Is anyone else seeing the missing images and descriptions on the roadmap page?A bit painful having to click into each one to see what it is...@erin.brisson any idea? +still having to add email and then verify my email each time I post a comment on an idea...any idea when this will be fixed...it’s quite annoying and I cant tell if if have to do each time or just once day/per session??

Hi,Not sure if anyone has pointed this out regarding the new Learning Plan widget, but it will be useful if the widget had similar functionality as the course widget to expand sorting to all fields shown and not just to title and code. additionally, on the enrollment, the ability to filter by status will be beneficial when doing learning plans retirements.Also, it will be good to have the same CSV Export functionality for Learning Plans as for courses, that provides a file that shows the content available and that can be use to update learning plans through the CSV course assignment.

Would love to have a setting that will automatically display the course description on all courses. There shouldn’t be a need to add that widget for every single course.

Hi, I find the wording of the e-mails from the Automation app to be a bit misleading, especially when there were errors in the Background Job. We run an overnight import of user details from our HR system, and if there are any errors in the import (usually a branch code that doesn’t exist) the e-mail subject says “The background job has been completed successfully”. I find this a bit misleading, especially where the body will say ‘Completed successfully, with errors’. If there are errors, then it can’t really be called a success. I’d only count a job as successful if it ran with 0 (no) errors at all. Could the wording of the subject line be changed from “The background job has been completed successfully” to “The background job has been completed with errors”? This would greatly help me when reviewin

Hello everyone!  I would love some brainstorming help!  We are starting to run our fitness classes for our company through Docebo ILT so that our remote employees can be involved as well as our home office employees. We have not used ILT’s for anything else thus far so I am new at setting this up and running into trouble. We are setting up the course, for example “FItness Classes” with the sessions of “Yoga” and “HIIT” with events for each day/time that these classes occur. When someone goes to enroll in a session of Yoga, it marks enrolled for all, not just one event. We are trying to track sign ups, so this won’t work for us. I know there has to be something I am missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, First, if this has been addressed could someone please point me to the thread? I could not find anything on the issue. There are a few functions with external training that could be added or improved upon to make this more usable:Notification of completed csv uploads Notification of errors associated with failed uploads Align formatting conventions with the other docebo uploads I uploaded a batch of training records 4 times because there’s no notification whatsoever whether the action succeeded or not, and since often times I’ve failed due to some kind of formatting error, I continued to make attempts. It turns out external training accepts mm/dd/yyyy whereas csv creation of sessions and events requires dd/mm/yyyy ability to bulk delete Because now I have 3 duplicate entries to delete across 150 training records ability to csv upload custom fields because even though I can upload the re

Our team runs across a number of different parts of the business, and consists of a variety of Power Users.I would very much like to have the ability tocreate and save “My Reports” that are unique to me, and not visible by either Power Users OR Superadmins have a repository/file structure for the reports to easily sort and manage them in the system

There are several items we’d love to be able to do with the retraining app that I’d love to get on the radar. Alternate which courses are available year over year inside one retraining. (ex: I assign annual retraining for Workplace harassment, 1 year is a short refresher, 2nd round they get the whole 2-hour compliance, 3rd year back to short refresh) Have a course trigger a retraining, but not be associated with the continued retraining. (ex: you take Skills 101, which assigns your the Skills Retraining - inside you’re taking Skills 101 refresher, not the skills 101 course which assigned it to you) Lock the “renew now” until a specific date/time before deadline. To prevent scope creep and keep people in cohorts. (Renew date is 9/30 - you can’t click renew until 9/1) Choose your own adventure renew - where we have the ability to link multiple options inside the renewal, and they need to complete 2 of 5 to be considered complete. 

When you try to share a course you’ve added to the Docebo platform it is still showing ‘X’ as ‘Twitter’ with the wording a logo.Can this be updated to represent the platform as ‘X’ please??

The new course player is awesome. It would be great if we could show the course rating in below format on the course player page:  

In our case, we want to by default assign some skills to selected users, so that they don’t need to select skills one by one when they first time login.It will save time for learners and may it easy.ZB

It would be amazing to add another type of user additional field to allow a user to select multiple options from a drop-down menu. We are currently using the drop down additional field type to require users to identify their role. Some users hold multiple roles, and we’d like to capture the different combinations they hold. For now I have included a “Multiple Roles” option that a user can select as a workaround.

We have created a Learning Plan that is linked to a certification exam. Courses to the learning plan are added one at a time. We would like that when a new course is added to a learning plan that the email notification that goes to the learner who is enrolled in the LP include the name of the new course that was added to the LP as well as a direct link to the new course or LP. Right now the message is pretty generic saying that a new course has been added and a link that goes to Docebo but not to the LP or course specifically.

