Hi I am setting up an assessment and I have a multiple choice question that is formatted as "select all that apply" there are 3 correct answers, and all 3 must be selected in order for the answer to be correct.I don't see a way to connect the three answers so that all must be selected. We want to set it up so if you select 2 of the 3 then it would still be incorrect.Please advise.

Hi all, I’m experiencing an issue with the HTMLL/WYSIWYG page widget and I’m hoping that someone here might have come across it/resolved it. The ProblemWhen nesting block elements (<div>) inside inline elements (<a>), the editor seems to "auto-correct" the structure upon saving, leading to a disrupted and redundant layout.Original structure:<a href="#"> <div></div> <div></div></a>Becomes:<a href="#"></a><div><a href="#"></a></div><a href="#"></a><div><a href="#"></a></div>I’ve managed to find a work around, however it’s impacting the intended functionality and appearance of the content.I reached out to helpdesk regarding the issue but they said they aren’t HTML experts and suggested consulting the community.  Seeking Insights:Has anyone else faced a similar problem with nested elements in the HTM/WYSIWYG widget on Docebo?   Any known workarounds or fixes? Hi folks. I really thought I’d have been able to find what I’m looking for after a quick Google search but no luck so far.I know that it’s possible to sort the content within a Catalog. But is there no way to sort the order in which Catalogs appear on a page? I thought I could affect it just by changing the order in which catalogs are assigned, but that didn’t change anything.Thanks,Nate

My company is trying to automate the process of creating new users in Docebo. We have a connection to our HRIS system but for some reason when it reaches step 5 it just skips to the end. It is not creating any new profiles in Docebo. I have confirmed from the logs that it is receiving information from UKG. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I was just surprised by a user completing a learning plan they shouldn’t have had access to. Or so I thought.I created a catalog that only contained the LP I want this branch to see.I created a landing page for that specific branch that only showed that LP and nothing else.I did not think of the fact that global search might show results outside of those restrictions, and a user found some content they really should not have had access to, completed the LP and is now expecting a certification, even though they aren’t technically eligible for it.I am frustrated that you can’t customize global search for a page and they’ve done away with ideas, so I have no clue if it’s even on the roadmap.Can anyone share what the best approach would be to restrict content for users in a specific branch?Thanks! 

Hi everyone, In order to be fully accessible we need a way to superimpose screen readable text over an image. For example, a banner. We can’t upload an image with text as it won’t be readable to someone who has accessibility needs. I’ve tried to add a content title which works, BUT I need control over making the font a minimum of 24-28 points (if not larger). Is there a workaround or is this custom CSS?Thanks

I have been asked by our Finance team to find:Total hours of training time provided to employees 23/24 financial year Total number of people who completed training.I need to be able to demonstrate training time for courses via eLearning and ILT, vILT.Would I need to review the dashboard of every course and run a report from this, which would be time consuming? Or is there another way to extract this data?

Dear allI have a customer using one of my subdomain (extended enterprise). They currently use it internally and we have configured their SSO. No problem.Now they want to provide access to their external users, which uses another SSO (different IP ID, different metadata...).How can I solve that:can’t find a way to add a second SSO to my extended enterprise domain. Correct ? or do I have to use another extended entreprise subdomain pointing to the same branch but using the second SSO ? or do I have to treat it as another distinct extended entreprise domain (own branch, own SSO)?Thank you in advance

I am importing events via a CSV.  We are using VILT for Microsoft Teams to create meetings for said events.This article describes a numeric parameter "id_tool_account" that is used to identify the webinar.  However, there is no such parameter listed on any of the accounts. There is an Account Name, which contains letters. When I attempt to use the account name, I get at error:Invalid parameter 'id_tool_account'If I edit an Account in VILT for Microsoft Teams, I can see three IDs associated with each account: Client ID, Tenant ID, and Tenant Secret. However, these are alphanumeric, and they return the same error.Does anyone know where to find the ID that the id_tool_account field is looking for?

Hi allWhat is the best practices for merging two courses?Currently Course A and Course B sit separately on a Learning Plan.  I have redesigned and ready to upload a new Scorm File.  Neither courses have certifications attached and are a one off completion.Do I create a new course C, and put A & B under maintenance and attach Course C to LPs?  However this will affect enrolment records.Or, do I rename Course A as Course C with all the same settings and put B under maintenance, upload new Scorm file?Thanks for your advice.

