Does anyone know if there is a video size maximum for users uploading to discover, coach and share?I can only find information on size limits for training materials which is 800mb for videos. 

Hello community! Back with another question about Deeplinks. I was able to set up a handful successfully, but I’m running into issues and I’m stumped. The course I’d like for them to have access to:has self-enrollments enabledis visible in the course catalog& the account I’m using is assigned to the catalog ...but for some reason, I still get the 404 error when I use the deeplink I created using the same format as the others that worked fine (this is link btw: https://portal.sondermind.com/sondermind_university?deeplink=/learn/course/internal/view/elearning/52/military-veteran-baseline-education) Is there any other condition I’m missing that would force a 404 error? Hello, I was wondering if there was any way to find out if the notification emails you have sent have been opened. I know that if they have an image in them then that is accessed when someone views the images in the email as they are held in Docebo’s servers. But is there a way to access this information?? Thanks

I’m looking to utilize Digest notifications- but for notifying users of new content posted within our DCS channels. So, I would like a weekly or bi-weekly notification email to go out for all users of a specific branch that contains all the new content that has been shared in our channels over the past week/two weeks. Would this be possible utilizing the “Digest: Assets marked as outdated” notification and changing the wording and using different short codes? How would you go about creating this notification? Thanks for the help!

please see attached this is on my mobile app - the assets have teh CTA to RATE, then you can’t do anything from there - there are no stars to choose, etc.  the RATE NOW does nothing what’s going on - if this is broken, how do i turn rating off on mobile.  makes zero sense

Hi all,I was wondering how you collect and share feedback received in course surveys. We would like to setup a system that collects and delivers feedback to instructors automatically, but I have no idea if this is possible. Currently we go to [Course Management] - [Reports] - [Training Material Statistics], export the results of each survey manually, and then send the results to our instructors. It would be great if it was possible to do this automatically once a certain number of responses are received.

my clients are downloading assets to their mobile device, going into offline mode to see the assets, but they aren’t opening.  has anyone experienced this??

I want to use the Query Builder API to get to augment what I get from reports. Specifically to add the filter values to a few of the reports I am using. To use Query Builder I need data structures so I can code the SQL to get the data fields I need. To that end, I am looking for documentation on using Query Builder and/or data map for the tables/views that I need to query. 

Hi all,We have an onboarding ‘menu’ that lands learners onto a new starter page with relevant content and widgets.  They stay on this menu for their 3 month probation and then move to the standard menu for their area of work.  At the moment, we have to do this manually.We have a custom field set up which is new starter = yes/no.  This then puts the user into a new starter group with the onboarding menu assigned to that group.  We then have to change the custom field to NO so that they are removed from the new starter group and then drop onto their appropriate menu for their role.Does anyone know if this can be automated so that they are removed from a group after a specific time period?Thanks

I’d like to change the title and color of the popup box if possible. It would also be helpful to be able to make the button translucent (say 50% opacity) so it is less obtrusive. I tried changing the title without knowing what I was doing, and my bad javascript “broke” my whole platform requiring two interventions from support. Can I change the tag to something other than “web_widget” so that I can more easily sort these support requests in ZD? Also, is live chat support enabled in Docebo with ZD?

Hi everyone! We’re preparing to go live with our Gamification, Badges, Point/Coins, and Rewards shop. We want to include a shareable link to the Rewards Shop in the Badge Text box. Something like “Congratulations, you are awarded X points/coins! You can redeem them HERE” (this would be a hyperlink directly to the rewards shop). When I pull the URL of the Rewards shop directly from that page’s address bar it’s grabbed ashttps:blahblahblah/training/legacy/lms/index.php%3Fr%3Dsite/index%26opt%3DfullrewardsshopWhen clicking on that link, it redirects to an All Channels page with a Whoops, there’s nothing here message.So… any ideas of how to get a proper shareable link?

