Hello! I have searched through community and through the Knowledge Base and have had no luck finding a list of error codes and their meanings. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Hey there community….got a fun one for you that maybe you all have tried or come up with a potential work around.We are working with blended learning content, of a sort. We have ILT courses that we would like to enable some video’s in the form of e-learning to the learners of that course, but only at certain days of the session. So after day 1 has passed the videos for day 1 will be released (basically on day 2). And then after day 2 the videos for day 2 will be released the following day and so forth.The videos are just review content that we do not want learners to have access too until they have completed that specific day.I could not find anything that was specific to attendance of events and I do not want to create sessions for each day and then have to create event for that day as well, just so I can get “completion” based on attendance. Recently I discovered a unique element to how our course URLs and page URLs work within the platform. I’m not a Google Analytics wiz but this definitely has me thinking that there might be something useful for identifying traffic from different sources. I’m curious what all the beautiful brains in the Docebo Community think about this and whether it’s useful or not.  Let’s look at the homepage URL in Docebo University:  https://university.docebo.com/pages/113/homepage The “page slug” is in bold and is what the system is really using to route a user to a certain page. /Pages[indicates the function within the lms]/113[Page

We have a situation at our firm that assistants tend to do a lot of the administrative work for our senior people. This administrative work of course covers managing their calendars. Since our system is set up as SSO and if when someone logs in manually they would need a security key that is generated personally for for them. This creates an inability for the assistants to register for courses/session that their bosses need to attend. Has anyone else run up against this issue and have they figured out a good work around.So far all the ideas we’ve come up with are clunk at best and undoable at worst. We’ve thought about making every assistant a power user with their only user being their boss but that is just an unwieldy solution. What we’re currently doing is having the assistant work with the course’s power user. This is not ideal either but it’s better than the alternative.

Hi,I figure share a happening and hopefully someone can gain from it. Over the last month we conducted a reasonably straight forward learning campaign with our contingent staff. This was worked out with a newer “data feed” into the system and that was fine for what it is…but traditional data feeds can have a down side.To educate up? One traditional data feed method involves a flat file being exported out of one system in a right format from a “system of record” to be ingested by an importer in another system. So a flat file being typically generated by a report? Is typically a scheduled output and you then schedule the input (in our case) into the LMS to achieve your mojo…very little is then done by hand as long as you have achieved your integration…for data that is relatively stable? “That works”. But chances are the system downstream is out of sync by most a day….and corrected for with your updated file being sent along…Recently in that contingent labor campai

I feel like I am going to pop….the latest release of Articulate Rise 360 brought an addition of not just content templates….but full blown content that is essentially free to your organization. It has me very very excited to be in the learning business right now. Not only do you get content courses that you can essentially brand as your own, but they also provide access to “lessons” or the sections within courses…..allowing you to effectively take the sections and bring together something that works better for your org. There are some minor licensing limitations, but they truly are your courses and are minor as long as you stay within the bounds of the “EULA”.We are looking to expand our soft skills library and I thought I was going to be working with mostly canned courses and G

We started using an LMS during the pandemic when all courses were either asynchronous or VILT, but we are now returning to office with some flexibility. We are offering learners the option to attend in person or virtually. Is anybody doing this and if so do you have any advice on setting up the course (multiple courses vs multiple sessions vs single session multiple events), attendance tracking, communication with learners, etc.

Hi community!To help a specific key audience in my organisation, I’m looking for ways that we can use our Docebo space to host profile files (PDFs most likely) that each user in this group can easily access. This is to help them get to know their peers and find maybe specialists who can help address a question.Has anyone done something like this before? What cool approaches could I use?My (simple!) starting points would be creating a course and/or using the forum function - but it feels a bit 20th century…Note: we don’t have DCS (yet)!Many thanks!

Hello everyone,When you duplicate a course, you get a chance to copy along the enrollments.Has anyone used that feature? As in - does it bring along the completions as well as those that are subscribed and in progress? Or does is it set everyone to subscribed in the new course? Maybe there is an idea in this question somewheres.

When working with certificates, a challenge is to get all certificates into a single place. But for those long timers, is there a stable url pattern that can help us figure out a report that can connect a learner record to a certificate “link”.’

I know there was a previous post a while back about using Categories, but I wanted to open this topic back up for conversation and see if there are any other uses, best practices, things to avoid in your experience with using categories inside of a catalog?I’m interested in using categories to help further filter catalogs then link users to filtered catalogs to better display training that may be useful for them.  Any advice on this?

Morning,Has anyone pulled off hiding menu items effectively via CSS?The use case is that I want my users to be able to walk a navigation experience inside of the system (I know that is such an old fashioned idea, but when it is done well? It can do wonders for granularity).And so I know that by adding pages into menus drive the visibilty of pages for users.BUT I dont want all of those pages showing up in the left hand menu. If I pull them? I land up getting 403 permission errors and my navigation experience breaks.I dont mind if Powerusers have the ability to see them.And Superadmins? Well they are very few of them - I dont mind them seeing that noise either but (tend to) have access to everything.I hope this makes sense.

We are actively seeking to replace our LMS Admin. I have not been able to find a site to find people who are certified(?) in Docebo to recruit. Any ideas where I should be recruiting?

WE recently had an issue of learners reporting slow page  load times from one area in the US,  We check on Google analytics and this seemed to be confirmed in the data. However when raising a ticket with support we get the frequently used “I would ask you to provide me, few more details as :- A copy of a har file of a user who is experiencing this problem-A screen recording of the issue, while the browser console is open and on the network tab”The issue for me is that our learners are paying customers located all over the world, some of which are not technical and so to ask them to do this is very difficult (language, time zone, skills,) never mind the fact that they are busy people.It would be VERY helpful if there was a simple step by step how to video & document that covered the common browsers (edge, chrome, firefox, etc.) that could be sent to the learners so that they can assist in the fault finding. Hi all, Curious to hear how you encourage content owners to keep content fresh in your platform.  In our organization, we have about a dozen or so Power Users that own content creation and maintenance for their respective departments. As you can imagine, what ends up happening is that everyone is focused on launching new content, and maintaining existing content for accuracy, relevancy, etc. goes on the back burner. How do you encourage your content owners to prioritize this? This quarter I’m going to host a content review working session and motivating attendees with pizza and a gift card raffle. I am noticing that a PowerUser profile that was able to do something before (view user certificates) was not doing it currently.So I went into the system and turned off and on the only custom permission related to the activity for the PowerUser profile. And voila! It started working for that user.The question of the day. Is this normal with change / deployments??? Or it could it have been an order of operations thing? Potentially...but I dont think so….
