Unable to exit courses
Hi Docebo community! Is anyone else facing the issue where users are not able to exit the course windows? We haven’t launched yet but during UAT some users could not exit the window and it kept saying it’s syncing but nothing happened- screenshot attached for reference.Wondering if this is a Docebo wide issue or something at our end? Deleting old ILT sessions.
Hello, We have many ILT sessions for ILT courses, and over a course of a year the sessions for these ILT courses grew and are quite large. My question is: “Are there any data issues that stem from deleting a session?We also have self enrollment into these ILT courses which adds to the confusion because the user has to pick a session.I may have to delete a bunch of last years sessions, unless there is a way to hide them. It’s not user friendly having to search through an entire year of sessions to join one.Any tips will be greatly appreciated.Thank you !
Hi everyone, Our organization is looking into buying Docebo and I have been assigned to look into how we can create discussion posts.In our current LMS we ask a question on a discussion board (this feature came with our current LMS) and then learners have to add a new post plus reply to 2 other learners posts. We are able to track this in our current LMS, as these steps for each discussion post, are part of the passing grade for the learner.I am wondering if any one else does this and if so, what are you using? Any help would be appreciated.Wendy
LP expirations report
Hello Docebo Community heroes,Maybe I’m missing something obvious but does anyone know if there’s a way of pulling a report that filters by User Course and/or Learning Plan expirations? Need to see expirations / validity periods for all Users, ideally filtered by Group and/or Branch. Does anyone know where on the platform this can be achieved? We are using Docebo Learn - Enterprise . No Learning Analytics bolt-on.
Users (only) Report
Is there a way to export the list of users in the system and their demographics with the branch? I can get everything except the branch from the user management screen? We track our users and I need a clean report without course information tied to it so that we can report out information.
Count of training material access
Hi all,I was hoping somebody could clarify the meaning of “Count of training material access” found in the User Personal Summary. Does this mean:The number of individual training materials accessed by the user. The number of sessions during which the user accessed training material. How do you tell which training material is uncategorized in the CLOR?
So, I have the LinkedIn Learning catalog, and it allows people to curate their own content, which drops it in the CLOR.I would like to have it categorized. The trouble is, I can’t tell which courses aren’t in a category.Any ideas how to manage this?
Go.Learn not capturing SCORM progress
Hello everyone,Has anybody experiencing Go.Learn not capturing SCORM progress?One of my clients informed me that their users who are using Go.Learn (both native) found out that even after completing their SCORM and get a passing mark in the quiz section, the app is showing 0 progress. This resulted the users not able to proceed with the course survey.They noticed this issue to happen only recently. There was one course that users managed to complete via mobile app end of last year but when the new users doing it recently, this issue happened.Any idea why?
Do instructors need to be enrolled in specific sessions in a course?
Do instructors need to be enrolled in a session?Before: We enrolled the instructor into the course but not the session and had no issues.Now: Two different instructors the past two days could not start a course they are teaching until they entered into a session. Even though they were enrolled in the course and listed as a session instructor. We do not add instructors to Events, only the sessions, but never had to enroll an instructor into a session.What has changed? - We also noticed the button used to change into a different session for instructors were moved to another location on the screen. And on the user side, selecting a session is on the right side now.Thank you for your time.
Users get error when trying to view Learning Plan certificate of completion
When a user tries to view their certificate, they get this error: Error messageThe problem is restricted to Learning Plans, not the courses associated with the LPs. On Friday afternoon we created new Certificate Templates and assigned them to the Learning Plans, which resolved the problem for a little while. By the time we arrived on Monday, the problem returned. Now we set up a notification when users complete a LP so that we can go into the admin menu, choose Certificate Templates, look up the user who received the cert, delete the cert, and then reissue it. These steps need to be completed every time someone completes our most widely used LP. Anyone else having this issue and/or know how to fix it permanently? Just a note - the certificate had been working fine for more than a year previous to this issue.
Course evaluation/survey updates
Does anyone in the community know if there is a way to use the API to make bulk updates to course evaluations/surveys? We have a course evaluation with a drop-down list where we need to add additional items to the drop-down. I can’t think of a way to do it without manually going into every course’s survey, opening up the question, and editing it (or creating a bot to do the same).
Best practice for merging users
Hi all,We’ve encountered our first case where we need to merge users and I was wondering if anyone has any advice about the best practice for doing this. We need to merge the user because their company name and email address have changed. The Merge User function in Docebo makes it pretty easy to merge the source user into the destination user, but having done this, the source user remains. In this case, is it best practice to delete or retain the source user?Thanks,Daniel

Hi, I’m creating a page which allows users to decide which catalogue they would like to view. I ultimately want the page split into sections each with a header e.g. instructor led training, e-learning, etc. In the screen shot below I added a title to the first custom content widget ‘instructor led events”, but by doing this the other widgets on the same row do not stay aligned. As the widgets do not accept a blank space for a title I have top put in a full stop to create the look I want (but obviously this isn't a viable solution). I don't want to create a new row above as it pushes the rest of the content too far down the page. So the question is how do I get all the widgets to align up if I want a title in the first widget only (without having to put full stops in the other)
Docebo Payments & SAP-Global
Does anyone have any experience or best practices with payments and/or Docebo with SAP invoice / receivables. My colleagues and I are starting to research payments and billing and we don’t have much experience in this area, especially on a global scale. Just curious if there is anyone out there who has had success and if there are any tips, tricks, watchouts.

Prior Registration - click on a link, fill in contact information, answer registration questions, and pay How can I duplicate this experience on Docebo? Do I build one session with four events? How to let our users to access the webinar link from Ms Team?
As an Admin: After I set up a session and an event, I am asked to put a link of my webinar. However, I cannot select Ms Teams. So, I select Custom Tool and put my Ms Team link there. As enrolled user: Is there any way to see the Ms Team link after his enrollment?
