Hello - We have been trying to use the Observation Checklist function for sometime now… Sadly, the functionality seems to be very limited. Two things:If you use it, how do you use it?  If you dont, what do you do instead to achieve similar results?Thank you for your help in advance! 

Some insight, we are heading for another great year in terms of a compliance cycle. Before this org and with other systems, I will admit either I dreaded the time of year or understood after nudging essentially the manager and user only. We would get on average to an 75-80% goal with learning campaigns before handing the story back to more local personnel...and then the local operations drove the last steps of compliance.There is alot more to it (is “mandatory learning” defined at your org?, What change management techniques are being used up to and during the campaign, etc.) but I want to say after tens of large learning campaigns, they mostly fell into a resounding pattern with 30 day campaigns:25-30% engagement within the first week to week and a half. Showing you that your messaging was heard and you engaged the A-type personality type (if you put it in my queue I will get it done) Sharing of dashboards and data for top down and push down approaches from executives got the message

I created a new page for my site and copied an HTML/WYSIWYG widget from an existing page. However, the new page widget, using the identical code copied from the existing page widget, looks different from the original. If anyone has any suggestions of how to troubleshoot, it would be much appreciated. Hi! Our content is broken down into catalogs by subject. Some of our content is grouped into Learning Plans, while others remain as single units. What I’m wondering - Is there a way to have catalogs sorted by “newest content” on the All Courses page?For example, we have a weekly, company-wide meeting that occurs and I would like the catalog that hosts that content to appear at the top of the All Courses page whenever a new edition is added to the catalog. Currently, it lives at the bottom of the All Courses page since it was the first catalog we created. From my understanding, setting the display to default as “Newest” only applies to the newest catalog, not the newest content within the catalog.For clarity, I don’t want to set the sort to “Oldest” since, even though it applies to this example, it doesn’t fix the overall issue I’m trying to fix. Alternatively, if someone has a suggestion on a feature / way to display the content, I’m all ears. Thank you for your help! 

Hi all,I’m looking for advice for a problem with renewals.Context: Most of our courses have two options for renewals; a full course; and a knowledge check only version for those who already know the key learning outcomes.Problem: Some learners will start the full course, and then switch to the shorter version part way through. They complete that and thing it’s up to date but as the full course is mandatory, they then end up getting reminders to complete it. (I hope this makes sense)I have tried making them equivalent, but this ends up marking one as complete when they select the other to renew (or so it would seem) - and as learners are prone to avoid key instructions, I’m keen to find an intuitive design to avoid them ‘course hopping’ like this.Any suggestions, ideas welcome? I bet I’ve missed something obvious - don’t be too harsh if I have :)

We are having a contest and want to know the best way to set this up if it should be through a Learning Plan or Course. The requirements would be they need to complete 5 of the 10 courses. We also have a survey for them to complete as well.  I was looking at Learning Plans, but I can only set prerequisites and do not see where I can select if 5 courses are completed, the Learning Plan should show as completed. I looked at Courses and did not see this as well. If you have any suggestions, that would be great!

Hi all. What is the easiest way to remove all the notifications associated with a course without going into each notification? If we unpublish the course will any notifications associated with it not trigger?

I’ve put my platform into light mode in the new course player according to the forums here (thanks!), but I have one additional style issue. The “Previous” button and some of the icons in a test are showing white text over the grey background. Howdy! We are running a leadership program using a blend of vILT and eLearning courses. We know how to set up the LPs for ordering the courses already. The question we have is: How can we make documents/pre-work (like reading an article) available before the vILT courses. Is there an option to add it as either training material or in the file repository and have it accessible  once the user is enrolled vs. just only during/post session?  

Wasn’t it communicated in a recent update that course links would now be fixed?  No longer pre or post enrollment links, but just one link for course access across the board?  I just reached out to chat to ask the easiest way to get that link, and I was told this is not the case.  I know this was announced on a product update webinar months ago, but I cannot find which release that was.  Can someone please help me out and let me know I’m not crazy on this? 

We have a single user who is not able to proceed in any of his assigned xAPI content. We make our courses in Storyline 360 and export them as xAPI. The slides within the courses are restricted (so they cannot jump ahead). When the user opens the content, the first slide is locked, and the content on that first slide does not load (see screenshot below). I logged in as the user, and it’s happening for me as well. I logged in as several other users, and none of them have the issue.Is there some sort of corruption on this user’s account? I’ve tried multiple things: re-uploading the xAPI content, creating a new version of the content, clearing the user’s course completion, clearing the user’s training content completion, and clearing the cache on several browsers. Nothing has fixed it, and I’m out of ideas.   

