If an observation checklist approver misses an email notification to approve a checklist, is there another way for them to access the checklist and approve it? 

I am creating an email notification (specifically Digest: learner has yet to complete the course) that will be triggered weekly to remind users of courses they need to complete. Some of our courses have validity dates while others do not. I am using the [expire_at] shortcode in the notification, so this remains blank for any courses without validity dates. Any suggestions on how to make it so that a course without a validity date shows something different?  This is the text of the notification: The following learning is due to be completed in Docebo LMS:[items][course_name] expires on [expire_at][/items]To start learning, log in to Docebo. So the email notification to the user ends up looking something like this: The following learning is due to be completed in Docebo LMS:Safety Training Course expires on 8/17/2024 at 11:59:59 pmSupplemental Learning Course expires onTo start learning, log in to Docebo. Any help is appreciated!

Hi there!Is there a way to customize what fields are seen in the Branch Dashboard?Currently its showing a lot of columns but we only need 6 of the fields. It causing some confusion for our managers.  

We have an ILT course with one session and event in it.When it was added to a new channel and catalogue an orange warning icon appeared next to the event which displayed ‘External Calendar Synchronisation Warning’ when hovered over.The warning icon has now disappeared, but does anyone know what it might have been triggered by? Or if it is likely to have any knock on effects?

Hi,I’m trying to find information on how to set up collaborative learning session on Docebo. I’d like to have a group of learners take a short eLearning course or read an article, then discuss it or answer questions. They need to be able to read each other's comments or answers and interact with each other via the platform. Then rinse and repeat over a few weeks. Is this something that can be done on Docebo?  TIA

When I get to the schedule notification panel, I only see Manually no other options or configuration choices. I’m looking for frequency (day, week), time of day, etc.

I’m trying to apply some fairly extensive CSS to an HTML widget, and it’s quite tedious….saving the CSS changes, clicking “confirm”, going over to my widget desktop view in a separate window, reloading the page, clicking on “desktop preview” again.Is there an easier way? Hi,Does anyone know if there is a way to edit/modify the course summary page? Specifically I am wanting to get rid of the ‘Users that have completed the course within 30 days from enrolment’ section and ideally replace it with just a ‘Completion Percentage’.  We are wanting to share our 100% completion stats and that sections makes it look like we arent on 100% (which we are). Please let me know if this is something I can modify or if I will have to edit it out myself with some photoshop magic!!Thanks,

Is there anyway to combine current learning and new learning?  We currently have the prebuilt channels on our homepage:  new learning, current learning, learning history. It’s very confusing for people, and we’d much rather have new and current learning combined into one channel.  I tried using the course widget, but it makes you go all or nothing (you can’t exclude learning history from the list).  Does anyone have any thoughts on how to achieve this?

Hello, all.I am working on a page layout and have three custom content boxes (see image). I want to change the CSS so that every custom content box on this page will have a border-radius: 20px. My attempts aren’t working. I am struggling to know how to apply universal CSS to an entire page in terms of correctly referencing the targeted widgets. I could use some help. Hi all! I have seen a lot of threads some years old on Google Slides and ComSlider being used within the platform, i have also seen some which appear to have interactive buttons on them, can someone assist in how I get these to work in the creation of the slide deck in the two platforms above when you want to point to courses within the LMS that sit behind password protection etc? I have tried to link a button within Google Slides and the button became part of the imagery not selectable in the iframe, can anyone help please?

Hello!  Outside of adding a Test, Observation Checklist, or Survey to be completed at the end of a Course, are there any other options for a user to select that they “have read and understood the Course content”?  So far, I have not been able to locate other (simpler) options.Thank you!  

When an employee is absent on long term-sick, what is the best way to stop chaser notifications that we have set-up for all e-learning courses?

Is there a place where you can see which groups a user is in? Look through Knowledge and browsed around my platform and I don’t see anything.Use case… I have a user who is getting the wrong menu and seeing wrong home page so I’d like to see what groups she’s in to better see where this error is originating.

How do you manage archiving users and their learning records via the offboarding process. I am only seeing information on archiving enrollments. I can set up an archive branch, though are those users still "active' in that branch? Curious how others have been managing this. 

Getting harder and harder to ignore output from things like this.At the very least it can inspire lost stakeholders on where to go.

I have recently created what I hope to be a temporary group to do a bulk enrollment for a specific course. Does anyone know if anything happens to the original enrollments into the course if I delete the associated group after enrolling users?

Hello everyone! New customer here, trying to get a subscription-based learning platform up and running. I've been testing the subscription transaction process, and found that the buyer is automatically redirected to the "My Courses" built-in page right after they complete their purchase. However, this isn't a page I'm using for anything on my platform, and it isn't on any of my menus. Aside from that, I find it to be an odd choice for a post-transaction landing page...if the user just subscribed, then they won't actually have any courses they are enrolled in to display here! So, after a customer buys their subscription, it seems like it will always show the "whoops, nothing here" graphic, no matter what.Is there any way to adjust this, to direct to either a widget page, or at least to a page which might have content on it? This isn't what I want my customers' first impression to be. Any ideas are much appreciated! I’m also open to chat if anyone else is going through the process of set

I want to change the “Please confirm your registration request” email that asks users to verify their email address. I thought setting up a “User email address must be verified” notification would overwrite that, but I still get the same registration request email.I tried notifications, advanced settings and a couple more places but can’t find the origin of that verification email. As a last resort I could change it in the Localization Tool, but I’d rather avoid that.Can someone point me to the right place, please?

I’m testing enrollment validity periods with learning plans in an effort to use the Learning plan enrollment expiring notification. I’m trying to set the validity end date as far out as possible. I want it to be years away. On August 1, I set the validity period to 8,000 days for a learning plan. On August 5, I discovered the learner I enrolled on August 1 had their validity end date set to 12/31/2037, which is 4,900 days. Today, I have tried various things and every enrollment end date ends up being set to 12/31/2037, which is 4,896 days from August 5. It will not exceed this date. It appears 12/31/2037 is the farthest date I can use for a validity end date. Does anyone know when validity end dates can be set beyond 12/31/2037?Here’s more details in case anyone has another idea that will achieve what I want.We enroll new employees in a learning plan on their first day. Hi~ Other than looking at the course catalog section as a superadmin to see what courses are included in a catalog, is there anyway to run a report to get/download this data in Excel? Thank you

 The current New Course notification is only meant for Power Users/ Superadmins. And the New Training Material added notification send out a notification for each learning asset that’s added to the course. Both these options do not work in our case. Is there a way to notify users when new courses are launched in the LMS?
