Hello Branded Mobile App Users!  Have you received a Notification from Google that the Branded Mobile App doesn’t Target Android 14? Were you able to resolve that notification? If so what did you do?  I received the notification about not targeting Android 14 a few weeks/months ago. I updated on 8/22 with the most recent version of the Branded Mobile App but I’m still seeing the notification. I do have a support in to Docebo but sometimes user to user resolutions are more helpful. Here’s a screenshot. I assure you this screenshot was taken after July 3rd. But  I’m still seeing this issue alert in my developer account even after updating with the most recent app.  

The Docebo Product Update page https://www.docebo.com/product-updates/Have a note about new report types for survey answers.  My organization has been really interested in improved reporting within the native docebo survey tool. I’m not seeing any other details about this release/update in the Nov. product notes. Can you could point me to any documentation about this update

We have had a few course creators create Survey’s instead of test. I understand the reasoning for the survey and test difference of surveys being anonymous, and tests not. I would love a way to trigger for a survey to not be anonymous so we can find the data that is lost when these mistakes happen. Is this possible?

Does anyone know the logic behind the order in which notifications are displayed within the Manage Notifications menu by default? I’ve done some basic analysis and it doesn’t seem to be chronologically or alphabetically.Trying to narrow down audit trail research and it’s really hard figure out when or who created a notification to follow up.

Hey everyone,We’ve been using Docebo for a few months now for our training program, which includes several ILT sessions conducted each month. We’re trying to figure out how to track users who sign up for a session but don’t attend. Since users can only be enrolled in one session at a time, I understand they’d need to unenroll or switch sessions to make room.Does archiving an enrollment help with this, or is there a better way to handle it? We use this information to measure how effective our training is, so any tips or best practices for managing ILT courses in Docebo would be super helpful!Thanks a lot!

Hi all, just wondering whether anyone had found a way to autoplay the next lesson once you had completed a current lesson? We’re using storyline and have multiple lessons one after the other in this format. We’re finding that we need to add an exit trigger on the last slide of the lesson, as the next lesson doesn’t always open automatically unless we force refresh the page. Ideally, we would like this button to refresh the page to register the completion of the lesson but then for Docebo to automatically move the learner onto the next lesson as the previous one is complete. Are there any settings we can change to make this happen? Or are other people dealing with this in another way?

Hi all, I’m helping with a training and at the end the group has to sign a company policy. I’m not sure of the best way to capture this acknowledgement as I don’t see a training material that seems to work for this. Any ideas? Am I missing something?Thanks!

Hoping someone can help me out.I am currently trying to let a stakeholder know how many times a certain user has attempted a test after a course. I went into training material statistics, deselected “Show last test attempt only” and then filtered for their name, but only their last attempt showed.I tested with some one I know I have reset twice in the last couple days as they reached out to me personally to do so, however, it is still only showing her last attempt.Am I missing something?

Hi there,I would like to propose the addition of “Unenrollment Rules” to complement the existing “Enrollment Rules.” Implementing unenrollment rules would be beneficial for creating automated processes and dynamic regulations.For instance, consider language management: if a user is set to English, they are associated with the “English language” group and automatically enrolled in all English courses and e-learning plans. Should the user change their language preference, they should be enrolled in courses related to the new language and simultaneously unenrolled from all English courses.Another example could involve courses tied to a user's Branch or a custom profile field. For instance, if a user belongs to Branch 1, they should have access to courses A, B, and C. Conversely, if they are part of Branch 2, they should see courses D, E, and F. Currently, while we can automatically enroll users in courses and learning plans, we lack the capability to

As I search the knowledgebase, I am unable to locate an article that distinguishes catalog search from global search. After testing, it appears that global search performs differently (more powerful) than catalog search. For example, searching in global brings tags into the fold when returning relevant results, but catalog search seems to ignore tags and only prioritize title + description. Is this true?We are moving toward the decision to suppress global search and rely solely upon a catalog search for our learnings, so it would be helpful to understand search functionality in catalogs to help inform our content strategy.

Is it possible to hide the training material that sits inside courses from the global search?  This can be very confusing for our end users when looking for Discover, Coach and Share content to land on a formal course page asking them to enrol.

Hello,Is there a way to track metrics on who is clicking on notifications and when they’re doing so? Ideally, I'd like to see a line graph or similar visualization, showing how users and managers interact with notifications over days and months, similar to the graphs in Docebo Insights. It would also be helpful if we could categorize these clicks by Managers, Power Users, Users, and Superadmins to better gauge the effectiveness of our communications across different groups for reporting.Currently, we have to track notification clicks using a different software, but it would be more efficient if Docebo had this functionality, since it handles our Notifications. Does anyone know if this feature is available?

Howdy! Does anyone know of a way to auto archive course enrollments for deactivated users? We have an OKTA integration that will deactivate users in Docebo once deactivated in the OKTA/ADP. The issue is their enrollments are still active on the system.Thanks!

Has anyone figured out a way for a user to view the content of their survey submission?The reason I ask is, I’m trying to figure out a way for users to “take notes” somewhere during their experience of taking a course. So I guess my broader question is, has anyone implemented something like this? We’d want only the user to have access to the notes so a shared doc wouldn’t work in this case.

Hi all,I want to create a contest in which users would recommend courses/ learning plans to engage their peers for learning.the user with the most recommendations (and likes) gets a first place badge. what would be the best practice to develop this kind of a discussion board/ forum/ Q&A section? the recommendation would probably be a link to the course. Thanks!

Hello Docebians and Docebo friends!We need to have an automated process to unenroll terminated users from any courses they are enrolled in except for completed ones.  Has anyone solved how to do this or is this still a manual effort?

Hello,I would like to send a weekly reminder to those that have not completed a E-learning course. I selected ‘learner has yet to complete the course’ notification. I noticed that it give me two options, after the event or manual. If I set this it up with the event for a weekly time line will it send the notification until the user has completed the course or it will it only send once? 

We are having issues with the question to expert notification.  It is active, however an email is never sent. It also will not permit me to select a filter so I can choose an email destination.  Has anyone has success in this using this notification?

HiI would like to create a notification (Certification has expired) 30 days prior to this event happening to all users and for their Direct Managers to receive this also.Would I need to set up two different notifications - Certification has expired: User receives this, states the course name, and they have 30 days to enrol into this course as a refresher. Certification has expired - same conditions as above but the Direct manager also receives this for users in their team when a certification is due to expire.  Would the Direct Managers need to sit on a branch or group as Power Users, but how does this link to the specific users for each Direct Manager?

User history in the user profile to remain. The ability to report on users after the fact. I have been testing this topic and my approach has been to:Use the Course Summary report to retain a pdf of users who were enrolled in the course. Hello,We have been helping test the Insights tools. We love where this is going. However, we want to be able to customize the data fields used in some of the visualizations.For example: The heatmap (Completions by Group). We love how easy it is to understand this visual. However, we don’t use groups very much and would like to switch out the Group field for a Branch field. Is this something that will be possible in the final product?Thanks,Erin

I am in the process of creating a quiz for commercial teams at my company. This will be done quarterly to ensure they understand the value and business case of new features and products. A problem we have ran into is that, if a user doesn’t pass, they have to redo the entire quiz. This becomes very cumbersome. Especially if the quiz is quite long. Unfortunately, there is no option in Docebo for the user to only do their wrong answers. They must redo the entire quiz. What are some ways to navigate this so users don’t have to constantly redo the entire quiz?
