What is the report field I will need to add to reports that shows that an individual course that someone is enrolled in is inside a learning plan?

Is there any way to set up my global search on the platform? I am loading skills into the platform and would love for my employees to be able to search for these. Right now I find the global search tends to confuse a lot of my employees more than help. Any suggestions for this are appreciated! 

Hi all,Just wondering if anyone knows whether the video duration is automatically displayed in the new course player. We’ve been adding this manually to the short description field as shown in the screenshot below. I’d like to know if this is necessary for the new course player. 

We have learning plans set up for each line of business, some have several.My question is when a user changes departments is there any way we can remove the user from all associated learning plans rather than one at a time?

I have a cohort course that runs for months. Every 2 months, we start a new “section” of the course. I have each week’s content set up as a course. I have the overall program of content set up as a learning plan. I turn on the content for the learners a couple weeks before it goes live so they can see what’s coming. I’d like to have a visual divider/gate I could put in the learning plan to show where the section breaks are. I realize I could have done each section as a course and make each week a folder in that course, but they have a lot of resources, discussions, and ILT sessions, so I wanted the streamline of a course per week.  How can I better visually arrange this content?

Hi Docebo community,Instead of just manually downloading cert PDF’s and uploading them on LinkedIn, is there another easier way to do it from within Docebo? I know this functionality is available for badges but I’m looking for certs in general.Thank you!

So, this looks interesting, but it appears the Study Guide is in Google Drive and we can’t access Google Drive from work due to security concerns.Is there a non-Google version of it? Perhaps an SFTP site we can go to to download the files?Thanks!

Is there a way to remove the player controls from SCORM files so they can not fast forward through the video? When we upload a video, we have the possibility of selecting “Learners can only move backwards” to ensure they watch the entire video.Is there a method of doing this with SCORM files? Thanks! 

When you create a notification for Connect users, do you also create them in Connect domain? We have a Connect learner whom we enrolled from Connect domain, but the notification was created in Internal domain, received an enrollment link intended for Internal users. We did not have this issue in the past, is this something new, has there be an update, or maybe it’s the first time someone has flagged this concern to us?

Does anyone know if it is possible to set the font type for newsletters? I see that you can change the color and size of the text, but I can’t find a way to specify the font. Is this something that needs to be done in the source code? 

Hello, everyone. In a digital world, my team needs to move faster. However, I’m surprised that there aren’t more tasks in the task list widget that apply to SAs and PUs. Here’s what I’m looking for:Let’s say I have 250 e-learning courses published. Our of the 250, I only need real-time information on 10 of those courses. When I say real-time, I mean that an individual (customer) completes e-learning and passes a test, then my team gets the score immediately. Next, (this is the important part), my team must perform an action for that customer (issuing software access) within two hours. That action is outside of Docebo. I’ve assumed that getting this information would be easier in Docebo, but the best I can do is schedule a daily report. There must be something I can put on my PU’s dashboard that addresses this need. Please...no APIs, code, or other solutions. I appreciate how talented ya’ll are, but I don’t have that capacity or budget right now. Thank you.   

Hi All,I have tried searching and not found my answer, so perhaps I didn’t put in the right keyword combination.We are only about 6 months in as a Docebo customer.For our legally required courses for our employees, there are occasional reasons why we want to mark their enrollment status as complete (perhaps they took a training class at a fellow institution we are counting).We know how to go in and change their status on the enrollments page, but I can not find anywhere that is available to put a note as to the “why” we chose to override it.   I would like to be able to document in the portal so that if I or the HR person are gone, it will be clearly documented why a hand alteration was done to their enrollment status to completed.It would honestly be even better if changing a person to completion required the user enter a reason for the change.Maybe I am missing something?Thanks!Scott 

Is there a way to take videos “out of a course” and move them or assign them to a channel? We are redesigning some pages and I want to use the channels widget to make videos more accessible. Re: screenshot - I would like this widget to display all of the videos inside of this course.  

