I have a custom Widget Page for our Channels - not the Built in page provided by Docebo. I want user Playlists to be visible to them on the custom Channels page - but it seems they can only see this if I use the Built in Page. Any suggestions/thoughts - I might be missing something?
Is anyone aware of a way to mass update course descriptions? I need to add some language all our courses’ descriptions and it would be excellent to be able to do this via spreadsheet.I have looked at the API browser, but to be honest I do not know how that works. Thanks!
Does anyone know of a way to have the playlist “bar” on full display by default, rather than at the bottom of the screen? It’s so hidden when you click a playlist and you’re brought to the first item.Alternately, does anyone know any CSS code which could change the color of that bar to something that stands out more?Thanks!
We use the platform to share training with our Customer Base. We have two types of Subscriptions:Basic - Provided to all customers with no cost Premium - Customers purchase this plan independent of Docebo. We handle this internally via a yearly maintenance contract. Premium members can view all courses, including a “new hire” learning plan. Premium users also get set up as Power Users, so they can: Access learning plans, assign users to courses and Run Reports With our product, some customers may not use all feature and functions. For example, let's say I have 20 courses in the learning plan, of those 20, they may only need 16 of those courses based upon how they use the system. If they assign one of their users this learning plan, then they would have to watch those courses they do not use as I have them ordered and locked until they complete. I could unlock some courses but because our products are highly configurable, it may be a different set of 2 or 4, etc.Customer asked if they
I’m trying to figure out a way to keep notifying a user until a certification has yet to be renewed. The only available notifications for certs are Certification has been Issued and Certification has been expired. Does anyone know if I set up a notification keying on expired and schedule 1 day after the event, if the notification will cease once the user has renewed? Finding it difficult to test this assumption and am hoping others have solved for this. Thanks.
Good day Community!First time poster, short time lurker here. I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to hide or remove the visibility of the Contests tab in the gamification widget. My company is rolling out gamification for a small test audience, and we’re looking to focus on badge allocation, but not so much the competitive side of things. I know that we can un-publish the leaderboard so that it’s not visible, but I haven’t found a way to hide Contests. Any insight would be appreciated. Many thanks!
Hey People! I recently learned you can rename course widgets through this post. But I’m still a little unclear on the actual how one does this. I opened the Localization Tool App, found the File Repository Area keys but when I import a file to make the change from File Repository to Resources for example, Docebo is asking for an xliff file format. What do you use to create such a file and is this the only option?
Our class administrators are currently trying to configure Docebo to handle sychronous learning (Synchronous vs. Asynchronous Classes: What's the Difference? - TheBestSchools.org) and are reporting back to me that they believe that Docebo is not designed to manage synchronous learning. (My role is the Super Admin.)I am looking for samples of implementations that have successfully configured Docebo for this purpose and any advice you may have in regards to using Docebo for this. I believe that Docebo can be utilized for synchronous learning but we do not have the knowledge on how to configure it.Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Hi All,We have a 4 week in person training programme (via ILTs) for our graduates coming up. We don’t need to mark attendance for each session but I’d like feedback for participants and facilitators. Hence, I need to add the course to Docebo learning impact but don’t need QR codes being sent to each facilitator. Do you know if its possible to add the ILTs to learning impact to get the evaluation surveys sent but not the QR codes sent by emails to facilitators? I understood that using the QR codes for attendance lists seems to be a default for learning impact. Is is possible to turn this option off for specific courses and if so, how?Thank you for your help,Annabel
We are using the Branded Mobile App (not the Go.Learn app). We built the latest version of the app in Docebo with Google Analytics and Gmail SSO. Every time we tap on the Sign in with Gmail button, the app immediately crashes. Same thing is happening on both the iOS and Android apps. The Gmail sign in process works without issue on the desktop. Has anybody seen this before? Support told us to edit the plist.info file and add in our Gmail SSO settings. Has anybody done that before and could provide instructions? Thanks!
We are doing an audit after 6 months on using docebo and I am looking to export every course by name and code as well as every learning plan with the each course assigned and training materials. Is there a report I can run or a way to easily export this information so that I can review? Can you assist with helping me navigate? Thanks
I am curious to know if this is what everyone else is experiencing as it relates specifically to auto-tagging a SCORM package.I am an Adobe Captivate user. When I upload a SCORM package as a training material for a course - as we’re aware - the system generates tags automatically.The issue is that whenever a SCORM package is uploaded, the tags are gobbledygook. (see below) It is always on SCORM uploads and only on SCORM uploads.Are other Captivate users seeing the same thing? Are members of the Articulate family seeing the same thing? How about users of other products?I am trying to figure out if this is unique to me thing, a Captivate thing, or SCORM packages in general thing.The tags themselves - are mostly always the same tags - regardless of the content itself.
Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to remove multiple catalogs at once? Our courses usually include around 20 catalogs. Once the course is complete, we remove the catalogs so it no longer populates for users to see and click into. I have been having to remove each catalog one-by-one, which is not hard, but is a wee bit time consuming. It would be so much easier if we could have the option to click next to each catalog and remove at one time (similar to how we mark attendance, completion, unenroll, etc.). Does this already exist and I am somehow missing it? If not, any workarounds or are others removing individually as well?
Hello Docebo Community, Has anyone able to extract data from Docebo to visualize data whether users opens another course tab while taking a course? (Taking E Learning Course A and E Learning Course B at the same time)I downloaded User - Training Material report with fields first attempt date, attempt date, last completion date. It seems attempt date will always be overwritten whenever users launch the training material thus deleting historical session of the user.Any insights or alternative is greatly appreciated. I have Google Analytics enabled on my platform but unable to utilize GA User ID feature.
