In order to make Docebo quizzes really work for us we need to be able to add audio files to the questions and answer choices in several languages. Having an AI voice speak would also do the trick, but we need to be able to hear the audio version of the question and answers.Has anyone come up with a way to do this? Or found a workaround? Thanks.

We didn’t use days of validity when we first rolled out Docebo, but in the last 6 months, we’re trying to stay on top of expiring courses and have retroactively applied Days of Validity to any published courses. I’d like to give the instructors several week’s notice to let me know if they need to extend the days of validity or unpublish their courses. In order not to spam all our super admins, our only choice seems to be to use the ‘Course is Expiring’ notification and send it only to certain Power Users, but the issue there is that not all of our courses have power users assigned.I’d really prefer to have a report (or even 2 - one for ELRN and one of VILT) that lays out when course will be expiring, but there doesn’t seem to be a report that can return that data. Has anyone had any luck with this? TIA!

Hi there everyone, hope you are well :).I am new to docebo so I am still learning all of its wonderful features. But I do have 1 question. On Sandbox (which I still need to get it refreshed) Whenever I have a folder on a course, this folder is easily identified in the front end by having a circle in the folder itself. However, in production, this is missing and am I right in believing, I would need to use CSS to have this in production? Here is a screenshot from Sandbox environment. Thank you so much in advance.  

I’m creating a specific campaign for this year, and I’d love to use Docebo’s gamification and badging feature. We’ve used it successfully for many other things, but never quite like this.For marketing reasons I want a way to show the badges someone has earned within this specific collection, and I can’t figure out how to make the gamification widget do that. No matter what settings I choose the widget shows the user every badge they have earned instead of just the ones in this collection.Does anyone have a way to filter at the widget level instead of at the collection level? I don’t want to hide their other badges complete, just on this page.Creative suggestions are welcome. I am familiar with CSS and other web markup languages.

Hi. I would like to be able to get a list of reports along with the email addresses that are receiving scheduled reports. Is there any way to do this?

I uploaded a E-learning, and the settings for the course are all correct - Like the course is visible in both external and internal catalogues, self - enrolments are available, still the course doesnt appear when searched. Please help.

Hello - we have several customers who like to enroll their employees into learning plans and they want to have due dates on the enrollments. The only way I can figure how to do that is to enroll the users, and then one by one edit each enrollment to add the due dates. When our customers have to do that for 100 enrollments, they get a little grouchy. Is there a better way?

Hi everyone,I have been at this one issue for hours now and need some help.I have created a widget on the homepage of our LMS that essentially when “clicked” takes a user to a list of courses that I have selected that will enable the user to pick and choose through those selected courses to either develop personally or professionally. When I test the widget, it goes to a list of ALL courses on the platform and not the ones I selected and placed in the category of Development.What am I doing wrong?? Many Thanks!

Hi there,I add a screenshot of one of our courses. We would like to have the blue icons that show that a step is complete (in red frame), to swith to green once finished. Is it possible to adjust the color of the “Done-Icon” to green? And would anyone one know about an information page in docebo university or so, where we can see all icons in all possible statuses that can occur with it? Thanks in advance and best regardsRoli 

Hi folks.I have some issues with the reliability of sending out notifications but it’s difficult to test b/c i have to wait for feedback from my Power Users, which comes from their users, who may or may not communicate notifications they are or are not getting.Is there any way to retroactively view all the notifications sent out from Docebo in the last week, month, 3 months, whatever? I was hoping there’d be something like this in the Audit Trail but I don’t see such a thing. I’m guessing then it’s not possible but if anyone could prove me wrong I’d appreciate it.Regards,Nate

We created many (MANY) catalogs in bulk via the API. When you do, it auto sets the SORT BY option to Name A-Z. Typically, you’d want Newest to Oldest. Anyone familar with how to set a list of IDs to that option? Hello,I'm working on a project where asset titles and descriptions are often duplicated, meaning the same information appears in both fields. I'm looking for a way to clean this up by removing the duplication, as it's redundant to display the same content twice.Has anyone written code or come across a solution for this? Hi I am setting up an assessment and I have a multiple choice question that is formatted as "select all that apply" there are 3 correct answers, and all 3 must be selected in order for the answer to be correct.I don't see a way to connect the three answers so that all must be selected. We want to set it up so if you select 2 of the 3 then it would still be incorrect.Please advise.

