👋🏻 Hello, I am hoping to hear about your experience with Questions & Answers or Comments widget on courses. We are not using these widgets at this time but there have been SMEs inquiring on allowing users to ask questions or reach out via the course to set up 1:1 time. Could you share how you use these widgets? Some of my questions are as follows:How do you monitor the conversation? How is the SME notified there is a question that needs to be answered? Do they just have to check the course regularly? Is the person who asked the question notified when someone answers the question? What settings do you have in place? Where do I go to view the settings for Q&A and comments? Anything I should keep in mind while researching? Any advice on using/implementing the widgets?Of course, any other experiences or suggestion you might have are welcome!!  Thanks community!Courtney 

Someone please fix the training materials glitch asap! I am running 30+ classes this month each with a different zoom link and PDF.  I cannot load either in the training material as when you select which event to attach, it kicks you back to the homepage.  This is causing the learners to not have their materials.  Please fix. 

Is there a way, or please create a way, to download tests (questions, answer options, correct answer(s), user answer stats) to a variety of outputs other than GIFT; e.g. Excel, Word, .txt? Power Users with minimal computer skills cannot decipher/interpret the GIFT output format. 

We are having 403 and 500 errors and server errors accessing the catalog and course management again today.We have raised a ticket with our implementation PM and asked for escalation.This is our Go Live week.Is there anything more we can do to get this issue resolved?Is it happening to others in the US? ThanksT 

We are on the cusp of rolling out the Docebo LMS. I cannot find a basic process to send an email to an instructor to let them know they have been designated to teach a class session. I see several notification events, but none seems to be appropriate for this basic task.Why? Since there are several instructors that get rotated into teaching different sessions, if instructor “A” is configured to teach the “Jan 22” session of a class, that instructor needs to receive an email notification so that they can prepare, block their calendar, and do several pre-class administration tasks. Request: How do you notify the instructor via email that they have been designated to teach a class session?

We are currently configuring the branded mobile app and the behavior of a few things is strange. In the branded mobile app publisher screens, the IOS tab has two image fields, one for the icon, one for a splash screen. We’ve uploaded images as specified in the KB’s. When the app loads on mobile, it very briefly displays the splash screen as a thumbnail, very very briefly, followed by a solid white screen that hangs for around 15-20 seconds before proceeding to the login. Has anyone else encountered this? Why is the splash screen required to be a square image? Maybe I’m not understanding its use. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Suggestion to please enable Superadmins, instructors or admins to be able to download an answer key to all the questions in a Test or in the question bank, for easy reference. Thanks.

I see there are several changes to field names in reports, and I cannot find any warnings or notifications that this was to happen. (Please correct me if I missed it)It may seem trivial, but we use report CSVs directly into Power BI and changing anything in the field names causes the DAX and Power Queries to fail. example “Branches” changed to “Branch path” and there were several others! This causes significant delays and cost in reporting to our customers.Please in future make it clear, well ahead of time, that field names will change. 

If we have a SCORM assessment that is marked complete by achieving a passing score, can the maximum attempt limit in the Navigation settings be used to limit the user attempts to that SCORM training material?  Or is the only way to limit attempts is by using an assessment created within the Docebo application?

Here’s what’ I’m observing:Why am I being asked to fill out this information when creating a new ILT (notice how each sentence is on its own line): But it doesn’t show up on the learner’s page?The only workaround I have is to add the information here, under PROPERTIES (next to EVENTS & ATTENDANCE tab): Now the learner can see the information, however, it’s not formatted - everything is collected into one paragraph:  

Hello. It would be great if there were buttons directly on the tabs for Catalog and Learning Plan to “Assign to”, rather than having to click the + icon, then find the option in the dropdown. The Catalog tab would have an “Assign to Catalog” button and the Learning Plan tab would have an “Assign to Learning Plan" button. If you want to leave the options to do this in the Add Button, that’s cool. But at least put the buttons directly on the tab would be great. Saves mouse movement and one less click. See attached.

What kind of UX design has a GIANT red X that when clicked has zero warning before unlinking from ALL LPs and courses it is assigned to? Docebo’s response is to send poor UX design to the “Ideas” portal. This is not an idea. This is poor design. I have escalated and requested that someone on their team updates the icons for all the courses and LPs when this happens. I hope other users do the same, so they are forced to push it to the top of the list or at the very least we don’t waste time on their poor UX. 

I’m getting a lot of complaints from power users about learning plans. Biggest complaints:Can’t search or sort the learning plans page (or catalogs page for that matter)Users can’t see learning plans in a channel if they haven’t been enrolled in the LP yetIf one power-user creates a learning plan, unlike courses, it can’t exist in a category so a superadmin has to manually assign permissions to other power-users in the branch (same issue for group creation by one power-user and viewing by another)

We think it would be useful to have enhancements made to the Activity Feed widget on pages so that it is not one continuous run-on feed. Adding in functionality to define the number of recent activity (like, show last 5 or 10 etc.) would be nice or even to add in Show “Load More” option so that maybe if selected it open in a new window with everything currently defined in the feed. The purpose of this would be to maximize screen real estate on a page so that the activity feed can keep to a certain content box so to speak so that other widget elements can be placed all around it like all other widgets currently are constructed for. Right now, the feed runs on forever and so you end up down the page with nothing but an endless feed which is not particularly pleasing to the eye.

Hi everyone,I’m working on creating visual graphics for a couple learning plans that I have created. They are sort of a hiking pathway visual of here’s where you start, here are your milestones, here’s the order of content involved, etc. I want to display them at the start of the learning plans so learners can see it right away and get a fun, visual idea of what takes place. I am looking for ideas of the best way to do display these. The thumbnail would not display large enough and the LP does not have course page display options that I’m aware of. Any thoughts or ideas are most welcome!   

I recently discovered that the Skills Center has had a major change and no longer includes any external content recommendations. See this article.This feature was a pretty big selling point for my organization, who just went live with Docebo this spring. We are a very small organization (about 130 employees at max staffing), so the external AI content suggestions for our users was planned to be a component we were going to leverage in a big way with our staff to get custom content to each and every role. I hope to impress on Docebo just how much value is lost to us with the discontinuation of this feature...we would have used it as a social component but the much bigger use, for us, was to be custom skill building and content for any user who wanted it...something a company of our size

Is anyone else experiencing any issues with their eLearning courses in DoCeBo?  As of Monday none of ours allowing users to complete them.We have a ticket active but have not heard an answer back yet, so just wondering if we are isolated on the issue or is there are others impacted.
