I have a channel on a topic that I want users to be able to see, but I do not want to enrol users onto the courses in it. Instead user’s will have the option to enrol on the courses from a catalogue. The channel would then become visible to a user and they can choose to ‘follow’ the channel.If I set up a digest notification for users if they have followed a channel, will they receive the notification when any content is uploaded into the channel, or only when they are also enrolled on it? 

Hi everyone!I’m quite new on Docebo and I’m trying to understand how to manage authorizations for letting users answering questions on Courses.My user profile is Super Admin but I’m wondering how can I let or let not simple users to answering or not.I hope anyone could help me soon!ThanksClaudio 

I am currently developing a training on how to utilize the expert hub and noticed we have a significant amount of Open Questions. I know a Best Answer must be marked but I can’t seem to find how to do this in our platform. Is there a setting where I may have turned this off? Or am I missing where it should be populating for some reason?Thank you 😀

Hi there, Over the past few months I have noticed training material loading slowly. Our training material is Rise microlessons that should open instantly, but instead there is a 1-3 second delay. It can seem quite slow from a user perspective. Has anyone else noticed this? Or found a way to fix it? Thank you

Hello, is it possible once you run a report for the excel or csv to be emailed as an attachment rather than a link to a zip? I saw a few older ideas mentioning the same, was it ever implemented or on the road map if not?

I have a list of people for which we require the pdf user summaries downloaded.Anyone know of a way i can “automate” or at least achieve this via the API? Doing it manually is… slow.

Hi Docebo Community,Before I take a deep dive down the rabbit hole on this one, wanted to post and see if anyone is using any good “Habit-tracking” systems or apps for their Docebo users. There are quite a few prominent habit tracking apps, some like HabitShare, Habitify, and Habitica.The use case is my company has business coaching clients, and we have been using a proprietary habit-tracking platform app that was built a few years ago--but it’s just way behind the modern apps like HabitShare etc. Rather than rebuild our app, we’d just as well integrate a best in class app to give our customers a better experience. Would like to have a Habit tracking platform that i can either I-FRAME or otherwise integrate with our Docebo users (coaching clients).  Thanks,Ben Bauman PS - looking forward to the conference in September.

Hello Brains Trust, Half of our org have a LP assigned and half don’t (another problem I inherited).  If I update the existing LPs as some are attached to teams which no longer exist can I simply delete the LP and reissue those users to a new one?  Will it have any impact or flow on effect elsewhere?Additionally, it will be likely that many of those users who are moved would have already completed training.  When assigning to a new LP will the courses attached show as completed?

Hello,We’re working on a test for users that is a practical application of the lessons they’ve learned in the course in our SAAS platform. All answers will be text entry because the ‘test’ is really their interpretation of the reports they run. Is there a way to designate that ANY answer provided to a question is a correct answer? Can’t seem to find documentation in community -- any advice will help!

Why epyament notification for a user from a different branch is reaching power users from another branch? Is it because the testing is being done by a Super admin himself?

We are looking for a way for a supervisor to see what outstanding courses their direct reports have. We added the My Teams Activities to the supervisors home page, however it is showing that all courses are up to date, when they are not. Looking for a way for a supervisor to be able to see what courses are outstanding for their team.  Thanks!

One of my favorite Docebo features is how when you start to type a user’s name or course title into a search or report dashboard field and it pre-populates up to 10 values for you to select from. That being said, I’m wondering the logic behind this functionality, as the list doesn’t always include the existing record I’m looking for. This is more specific to user’s name as obviously there’s a lot of them. More unique names aren’t an issue. I’m curious of the criteria or algorithm the system uses to create the list.I have examples of searching for first name finding the record and not, as well as, searching for last name finding the record or not. In some instances neither find the record. I have to enter the User ID to find the record.Issue: Our power users will not always know the User ID to search. I’m afraid they’ll sometimes run into issues and not quickly find the user information they’re looking for.Unfortunately I can’t prov

Hello,We are currently using the gamification app to run contests in our platform. Since the contest functionality is so limited, we’ve pretty much been stuck with the “complete the highest number of courses” option. However, does anyone know how the winners are ranked? For example, if we have a catalog of 10 courses and 10 employees complete all 10 courses, how does Docebo decide who is ranked #1, #2, #3? Is it based on who completed the 10 courses in the fastest time?

