As of today, we have noticed the Renew Certification button is no longer showing on the course page for those courses mapped to a certification.  That was not the case earlier this week.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, we are having an issue at only one customer location and only with some users which we haven’t seen before. These users are unable to click Next or Play after the initial screen loads. These are xAPI files. We have had thousands of courses completed and no mention of this yet, so I’m certain it must be related to that specific location. Does anyone have experience with this? I’m wondering if it might be an ad or pop-up blocker issue, for example. Thank you!

Is there a way to pull a report for courses not assigned to a catalogue?  I reviewed the Export Course Data from the Course Dashboard but it does not provide data on if the course has been assigned a catalogue.  Perhaps someone knows a work around for this?If a course sits on a Learning Plan can it sit on a catalogue too?

The experience when viewing an Articulate Rise course (scorm file) in the Docebo branded app is very nice but one part of the user experience is unintuitive; When tapping on an image, there is no way to zoom on the image using finger gestures i.e., pinch and spread. Is there any way to make this possible or should this be added to the idea portal? Best,Jon

Hello everyone,I’m not sure if anyone knows the answer to this, but throwing it out there for some insights. Recently, we noticed that a widget was added inside iLT courses where it recommends/suggests other courses you might be interested in. When a user clicks on an iLT course, if they scroll down passed the sessions scheduled, they get some suggestions of other courses. It looks like this: Does anyone know what, in the system, drives these recommendations? Is it random, or can it be tailored based on tags or skills? We would love to use these better if we can. But if it is random, we will have to try to turn it off. Curious to see if anyone has more info on this. Thank you,Andree-Anne

Hi everyone!I’m sorry to ask what is probably a GoLearn 101 question,  but I can’t seem to find the answer.  Can you tell me how to set a home page for the GoLearn app? Hi all! I want to re assign a training material we have in the central repository that we assigned a few years ago. Is there a way to duplicate the training material in the CLOR so the completion does not carry over to the new assignment? I don’t have the original file to upload a duplicate to the CLOR. Any other suggestions?

Does anyone know what the image size for the thumbnail for training material is?We are fine with the course image thumbnails, but I can’t find a reference to the smaller ones for training material within a course. Are they the same size as a course thumbnail? They’re so small I wasn’t sure if there would be a difference.

Hello! I am having a very interesting bug in our system, and wanted to see if anyone has any feedback. I created an HTML icon banner where users can easily access popular destinations in our LMS. One of the icons, is a “View All My Courses” button. When users click on this, they are taken to a page with Course and LP widgets. These widgets are broken up to show Courses Not Started, In-Progress, and Completed across the 3 widgets, opposed to the generic My Courses and LP page that just has them all combined.  When users click this icon, it works fine. However, we have another widget on our home page “Mandatory and Required Training” that we use to just filter to show them their compliance courses. Users click this, and it auto filters to just show courses with the course additional field of “Mandatory” or “Compliance”. Hi everyone!Does anyone know why thumbnails for assets within a channel look blurry, compared to thumbnails for courses? I have utilized the double ratio trick that I have seen suggested, however the thumbnail for assets still appear to be blurry, regardless of what size it is changed to. (Guide is the asset, Course is the course upload which is much cleaner and crisp looking) Thank you for your help in advance! 

We need to send a notification to a group of powerusers when a user is created in the system.  We have a number of specific custom user fields that we’d like to include into the notification text.  Is there a way to use a custom user field as a short code to add that information automatically into the notification?

Hi Team,I hope you’re doing well. I’m keen to pick your brain on something. We currently use Docebo to set up webinars using Microsoft Teams and Docebo sends the ILT invitation to the learners. We don’t have any visibility on if the learners accept or decline the invitations which may lead to confusion. Is there an easy way for us to gain visibility/track the invitation acceptance/decline in an easy way instead of going into every ILT session in the session to check the RSVP status? Perhaps a report of some sort or a notification that can be sent to the instructors?Thanks.

My team is looking at implementing a payment gateway. Our organization already uses PayPal, so that is the gateway we’re looking at. From testing in the sandbox, PayPal seems to require that the user has or creates a PayPal account. This will be a barrier for our customer base that we’d like to avoid. Is anyone using the PayPal eCommerce add-in without requiring customers to have a PayPal account?

