Has anyone else noticed that when new branches are created under existing branches, users in the new branches are not picked up in groups with automatic conditions based on branches and descendants? I’ve just found myself having to manually edit each group (without actually changing anything) to get these users to appear correctly. Has anyone found a way around this issue?

Does anyone know how I can configure the text in an Outlook calendar notification that is integrated through Docebo Connect? Right now, it only pulls the date and time of my ILT but there is no text. I’d love to be able to meet Zoom meeting details in it or other useful information. Has anybody else encountered this and have a solution?TIA

When building out a Course and loading in an array of resources, using hard links or connecting content to documents within our sharepoint/intranet seems to be proving a challenge. Goal: Linking to evergreen current and saving duplical PDF upload work by sharing Sharepoint content links rather than uploding PDFs to keep content current (ie. not having to double publish/update a content refresh).Seeking recommendations for good workflows when linking course resources back to Sharepoint/intranet? 

I am looking for feedback on Idea # LMS-I-2994, which is marked as “product owner review” - It seems really silly to me that Observation Checklist items do not offer/contain a hyperlink option for content that may be outside of (or even elsewhere within) the LMS platform, e.g. content in on-demand Channels that should be referenced/consumed for onboarding. We are looking to create multiple employee and external onboarding learning plans before year-end and would really like to understand the status of this idea to add hyperlinks to Observation Checklists.Please advise ASAP?

Hi everyone!I just have a question regarding groups.  I want to set up a group that is automatic so when people join us, if they are part of a certain part of the organisation, they will join so we can assign them some training.  I have set up the group and pulled people from the areas and it’s created a fab list.  However, when I’ve looked through it it has people who have now left the organisation even though I have ticked the box to say to not include them.We work with another system that automatically expires an account when they are processed as a leaver; and I’m wondering if the fact that people’s accounts are expired rather than disabled is the issue, but I can’t see any other options to select.  Is manually trawling through the list and removing expired accounts the only way to do this?  Or do a manual selection?  Just looking for some advice because if it could be automated and I can be confident with the report then it will save me a lot of time!Thanks

Recently we have reports of our users having issues when accessing courses that use auto-enrolment links...seems the links suddenly stopped working and we have to replace them we newly generated links...has anyone else had this issue?

As many of you are aware, there is no feature in Docebo that allows us to track notifications that are sent to learners. The often-recommended solution is to put an email address in the CC box that can be found in Admin Features>Advanced Settings>Advanced Options>CC this email address for all emails sent by the platform (except for the recover password email).We tried this and after a few hours we saw that many of the notifications were being returned to us in our email system as undeliverable. Our IT team tells us that Microsoft has a hard line set on how many emails can be sent to a shared mailbox at a time, and the number of notifications sent out by Docebo for a significant enrollment passed this amount. Has anyone else encountered this?I’ve been asked to determine if there is any way in Docebo for notifications to be sent out in smaller batches. I have set up an automated group using a primary position set i.e. all our housekeepers belong to a housekeeping group. I then clicked the remove deactivated users tickbox in options but it is still pulling through deactivated users. What can I do?

Is there a way to add another Root Level Branch. For example:Caliber Public Safety - Current Root Branch 1 Branch 1A Branch 1B  Branc 1etc Branch 2 Branch 2A, etc I want to add a new root so it looks like thisCaliber Public Safety Branch 1 Branch 1A ETC Brahnc 2 Etc NEW ROOT I WANT TO ADD Etc..  It does not appear that I can, but I thought I would ask. I am attempting to create a LinkedIn Learning badge that will be awarded to an employee when he/she completes 5 LIL courses. I have everything setup, but when I go to setup the auto-assignment criteria, I do not have a way to easily select/limit the selection to the LinkedIn Learning courses.We have 9K+ LIL courses and the only way to select them is to type them all (not feasible) or select each page’s option for ‘select all’ (too time consuming). They are grouped as a catalog as well, but no way to associate a catalog either.In many places, I can click “select all” and Docebo will checkmark each item on the page. I then have a second option to “select all” again to capture all of the learning items/users/etc. across each of the subsequent pages. This functionality is missing, however, for the badge’s course selection. I’ve attached screenshots so you can see what I’m referring to. Hope someone has a suggestion/workaround. Thanks!

Hi everyone!I'm seeking insights on best practices for content access management in our LMS. Specifically, we have a course hierarchy where 'Level 2' should only be accessible to users who have completed 'Level 1.' Currently, our approach involves creating a 'Level 2' group with enrollment rules to automatically add users who have completed the 'Level 1' course. This group is then assigned a catalog featuring the 'Level 2' course, ensuring visibility only to eligible users. Is this method considered effective, or are there better alternatives?Additionally, we've been asked if users who haven't completed 'Level 1' can request placement on a waiting list or similar. Is there a feature within Docebo to manage such requests?

We have a senior manager, who when looking at the ‘My Team’ section can see all her direct reports, and all of the sub reportees as well. All with the exception of 1 person.  I’ll try my best to explain. e.g Hannah can see Claire in her team.  She can also drill down to see all of Claire's team with the exception of 1 person - Lisa.  Claire can see Lisa in her team with no issues.Lisa has 2 jobs therefore 2 managersin Lisa’s profile Claire is set as Manager 2 (some other person as Manager 1).  Could this be the reason why Hannah doesn’t see her?  im assuming this is a glitch rather than a setting?

