Hoping someone can help me out.I am currently trying to let a stakeholder know how many times a certain user has attempted a test after a course. I went into training material statistics, deselected “Show last test attempt only” and then filtered for their name, but only their last attempt showed.I tested with some one I know I have reset twice in the last couple days as they reached out to me personally to do so, however, it is still only showing her last attempt.Am I missing something?

As I search the knowledgebase, I am unable to locate an article that distinguishes catalog search from global search. After testing, it appears that global search performs differently (more powerful) than catalog search. For example, searching in global brings tags into the fold when returning relevant results, but catalog search seems to ignore tags and only prioritize title + description. Is this true?We are moving toward the decision to suppress global search and rely solely upon a catalog search for our learnings, so it would be helpful to understand search functionality in catalogs to help inform our content strategy. 

There is nothing as disappointing as having your eye on a sessions at a conference and then missing the golden ticket in due to late registration. When will we be able to select sessions for the Dallas Inspire to assure we have a seat?The FAQs indicate the below for the release date but it seems that did not come to fruition.

Is it possible to hide the training material that sits inside courses from the global search?  This can be very confusing for our end users when looking for Discover, Coach and Share content to land on a formal course page asking them to enrol.

Hello,Is there a way to track metrics on who is clicking on notifications and when they’re doing so? Ideally, I'd like to see a line graph or similar visualization, showing how users and managers interact with notifications over days and months, similar to the graphs in Docebo Insights. It would also be helpful if we could categorize these clicks by Managers, Power Users, Users, and Superadmins to better gauge the effectiveness of our communications across different groups for reporting.Currently, we have to track notification clicks using a different software, but it would be more efficient if Docebo had this functionality, since it handles our Notifications. Does anyone know if this feature is available?

Howdy! Does anyone know of a way to auto archive course enrollments for deactivated users? We have an OKTA integration that will deactivate users in Docebo once deactivated in the OKTA/ADP. The issue is their enrollments are still active on the system.Thanks!

Hi all,I want to create a contest in which users would recommend courses/ learning plans to engage their peers for learning.the user with the most recommendations (and likes) gets a first place badge. what would be the best practice to develop this kind of a discussion board/ forum/ Q&A section? the recommendation would probably be a link to the course. Thanks!

Hello all. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I am trying to leverage Docebo Connect to cycle some of the single transaction API endpoints.  I have been through all of the Docebo University courses related to Connect - and I’m still clueless on how to actually make this work.  This seems like something a LOT of us are trying to do (figure out a way to automate bulk actions where the platform lacks out-of-the-box functionality. Are there other resources somewhere that you can get step by step instructions for how-to?  I feel like maybe I’m missing information that DU feels is common knowledge and I’m struggling.  If you have resources or know of other external training that could help, please send my way! Thanks! 

I can see another unanswered question about custom reports so it may be its just not possible.  Basically I'm struggling to get the custom reports give me what I want.  Ideally these are the reports i want.Weekly report showing me courses scheduled for the next 3 weeks and how many enrolments on each course Courses that are scheduled that have less than 5 enrolments (any time)Possible?  We have monday morning meetings to look at up and coming scheduled courses and it would be good not to have to go through each course one by one to check enrolments etc.

Hello,I would like to send a weekly reminder to those that have not completed a E-learning course. I selected ‘learner has yet to complete the course’ notification. I noticed that it give me two options, after the event or manual. If I set this it up with the event for a weekly time line will it send the notification until the user has completed the course or it will it only send once? 

Hello,We have been helping test the Insights tools. We love where this is going. However, we want to be able to customize the data fields used in some of the visualizations.For example: The heatmap (Completions by Group). We love how easy it is to understand this visual. However, we don’t use groups very much and would like to switch out the Group field for a Branch field. Is this something that will be possible in the final product?Thanks,Erin

I have an “ILT session Enrollment” notification setup to invite users to a calendar event for the session they just signed up for.However, this session contains multiple events within it - but they are only technically being invited for a calendar hold on the first event in the series.Does anyone know of a way to invite users to have calendar holds for every event in the session?Thanks!

Hello Docebo Team - Between yesterday (8/19) and today - I just noticed that the Lists by Workato app has disappeared. We have been using it in our recipes, but when try to use today can’t see Lists app today (8/20) 

HelloIf a course sits as optional in a learning plan when pulling a report on Learning Plans these non mandatory courses are not included.  Is there an option to run reports of LPs and select mandatory/non-mandatory?thanks

Hi Everyone, I have reviewed the wide list of questions associated with Observation Checklists but haven’t found what I need, so I am hoping someone out there can help! I am looking to create a checklist to support the training onboarding requirements for newly hired employees. This consists of completing a series of e-learning modules, policy sign-offs etc. I have created the checklist which outlines the list of tasks the new hire needs to completed but I am confused now how to execute this. Here are my issues: Can I link the e-learning courses they need to complete to the checklist some how? I have added the checklist to some courses for testing, but this is just an added training material. It also makes the learners complete the whole checklist and no indicate this is completed… Is there a way to add the check-list to the “Overview” page for learners? This way they can see it right away?  If the best way to present a checklist to new hires is through scheduling - is there a way to

Hello. In search of some help on - ILT how to reset training material for new sessions/event?Currently when we create a new session/event and that new session/event is started, the instructor sees the material on the last slide where the previous session/event ended instead of back at the first slide. The instructors have to go into each section of training material page-by-page backing through all of the material to get back to the start.Thank you for your help!

Hi All,  I was wondering whether this was a feature that hasn’t been added yet or whether I haven’t set something up correctly.  I have given my PUs access to do their own custom reporting with this PU profile:  I have also assigned the correct resources to them (branch, learning plans, courses). However when they go to create a custom report. For example, ‘Users - Courses’, in the filters tab, under ‘Course Selection’ they are unable to do a ‘Custom Selection’ even though the course they are trying to select has been assigned to them via the PU page. This is what comes up:  I would have thought that PUs would be able to ‘custom select’ between the courses that have been assigned to them? Otherwise they won’t be able to filter their reports properly and will forever have to run a report on all courses at once.  Has anyone else come across this problem? Have I not set up my PUs correctly? Any help would be much appreciated! 🙂

Does anyone know how to increase the badge size in the email sent from the new badge notification? My badge size is 600 x 600 but in the email letting someone know that they earned a badge, it displays in tiny size and the words are not readable.
