Hello everyone,  I run ILT sessions of the same course for colleagues in the UK and Australia. Is it possible, as it was with my last LMS, to choose which groups see which sessions, so for example UK colleagues (I have UK_users and Austraila_users groups already set up) won’t see sessions listed at 2am in the morning, and vice versa ? Stephen PS I don’t want to create two separate courses. Good afternoon,  I was wondering, is there a way in which we can stop a member of staff having multiple Sessions booked for the same course? Whilst we have been testing pre-go live I have noticed that we have had staff being booked on two sessions with two different dates for the same course. Is there an option to prevent double booking? We have a large team that deals with the bookings so sometimes there is overlap of requests. Thank you!

Hello DC, I would like a (in theory) very simple report that just lists out the names of every course we have in one column, and then in the next column the learning plans and/or catalogs that course belongs to.  I am essentially wanting to identify any courses that have not been assigned to a learning plan or catalog.  But it would also be useful to have a list of courses and any learning plans and catalogs the course is in. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance,Mike Magnus

Hello, all! Is it possible to add a simple background image to the portal? We are going to try and make some subtle changes to user interface by adding a simple background image each month or two, based on upcoming holidays, etc. For winter, I’m thinking it’ll be a light blue bg with small snowflakes. I cannot find anything in the Help Files or Community. Has anyone done something like this?

 When uploading to Decebo….. I get this message….Whoops, it looks like your file may not be formatted correctly. I have tried all of the posted suggestions and still does not work… Any ideas here?

Hello friends,I’m wondering about the usage of Breakout rooms with the Microsoft Teams integration for ILTs. Our goal is for instructors to be able to use breakout rooms during an ILT - Teams event.At this point, the only user who is able to use the breakout rooms is the user who created the course + event. We have tried this with instructors having various levels of access (SA and PU). But still only the person who creates the course can use breakout rooms. I have read the documentation on this and the most useful section seems to be the Important Notes section from the Docebo VILT for Microsof

Is there a way to see who has previously sent out newsletters in the platform? I know there isn’t a Newsletter log, but is there something in the Audit Trail?

Based on both talking to Docebo support as well as aking Harmony search itself, the expectation is that if a question cannot be answered based on platform content, the search will clearly state that the response is based on general knowledge and not the platform content. I am curious if anyone else has seen this behavior - try as I might, I cannot get Harmony to prompt me when answering non-platform content. Attached are two Harmony searches - one is based off information in our platform, and the second is not (a chocolate chip cookie recipe). The structure of the answers is the same, with the only difference being that the cookie recipe does not link to learning content. There is no clear statement that the answer was made from non-platform knowledge. Hi community,Our company is currently setting up the basics in Docebo, and I’m working on creating group rules to assign specific courses to the right learners.For some groups, we want users to be automatically added once they’ve completed all the courses in a specific learning path. This helps ensure they’ve finished the foundational training before moving on.However, I’ve noticed that Docebo only allows group rules based on individual course completion—not on the completion of an entire learning path. Since our learning paths contain many courses (and may change over time), manually adding each course to the rule isn’t practical.Is there a way to create a rule like: “User has completed all courses in Learning Path A”? Or any workaround that could help us achieve this?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello! I am looking for info on if it is possible to set course deadlines based on “start date” in the system and make sure that is a soft deadline? As I read in the knowledgebase I can only set days of validity for a course based on enrollment date or the day in which they start the course. In our organization we have a rule where they need to complete a course within 7 days of their start date. Their enrollment date is usually never equal to their start date but is typically earlier.  Any idea of this is something we can do? 

We want to use the Task List widget, but dislike the page layout of the page seen when you click “View All”.  I’d love to be able to change the target of the View All, but I’m not sure that’s possible. Our next option would be to hide the “View All”. I’ve been playing with CSS trying to figure out how to do so, but haven’t had any luck. Any CSS wizards have any ideas?

