We are using Docebo Connect to automatically create calendar invites for Events. Given that the Event Description is what shows up in the Outlook Event, I have been using HTML to format how this looks to the invitee. However, this is now showing up in the Event Description on the LMS as well.  This is also the case in the Go Learn App.Does anyone know how to change this so that the text reads as it should?Thanks in advance.

Hello Docebo friends,My HR department wants to use Docebo to train on a new company policy and require the “learner” to sign a document as part of the course.Has anyone here included a “sign this document” requirement in a course? We are going to be activating our waitlists for ILT session but we have a couple of questions: All of our sessions are currently full, we will be adding more soon. If someone is in a waitlist for one of the full sessions, would they be able to register for one of the available sessions or would they need to first leave the waitlist?  We have it setup to where if a spot opens in one of the full sessions, the next person on the waitlist would be enrolled in the live session. We have a notification setup where they would receive an email once enrolled. Would the waitlisted person receive that email once they are enrolled in the live session?

Hi everyone,I would like to remove the enroll button from the new course page.The objective is to show an overview of the course, which is a 3-month program. This is because if participants enroll in a session, they will only see details specific to that session.However, this program requires them to attend several sessions throughout the program. There are two identical sessions to accommodate colleagues in different time zones. I would like to give them the option to choose their preferred time. Therefore, I will ask them to make their selection outside the platform. On this page, I just simply want to display the options. To avoid any confusion, I want to remove the enroll buttons.I found a similar case that was created a year ago:But there was no solution provided. However, it was mentioned that CSS could be helpful.Thank you in advance for your support.

For api endpoint PUT /learn/v1/enrollments/{course_id}/{user_id}I need to remove the date_expire_validity.  However passing null or an empty string returns an error.  How do I unset this date?

Hey all,New to the Docebo platform and still working out some kinks.We have some power users expecting to receive automated reporting for quiz/test data. Specifically to allow them to see which answers were correct/ incorrect and their final score.The data from the course reporting within the “training material statistics”  is perfect, as it lists the questions out and shows how the learner answered. Is there a way to automate this report with the internal tools or would it need to be collected manually? 

Does anyone know if there is a way to add the new Insight dashboards to a widget page? 

Has there been, or will there be, any possibility of having Digest Notifications to show when a user has completed a course?I am thinking the only work around is to create a scheduled report?

Hi all! I want to re assign a training material we have in the central repository that we assigned a few years ago. Is there a way to duplicate the training material in the CLOR so the completion does not carry over to the new assignment? I don’t have the original file to upload a duplicate to the CLOR. Any other suggestions?

Does anyone know what the image size for the thumbnail for training material is?We are fine with the course image thumbnails, but I can’t find a reference to the smaller ones for training material within a course. Are they the same size as a course thumbnail? They’re so small I wasn’t sure if there would be a difference.

Hi I’m quite new to the Docebo platform and would to change the rectangle label colour on the course cards for the status of the courses. We currently have blue for not started, which changes to black for courses In Progress or Completed, but we would like to have this as the following:Red - Not StartedAmber - In ProgressGreen - CompletedAny help on this would be very much appreciated. Is anyone having issues uploading new SSL Certificates via the new Domain Management for the extended enterprise? In the past, I would request a new certificate>download CSR>upload CSR file to Godaddy SSL>download certificate and upload to the extended enterprise. Now I am not sure where to create a CSR file for this. Does anyone have any tips or solutions?Thank you in advance for your help!! 

We need to send a notification to a group of powerusers when a user is created in the system.  We have a number of specific custom user fields that we’d like to include into the notification text.  Is there a way to use a custom user field as a short code to add that information automatically into the notification?

Docebo excels in many areas, but search is not one of them. The global search results are particularly confusing to our users. To address this, we are looking into adding a third party search tool like Coveo or Elastic. Does anyone have experience integrating a tool like this into Docebo? If so, I would love to hear about your experience.

If I use these eligibility rules (see image) does the user have to belong to both branches selected or will is work if the user is in at least one?  I am trying to capture a group of users who belongs in either branch. 

Hi everyone. Our team has just recently launched our LMS and have started sending out emails from the platform, for course completion reminders. However, people thought it was spam, with how basic the email composer is, where I at least, can't add our company signature. Do you know of a setting in Docebo that I can configure to add a default signature or any work around?  Thank you!PS. I dont know CSS

I am receiving an error when trying to preview my Training Materials Report.Goal: With this report I hope to be able to view the test scores (all attempts) of all users for each lesson. Problem: I am trying to preview my report and the error “Nothing to preview. The report does not match any data. Please try again using different report filters.” is appearing. I know that there are test scores to report on as I have completed some tests.Question: Why is this error happening? How can I fix it? What is the best way to achieve my goal?I have attached images of the filters I have set up and the error page.I would love some help!

When I drop my code into the HTML text box for a Catalog Custom Page, I can see it all load correctly in the edit mode.Combined HTML and CSS preview after entering codeOnce I publish the code, it changes so that the CSS isn’t loading. Hello everyone. I am creating a training package consisting of multiple modules, including videos, tests, and SCORM packages. I place the test at the end of the training package. In the general settings of the training package, I set the material attempt limit to 3. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the test is locked, but the user doesn't receive a warning like 'Please start the training package from the beginning.' I want the training modules to be locked again, and for the user to start the training from the first module, with each module reopening sequentially.What I want is that if the user cannot pass the final test in 3 attempts, they should return to the beginning of the training package, and their training experience should reset.

I spend quite a lot of time on finding the solution through Docebo API explorer, but the only solution i find is /learn/v1/courses/report?idCourse=113. Then it returns all the user for this course. But I want to find a single user and check what courses he got assigned has been completed. The exploration I had above will make the fetch logic super complicated, because I will have to find each course and figure out if the user has completed or not? Please help me out!!!!!!

During implementation, we migrated a course that was once assigned company-wide as strongly encouraged but with no due date so there were A LOT of enrollments we migrated as In Progress or Enrolled. We added the course to our New Employee Onboarding learning plan so we set a Days of Validity, and chose the option to apply to previous enrollments so we now have a lot of users that show withe the course as past due. Is there a way to mass remove an expiration date from the users who were enrolled prior to implementation? The only thing i have found so far is to edit each user one at a time to remove the expiration date, so I am hoping there is something I am missing to expedite this! 

I need to run a daily scheduled report of User-Courses which informs all users who have completed a course to receive payment for training completed.When I am creating the report it only enables a maximum of 50 courses and I currently have 65.  Would I need to run two reports or is there a way to change the maximum number of courses?
