Can rubrics be used to inform learners on how they are being evaluated, what is considered proficient/mastery in a skill or knowledge as well as a way to provide feedback to them on they performed when a learner uploads a screen recording, audio recording or any other kind of upload?If there is not, has anyone figured out how to seamlessly use a checklist as a rubric for uploaded assignments and test items?Thank you in advanced.

Hello all.  I am a bit familiar with Notifications, but my question is about sending a “Welcome & Quick Start Guide” email to new users letting them know how they can log in for the first time and some quick user tips for them.Currently we are using tags in Keap. So I add a new user in Keap, tag them so the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email goes out, and also put them in Docebo and enroll them in courses.  I would love to be able to eliminate the double entry and just register the new user straight into Docebo.  However, I still need to have the Quick Start Guide/Welcome email go to them so they know how to log in and navigate through the platform.I am not sure if they have to have already logged in to Docebo first before getting an email notification. Or does anyone else have any other ideas how I can execute this and save me entering a new user into 2 different platforms?

I would like to add some text to the Share button - seems some folks need more help.Not sure which option, if there is one, in the localization tool to select.I would like to make it say “Share this course” - some folks think it’s a social share option.Please advise.  thanks.

Anyone know of a way to find out the Header Image settings on each course?  I am working through updating all header images to be images and not just the default and being able to export that data or get it somehow for each course will allow me to focus.I didn’t find the option to see this data in the courses export option.Any ideas???

Hi, Does anyone know how I can change the colour of the course status within the new course player? Mainly the ‘Completed’ bit I have attached a screenshot so you know what I am on about :)  Thanks!

I am having an issue allowing a Power User to create, edit, and manage certificates associated with their courses. I have given the Power User permission to View and Edit certificates. However when they try to create a new certificate it does not appear for them in the Certificate Templates list, though I and other Super Users can see it. Also if I create a certificate template for them and assign it to their course, it still does not appear in the Certificate Templates list from their view. 

I’m wanting to create a nice, clean UI for our LMS and, with some code (and from the help of others on here), can get an image of my choosing as a background or in the header bar already. To do this today, I am having to really fudge things in the system in order to get my images onto the Docebo CDN to be called by the code. The only way I can do this today, is to create image widgets on a hidden page and sniff out the stored file location once uploaded  - not elegant at all. For the life of me, I cannot seem to find an asset repository where I can upload and store a few images for use in my HTML and CSS code around the platform.Any idea folks?All help much appreciated. 

Hey Docebo superstars. I don’t think this has been raised previously as I couldn’t find any solutions anywhere, but we have a  couple of problems with the not logged in redirect behaviour. Like most (I believe) organisations, we’re using sso for our customers to move seamlessly from our customer portal to the learning platform. We launch in two weeks and our understanding until today was that we could configure a ‘Redirect user on logout’ url in the advanced settings that would send users to our member portal login page any time they a) clicked a link to a Docebo page when they were not already signed in to the lms or b) their session timed out. We just discovered the “only works when sso is not enabled” caveat, so now we can’t use any links to Docebo pages from outside the platform, and more importantly, any time a user’s session times out they’re going to encounter a foreign login page requesting a password they don’t have and won’t understand - enter frustrated customer and helpdesk

Yesterday I opened the notification panel (bell icon) on saw an updated screen with new ooptions, etc. Today, the bell is gone and I have no access to any on-screen notifications...opened a ticket but was wondering if anyone else has seen this on their instance? Do not have any CSS to hide that and I did see it a day agovs our production site:

HiI’m trying to create a notification for users to see which courses they have yet to complete. There are only five courses to complete. I would like it to have images of the courses and say either complete incomplete. I thought I might be able to do this with digest notifications Digest: Learner has yet to complete a courseHowever I’m currently stuck on what [items][/items] means in the notification. So I’m not getting very far.Here is what Docebo have to say on the issue in the LIST OF NOTIFICATION EVENTS AND CONDITIONS“When using shortcodes related to the elements belonging to the list of items reported in this notification, enclose them between [items] and [/items]. Other shortcodes can be left outside those tags. The [items] and [/items] tags define the list of courses or items that are automatically populated by the system and are already listed within the notification body - these shouldn't be amended when setting up the notification.” Any ideas on how to do this or how to use t

Quite a few of our courses and training materials are one time views and with the new course player there is a “RETAKE” button that now pop ups. Has anyone had any luck with a CSS code to remove ONLY the Retake button? We love the Play and Resume ones… See below as an example:

Forgive me if this information is available elsewhere, but I couldn’t find anything.  How are these courses suggested? [See image].Is it Tags, like Catalogues, keywords, AI, or some combination of them?  