Hello Wise Community,We’re rolling out My Team and would like to enable a notification that alerts users when they’ve been added to a team, prompting them to accept the pop-up invitation upon login. However, it seems this notification is only visible to managers, power users, and superadmins.How are you all bridging the communication gap between facilitators and learners within My Team? Do you use digests? I’d love to see a notification that informs team members when their manager has enrolled them in an offering.Thanks in advance for your insights!Warmly,Cat 

May I ask where is the “New bundle management page” as I cannot find it anywhere? It is mentioned in the July release info as if it is live now. I checked my sandbox and production and cannot find it.The notes in the July release info simply say “Access any learning bundle in your platform and explore the new layout. All tools and options are now grouped for clarity and speed—so you can get more done with fewer steps.” which is cool, but I cannot find that menu/page anywhere.

We have started experimenting with Communities, but have not determined if it is worth the 5-figure price tag to invest in this when our team is already using so many other communication tools. (“On what platform was that post again?}. For example, we have a team Google chat where we share ideas etc.  I’m curious about how you all are using Communities and where you find the value.  Thank you!

Hello, I’ve created my first Creator Lesson and have really liked the results. However, I noticed that there doesn’t appear to be a very friendly way to manage the Media assets that were included in the lesson (Images, Video). There is a way to move individual assets to a folder in the central repository, but the assets do not appear there through regular navigation of the CR. Also, it is apparent where any of the assets are located unless navigating to a folder in the Creator Lesson Media library, and seeing whether an item is there or not. Does anyone know if there is genuine way to manage these assets? I fear that the current iteration of Creator Lessons is not configured to scale across the platform. Thanks.

Maybe I am missing something…. why aren’t leaderboards associated with a contest?I mean, I can create a leaderboard, and essentially map it to the same thing, but what is the benefit of running a contest if you can’t show people how they are doing in it? Which brings me to my next question.Can I show a specific leaderboard in a widget instead of the learner having to select from the drop down? Haven’t figured out how yet.Imagine I have a ‘contest’ page…..so I want so show the leaderboard for THAT contest on the top of the page…. Any help is appreciated.

My organization uses the Learning Plans report to document completion and certification for our training programs.  We run a daily completion report for the previous day.  The problem is that if a User has completed the required courses but was later assigned to a Learning Plan, the completion date is set for the last item completed and we miss the update on our report since we pull daily.   For example, John Smith completed the required courses on 8/1/24, but the Admin assigned the Learning Plan on 9/1/24.  The Learning Plan completion would be set for 8/1/24. The completion date would be missed in our current workflow. Any suggestions on how we can keep track of User Learning Plan completion since we have to run a report daily and would be difficult to keep track everything? Can we have both the course completion dates within learning plans appear on the same report as the Learning Plan completion report?  

Hello,I have a user who displays that they have never access the learning platform, despite having completed courses, showing a total course time of 4h 4m (see attached image).What would cause this issue? We have requirements for access times to our Learning Center, and despite the users completion of material, they are marked as not compliant.Thank you!

I’m trying to add a header to a page where using the built in header option doesn’t really work.I figured I could use the WYSIWYG editor to add in text with the same HTML tags as the normal headers. That does work to give me what I want, except the WYSIWYG widget adds a white box and shadow. I can’t figure out how to get rid of that. Picture is attached. I’m comfortable with HTML and CSS. I just can’t figure this one out. Any help? 

Hello everyone,I’m working on a use case where we need to restrict learners from retrying a test once they reach the maximum number of attempts, unless an instructor manually approves it after a mandatory phone call with the learner.🔧 The test is already configured with a maximum number of attempts in the test attempt settings. Once this limit is reached, the learner is blocked as expected. The challenge is:How can we ensure that the instructor is clearly informed when a learner reaches this point, so they can initiate contact and manually allow another attempt? We considered using the notification “Learner passed or failed a test”, but unfortunately it triggers on both success and failure, making it too noisy and not specific enough for this case.🎯 Ideal outcome: Th

I’m creating a few quizzes that have maximum attempts. I did a test and there is a message that is included on the fail page, that says I can retake the test in 10 hours. How can this verbiage and automatic process be disabled? We need our users to email us for a manual reset.
