The Ideas portal is BACK!!  The Ideas portal is coming back soon 🙂 Since the portal was temporarily closed on July 17, we have been working to improve the way you submit your ideas along with our backend management process. We’re excited to announce that we will be re-opening our Ideas portal on September 30th and below are a few of the key updates we want you to know about. Key Updates on submitting new ideas:Ideas and the New Feature Roadmap: Before submitting an idea, we ask that you search our Feature Roadmap to add feedback to our existing feature cards as these are the features currently being worked on. If you do not see a feature related to your idea, you may submit a new idea.  New Submission Template: All ideas will be required to be submitted using a submission template. This will eliminate ambiguity in the request and allow for more efficient processing. Fewer Statuses: We've reduced the number of statuses to provide a more simplified way to manage ideas in the portal. Fea

Docebo Support will have modified hours of operations for the following upcoming public holidays: On Monday, July 1st, our Canada offices will be closed in observance of Canada Day. On Thursday, July 4th, our offices in the US will be closed in observance of Independence Day. Docebo Support Operations will operate as normal during these holidays. Additionally, on Friday, July 19th, our offices in all countries will be closed for a company-wide holiday. Phone support will remain available all day, however, chat support will be closed at 11:59PM EDT on Thursday, July 18th and will re-open on Sunday, July 21st at 5PM EDT.

As many of you know, Google has announced their new Tracking Protection feature for the Chrome browser. This feature will allow users greater control over how their data is tracked, and “third-party cookies will be restricted by default”. Currently, 1% of users have access to this feature and Google has stated their goal for a widespread release in Q3 2024. The cookies created and used directly by Docebo for its operations are first party and will not be impacted by this change in Chrome. We have communicated with our vendors and can confirm that any impacted have made the necessary changes to avoid disruption of service. We hope this addresses any concerns you may have regarding access to Docebo services via Chrome. Docebo is planning maintenance to the Docebo Learn sandbox platforms starting on February 19, 2024 CET.  This proactive maintenance will maximize the availability and stability of the infrastructure where customer staging platforms are stored. Note that some of the staging platforms stored on the server named “d-us-staging-2” will be moved to a new server named “d-us-staging-4” or “d-us-staging-5”. Your Learn sandbox platform will be down during the below timeframes:February 19, 9:00 AM - 13:00 CET February 20, 9:00 AM - 13:00 CET Will this affect any functionality of the platform?During the downtime period, you may experience the following disruptions to your sandbox environment:Inability to login Inability to access courses Inability to access configuration settings Where do I get more information about this?If you have any further questions, please open a ticket with our Customer Support team via the Help Center. In October 2022, Google announced that Universal Analytics will be going away, and that Google Analytics 4 is the new solution replacing Universal Analytics.  Docebo’s Product team is working on this new integration to enable you to integrate with Google's new Google Analytics 4 solution, and this integration app will be available for you April 12th, 2023.  No customer will be immediately affected by the launch of Docebo’s Google Analytics 4 app in April, as you can continue to use and collect new data in your Universal Analytics properties until July 1, 2023. Customers using the current Universal Analytics Docebo integration will still be able to access their previously processed data in their Universal Analytics property for at least six months (Google has yet to provide an official deprecation date of Universal Analytics). When Docebo’s new Google Analytics 4 app is available in April 2023, it will be a separate app from the existing Universal Analytics app. We’ll allow you to activ

Hey Docebo users, We are happy to announce that Swahili has been added to supported languages starting from the release of January 8th, 2024.  The new language is now included in the list of all the languages that the Docebo platform offers and, once activated by the Superadmin in the Localization tool, learners can now set Swahili as the language of their platform from the My profile area. Moreover, a highly-requested language (one of the most spoken languages in the world) will be added soon, with the maintenance of February 26th, 2024 – it’s Hindi!  Update as of Feb 26, 2024: Unfortunately, we’ve experienced a delay and Hindi will now be launched with the next major release in May 2024. These exciting updates will empower Swahili and Hindi speaking users to enjoy the Docebo platform in their language.