I have a 2 day course that is in-person/instructor led.  Some are required to attend both days and some only 1 day.  The associates who attend both days will receive 8 CEU and the associates who only attend 1 day will receive 4 CEU.  Is there a way to differentiate this in Docebo without creating 2 different courses?

What would you like to name the group? Missouri User Group Who would this group be for? Docebo admins who are located in Missouri. This group would be used to network, share best-practices, and share workaround solutions during in-person or virtual quarterly meetings. How would individuals benefit from this group? This would also be a wonderful way to network with other companies who use Docebo within Missouri and to learn from one another. I had participated in something similar with a different LMS and it was great especially when the LMS had a customer meet up in our area! What sort of topics would you like to cover in this group? During the user group meetings, the alternating meeting host will coordinate the meeting logistics. We will have 1-2 customers share best-practices/tips & tricks/custom workaround solutions/system knowledge/etc., then host a Q&A session. 

With Virtual Coach (VC) deprecation, there were talks about “accelerating development and deployment of features better suited for the outcomes” for customers. Do we have a timeline as to when we will have an updated version of the VC? And if not VC, will there be something to take its place in terms of a Chatbot in the near future? 

Hello, is there a way for trainers to have access to a page with downloadable content (PDF, video), like a file repository but that is not included ion a course, I would love to have a place were I can put all the content I want available for instructors only without having to publish them one by one in all the courses.How do you guys work with that ?Thank you.

We want to define courses that are configured with self-enrollment allowed with Approval.  We want the employee’s manager to have to approve their employee’s enrollment in such classes.  We know the manager has to be a power user.  But I’m unsure exactly which permissions and which resources need assigned.  We need to apply the minimum permissions needed. We’ve created a page with the task list widget with “Course enrollment approvals” turned on, and added this page to the manager’s menu so they could see what users are waiting for approval for enrollment. We do have a group matching the manager’s direct reports  assigned as a resource.  What specific permissions need granted in the profile assigned to the Power User manager?  And what resources must be assigned?  Between resources and permissions there’s so many options and I’ve not yet hit on a combination that allows the manager to approve.  Has someone else achieved this and can advise?

Hi all, just wondering if there is a way to view ratings from individual delegates on a course? I’ve enabled star ratings and comments however I can’t seem to find these ratings and comments anywhere on the course. 

Curious if anyone would like to share their experience on how they solved for prioritizing recommended v. required content for learners in the platform.We have received feedback from groups of more active learners with a large number of cards in their ‘My courses and learning plans’ that it would be nice to have a visual color scheme to differentiate course statuses.  Similar to the idea outlined here: Course cards status formats | Community (docebo.com) In testing, we have found that updating the colors section in advanced settings for ‘Confirmation Messages’ can address this, but also impacts the color of the search bar? We are of the opinion that managing these changes with CSS introduces risk that they will break. 

Is anyone using Captivate for creating their SCORM lessons and using the new UI?The old UI had no issue. With the new UI, if you play the lesson in the default view, it will mark complete. However, if you click the icon to make the player bigger, it will not mark complete.I have this issue in with support but it’s been over a month and they don’t have a reply yet other than saying it’s my Captivate file, which I did extensive testing and don’t believe that is the case, nor can possibly be the case when it marks complete in the standard view.  Is anyone else using Captivate and can replicate this? Learners are frustrated.

Good day.In chat this morning with Megan, we learned that the Certifications and Retraining functionality is not available on the mobile app, which is very disappointing as we are in the process of rolling out the app to employees that will not be able to complete their Certifications and Retraining on their mobile device.  Many of our courses have a yearly certifications and Retraining required and not having this functionality on the app. hinders what our employees can do.  I did chat with Megan, chat recap #778985  

Anyone who currently has Coach & Share or is considering purchasing it, please check out the details on the Idea titled - "Invite To Watch" Disable option - where any learner has the ability to send mass notifications to ALL learners in your platform. There is no way for us to disable this feature, so if you are using Coach & Share and not aware or are considering purchasing it, please check out the Idea and upvote it in hopes that we can get some movement to get this changed. I have been previewing the new course player on our system, and I have noticed that it doesn’t seem to work with playlists. At the moment you select a playlist it takes you to the first course and displays a black bar at the bottom of the screen which contain the course list. But when I viewed this in the new course player it just took me to the first course and doesn’t display the bar at all. Is this just because it is a preview, or will the playlist functionality stop working with the new course player?