I have submitted a support ticket for this issue but I’m very curious if anyone has seen it, & whether you have a workaround, because it’s causing some significant issues.We had a MasterCopy of a course in a central folder, where all of our PowerUsers can access and duplicate as needed to add to their own region. PUs can access the MC folder and their own regional folders, but they should not have access to other regional folders.Usually we use the Central Repository but in this case we did not, which really makes this issue confusing.A PU created his own version which he had to translate into Polish. He was having some minor issues that he asked me to fix (it was an issue with the SCORM file on our end, a simple enough fix).I replaced it for him, then went to check the original EN version to make sure it aligned. We’ve encountered some limitations when filtering a catalog widget with multiple catalogs on a page. For example we have a widget which has ~6 catalogs in it and when someone applies a language filter for, let’s say, Simplified Chinese it returns a filtered matrix of 12 courses. We know for a fact that there should be at least >30 courses available with this filter but we don’t see any way to skim through the additional results.Does anyone know a way around this limitation? It does seem to change depending on the layout of the page (full page vs. ½ vs. 1/3 etc...)

Hi!I would like to automatically enroll users in courses over time. For example, user completes a course or learning plan. Two weeks later, they are enrolled in a followup course. Two months later, they are enrolled in another course. You get the idea.I know in Learning Plans, in the Prerequisites popup, I can make courses available, say, two weeks after the previous course is completed. Is that the only way to “drip feed” learning? I would like the user to be enrolled in the course (and a notification sent) and not just have access. I have certainly looked at Automations and Enrollment rules but I don’t see how to space out learning. Thanks!Mark 

Hi everyone!I hope you are all doing well and I just wanted to ask a question with regards to courses. So my manager was asking if you can create an “expected completion date” for courses, and I wondered if this was possible - the usage case would be with our induction.  We allow 6 months to complete a suite of skills.  So my manager is asking that if we had an expected completion date and say, the person didn’t complete them in time, could we report/send messages/alert automatically without having to go through everyone manually.Thanks for your help Keep safePaul

We are having our customer launch this week and this morning I had the idea to create a customer user profile for our Sales and Field team to access so they can replicate an example customer profile when they are doing live demos.The issue is that I only want them to have the ability to impersonate one user. I created the power user profile with that one singular permisions and have enabled the required notification for it to be enabled too. It’s still not working. Has anyone tried this use case?

Hi EveryoneI would like to create a report using CUSTOM REPORT BUILDER that shows the number of training hours for all training courses (ILT and e-learning). I can see the option to include session time in the report but this only relates to ILT courses.In our e-learning course shells we do include the average course time.  Is there any way of capturing this data in a report so that we can then calculate total training hours (ILT and e-learning)?Many thanks

We have a learning plan where we add credits to the learning plan itself and not the courses. BUT when users click on my activities and courses the credits don’t show. How can we make those show? Is there anyway else a user can see their learning plan credits? Thanks!

We have successfully paired and tested two Zoom V3 Integrated Accounts. We have many sessions & events that are scheduled in V2 through part of this year. Docebo’s Knowledge Base article states that we need to remove any sessions with V2 Integrations: “You must delete the sessions associated with Zoom version 1 and Zoom version 2 before removing the integration as you will not be able to delete them afterward.”  (https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/11206175970194-Docebo-VILT-for-Zoom-version-3)After testing, we successfully moved a V2 Event to V3 and could join via Zoom without any deletion.  From the language in Docebo’s Knowledge Base, I’m led to believe that we need to unenroll all our participants, recreate the session, and reenroll our participants. Hi! We would like our users to be able to see the amount of credits a learning plan has that they have completed in the My Activities page. We have certain learning plans where the credits are assigned at the learning plan level not the course level but users can’t see how many credits they have received after they complete the learning plan.

I am brand new to Docebo, and no one at my company that is still here has used it. I am struggling.I simply want to create basic courses - a few "slides" of written content, and embed videos. This was so easy with the LMS at my previous company, but I have watched a ton of tutorial videos, and I cannot create a simple course in Docebo.  Can anyone possibly help?

Hi there, I have people getting a 403 error when clicking an enrollment link I share though Slack.  When checking permissions on the back end, they have all the right permissions to register for the course.  This happens a lot.  What is recommended to resolve this?  Is this a case where they just need to log out and then log back in? 

Hello!We’re looking into using skills in our platform but we have some questions and reservations about competencies and self evaluation. Can taking a course with a shared skill passively raise a users competence in that skill, or do they have to manually re-evaluate the skills themselves every time? I can see people abusing a feature like this by just taking a bunch of recommended courses and cheesing their competency levels up however.We were hopeful that taking a course would raise the users competency levels, or that taking a course with a skill they didn’t already own would earn them that skill. And it doesn’t look like you can limit competency adjustments solely to managers. I can see how self-evaluating can be both beneficial and detrimental if someone thinks too highly of themselves.The Skills Dashboard and My Team pages seem amazing for things like annual reviews, so we’re trying to determine if the cons outweigh the pros with sk
