I am introducing gamification and our users have accumulated points in the old platform we switched from. I know there is a space for Points Balance if I edit a profile, but my question is… is there a way for me to import the points balance via csv or somehow or do I need to edit each user to add their points balance?Thanks. Is there a way to add external training AND have it generate a certificate for that courses, without adding an actual course they have to complete?   For instance, if my instructor is on site facilitating a class in person, can he later upload the list of students and have a certificate generated without them logging in to the course?

Hello Wise Community,We are running a small, internal pilot using My Team before rolling it out to our external partners. We have a few questions that I can’t find answered in any documentation. Course Type: ILTs with training material attached in folders. As a user, where can you see who your manager is? The My Team page is only for manager, correct? If a manager enrolls members of their team into an ILT, how will the team members know about it? How will they know to enroll in a session? Is there a way for a manager to enroll team members into a session instead of a course? Would it be best practice to have the manager email the team through the platform with the session enrollment like? We have a notification and calendar invite for when a user enrolls in a session, but not for a course. (We used to have a notification when users enrolled in ILTs, but users found it to be too much). Hello,Hoping someone can help me with understanding the concepts of the Homepages and Menus. I’m not super technical w Docebo yet, but I have a use case where we would like to display information to our instructors only, and a second use case where we would like specific information on courses and homework et al displayed to members of a Specific Cohort. Would we build separate pages for each, and then ‘assign’ those pages to those user groups via Menus? And where would these pages display? We have currently one menu that displays the following: would these new pages be tabs in this menu? and if so, would only the specific User Groups be able to see them? Thank you! 

Hello, I’m hoping for some help as we have some independent resource material we want our users to access quickly at any time unrelated to courses. We’ve experienced frustration from users saying that having to ‘enrol’ and being ‘in progress’ of a resource is confusing. Is there any way to showcase resources in a more visual format? Almost like an asset library where they can download and view at their leisure. Any help or guidance greatly appreciated!

I’ve been trying to change the background of the Download Certificate button but with no luck. There’s no option in the Customize Colors section, and I have tried quite a but of CSS code, but with no luck. i will post some of my unsuccessful code. Almost a year ago, in April 2024 I earned my Docebo Pro Learn Admin certification!  🎉I wanted to post to ask those that earned the certification in September 2023 or early 2024 if you had to undergo a renewal process. I do not see anywhere on the certification that it will “expire”, but I do recall reading somewhere (sadly cannot remember where I saw this) that it is valid for 1 year, and that the renewal process was to be revealed as it is developed. Would anyone happen to know more about this? Any information would be greatly appreciated! 😊

Hi. I seem to be stuck on seemingly an easy task of changing the background colour of an html widget from the usual “Docebo grey”. I’m trying to create a really simple title on top of the background colour but having exhausted all options, I can’t seem to get beyond the following:  I’ve attempted three different routes:Applied a “background colour” directly to the widget id in css. Created a style class which has a black background colour. Added a black background colour to the font style class. None of the above approaches seem to work. Hi I’m new to Docebo. Our employees are automatically created as a user on Docebo. And when an employee leaves the company, his Docebo account will be automatically de-activated.However, if a user is a PowerUser, then his/ her name will still be listed in the “power user management”  function and counted into each profile. We manually check which PU is no longer having active account on Docebo and remove them from the PU list. How do you manage such situation ?  Any way to automate the process ?   

I am looking for a way to be able to see or receive notification when someone is added to an automatic group I’ve setup. I see that there’s a User Subscribed to Group notification but it seems like that just goes out to the user. I’m wondering if there’s another notification folks have used maybe paired with an enrollment rule that will push this notification?Use Case: We have a group setup for our “active” employees (i.e. not on leave) as well as one for folks on leave. I try to keep tabs so I can adjust due dates or enrollments for folks as needed, and of course automate as much as possible. Thanks for the help!

Is there any way we can change the “full online” label for VILT courses in the course player? It really confuses learners as they are assuming that session is actually fully booked (despite the Enrol button) - meaning they ignore and don’t sign-upEven saying “fully” instead of “full” would be an improvement.Is this a translation quirk (manual or AI) in localising the interface to English?

