Is there any way to view docebo in Dark Mode?

Hi Docebo community 😊Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the highlighted area or potentially with CSS?Thanks in advance for any tips!  

Hi all. I’m pretty sure the answer is ‘no’ here but i gotta verify…Is there a way to locally change the name of a Repository item? So that you can decide its name on a specific course without affecting the name of the file in the Repository? I know you can use the language feature to change it to match a user’s language, but is there any other way of giving Power Users a bit of control over the Learning Object name in their course?

Hi!I’m trying to set up a notification to send to an instructor of an eLearning every time a user completes a course. In my test course, I added myself as the instructor. Then I set up the Learner Completed a Course Notification to send to Instructors. However, when I marked my test user as complete, the notification did not send. Any ideas on what I did wrong? Has anyone else accomplished this in a different way?Thank you!!Steph

I have been looking into a host of options for Managers for our company, and have noticed that as of right now managers using “My Team” cannot create groups, nor enroll multiple users into a course at once. This has become a sticking point for stakeholders who are looking to enroll their entire team into one or more courses/learning plans, or enroll entire groups at once. While yes, I can understand I can assign our management team to Power User and give them the ability to see all courses and control enrollment, this isn’t scalable for us. This would require a form of education to managers we aren’t looking to provide, with the focus being on the Team function. Does anyone have ideas on how we could allow Managers to enroll multiple users in their team, or to group users in such a way as to allow them to easily sort and enroll the users they are attempting to enroll? 

Hello, I would like to remove the option of “NO ANSWER” on my single answer survey question but not sure how to do that. Below is an example of what the user see compared to what i see in the back end. Thank you.  

So I have noticed that as an admin I can enter a class go to enrollment, select students and send them all an email. We would like to make this available to instructors. It is not native and looking at power users there does not seem, to be a permission that allows this. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution? enrollment screen as an adminenrollment screen as an instructor 

At present I’m trying to upload a certificate to Docebo, but after a few attempts I continue to get this message. I’ve also attempted to do it in an Incognito window, but still the same result.Are you able to help, please?

Hi!So I know where I can turn off Managers will be allowed to set enrollment deadlines when enrolling users but I can’t figure out how to do that same for my powerusers. Is this possible? Thank you!

Hello All - We are looking to add a question onto our homepage for employees to answer. We want to be able track the answer as we are hoping the answers will give us insight into what types of upcoming labs they would like us to host. I am looking for suggestions on how to best execute this. Thank you advance for help and suggestions!      

Hi Everyone, I couldn’t find the answer in the help articles, so figured I would reach out to the community. Does anyone know if there is a way to find Error Logs for each instance the platform has an “Internal Server Error” or “Server Error” message that pops up?These messages have been popping up a little more frequently lately and during our testing of different integrations like Zoom V3. It would be great to see if I could review logs whenever these messages pop up in our platform. We’ve been running into issues lately where users receive that message when attempting to access a vILT event. I’d love to be able to get a HAR file from employees, but our first priority is to get them into the training so they dont miss anything. Additionally, it would just be nice to see how often this happens and during what activities this occurs for. If there is an API that would provide, that would be great as well, although I didnt specifically see one.

Hi Docebo Community! Prior to our full field release of the Learn platform, we made the decision to suppress the search functionality from user-view due the overwhelming number of results it would return. Ahead of the Search enhancement dropping later this month, we are particularly interested in hearing about any changes made to the labeling of ‘Course Catalogs’ to better resonate with users. I am trying to upload a file training material to the Central Repository and continue to get this Invalid Request error. I then tried to upload the file training material directly to a course and instead of the Training Material tab displaying again with the uploaded files, the homepage is begin rendered in the Training Material tab. I tried several times and it just keeps layering one screen on top of the other. I have tried different browsers, logins, and I also cleared my browser history and cache. I appreciate any assistance on this.

How can we ensure that a manager can only see learner details that are a part of their ecosystem during search for users to add under ‘My Team’? Basically, my concern is - If a manger search user to add under ‘My Team’ they should not get to see user details of all users across the platform.

Our platform is aimed at members of staff at a university, however there are some instances where we might manually create accounts for students.I would like to send a bespoke welcome notification to these student emails, giving them more tailored information about courses they might be interested in.I have created a branch to put these users in and have set up a ‘user has been created (by administrator)’ notification, attached to this branch. However, when I have tested it the notification doesn’t send. I can’t work out why, any insights would be appreciated or ideas!

I’m a superadmin and when I logged into our Docebo account this morning, our SAML settings had mysteriously disappeared. Cannot see anything in the audit trail to explain this. Has this ever happened to anyone else? We are contacting support, of course, but wanted to check here as well. 

I am writing to share a surprising experience, that maybe others have had but no one wants to go through. We’ve been active since last June (about 8 months) and we have SAML SSO set up so that our users do not have to enter their UN and PW (they haven’t been given Docebo passwords). A few days ago, our users started submitting tickets to our internal team that they could not get into our Docebo portal. When we tried it ourselves, we saw the standard Docebo login page, asking for UN and PW. (Not the hybrid one, where you could enter UN and PW or choose SSO.) I went to look at the SAML app and it was missing from the Admin page entirely. When I went to the Apps area, I saw the SAML app was there and inactive. I reactivated it and then saw that the hybrid login page was now available. When I looked at the SAML settings, it appeared that all of our SAML SSO settings were still in place except the SSO Behavior field was set to Show Standard Login page. I clicked on Automatic redir

How do I set up new notifications for my learners? These are more reminders but I do not see an option to make personalized notifications. Any help is appreciated. 

We are experiencing significant lag when accessing the Learning Plans page. First, it was a blank page, then a 504 Gateway Timeout error. It’s now loading, but at a snail's pace.

Hey,Maybe someone knew how to set a default image for an asset in the Discover, Coach & Share. So that if you don't upload an image with the content, there will be an image that will automatically be uploaded with the content to the channel. But there will be an option to update the image in the future, and it will not harm the existing images on other channels.Or how to change the different colors in the thumbnail, which will be #4eb25f.I guess this is possible with the CCS code. Can someone share the code for this or another way to do it.Thank you,Inessa

We’ve been having latency issues primarily affecting backend since yesterday.We did hold a vILT course on MS teams that users WERE able to access via Docebo clickthrough, thank goodness. These issues are still persisting for us. Who else is having issues still?Have any of you had latency on backend resolved?

Hi All,I’m wondering what others are doing about the base system Outlook/Teams connection? Or what others have thought about Docebo Connect? We explored Docebo Connect this last year, but it was deemed too expensive.The main issue we have with the base product set up is the calendar invites do not get auto loaded to outlook calendars. Users need to add the calendar invite from the notification and many of our employees do not see the emails to do this. Not all employees go through their emails very often. The same is true for the instructors as well. One idea we had was to email the registered employees a few days prior to the event with a link to the calendar invite and the Docebo course link. However, this means the process becomes more manual.Anything you have done that has proven to improve this process?Thank you,Steph
