is marked as attended, the course is marked as complete and the certificate is available to download, so that side is working as expected.  What can I do to get a notification to send? The notification is active, the correct course is chosen, it should go to users (the people tested on are powerusers/superadmins, but are enrolled in the c

In the Add New Apps in Docebo, we have activated “Google Analytics” which reports out on our Docebo platform and was wondering if anyone else is using this.We are trying to understand what our users are interested in (courses, widgets on the home page, reports, etc.)  To know what widgets on our platform are being used the most, so we can move, remove or add new ones. To communication with our management the Google Analytics reporting on the platform.If you have any suggestions here, please let me know. 

I am a new superadmin of our training site.I'd like to identify the user who uploaded a course.What's the easiest way to find that information? I was also wondering why it isn't one of the columns in the Course Management area? Or why it isn't in any of the reports? Or am I looking at the wrong places?Thanks!

Hi. I’m hoping for some help with training materials. First, I disabled the internal Next button. Customers were getting confused since the button is visible throughout the course. Most think it’s a button to get to the next slide. If there is a way to have the button appear when the course ends, I’m all ears.I see the option for autoplay in course properties. I can also enable it at the course level for a SCORM file. However, I cannot enable it at the course level for our survey or test, which are housed in CLOR. I have three total training materials and I would like them to follow each other automatically so the learner doesn’t have to hunt for the next step. There must be a way to do this.All suggestions are appreciated. 

Does anyone know if when importing users via the CSV option, can Docebo auto-generate passwords during that process? Or is this option only available when resetting individual passwords?
