Hi, I am trying to work out what a particular field means in a report I have run.I have a run a Users-Courses report to check on completions for my courses. I noticed that there was a column called ‘Number of Sessions’. I am not entirely sure what this indicates.When I looked at the Report Fields I found that there was a section called ‘Usage Statistics’ of which ‘Number of Sessions’ was one of the fields. I have noticed that it is only giving a number for the e-learning sessions. What triggers this number? Do they have to interact with any objects within the session or does simply opening the session trigger the count? Or do I have it completely wrong?If someone could please help me as this could possibly be a useful statistic in regards to usage of our elearnings.Thank you

We are using the platform for educations and getting our personal to read and verify documents.When personal goes on parental leave or extended sick leave we deactivate their user account so that they don’t get enrolled into courses and notifications during this time. We need a way to get the enrollment rules to run once the user is reactivated.The enrollment rules for the courses are configured based on the groups that the user is assigned to.Is there a good solution for this ?

I believe we don't have any supporting API to update the bulk additional fields. We have only “PUT/courses” API, that too works for only one course. Does not make sense.Is anyone have best approach to update the course additional fields as a batch upload?

Hi all.We have split our Docebo environment into 7 different domains, mostly to distinguish our brands, with a couple of domains also dedicated to specific projects.In most cases, a user will access just one Brand domain with a singular account. The domains have their own design elements & look distinctly different. The majority of our users are clients, and they more or less stay confined to a single brand.We do have a few regions, however, where the lines between brands are less meaningful, and we have been asked to set up some accounts with access to multiple brands.So far we have been unsuccessful in setting this up. Has anyone been able to pull this off? and if so, how?

HelloI have set up an ILT course, that is located within the two catalogues.  All users can see this course, but only some users are eligible to attend.  If a user is in a specific branch they will receive a notification attached to the ILT course stating they are ineligible to attend and have been directed to alternative eLearning courses instead.  Essentially the users in this branch can enrol into the course, but not into a session.I have had one user on this branch who has managed to enrol into a session, has received a calendar RSVP invite and said yes.  I ran an audit check and it was this user's log in which enrolled into the session.How did this anomaly happen and how can I prevent this moving forward?

Hello,Our team and company uses Discover: Coach & share quite a bit. Our learners love it. However, it feels a bit limited in its layout and setup. Does anyone know if there are plans to enhance how Coach & share channels can be displayed? Namely:Being able to reorder to assets inside a channel manually - not alphabetically or chronologically but to be able to drag and drop them in the order we want them displayed for the learners. There are times throughout the year where having some assets highlighted first would be very beneficial. Be able to pin assets to the beginning of channels Being able to invite to watch by groups already created in the platform (not just user by user, or the whole channel visibility group)Would love to hear other people thoughts on these ideas. I also wanted to post this as an idea for people to vote on but could not quite figure out how. :)

Hello everyone,Two questions regarding surveys.We recently found the survey option in custom reports. But when exporting it looks like the survey description & survey questions export with HTML in the excel file. Has anyone run into this issue and found a solution for it? Makes it more difficult to sort and view the questions.Second, does anyone have any favorite methods for sorting and organizing the data?I’ve read threads on here on using the API to gather the survey data but we’re looking for any suggestions on what people find valuable in the data and how they organize or present it.Thanks!

Is there a way to pull a report or export a list of notifications that includes the parameters of each notification, such as targeted users, groups, courses, learning plans, etc. defined for the notification? I have checked within the Notifications App and within the Custom Reports Builder, but I cannot find a way to do this.

If an observation checklist approver misses an email notification to approve a checklist, is there another way for them to access the checklist and approve it? 

Hi there!Is there a way to customize what fields are seen in the Branch Dashboard?Currently its showing a lot of columns but we only need 6 of the fields. It causing some confusion for our managers.  

Hi - recently I have been asked if there is a method for an instructor or admin to do an upload of a file. The goal is that when it is later viewed? The session will have the a copy of the one file.The best and most translatable example is a sign in sheet for a session to be uploaded to the ILT session learning object.NOTE: Before you all comment, I know that the content of said file will not be searchable. And there is a good chance that even by file naming convention, we will not be able to see if a learning object has a file stored in it.All that said I am curious of where this conversation will go.

