Currently my first-created leaderboard is always default.Is there any way to change this?

It seems you are not allowed to unenroll a user from a course in their learning plan. Is there an alternative way to resolve if a particular user will not be required to take the course although most folks in the plan do need it?

Hey, Anyone know what this is? I’ve not seen it before, but I want it removed as an option. I’ve checked in our Certification section and in our External Training/CPD section and can’t find an option to remove this?Hopefully someone can help! ThanksCharlie

Any way to bulk edit branches? Looks like an additional/accidental sub-folder was created and then subsequent folders under that one. I need to remove the subfolder, without deleting the others. A workaround has been to manually move the branch 1 by 1, but it will take foreverrrrrr! Any ideas???

Has anyone had a problem with users randomly being locked out of SCORM modules in a course?They can for example access other modules, but get a blank screen when they try to pickup where the left off. Here’s a link to a video of the issue: https://www.wevideo.com/view/3417599763The only fix seems to be resetting their progress.I’ve been told this is because we’ve updated the SCORM package while the users are in the course, but we haven’t. It’s a brand new course, and our very first cohort of users, so we are loosing confidence in the system.Alternatively, what’s the best course format to use for stability and updates? xAPI? SCORM? other?

Hi, bit of a funny one. Im wondering if there’s a way to change colourway configurations on the ‘test/quiz’ portion of a course? We love the colourway we have set up for our site it just doesn’t read well (user feedback) when quiz/tests are undertaken within coursesI cant find an option to change what appears to be the default alternating colours and would prefer not to change the colourway of the entire platform for something as simplistic as this. Example below and suggestions appreciated :)

Hiya folks.I’ve got a course with both a thumbnail & Header Layout w/ an image. But the thumb only shows up when you're not in Course View (which I suppose is the way it’s supposed to work) and the Header is not visible at all.Is there some setting I have to activate or anything in order for the Header Layout to show up? I’ve added the desired image as a Player Background Image, but that’s not my preference.As per usual, any feedback is welcome, and thanks.

Hi all, I’ve got an exam that displays 100 questions from a bank of 250, and all are being pulled from 25 categories in the bank.  We’re still kicking the tires and all seems good, but today we made some changes to a couple dozen questions that changed the type from ‘multiple choice’ to ‘single correct’, which meant I have to make new versions of them since there doesn’t appear to be any way to change a question’s type once it’s been created.I’ve gone into the first few and changed the question category in the bank to ‘none’ so they will no longer be pulled into the exam, but after saving them, they still show “Assigned To/Question Usage” for that exam.Does anyone know if they will indeed no longer be used in this exam?  Or - how do I disassociate those questions from the exam?  And finally - once a question is -not- associated with any usage, can it be permanently deleted from the bank?  Thanks in advance!

Hi Docebo Community.  I am trying to figure out the best way to do New Hire Onboarding.  The challenges are:People stay in the New Hire Onboarding group indefinitely unless we manually remove them I am unaware of a way to automate unassigning someone from a group after a period of time, but that would make sense to me.  Maybe 90 days after someone starts they are no longer a New Hire? If a course expires and we choose something to replace it in the New Hire Onboarding Learning Plan, all the existing members of the New Hire Group get assigned to those classes even if they have been here five years.  For example, I had to replace our DEI class this year.  It auto-enrolled for every person we’ve hired since the New Hire Group was created.Would love to know how you have overcome this.  Feel free to email me directly or post here.LynnLSgouros@logadmins.com

Hi, I read in the Docebo Knowledge Base that there’s an option to create transactions for groups or branches of users. From this, I understood that this would override the need for each individual user in that branch/group to subscribe to the plan. That seems like the most reasonable and practical use of this feature. However, in testing this, I noticed that individual users within that branch/group must still subscribe to the plan upon logging in even after we (Superadmins) already manually processed their transaction. This is a very poor user experience for the end-user as it involves many more clicks and can be quite confusing. What’s the purpose of the ability to manually process transactions from groups/branches of users then? Has anyone gotten this to work properly? Link to Knowledge Base: https://help.doce

We have integrated MS Teams accounts for several users. When I create a session, it asks for instructors. I added several instructors.Then I go to Events, and choose one of the instructors MS Teams accountAfter saving, it adds the event to the users Outlook Calendar and to the Docebo Calendar - Perfect! From what I can tell, unless you use the instructors MS Teams account when creating the Event, no one gets the event added to their Outlook or Docebo calendar. Do instructors need to enroll to see it on their calendars?Is this correct or am I missing something? 