Hello!One of our internally created SCORM 2004 courses has built in questions that learners are required to answer.  The SCORM 2004 was created and published out of Storyline (so there is this odd 250 or so character limit for reporting.)Our previous LMS, Cornerstone LMS, allowed us to pull a report that provided the answers for these questions in the SCORM.In Docebo I can drill into a report to find the answers via Course Management > click on username > click on the resource Title > a pop up shows with the question answers. Is there a way to do this via API?  Is there an already built API?I’m very new to all of this, so I guess I’m just looking to understand if it is possible to use an API to get a report of all the users and their answers submitted through the SCORM 2004 course.  Of course if anyone is able to tell me how to do it it would amazing! Thank you!Elaine 

We are working on getting completion history into Docebo. For any Active courses, we will be enrolling via csv. Here’s the question I can’t find an answer to: For courses that are “in progress”, how does that get managed?  Is there a way to mark the completed modules/training materials as complete? Thanks!

Is there a way to filter things OUT of a report? Example: I want to pull all e-learning courses and remove or ignore the ones from a particular list (category, code, etc). I can find lots of ways to ADD items to a report but not to filter out items that I don’t want to include. In the user screen, I can use an “is not” filter, but I can’t find that functionality in New Reports.

Hello,We have manual groups that are created by our admins, the purpose of the groups is enrolling users to courses & learning plans.The problem we are having is once a new user is added to the existing group, they are not automatically enrolled to the course. We want the user to also be enrolled to the course if they are added to the group. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

Hello Branded Mobile App Users!  Have you received a Notification from Google that the Branded Mobile App doesn’t Target Android 14? Were you able to resolve that notification? If so what did you do?  I received the notification about not targeting Android 14 a few weeks/months ago. I updated on 8/22 with the most recent version of the Branded Mobile App but I’m still seeing the notification. I do have a support in to Docebo but sometimes user to user resolutions are more helpful. Here’s a screenshot. I assure you this screenshot was taken after July 3rd. But  I’m still seeing this issue alert in my developer account even after updating with the most recent app.  

We have had a few course creators create Survey’s instead of test. I understand the reasoning for the survey and test difference of surveys being anonymous, and tests not. I would love a way to trigger for a survey to not be anonymous so we can find the data that is lost when these mistakes happen. Is this possible?

Does anyone know the logic behind the order in which notifications are displayed within the Manage Notifications menu by default? I’ve done some basic analysis and it doesn’t seem to be chronologically or alphabetically.Trying to narrow down audit trail research and it’s really hard figure out when or who created a notification to follow up.

Hey everyone,We’ve been using Docebo for a few months now for our training program, which includes several ILT sessions conducted each month. We’re trying to figure out how to track users who sign up for a session but don’t attend. Since users can only be enrolled in one session at a time, I understand they’d need to unenroll or switch sessions to make room.Does archiving an enrollment help with this, or is there a better way to handle it? We use this information to measure how effective our training is, so any tips or best practices for managing ILT courses in Docebo would be super helpful!Thanks a lot!

I’ve received a request for a statement of someones training record. Potentially they are leaving an organisation and wish to take a copy of their training records or something like that.My understanding is the Docebo Learn platform is designed to view your records online, but I have not seen anything that would be easy to print or download to PDF a full training record for someone.A custom report is about all I can think of that generates a excel document which is something anyone could mock up. Any thoughts on how this might be done, or indeed if there is a feature I have not found yet?

Hoping someone can help me out.I am currently trying to let a stakeholder know how many times a certain user has attempted a test after a course. I went into training material statistics, deselected “Show last test attempt only” and then filtered for their name, but only their last attempt showed.I tested with some one I know I have reset twice in the last couple days as they reached out to me personally to do so, however, it is still only showing her last attempt.Am I missing something?

As I search the knowledgebase, I am unable to locate an article that distinguishes catalog search from global search. After testing, it appears that global search performs differently (more powerful) than catalog search. For example, searching in global brings tags into the fold when returning relevant results, but catalog search seems to ignore tags and only prioritize title + description. Is this true?We are moving toward the decision to suppress global search and rely solely upon a catalog search for our learnings, so it would be helpful to understand search functionality in catalogs to help inform our content strategy. 

There is nothing as disappointing as having your eye on a sessions at a conference and then missing the golden ticket in due to late registration. When will we be able to select sessions for the Dallas Inspire to assure we have a seat?The FAQs indicate the below for the release date but it seems that did not come to fruition.
