I need to change a number of my enrollment rules to exclude a new branch from the rules.  If I change the parameters of a group, is it going to re-run that group and therefore run/assign any enrollment rules to anyone possibly newly added at that point?  I feel like logically there wouldn’t be any new people in the groups from these changes, but I’m just nervous.  We only want to change them moving forward, we don’t want anything from the past changed/affected.

Hi All, my Get Analytics API call return empty string for [nextToken] since 26 Jul 2024. Is anyone have idea why?  The call before 26 Jul works fine and checked the report output have more than 1 page of data (download csv report contain all the records but only api get analytic call do not return the nextToken). The Get API return like this, which is a flag to the api invoke client for next page and subsequent call. But now the flag gone so only able to get 1st page of report data."nextToken": "" Thanks for helping.

Hi, I am trying to work out what a particular field means in a report I have run.I have a run a Users-Courses report to check on completions for my courses. I noticed that there was a column called ‘Number of Sessions’. I am not entirely sure what this indicates.When I looked at the Report Fields I found that there was a section called ‘Usage Statistics’ of which ‘Number of Sessions’ was one of the fields. I have noticed that it is only giving a number for the e-learning sessions. What triggers this number? Do they have to interact with any objects within the session or does simply opening the session trigger the count? Or do I have it completely wrong?If someone could please help me as this could possibly be a useful statistic in regards to usage of our elearnings.Thank you

We are using the platform for educations and getting our personal to read and verify documents.When personal goes on parental leave or extended sick leave we deactivate their user account so that they don’t get enrolled into courses and notifications during this time. We need a way to get the enrollment rules to run once the user is reactivated.The enrollment rules for the courses are configured based on the groups that the user is assigned to.Is there a good solution for this ?

If an observation checklist approver misses an email notification to approve a checklist, is there another way for them to access the checklist and approve it? 

I am creating an email notification (specifically Digest: learner has yet to complete the course) that will be triggered weekly to remind users of courses they need to complete. Some of our courses have validity dates while others do not. I am using the [expire_at] shortcode in the notification, so this remains blank for any courses without validity dates. Any suggestions on how to make it so that a course without a validity date shows something different?  This is the text of the notification: The following learning is due to be completed in Docebo LMS:[items][course_name] expires on [expire_at][/items]To start learning, log in to Docebo. So the email notification to the user ends up looking something like this: The following learning is due to be completed in Docebo LMS:Safety Training Course expires on 8/17/2024 at 11:59:59 pmSupplemental Learning Course expires onTo start learning, log in to Docebo. Any help is appreciated!

I’d like to have a group of learners take a short eLearning course or read an article, then discuss it or answer questions. They need to be able to read each other's comments or answers and interact with each other via the platform. Then rinse and repeat over a few weeks. Is this something that can be done on Docebo?  TIA

When I get to the schedule notification panel, I only see Manually no other options or configuration choices. I’m looking for frequency (day, week), time of day, etc.

I’m trying to apply some fairly extensive CSS to an HTML widget, and it’s quite tedious….saving the CSS changes, clicking “confirm”, going over to my widget desktop view in a separate window, reloading the page, clicking on “desktop preview” again.Is there an easier way? Hi,Does anyone know if there is a way to edit/modify the course summary page? Specifically I am wanting to get rid of the ‘Users that have completed the course within 30 days from enrolment’ section and ideally replace it with just a ‘Completion Percentage’.  We are wanting to share our 100% completion stats and that sections makes it look like we arent on 100% (which we are). Please let me know if this is something I can modify or if I will have to edit it out myself with some photoshop magic!!Thanks,

Is there anyway to combine current learning and new learning?  We currently have the prebuilt channels on our homepage:  new learning, current learning, learning history. It’s very confusing for people, and we’d much rather have new and current learning combined into one channel.  I tried using the course widget, but it makes you go all or nothing (you can’t exclude learning history from the list).  Does anyone have any thoughts on how to achieve this?

I am struggling to know how to apply universal CSS to an entire page in terms of correctly referencing the targeted widgets. I could use some help. Hi all! I have seen a lot of threads some years old on Google Slides and ComSlider being used within the platform, i have also seen some which appear to have interactive buttons on them, can someone assist in how I get these to work in the creation of the slide deck in the two platforms above when you want to point to courses within the LMS that sit behind password protection etc? I have tried to link a button within Google Slides and the button became part of the imagery not selectable in the iframe, can anyone help please?

Hello!  Outside of adding a Test, Observation Checklist, or Survey to be completed at the end of a Course, are there any other options for a user to select that they “have read and understood the Course content”?  So far, I have not been able to locate other (simpler) options.Thank you!  

When an employee is absent on long term-sick, what is the best way to stop chaser notifications that we have set-up for all e-learning courses?

Is there a place where you can see which groups a user is in? Look through Knowledge and browsed around my platform and I don’t see anything.Use case… I have a user who is getting the wrong menu and seeing wrong home page so I’d like to see what groups she’s in to better see where this error is originating.

How do you manage archiving users and their learning records via the offboarding process. I am only seeing information on archiving enrollments. I can set up an archive branch, though are those users still "active' in that branch? Curious how others have been managing this. 

Getting harder and harder to ignore output from things like this.At the very least it can inspire lost stakeholders on where to go.
