Hi everyone! We are currently trying to set up our Docebo Connect to ADP recipe, however we do not have the API Client ID or Client Secret without incurring additional costs on the ADP side. We were not made aware that these were required prior to purchasing Docebo Connect to ADP, has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? Many thank for any advice or help!

Has anyone heard anything about an update on making the Search Function for course assignment to a learning plan finally functionable? I've been eagerly awaiting this feature for two years, and with approximately 530 courses, navigating through the list on the daily has become quite… well, irritating.

Hello,I am trying to get list of sessions by code in Docebo. But the API get course sessions returns sessions id snd enrollments. no way to search session code.Is there API to retrieve full of session’s info by session code?Thanks,Liza 

We user enrolment links heavily and prefer not to grant access to catalogues so we use the option below:that states that when this ON, the users do not need catalogue access...anyone with the link can access the course. This was working fine until today when it suddenly changed. We were able to get around this by adding catalogue access but this defeats the purpose. We have logged an issue and are waiting on support.Has anyone else experienced this today? 

Is there a way for a learner to “follow” an ILT course without enrolling into it and be notified when a session is created for that ILT course? For example, I have a people manager who wants to be notified when a session is available for courses so they can enroll their direct reports into the session, but currently there is only a notification for ILT session created that is sent to learners already enrolled into a course. Is there a notification or a workaround that anyone is using for users to select to be notified without enrolling into a course and without sending a notification to everyone (just those who have selected to be notified)?Thanks!Julie

I recently watched “Road to Inspire | Building a tailored learning experience” on Docebo University and liked the idea of creating a “dynamic” new hire page where the steps progressed with the user. The way it was explained in the video is:Step 1:Create Group 1: User is new and has not completed anything (indicate using a field on the user detail record) Created Page 1: Page is setup showing the user has not completed any of the steps (indicated with an image that is shown in gray). Dear fellow members of this Community,I was asked to show a message to each users  after a course has been completed .I can configure notifications via email and appearing in the notification panel when a lerarner completes a course, but I didn’t find any way to show something as soon a course is completed.I also made a search in the previous discussion, but didn’t find anything useful.Has anyone of you dealt with such a request? Hello world! 😎My team is working on implementing gamification within Docebo, and I would like to understand with you the feasibility of some ideas we came up with.In detail, we would like to have:A "public" profile page for each user -> a custom page (not the default one) that can be viewed by other users within which to see badges, skills, and courses completed by other users of interest to him (e.g., manager) Assign points for daily access on Docebo Display skills/competencies on personal profile (this should not be a problem, except for manual association of courses-competencies) Provide an “advancement” of the user -> e.g. with 100 points you are beginner, when you get to 1000 you become novice, and so on.Have any of you developed something similar? Hi - when setting up a vILT event with myself as the instructor (I am also a Superadmin), I am able to select our MS Teams instance without issue (our MS Teams account has been configured in our Docebo system).  However, it does not automatically create a meeting for the event in my MS Teams calendar which I was expecting it to do.  Should this occur?  I also tested the enrollment process as a user attending the vILT event (with someone else assigned as the instructor).  When enrolling on the session, i was also expecting an event to appear in my MS Teams calendar?? Can someone confirm what should be happening as I cant find any clear information in the documentation or university modules.

Is there a way to disable the rating for assets?  I disabled “Q&A and Comments” but I don’t see how to disable rating.  I have disabled rating in Advanced Settings, but that appears to only apply to courses?  I appreciate any help in hiding or disabling this rating function.  Thanks!! 

The videos take a good bit of time to upload and I’m not good at sitting idle. Typically, I do something else on a different screen/pc. My challenge is that if I wait too long after the download to confirm it, the upload fails, and I have to start over.  Is there a way to play sound when a video is upload in Docebo so I don’t miss the window for success?