Hi,I’m trying to find information on how to set up collaborative learning session on Docebo. I’d like to have a group of learners take a short eLearning course or read an article, then discuss it or answer questions. They need to be able to read each other's comments or answers and interact with each other via the platform. Then rinse and repeat over a few weeks. Is this something that can be done on Docebo?  TIA

Is there any way to make an e-learning course where all  of the training materials are optional?  Or do we have to have at least one required that’s marked as the end object marker?

When I get to the schedule notification panel, I only see Manually no other options or configuration choices. I’m looking for frequency (day, week), time of day, etc.   

Hi,I would like to create a course that would allow me to check the status of a learners training by before their training is mark off as complete. Is there a way to create some type of trigger that would signal to me to check a leaners training to confirm it is complete? After I verify the training is complete, I would like to be able to manually sign off on the training.  The course would be a self-paced training. The learner would complete the training, I would like to get a notification to review and approve the completion. Can a course be built in this way? Thank you,Indeya 

Hi,Does anyone know if there is a way to edit/modify the course summary page? Specifically I am wanting to get rid of the ‘Users that have completed the course within 30 days from enrolment’ section and ideally replace it with just a ‘Completion Percentage’.  We are wanting to share our 100% completion stats and that sections makes it look like we arent on 100% (which we are). Please let me know if this is something I can modify or if I will have to edit it out myself with some photoshop magic!!Thanks,

Does anyone have any thoughts on the ability to utilise external training records?  I find the whole feature really underwhelming.  Whilst it’s good it can be records, it really doesnt function well and from an administration perspective is difficult to manage: Uploads via spreadsheet are tricky - and no feedback on success/progress is provided meaning that records could be uploaded in duplication (which has happened to us) You cannot sort by columns like in other pages of the site - this renders it impossible to find dates / specifics unless you know what/when it was - particularly difficult when dealing with large volumes of external records You cannot bulk delete - you have to select every single one individually You cannot exclude specific certifications - as an example, there’s nothing to stop an employee selecting the wrong renewal certificate - when we dont want them to add them.Does anyone have any work arou

Is there anyway to combine current learning and new learning?  We currently have the prebuilt channels on our homepage:  new learning, current learning, learning history. It’s very confusing for people, and we’d much rather have new and current learning combined into one channel.  I tried using the course widget, but it makes you go all or nothing (you can’t exclude learning history from the list).  Does anyone have any thoughts on how to achieve this?

Hi all! I have seen a lot of threads some years old on Google Slides and ComSlider being used within the platform, i have also seen some which appear to have interactive buttons on them, can someone assist in how I get these to work in the creation of the slide deck in the two platforms above when you want to point to courses within the LMS that sit behind password protection etc? I have tried to link a button within Google Slides and the button became part of the imagery not selectable in the iframe, can anyone help please?

In e-learning courses, tags are visible to learners in the Lesson Details section below the course player window.  Since we had auto-tagging turned on for a while (no longer), we have a number of courses we need to clean up that had seriously wonky auto-tags. We do that by going into the e-learning course and on the Training Materials tags, locating the tags and fixing/removing them. (I can provide more description if anyone needs that.)  I’ve run a report to view the tags for all of our courses so we know which courses need cleaning up, and I see that there are tags on our survey and test courses as well. Our primary audience is vendors helping our company deploy our systems. These folks are out in the field getting work done. It is an impact to the vendors to pull them in for training.We have Learning Plans that have a range of training that needs to occur prior to the Instructor Led Training at the end of the LP. This is to prepare the learner for the content in the ILT.Issue: Folks in the companies (we have seen this with tracking IPs) have used back-office personnel to take the preliminary training. We can also tell because the users show up without the tool installed on the phone that are needed to login to the system, and without the knowledge to be ready.I have detected this with IP info in Audit Trail, but it is far from perfect.Do you have problems with this scenario occurring in your systems?If so, have you found any solutions for this?I appreciate any ideas you have, whether they are in the system or outside of the system.Da

I am not finding this in any report, audit trail, or in the gamification APIs.Anyone know how to report on the detail you can see when you drill into a user’s badge assignment, specifically the data shown in the “event” column?In this example, I have a badge that can be earned by taking any one of a dozen courses. The learner gets points each one they’ve done. I need to be able to report on WHICH course they took that issued the badge so I can compare it to the data in the enrollment completions.There are over a hundred users.