Hello all, I’m wondering if it’s possible to have users enrolled in the same VILT session, but each user has different Courses assigned to them. For example, VILT has 2 users - A and B. User A is enrolled in the VILT with Course option 1, and User B is enrolled in the same VILT but with Course option 2 so that both can access the same Zoom link for attendance tracking? Thank you! Jeremy

Today was the day! Our team went live with our first instance of extended enterprise!! I want to give a special thanks to @KMallette for being our guiding light on this project, and @dklinger and @pmo for all of their contributions toward this success. Couldn’t have done it without your help. My question: When users go to the old URL, in this case lms.flpps.org , they can still login to their branch and see their pages. Is this supposed to happen. When logging in at their new EE (lms.flacra.org) everything also works there. I just don’t want them to even be able to view the old site. Is this possible? 

Does anyone know what triggers the “verified” vs. “unverified” menu in the user profiles? I have some users that are unable to access their course material, and (through a lot of trial and error!) I figured out it was because they were “unverified”. But I’m not sure why some of my users are verified and some are not. Anyone know what triggers it? Thanks!

Anyone come up with a easy-to-manage workaround for the Manage Page page to find which menus a page is attached to?Currently I am putting the name of my Home page (the code) into the description, and/or impersonating a user who I expect to use that page (which is a whole other process in itself)I have added my vote to the Idea already.

Hello amazing Docebo people...I have received a request to add a survey after every training material in a course (and for a lot of courses - over 100 courses).First thing that comes to mind is creating a survey in the central repository and reusing it, right...makes sense. But if I have to add a survey for each training material, then I need multiple surveys in the central Repository since I can’t add the same training material to any one course. Not necessarily one survey per training material, but one for the highest number of training materials I would have in any course (right now that is about 7, but could go higher). Survey 1 Survey 2 Survey 3, etc.Then put Survey 1 after the first training material, Survey 2 after the second and so on...Another thing - having a training material in the central repository named in a way to keep in straight in all courses also is a challenge since I can’t rename the training material in the course to be unique. So using 1, 2, 3, etc. is not great

We currently use the automation app to update/bring across our user data from our HR system (MHR/iTrent) at 2am-ish every morning. This transfer includes new starters who come across as new LMS accounts on their start date.We were hoping to grant LMS access to new starters prior to their start date so they could complete certain elearning modules, but have been told by MHR that this cannot happen via the automation app as new starter records prior to their start date are classed as applicant records and will not be created in the LMS?From what they are saying, it sounds like a Docebo issue and they have suggested I raise this as an idea on the Forum.Before I do this, has anybody else managed to do this via automation? We do not want to create accounts manually as we are a Local Authority and have a lot of new starters coming over to the LMS every week!

Hello! My platform pulls in user data from our HR system, which we use to automate group assignment.Is it possible to create group conditions based on null, blank, or empty values? By default, the system doesn’t allow it, but if wonder if there is a sneaky workaround for this. Our contractors are entered into our system with null values. If I can create conditions based on null values than I could create groups to separate contractors and everyone else.Assign to contractor group if X field is equal to null. Assign to everyone else group if X field is not equal to null.

Has anyone else experienced issues with mass enrolling users into a Learning Plan and having a large portion of the users not getting enrolled into the courses within that plan?  I just enrolled ALL of our employees (2000+) into a compliance course learning plan that contains 3 courses.  It showed all users were enrolled in the plan, but when I looked at the individual courses, only about 1000 were enrolled into each course (same number for each of the 3 courses).  I was able to go into each course (thankfully it was only 3!) and enroll everyone from there.To go along with this, we also have a notification that should have gone out upon enrollment into that Learning Plan.  When we tested with a small handful of users, the enrollments and notifications worked perfectly.  But I have had a lot of people saying they never received the notification (which contained all the info and instructions about the required courses) when we did the mass enrollment.  I am wondering if those that did no

Is there a simple way to “unpublish” a course or do I need to actually archive them and remove them from all channels and learning plans?  I know I can flip them to “under maintenance”, but those are still accessible.  I would like to keep course info, but make it unaccessible to users. Thank you,

We are using points and badges in our system as a way to track compliance and to build toward qualifications. FOr example to remain qualified a student has to earn X points.  We were hoping that one of the point activities could be attending or viewing webinars within an ILT course.  We created an ILT class, with one session and then multiple events. One session because attendees can’t enroll in multiple sessions.  We were hoping to generate points based on attending an event. However I can’t find a way to add any badging or points to an ILT event based on attendance, only completion of the course.  Has anyone tried to track event attendance with a point value?