Hi folks. I really thought I’d have been able to find what I’m looking for after a quick Google search but no luck so far.I know that it’s possible to sort the content within a Catalog. But is there no way to sort the order in which Catalogs appear on a page? I thought I could affect it just by changing the order in which catalogs are assigned, but that didn’t change anything.Thanks,Nate

My company is trying to automate the process of creating new users in Docebo. We have a connection to our HRIS system but for some reason when it reaches step 5 it just skips to the end. It is not creating any new profiles in Docebo. I have confirmed from the logs that it is receiving information from UKG. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I was just surprised by a user completing a learning plan they shouldn’t have had access to. Or so I thought.I created a catalog that only contained the LP I want this branch to see.I created a landing page for that specific branch that only showed that LP and nothing else.I did not think of the fact that global search might show results outside of those restrictions, and a user found some content they really should not have had access to, completed the LP and is now expecting a certification, even though they aren’t technically eligible for it.I am frustrated that you can’t customize global search for a page and they’ve done away with ideas, so I have no clue if it’s even on the roadmap.Can anyone share what the best approach would be to restrict content for users in a specific branch?Thanks! 

Hi everyone, In order to be fully accessible we need a way to superimpose screen readable text over an image. For example, a banner. We can’t upload an image with text as it won’t be readable to someone who has accessibility needs. I’ve tried to add a content title which works, BUT I need control over making the font a minimum of 24-28 points (if not larger). Is there a workaround or is this custom CSS?Thanks

I have been asked by our Finance team to find:Total hours of training time provided to employees 23/24 financial year Total number of people who completed training.I need to be able to demonstrate training time for courses via eLearning and ILT, vILT.Would I need to review the dashboard of every course and run a report from this, which would be time consuming? Or is there another way to extract this data?

Dear allI have a customer using one of my subdomain (extended enterprise). They currently use it internally and we have configured their SSO. No problem.Now they want to provide access to their external users, which uses another SSO (different IP ID, different metadata...).How can I solve that:can’t find a way to add a second SSO to my extended enterprise domain. Correct ? or do I have to use another extended entreprise subdomain pointing to the same branch but using the second SSO ? or do I have to treat it as another distinct extended entreprise domain (own branch, own SSO)?Thank you in advance

I am importing events via a CSV.  We are using VILT for Microsoft Teams to create meetings for said events.This article describes a numeric parameter "id_tool_account" that is used to identify the webinar.  However, there is no such parameter listed on any of the accounts. There is an Account Name, which contains letters. When I attempt to use the account name, I get at error:Invalid parameter 'id_tool_account'If I edit an Account in VILT for Microsoft Teams, I can see three IDs associated with each account: Client ID, Tenant ID, and Tenant Secret. However, these are alphanumeric, and they return the same error.Does anyone know where to find the ID that the id_tool_account field is looking for?

Hi allWhat is the best practices for merging two courses?Currently Course A and Course B sit separately on a Learning Plan.  I have redesigned and ready to upload a new Scorm File.  Neither courses have certifications attached and are a one off completion.Do I create a new course C, and put A & B under maintenance and attach Course C to LPs?  However this will affect enrolment records.Or, do I rename Course A as Course C with all the same settings and put B under maintenance, upload new Scorm file?Thanks for your advice.

Hello!One of our internally created SCORM 2004 courses has built in questions that learners are required to answer.  The SCORM 2004 was created and published out of Storyline (so there is this odd 250 or so character limit for reporting.)Our previous LMS, Cornerstone LMS, allowed us to pull a report that provided the answers for these questions in the SCORM.In Docebo I can drill into a report to find the answers via Course Management > click on username > click on the resource Title > a pop up shows with the question answers. Is there a way to do this via API?  Is there an already built API?I’m very new to all of this, so I guess I’m just looking to understand if it is possible to use an API to get a report of all the users and their answers submitted through the SCORM 2004 course.  Of course if anyone is able to tell me how to do it it would amazing! Thank you!Elaine
