Mobile App - QR Code

Has anyone created a QR code for the Docebo Mobile App (Go.Learn)? This is not the branded mobile app.We thought that we could create a QR code for our external groups that they could use to scan the code with their mobile camera or with a QR reader app. We are seeing that more of our external groups are taking their training on their mobile device.Love to hear from anyone that has done this and how they did it.Thanks!

Notifications not sending correctly

Is anyone else been experiencing problems with notifications in the last few weeks?We have notifications sending at the wrong day/time or not all in at least one case. We’ve reported this but are going round and round with support. They have acknowledged there was an issue but keep insisting it is fixed now but we keep spot checking and finding more issues. We have 65 different notifications with 125 courses and 583 active users. We can’t be micromanaging and checking every notification that is sent. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this? It’s very worrying especially for ILT where timely notifications are essential. Thanks,Aimee

Users getting 403 'Forbidden' errors after clicking links from notification

Hi folks. I’m hoping someone can help me here, I’m running out of things to test.I’ve had a few users say that the [course_link] link i’m using on Notifications are sending them to 403 pages. I’ve tested it myself with some hastily created dummy accounts & I cannot replicate it.i’ve looked into it & several other users have clearly not had the same issue, they were able to access the course. And one thing that may or may not make a difference is that all the complaints I’ve come across were from internal users. Though not all internal users have this issue with these courses.I’ve looked through the course details & there’s nothing I can see which should restrict anyone. The only real restriction in the setup is ‘Show the course only to enrolled users’ is selected under Catalog Options, but these users are all enrolled, that’s what triggers the Notifications.I’ve read through a few other posts on this topic & they mostly suggest that there’s some setting that’s getting i

Is there a way to show more than the top 10 in a leaderboard?

Hello! We are launching a program using badges and leaderboards with our users and a question has been raised about the “top 10” default in a leaderboard. We have them set up by department, and many have more than 10 people. Is there ANY way to change the leaderboard to show more than just the top 10 users and/or enable a user to view the whole list? It seems like that should be a setting an admin can change, but I’m not finding any option for it. I didn’t see more information in the knowledge base either. Thoughts??

Hi,I want our managers to be notified when someone in their team has enrolled on a session. ‘Managers’ doesn't seem to be an option in this particular notification but i have seen it in others. Is this type of notification possible?

Link to course content in ILT

Is it possible to create a link to any material that has been uploaded in an ILT session as part of the Training Material for that session?What I want to do is have a link in the notification email that will take people directly to the content page where they can download it.Expecting people to have to log in, renavigate their way back to the session and then download it just seems clunky.Ideally, I’d like to be able to add PDF attachments to outgoing notifications - that would make life a whole lot easier…Thank you

Can you schedule a report to be viewed by a user?

Are admins and power users the only user type that can view reports?We have several types of reports that we would like to schedule to email specific users that are not power users. We would like these users to be able to click and open the report without having to login to Docebo. Thank you!

Equivalences courses - how to set the properly?

Hi all! I am looking for some help on how to set up equivalence courses in a proper way. I am looking for an option to link two courses together, and if one of them is completed the second would be marked as completed too. Mainly it will be link between ILT and e-learning course. Additionally I’d love to achieve that CEU points would be added to a record of an user when one of these courses is completed. Does anyone of you use equivalence courses and know if above is achievable? I was trying to set them up but it didn’t work for me. Thanks in advance for any help!

Displaying Content in a standard Channel - What am I missing ??

I’m kinda new to channels (standard, not D, C&S) and can’t seem to consistently make content display on the dashboard.Here’s my configuration:Custom channel in Admin > Channels, called Latest Uploads It is published, visibility to 2 groups and 1 branch. My superadmin account is a member of all three of these. Content is one course and one LP. My dashboard (page) widget is a Channel widget, assigned to display only the Latest Uploads channel.If I add content to the channel via Admin > Channels, it does not appear on the dashboard. If I enroll myself into the LP, then I get content on the dashboard.This just seems very wrong to me that something meant for informal learning requires an admin to make it visible. What am I doing wrong?

Hey Community ! I start Docebo in my company this week ! It going well 🚀I did 2 plans, with 2 finals quizzes. I have to train managers on how to use reports wisely. I tried to make a custom report. I manage to put the progress, the last score achieved, the dates, etc. But the most important thing for me is to see if the user has any difficulties. For that I would like to have the statistics: "number of attempts". I have the "session" but for it to be counted, the user must have disconnected in the meantime.Is this feature exists ? We are wanting to have users take a learning plan for certification and then take another learning plan 3 years later for recertification. We were wondering what is the best way to do this and was not sure if certifications would be the best solution for this. Please let us know if you have done something like this. Automation app - User Creation Issues (New profile for name changes, and overwrite for same fullname/username)

We have encountered a critical situation with our user automation and I am looking for options. I’m hoping anyone might have encountered the same issue and can share any solutions or workarounds since it’s of a technical nature.In short, we’re experiencing issues with how Docebo handles uniqueness amongst the profiles. Here are the 2 scenarios I’m dealing with:A user changes his/her name with our ID Team and they have a new Username/NT login. A duplicate account is created in Docebo and the original account is “abandoned”. The new account is treated as a brand new user and gets assigned training that they may have already completed. Betty Pitts is original user. She is married and is now Betty Irons. We end up with 2 accounts because uniqueness in Docebo is checked against the Username (rather than the Employee ID or another field we have setup) We have a manual process right now to check daily for users with different usernames but same employee ID (additional field).