Specific group asking is around compliance trainings.My ask: Has anyone worked out a system to assign courses to users on an annual basis based on their hire date’s anniversary?The scenario: we want to assign compliance trainings that would need to be renewed/refreshed on an annual basis. We currently believe that we have to deliver this based on the calendar (i.e. pick a time and date and assign it annually). Some of my stakeholders would like to see it assigned on a rolling basis to every user based on their anniversary. I see a significant administrative burden to managing escalations/compliance by each person individually like an anniversary date system would require, but trying to see this through. My first insights: Certification & Retraining doesn’t work perfectly. Hi All,An assigned ILT instructor is unable to see the course card for the course they are teaching in their My Courses and Learning Plans and thus is unable to access the tools to view the list of attendees in their session.Searching from the search bar turns up the course but only prompts the user enrollment options.I have been around and around here. We manually enroll all users into Docebo, into a particular course. We have about 50+ courses in Docebo, all but 7 of which are inactive and no longer used. I have set all of these inactive courses to Under Maintenance and have categorized each as Archived. When I add a new User and then go to the ‘Enroll user to courses’ page, all of my Under Maintenance and Archive category courses still show up in the list - oldest first. So I constantly have to create a filter or do a search to find the course into which I want to enroll the user. Every. Single. Time. I created a filter in hopes that this filter would remain there the next time I was at this screen, but it did not. There must be a way, short of deleting the courses from Docebo, to get them not to show up in that list. I could surely use some help! Thanks.Deb 

Is anyone having an issues manually registering users into an event that come from different companies?I used to be able to see all our users and then I could do a search and pull up who I needed, check them, then add more.  The past couple days, when I search I only pull those users at that specific email address and it won’t let me go back and search for another set of users.  I now have to do a couple at a time and then start the process all over again.  Just wondering before I submit a ticket. 

Hello,So we had an online class yesterday. After the class, we wanted to evaluate the instructor so we planned an observation checklist to be available on that day to the class manager. The checklist was customized so that the observer was my class manager et the user to check the instructor. I made the checklist available in my manager ‘’task list’’. After completing it, my manager wanted to change an answer so he cameback to find the same checklist but no answer saved. I figured it just repeated the checklist. But is there a way to change answer to the old checklist? And is it possible to not repeat the checklist after completion?Also how do you guys track reports of those checklists?Thank you

Hi there, Wondering how other companies are addressing the following situation.We currently pull our information from Workday for our learners. However, we have a group of employees that are not part of this main system of record. They are agency contractors, franchises owners or members of the board. How can we have these employees on the Docebo platform? Would it be something similar to how we are getting this information in Workday?  Thank you! LD 

Im wondering if there is a way on a ‘Viewer - Asset details’ report ( or any other way/report) to include users that have zero views of specific channels. Reasoning is to supply leaders with reporting on users yet to take advantage of available assets and to find what percentage of users have viewed in various branches

Hello, we are trying to create a course for a state licensing board that requires the user to answer security questions periodically to ensure that the person taking the course is the one that actually signed up to take the course. Does anyone have any ideas the best way to create and generate automatic security questions based on the learner’s initial registration? Or does anyone have any other thoughts with how we can ensure the learner taking the course is the actual learner (i.e. verify their identity)? Thanks in advance!!

TL;DR: 6 month program with e-learning and ILT requirements biweekly. How should I set it up?--I have a program,  set up as a Learning Plan, that includes a number of instructor led sessions. The learners need to attend a session every other week on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. There are required e-learning courses that need to be taken BEFORE attending the equivalent ILT session.What I initially set up was a course per week, with the training material - e-Learning and then 1 event with three sessions. Here are the problems I’m having and would love your advice:The learners want to block out their calendar for the next four months of class, but if I make the previous class a pre-requisite to the next one, they can’t get to the session information to add it to their calendars. I don’t seem to have any ability to control the training material in an ILT class. I can’t force completion to be based on BOTH attending a session and doing the e-learning.  I can’t force the order of completion