Hello everyone, My organization is currently onboarding Docebo as our very first cohesive Learning Management System. Currently we are trying to understand use cases for applying course additional fields.  If you and your organization are using course and/or session additional fields, can you please share which ones you use, and how and why they improve the user experience?

We are using CE Unlimited for our healthcare content, and we aren’t able to pull their content into Docebo via AICC. Instead, we created courses with an HTML page that provides a link to the course. The learner clicks on the course link and is taken to the CE Unlimited course. We have a lot of learners who are skipping the step to click the link. When they come back to the course, they see that the lesson says it has been completed, and then they submit a ticket asking why the course shows as outstanding.Is anyone else setting up courses this way, or is there a better way to direct people to content that will force them to click on a URL? I’m currently adding more language to the HTML page and a note on the Attestation Statement noting how to access the course material, but I’m wondering if there is a better way.

There is a new law in place that requires us to assign a course to all staff working in California. That enrollment rule was easy to set up, but I also need to assign the course to the Regional Portfolio Leader and Regional Vice President of anyone who works in California. The RPL is the direct supervisor for some of the staff, but may be 2-3 levels above them in other cases. The RVP is the direct supervisor for the RPL. The complication is that the RPL and RVP are not based out of California, and because they oversee so many sites, they are all assigned to our main branch, so I can’t assign it based on Branch, Location, or State Working in (fields we added). Does anyone know if there is a way to create a group based off of if they manage a property? The portfolios get shuffled around often, so I’m worried they will change who oversees the California sites and and we won’t know that someone new needs to be assigned the content. I’m tempted to just add all of them to th

We have set up our own company aligned skills in our platform and have unpublished the Docebo skills and all other skills that we want to hide for our learners. We have also turned off AI skills suggestions. While skills seems to be working properly for our admin accounts, our learners are able to see skills that are unpublished and additional skills that do not appear on our skills management at all (for example “Ajax” in the picture below). We are hoping someone can help us solve what is going on? When we originally set up our provisioning service (using API), we configured it so we enrolled users in individual courses. We’d like to move to enrolling users in Learning Plans instead, but for recurring users the expiration dates on courses are not updated if they are enrolled in a Learning Plan. So now I’m stuck using course codes but I really need the flexibility of enrolling in learning plans. Anyone else make this mistake originally? If so, what did you do to work through it? 

Hi, when filling out an address in the cart in our docebo sandbox, the “save” button is not functioning.  It appears to not fire the click event.  Can you fix this?  

I’m trying a POST request to the /manage/v1/user/batch endpoint and hit a roadblock. The option/branch_option key requires a value but I don’t know what values are allowed or what they do.In fact, 3 of the options related to branches are a bit unclear. Where are these documented? "options": { "destination_branch": "string", "branch_option": "string", "force_create_branches": true, "user_destination_branch_action": "add", }I don’t know what branch_option, destination_branch, or user_destination_branch_action do.I gather that force_create_branches means that if I provide a branch that doesn’t exist, the system will create it. I am trying to dig deeper in ILT sessions: How do you indicate passed or failed when scoring an ILT session? Currently completed, unenroll and suspend are the options. Can we add additional fields for pass/fail and add it to this area. How do you set up session notifications for the instructors so they are notified when someone registers for an ILT session.  When I add a user to a session and then go to Enrollments & Evaluations, it shows the enrollment status, "Waiting User". Is there a notification that goes out to the stores for them to approve the session or should I not worry about that and just turn it to "Enrolled" right away? If there is a cut-off time setup for sign-ups, i.e. you cannot sign up 36 hour before session how do I manage this? If the person is a no-show, I put them as "Absent", what