I'm trying to find out how a learner was assigned courses.  Is there a way to see who enrolled a user in a course? Thanks! 

Hello, please could anyone help? I have problems uploading events. Error message is ""day"". I already tried all possible formats. Downloading the template gives the following format "01/01/2021" However, it will not accept it when uploading it.Thanks so much in advance if you could share if and how you had overcome the same issue!Caro

Having issues with the description being collapsed automatically since the banner update came in over the summer. As shown below, Most of the description is collapsed (we’ve added the “click…description” text in order to draw people there but there must be a way to make it display fully as. defaultDoes anyone know if there’s a solution within the page design options? Or if someone’s found a string of code that does the same. 

Hello, when adding shortcodes to our notifications, the shortcode will always populate with the information it has or it will populate with the actual shortcode.  we want it to be a blank space if the shortcode can NOT pull the data. for example: Session Details:Location: [session_location]Classroom: [session_classroom] For an in person training:Session Details:Location: Building 1Classroom: Room 204 For Virtual Training:Session Details:Location: VirtualClassroom:  for the virtual session, it only keeps the shortcode rather than not showing anything and just being a blank field. thoughts?

Hello,My question today is about choosing a branch name from the dropdown menu during registration. We have free, self-registration set for our learners. When a new learner registers, they are prompted to choose the appropriate branch from the dropdown. However, it seems that choosing a branch is not required.We have our additional fields set up so that certain information is asked of certain branches. The issue we’re having is that if a learner doesn’t choose a branch, they are dropped into the base branch. Then they are prompted for information that doesn’t pertain to them, and this is causing confusion. Once we manually move learners to the correct branch, the issue resolves itself.Question: How can we make it mandatory to choose a field from the dropdown so that learners get put into the correct branch upon registration? Would it make sense to add the default top lines to say, choose a branch? Do you have any other advice?Thanks for your wisdom! 

We don’t use a waitlist, and won’t, but is there any other way for our learners to see all of the upcoming sessions even if they are full? Some of our classes only run once every 2-3 months, and we constantly get asked why we haven’t scheduled a class when we have, it’s just full and they can’t see it any longer. Sure, the questions will change to “when will you schedule the next one,” but at least they know we ARE scheduling the class. 😁

Hello, there!We’ve recently discovered that our platform has been auto-generating tags for all of our training materials, and this has caused us to now have 4500+ tags that are highly inappropriate or invalid, causing our search functions to be abhorrent at best, absolutely useless at worst. I’ve seen some conversations about using Postman to remove them en-mass, as I do have the ID for the ones I need to delete, but short of entering 1 in at a time to remove each one individually I’m struggling to figure out how to remove multiple at once. Has anyone discovered the best way to do so? 

Hello I’m currently trying to change the colors of different events on the Calendar using CSS and I’m so close but missing something. My idea was using position selectors to manually color code each event.  Currently my code is:.docebo-calendar .pos-1 {    background-color: red !important; }This changes the first event of each day to red. If there was a way i could isolate it to a certain day. For example April 20th, pos-1 then i would be able to color code the entire calendar. Whenever I try to specify with row and column indicators it doesn’t change anything. It either lets me change all of row 1 or all of column 1, but not column 1, row 1 together. If there are any CSS experts out there, help would be much appreciated! 

HiIt seems some of our users have been using the Go.Learn app to access our platform. They have highlighted a few UX issues which I have fixed. I cannot find much details on the Go.Learn app so could anyone explain what the advantage of using the Go.Learn app over just using your browser on your mobile devices?I’ve been doing some testing and it seems that some catalogs appear and others do not? Also, some seem to appear but then disappear the next time I log in.Does anyone have good experience with the Go.Learn app who can shed some light on the advantages of using it and why the catalogs may be appearing intermittently or not at all. I’ve added some images of the catalogs showing vs not showing.Thanks

So I am looking through Advanced settings, and maybe someone has some more insight to what this feature is or can someone help clarify what this means?Anonymize Deleted Users: while this option is enabled, the deleted users’ data is stored in the platform in anonymous mode and it will no longer be possible to retrieve it, even by disabling the option.