Can you add the instructor's name to the calendar view of the session (in any of the calendar widgets)?I have created a calendar page with all of the workshops we are running as a team. It shows the course name description and session time and location. Is there a way to also add the session instructor to that view as well?

Hi folks,We’ve discovered a little later than we’d have liked that ILT courses don’t really support due dates. Rather, the Days of Validity field on an ILT course affects how long the learner can access the course after their last session ends.First, a bit of context. We have more than 10,000 employees worldwide, and we have a number of compliance trainings that everyone needs to complete. Previously, we were monitoring due dates in PowerBI, but in order to grant line managers visibility over their direct reports’ compliance, we want to get these due dates into Docebo.To complicate matters, some employees are expected to take the e-learning while others are expected to get their training via ILT. For a couple of reasons, these two groups have different deadlines: 40 days for e-learning and 90 days for ILT.We’ve sadly only just realized that “Days of Validity” on ILT courses has nothing to do with “due dates”, and as such will not work as intended with the

Good morning, everyone!I have a question about use of the automatic waitlist tool. We have a large population of field workers who are not readily accessing computers. The problem we are seeing is when an unenrollment is made and the waitlist automatically moves someone into a course, however they are not aware of their new enrollment if it is last minute. Since we cannot turn off enrollment changes for courses by a certain time before a session takes place, is there a notification that works for notifying power users that a user has been moved from a waitlist?I know there is the notification called “approval into an ILT session” but it does not seem like the trigger applies to my specific use case. I would love to hear about any tips or tricks you might be using to service a similar need.

We are using the new course player and I discovered there we are inconsistently using autoplay. I want to figure out the scope and action plan to provide a consistent UX for our learners. I tried extracting course data from Course Managment, but it isn’t included in the report. I also tried courses - users and users - courses in new reports. Does anyone know how to get player information for courses? (other than looking at them one-by-one). Bonus question, if we change the platform default to auto play on, will it override all the courses? 

Hi Community - during implementation I noticed that the links within our Outlook Invites would fail to execute accurately (404) for users if certain special characters were included in the Event Name. Brackets ( ) were the first culprit. I have found no documentation and Docebo support could only tell me the brackets were the issue but did not include more detail.Has anyone else tracked which characters can cause this issue? Thanks!

Does anyone know of a way to export the course metadata automatically, just like you would a course report or user report? I’ve looked through the various options in reporting, and i’ve looked at the automation tool, but can’t see any obvious way of doing so. I can’t use a python API script, as it has to be done hands off without my computer being involved.

Hi, what is the best way to re-enroll multiple users into a single course they have already completed? (as a refresher training)

HI there, The courses I am importing from LinkedIn Learning are not loading. I can get the courses from Content Marketplace, add them to a catalog and specific courses. However, when learners click on the thumbnail, get to the course, and click “Start Learning”, we receive 2 errors. The first is it cannot connect with LinkedIn.com. The Second is the page cannot be found.  Can someone please provide support and troubleshooting steps for this issue?  Thanks, Megan

HiHow can Observation Checklists, previously completed by a manager, be viewed by a new manager that has taken their place?It is not an option for us to reassign the checklist to the new manager and for them to then re-do it as the checklist relates to a competence assessment of an employee and we need to maintain an on-going record of competence assessments.

Hello Community!I need help solving for this use case:A Power User in one of our branches wants to assign training for the whole year on January 1st. They have a January Learning Plan, February LP, and so on. However, he wants the "user is enrolled in a course" or "user is enrolled in LP" to go out on the first day of the course/LP validity period, not on January 1st.The current problem is that if users try to access the February courses from the January 1st notifications, the won't have access to the material yet. This will generate countless support tickets.What options can you recommend? Is there a different notification that can be used? I understand the power user could turn off the notification for the day, but users then would never be notified about enrollment.Finally, if this is a current product idea Docebo is considering, could you please guide me to where I can vote for this?Thanks,Vanessa

HiCan an Observation Checklist be used as a stand alone option in Docebo.  I have users who require an assessment of skills but there is no eLearning module required.