I have 2 things we are seeing, wondering if there is a setting I missed.  We are doing ILT through MS Teams.  1st thing is Instructors have to be enrolled in the ILT session otherwise the join webinar button doesn’t appear.2nd and biggest issue.  Users joining the ILT session late or if someone leaves and comes back it is creating a new Teams meeting rather than joining existing session.  Same experience user to super admin.Hoping someone can help correct these issues.  

I upload a CSV file and the users are added quickly but the enrollments take hours, sometimes overnight. Support tells me this is as expected. But I say it is too long. I would like to request that the process be made faster.

Hi, I’m wondering if there is a way to create an onboarding dashboard for new managers, but once they complete the initial courses, they are moved to a new dashboard. I want to guide them on what courses need to be done first, but it seems they’re never really sure with all the options!

Hello,I added a blank group to an enrollment rule so I could mass enroll users into Compliance Courses. From what I’ve seen on here, the system will only enroll “newly added” users.I added the group parameters after the group had been added to the enrollment rule, so shouldn’t the system see these newly added members as “New Users” and enroll them into the proper courses?

Hello Community! We have some trainings that our users reference often, and would like to ‘favorite’ them. Is this an option in Docebo Learn? Is there a way to set this up? It sounds/loks like this is something that is available with Discover, Coach, and Share- but want to check in and ask about functionality? Does anyone have any experience with this?  Thank you! 

Is there a way to create a link which shows the direct link to a calendar view and not the card view of a catalogue. Next to this I would like to show not the current month view, but another months view. Is this possible?

Hi all, I’m working on creating a notification that I can use to notify individuals when they have been enrolled into a course, however I’m only able to create a “blanket” notification. I’ve turned it off as I don’t want my part of the org to get spammed everytime they are enrolled into a course. I was under the impression when you manually enroll users, you can select the Notification type you want to send, however our platform shows nothing for step 3 of enrollment and we click next and we are done. I checked the Enrolling Users into Courses – Docebo Help & Support article and it says that it will only show “Digest: User enrolled into a Course” notification. Screenshot:

Is there anyway to make it so the platform will display possibly the course name instead of the URL in the Browser Tab?Here’s an example of what our tabs looks like when you have a Docebo LMS tab open from any perspective (SuperAdmin, Power User, User, External User): I obfuscated details for obvious reasons. Here is the what a tab SHOULD look like imo:The tab has the name of the page you are on. I would expect the platform to do something similar with like Course name. Thoughts, tips or tricks, anyone?

Hello,How good are you using the notifications for Chinese/Japanese languages?Our emails supporting to Chinese/Japanese language font types/styles doesn’t look good compare to other languages. It seems like a phish/scam emails. We don’t want to give a bad impression for China/Japan users. I use the same source code from English language to others. It works well for all languages except China/Japan. Can any one can help me with HTML/CSS template to use the unique font style/type respective of all languages?

Is it possible for experts to recieve notifications on comments made on preexisiting questions that were asked to their channels?

We have ILT courses that become very specifically “relevant” during certain business phases of the year. This is to support activities that we want our managers to complete. We just entered another phase and scheduled new ILT sessions. Here’s the issue - we have managers to have attended before who would like to attend again to refresh their memory on the topics involved. But they cannot enroll, because they have a completion already recorded. We don’t want to have to remove the existing completion - that’s not fair and accurate reporting. Is there a way for them to re-enroll without a) losing their previous completion or b) having to manually make the change (ultimately, we don’t know how many will want to retake). Communication has already gone out - so creating a duplicate course is not an option (and that would create confusion in the system, too).This is also NOT a certification. It’s an optional course.

The “My courses and learning plans” page in user accounts show both learning plans and individual courses that the user is enrolled in. Some of the individual courses are part of a learning plan and they appear both as an individual course and in the learning plan. Some of our participants in one learning plan have cognitive disabilities that make it confusing for them to see courses in two places. Is it possible to hide courses from the “My courses and learning plan page” if they’re already part of a learning plan? This way, users only see the learning plan and navigate to individual courses from there.