When we have assessments in FMU, is there a way to have real time feedback? Meaning, if a trainee selects an answer, can we go ahead and show the correct answer immediately? Or do they have to complete the entire test and then go back and see which ones are incorrect. Thank you!

Hello! 👋I’d love to crowdsource some best practices for using the waitlist with ILT sessions. This was not a feature in our former LMS, so we’re still getting used to it in Docebo. I’ve read the KB article, but I’m curious on any internal controls and processes you might use, such as:How do you manage learner expectations about seat capacity to begin with? At any point prior to a full session, do you send a note to waitlisted learners letting them know that the session has “checked in full” and to register for a future option? How are you moving folks off the waiting list after the session ends? What other best practices have you adopted over time? If you’re feeling generous...We recently concluded a three-day vILT session. We have four learners who were waitlisted that never made it in. We also had a number of users who enrolled in the course, but never picked a session. Hello,I tried to configure a ILT course without success.In the external ILT course, after the training, the Instructor or HR needs to upload a PDF file (external certificate) for each learner.I created an assignment to the course in order to the Instructor upload it, But it´s not possible. Only the learner can do it, and the instructor or RH validate after the upload.Is there a way to the instructor upload the file without using “ log in as this user” Thank you

HelloWould anyone be happy to share some CSS that would remove the bottom section informing users to go to External Certificates?  All our courses are linked via Certifications and not external certificates and will like to eliminate this option.  Cheers :) 

We are currently requiring proctored exams for our technical industry certifications. This process has been a nightmare for us to manage. If anyone can help us simplify the process and streamline it both for the exam taker and for ourselves it would be incredible. Requirements:3rd party proctor can view exam taker’s environment and confirm identity Exam taker cannot access exam at any point without proctor present Exam taker can make multiple attempts Current Process:we receive email from exam taker letting us know they would like to take the exam exam taker schedules with proctor** issue them a subscription code (given to proctor) exam taker logs in via proctor portal then launches docebo enrolls in exam via subscription code takes the exam and submits if second attempt needed, must email us I record score, reset exam objects, and unenroll exam taker exam taker schedules with proctor** and process starts again from there

I followed the instructions in any Docebo documentation, and am curious if y’all can help me figure out the issue. We have the Zoom integration.These are our settings:Course: At least one completed sessionSession: Attendance based all events (we only have 1 event in the session)Event: Mark the event as attended if the user spends at least 85% of the total time of the webinar in the webinar tool.In the images attached you can see an example of a workshop with 74 enrollments and 0 completions. I attended that workshop, and there were quite a few people there.Thank you for any insights you have!

When pinning a post in the Community Hub, the most recent post that is pinned appears at the top of the selected space. We have community guidelines and featured posts that we would like to have remain at the top of each space. As we pin additional posts, it moves all other pinned posts down. We found we have to unpin and re-pin any post that we want to appear at the top of the space each time. It would be helpful to allow administrators to select the order in which pinned posts appear within spaces. Has anyone else experienced this and have a better solution than un-pinning and re-pinning the posts? 

Does anyone have a workaround for marking a course complete even if a user fails the test within the course?We have an assessment where learners intentionally only get one attempt so we can analyze which questions they get wrong and look for trends to inform our training for next year. However, I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the course to mark complete even if they fail the test. I tried adding an HTML page or Slide Converter PDF page after the test and making that the End Object Marker, but that only works if sequential navigation is off and learners don’t click to open that slide first. I don’t think they will, but still wanted to see if there’s another way to get the course to mark complete?I know in the future we could build the test in a Scorm 2004 and try to pull the data that way, but we don’t have the time for that with this current project.I find it ridiculous that Docebo doesn’t have a feature for this, I don’t want the course to sit ‘In Progress” on a learn