I have always been worried about a system that is too chatty.When I came to work for my current org? I found that the one largest learning system instance had a user enrolled notification was essentially set on full blast with all courses triggering notifications (that I eventually helped to shut down). To many it felt horrible, if you enrolled yourself, you got an email. If someone else enrolled you? You got an email. If the course was part of a learning plan?? A person got two or more emails. Working at places 10X the size of where I am currently at makes me know that larger organizations dont stand for it and will even cap system notifications if they seem like they are being spoofed.IMHO - that's not the way to configure things. I truly believe in the mantra that “less is more”. It is more powerful when you deploy targeted notifications to campaigns and onboarding programs. Hi. I’m fairly new to Docebo and am looking for help. Is there a way to assign resources to a profile instead of an individual user. For example, let’s say I have profiles by country and want The US trainers to access different courses that the Mexican trainers, etc. As far as I can tell, If I create a new poweruser ID, I need to assign the resources individually, rather that assign the profile which would include the needed courses. I hope this makes sense! Thanks for your help.

I need to remove or rename the Expiraton Date column. We don’t use validity dates for courses and this is confusing our customers with their certification expiry. I found the course-management-grid_c4 column easily enough and can apply a display:none, but this only hides the heading, which moves all the other headings left. The content column remains intact so all the remaining fields are misaligned. If it’s not possible to hide the column the other option is to rename it to something not resembling expiry, but I haven’t been able to rename the label. Thanks in advance.

In this thread, it was advised that you can create a default branch through the Automation app for all users that sign up.We have users generate via SSO by clicking a button. I would like anyone who clicks the SSO button to be assigned to a branch called “Employees” under the Root branch. How can this happen?I feel like I’m missing something obvious, but I can’t find a “when user is created” rule here! Thank you for help in advance!

Hi all,New to the community, but didn’t see this specifically addressed anywhere I could see.Question:Is there any way to address Learning Plans in automatic group eligibility conditions? I’m only seeing courses, which is a lot of extra work for what we’re trying to accomplish.We’re breaking up some of our learning plans into multiple, shorter learning plans. So instead of one large LP with 30 courses, breaking it up into 3 different learning plans with 10 courses each. We want the enrollment to happen automatically after they complete part 1 to get to the next part, so we’re creating groups to put people into after they complete a learning plan, that we then use in an enrollment rule to assign them to the next LP.In short:Learner completes non-linear learning plan > added to group > enrollment rule uses group to add them to next learning plan.That all works fine, but we have to address each course within a learning plan in the eligibility conditions, rather than just pointing to

So I am running into a weird problem that has ugly software logic written all over it.I am trying to send email to learners enrolled in an ILT and using shortcodes so I can reuse the email as a template. Specifically it is to go out when a recording of an ILT event is available. What I am finding is that while shortcodes are the same platform wide  their application is specific to the where the email is sent from. For example I have a session called Study Hall 2025 that contains an event called Welcome to the new year. In any general  ILT notification when I use “[session_Name] ‘[event_name]’ Recording Now Available” and I get “Study Hall 2025 ‘Welcome to the new year’ Recording now Available But when I send an email at the course level it replaces those with the first name tag so I get “David ‘David’ Recording Now Available”When I send an email from the session it reads “Study Hall 2025 ‘ ’ Recording Now Available” truncating the event name entirely.So while the shortcodes are univers

I found an external training course assigned to a user and I’d like more information about it. I went to the audit log and am not seeing when it was entered. How would I find out when it was entered and by whom? Is it in the audit log? What would the details say for me to find it? It is really hard to search with the 90 day window limiting since it could be anytime after the date it says the user completed it.Thanks.

Does anyone else find it strange that there is no course status of “failed” or “not passed” for a user? I set up an e-Learning shell with three training objects (a file download, an evaluation, and a survey). I set the test as requiring 100% and programmed two fake questions, then ran through the course and purposefully failed the evaluation with my test account. I know how to look at the score and how to go into the Reports tab and see which of the training materials the learner failed but the user remains in the status of In Progress. What I’m looking for is the ability to identify who failed the course, not a single learning object. Reports (screenshot included) show my test user only completed 66% of the course and is In Progress. In reality, the user completed 100% of the course; and they failed the evaluation. Enrollments tab (screenshot included) shows me the user’s score but not what a passing score is so admins would have to research that before we looked at the status this wa