If I use these eligibility rules (see image) does the user have to belong to both branches selected or will is work if the user is in at least one?  I am trying to capture a group of users who belongs in either branch. 

Hi everyone. Our team has just recently launched our LMS and have started sending out emails from the platform, for course completion reminders. However, people thought it was spam, with how basic the email composer is, where I at least, can't add our company signature. Do you know of a setting in Docebo that I can configure to add a default signature or any work around?  Thank you!PS. I dont know CSS

I am receiving an error when trying to preview my Training Materials Report.Goal: With this report I hope to be able to view the test scores (all attempts) of all users for each lesson. Problem: I am trying to preview my report and the error “Nothing to preview. The report does not match any data. Please try again using different report filters.” is appearing. I know that there are test scores to report on as I have completed some tests.Question: Why is this error happening? How can I fix it? What is the best way to achieve my goal?I have attached images of the filters I have set up and the error page.I would love some help!

Our external users in our Docebo platform are created from the Salesforce intergration app. When a user contact is created in Salesforce, there is a selection to create Docebo access to create a Docebo user account.What is the recommended best practice for retiring uexternal users when the external users primary account is inactivated in Salesforce?Example:  Charlie Brown is a member of ACME Corporation.  His contact in Salesforce indicated he should have a Docebo account and it was set up.Acme corporation is now an inactivated external user.  Is there a way that all contacts associated with the ACME corporation can automatically be set to retired with a date in Docebo when the account status is changed in Salesforce? In addition is there a recommended workflow, when an external employee leaves a company, but the company remains active?

Hello everyone. I am creating a training package consisting of multiple modules, including videos, tests, and SCORM packages. I place the test at the end of the training package. In the general settings of the training package, I set the material attempt limit to 3. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the test is locked, but the user doesn't receive a warning like 'Please start the training package from the beginning.' I want the training modules to be locked again, and for the user to start the training from the first module, with each module reopening sequentially.What I want is that if the user cannot pass the final test in 3 attempts, they should return to the beginning of the training package, and their training experience should reset. 

Hello, We want all users to remain access to the platform to be able to fetch course certificates and basically for historic and reporting purposes as well. But we hit a big snag here…We provide access to several catalogues through a subscription model. The payment are handled outside of the platform, and we manually put users within branches based on what the pay for in terms of access. Now we realized that users who get access to get their ILT course certificates, who previously has access to the paid catalogues, can still use the courses from their “my courses and learning plans” page. They cannot see the paid catalogues, or the courses, but all courses that they previously signed up for, were in progress with, or finished, is still available to them. When using discover, coach, and share:Are notifications sent out when you invite someone to view the video,file,etc? Are notification sent when someone ask a question on your content? if someone sees a post and wants to share it with their team how do they do this? Is there a link they can copy/paste?Thank youAmanda

During implementation, we migrated a course that was once assigned company-wide as strongly encouraged but with no due date so there were A LOT of enrollments we migrated as In Progress or Enrolled. We added the course to our New Employee Onboarding learning plan so we set a Days of Validity, and chose the option to apply to previous enrollments so we now have a lot of users that show withe the course as past due. Is there a way to mass remove an expiration date from the users who were enrolled prior to implementation? The only thing i have found so far is to edit each user one at a time to remove the expiration date, so I am hoping there is something I am missing to expedite this! 

We are getting an error when trying to visit course links. The error displayed is AADSTS700016 Application with identifier ‘https://[our customer code].docebosaas.com/lms/index.php’ was not found in the directory…No one has a problem logging into Docebo with SSO. The problem manifests when an employee clicks a course_link in one of the notifications originating from Docebo. We’ve also tried the sso course link but that does not work either.The last bit of info is that our corp email does process emails and puts the course_link through an url defence system.Has anyone else gotten this error and what was the solve? Our SSO admin has previously validated the config on our side, but I since I don’t see any chatter on this forum about that error, I’m thinking that the problem must be on our side.Thanks.

I need to run a daily scheduled report of User-Courses which informs all users who have completed a course to receive payment for training completed.When I am creating the report it only enables a maximum of 50 courses and I currently have 65.  Would I need to run two reports or is there a way to change the maximum number of courses?
