Extended Enterprise Logins

We have a use case where we have internal users & external users. Internal users must login via SSO (ADFS), and should not be able to change their Docebo passwords. External users should have the ability to login via a different SSO (Salesforce) or login directly, and should be able to reset their passwords. We are hoping to have the embedded experience in both internal Salesforce & our external Salesforce lightning community, but also have both groups be able to login to the platform directly. None of the actual content will be public.It seems like we’re going to need to upgrade to Extended Enterprise to accommodate the multiple SSO situation. However, how does this work for the login behavior? We would expect both groups to go to the same home/landing page. Is there any way to set up this kind of home/landing to have two links, one for internal & one for external, which directs users to the correct login experience for their branch?

Notifications for ILT courses (e-commerce)

Hello everyone, I am trying to set up notifications for ILT courses based on e-commerce but any of the notifications (user and power user) are received. _However I did a test with a ILT course not based on e-commerce and they worked perfectly, has anyone had the same experience with that and how you managed it?Thank you

Best Sizing for Lightbox SCORM

We have a lot of systems based training we are planning to provide using Captivate application simulation. As we are testing the new content, we are having trouble deciding what is the best size to present this content in. We are going with the lightbox to feel more immersive, but with many different screen sizes, is there a general best size to go with?

I have a self-registration tenant that need to move the new user into one of several sub-branches based on profile information. I can build groups based on this profile information, but I’m not certain how I could then move those group members into their respective branch.Dashboards, content is based on branches, so I need to get the learners into the branch.API? if yes, where do I start?

Inform user that a course has been updated

Dear allI have created a course and some user have completed it. But I have updated my course:uploaded a updated SCORM on a existing LO uploaded a brand new SCORM as new LODespite those changes:the courses still appears as completed and I didn’t find any way to inform my users : “hey course XXX has been updated, check it out !”Any suggestions or idea to ease the process?

Making a Quiz --> Short Timeout

OK - Does anyone else experience this issue…? Working on making some quizzes-put in a couple questions-get distracted for a couple minutes - (no-literally just a couple) may not even be distracted - just thinking a few moments about a good quiz question.-go back to quiz-screen blanks out-must navigate away and back again to get screen to reappear.Super frustrating!Please tell me that I need to simply check a box somewhere.Is there a solution to this other than not taking any mouse or keyboard breaks?

Some Encouragement for Those Who Want to Code

I just thought I would take a moment to provide some general ideas and encouragement for those who are interested in learning how to code some HTML and CSS. The word “CODE” might bring along some of the same anxiety that the word “MATH” does for some people but - fear not! You can do this and I think you will be so glad that you did. No formal schooling required...The Browser Console is Your Friend!I really suggest that you take time to get familiar with the browser console if you aren’t already. The Elements tab of the console will reveal a great deal of styling and code that is currently in play and even allow you to make changes for immediate rendering in the browser without permanently changing anything. Once you find the style and look you want - you can make changes in your actual file or platform. You should be able to either press F12 on a webpage or right click and choose Inspect or some other similar phrasing depending on your browser.Don’t Be Afraid to Experiment!As stated i

User has been created Notification Email to Superadmin

Hi Community,is it normal behavior of Docebo when using “User has been created (by administrator)” to send email notification to the user but also to the SuperAdmin? This notification has target set to Users but me as Superadmin is receiving their emails as well. Thank you!

Can we use Google Analytics custom campaigns with Docebo?

We recently started adding links to courses to our company Community newsletter emails (sent by our Marketing team via Constant Contact). I’d like to start tracking newsletter clicks (e.g., if a user clicks a link in the email newsletter they received) in Google Analytics via custom campaigns. I just ran some quick tests this morning but since Google Analytics campaign reporting is not updated until the following day I won’t know if it worked until tomorrow. But when first going to the LMS sign in page it redirects/swaps the URL out along with my campaign tags : ( Anyone using custom campaigns in Google analytics with Docebo?I saw a similar discussion here but it’s not Google Analytics specific: https://community.docebo.com/topic/show?tid=213&fid=3I guess worst case we could setup that workaround but I’d rather not. Alternatively I suppose I could just ask our Marketing person to do this same thing in Constant Contact. But I’d rather control the entire setup of campaign tags and ac

Change Enrollment Access via CSV

Is there a way to change enrollment dates for multiple courses for a specific group of users via CSV file? We are looking to extend course access for users already are enrolled in courses. We are not extending the enrollment dates for all the users in the courses, just a specific set of users.

Marking Assignments

Hi, we have a course which includes an assignment, which is then marked by the instructor. If the instructor accidentally makes an error during marking (e.g. they mark them as passed rather than failed), there doesn’t seem to be an option to edit once something has been marked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

ILT session - External certification - retraining

Hello!!I would like to know how you control external certificates on the platform.The process I want to implement is:HR creates ILT session (provide for training institutes), the student enrolls in the session and takes the course. After completion, the training institute sends the certificates to the HR person who upload it in the LMS (course assignment?).This certificate that was uploaded into the LMS must be easily accessible to download.We will also have to send this certificate (PDF file) via API to another system. Is there an Docebo´s APIs for this integration?
