Hello, We are downloading all the training materials that are in the central repository using APIs, but we are not able to export the Slide files. The link is generated, but does not bring the content. We had no problems with videos or scorms, only with the slides.Any tips? Regards,

Hello, I’m hoping for some insight from this community. We are a healthcare organization that does outreach education. We are looking to expand our reach and offerings and want to be able to utilize docebo for payment processing of online courses and registration fees. I know there are a lot of systems that can be integrated and don’t know much about any. I am looking for a relatively simple system that we could use. We are a critical access hospital and as you may imagine, don’t have funds for a robust, expensive system but want something that is user-friendly on both ends. If you would be willing to share what you use, the pros and cons of it, and things to consider when looking and purchasing, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you, Jodi 

Hello All,We are facing a potential data loss issue with course access and I’m wondering if anyone else has had and solved this.What we’re trying to record:We are looking to see how many unique users access certain courses per month.  So if User A accesses any of the courses in a given month, they are counted.  If they access any of the courses in another month, they are counted again.  Our PowerBI graph looks like this: We’re using the First Access Date and Last Access Date to build this data.  The issue is when we have this situation:User A accesses Course B in June.  This is recorded in the course First and Last Access date fields. User A accesses Course B in July.  This is recorded in the course Last Access date field. User A accesses Course B in August.  This is recorded in the course Last Access date field.Now we have a date the user accessed that course that is no longer present as either First or Last.  Thus our data for the “middle” month would change.  This isn’t a big issue

I currently have a webhook setup to trigger whenever a user completes a course. I wrote a cloud function that is accurately receiving the JSON but the issue is that I do not see the user score in the JSON payload. Does anyone know how to pull the user score using webhooks or other APIs?

Hello all…I need to land on a video hosting partner, and am currently considering Vimeo and Wistia.We’re looking to use the chapter/bookmarking/video menu features of these platforms to improve the engagement in the videos.Questions:Anyone using Wistia?  I can’t find any indication that I can download an xAPI or SCORM file from their servers, which I might need in order to get some of the analytics that we want. Has anyone tested the new Learn course player with either of these platforms, either with embeds or with uploads AND the chapter/bookmarking/video menu features? Has anyone taken this type of video into Go.Learn?Thanks!  I am doing my own research, so will post back here when I have my answer...just to add to the knowledge 😊

Does anyone utilize the Credly to Docebo feature? Specifically referring to the Docebo Connect recipes that are supposed to show/display the badges/credentials in Docebo.  I am looking to see what it looks like in Docebo from a user’s perspective, not necessarily how to do it. I believe you can set it up as External Training, but I am not sure. Once a month, I use the API-browser /learn/Course/Course_learn_v1_courses to pull a complete list of all courses in my 5 EE tenants.Today I was looking for a specific group of courses (8 of them), and they aren’t in the list.The number of courses listed in Course Management matches the number of courses the end-point says are in the platform The number of courses in my .json file is the same as Course Management The missing 8 courses are still published; however, the .json file shows different un-published courses as well These 8 courses were recently duplicated (using Courses/Courses_course_v1_courses_id_duplicate ) … after duplicating the new courses were given a new code, and these do show up in the complete list.Digging around a bit more, I see that there are many missing courses. Why? Why is the end point not pulling out everything?

Hi,  I’m importing data from old LMS app. I’ve to create Crouses and Questions. Most of Questions are HTML or TEST question. It’s ok for html one’s. the /leran/v1/lo/batch works. But it’s ko for test. I must set lo_filename but i have no filename for tests. I try nofile.txt nofile.json noimage.png noimage.jpg. Nothing works.  All that’s test files exist oin my S3.the api endpoint message is "message": "Type de fichier non valide".it’s in french en english is like “file type not valid”How can I import Questions test ?

This way, we can get information on where users are standing at any given time,3. Let’s say power users want to give a prize to the top 15 users on the leaderboard, there is currently no way to accomplish this easily with the API endpoints and reporting currently available.

I’ve tried to use an API to change a users course enrollment status.  It looks like it says it worked but when i check that users/course status it doesn’t change.   Taking them from Completed to Enrolled.  This screenshot shows what i have tried for this specific endpoint. The second screenshot shows the response.I also tried it this wayAny ideas of what i am doing wrong?

Hello everyone, I am currently building a recipe in Connect for my company that pulls in a roster CSV and automatically creates Docebo user profiles. I see an option to create a password for new users but we can also leave that section blank. My question is what would the password be if we leave the password section blank?

Hi,I need to update some custom fields at the session level. My plan was to proceed either via API or by uploading a CSV file. However, I’ve noticed that in both cases, in order to update a single additional field, it’s necessary to include all existing fields—otherwise, any fields not included are overwritten or deleted.Is there a way to mass update a single additional field without having to provide the full data structure?Thanks in advance!Christian

Morning - has anyone established using content published in xAPI outside of Docebo? And using Docebo as an LRS to collect completions.  

Does anyone have experience integrating (either through API or Connect) Docebo with Eagle Point’s Pinnacle Series of software training content? https://eaglepoint.com/pinnacle-series/I’m curious about the best way to go about this and what our options are. They have a lot of technical skill videos that would be useful for our videos, but pointing learners to a second platform/LMS can be confusing, and I want to create a smooth user experience. 

Hi there,I’m looking for guidance on how to access user clickstream data within the Docebo.Specifically, I’d like to know: Whether Docebo captures detailed clickstream data (e.g. course/module visits, button clicks, timestamps). If so, where can this data be found or exported (e.g. via reports, API, audit report, or a backend log system)? Whether there is a standard report or custom report configuration that includes this level of granularity.

Hi all, Following on from a related Open Badges thread, I’m very interested in other user’s experience trying to integrate Docebo with the Credly, so course and/or learning plan completions can trigger the issuing of a digital badge on the Credly platform. About 12 months ago, I was told that Docebo wasn’t going to create an integration path with Credly, so I have manually issuing Credly badges when I get notifications that a course or learning plan has been completed. I’m excited to learn from that Docebo is now working on an integration. @felipe.hernandez - is there any indication on implementation timeframes you can share? In the meantime, I’m interested in any information from @Adam Ballhaussen or anyone else that has successfully integrated both platforms via other methods. Regards,Cameron  

Hello fellow Docebo community peeps.  We are navigating through our Onboarding with Docebo.  I am looking for some experts on how to create the UKG to Docebo User import recipe.  I am looking at the Workday recipe in the examples folder.  I have completed the Docebo University e-learning courses.   Does anyone have a recipe for the User’s import RAAS file that would help me on my way to success? Any additional recipes ideas that you have built are greatly appreciated.   Thanks!

Hi all,   We were originally thinking observation checklists for our needs but I don’t think that is going to work. Does anyone have any ideas for the best way to accomplish this use case scenario?  We have several courses in a learning plan, one of the courses is an ILT course where learners will have a final role-play to complete where three people will be observing and scoring them in several different areas. There will be about 300+ learners going through this course (about 20 per session) and a pool of about 10 observers. Once the learner completes the prereq courses they will sign up for a ILT session for their final role play. The pool of observers will then go in and sign up for the sessions they can observe based on their schedule (We will have them sign up as instructors for the sessions they want). While the learner is role playing the three observers will fill out a form (one form for each observer, three observers per learner). The results of this form will then be reviewe
