Branded Mobile SSO not working

We recently published our test version of our banded mobile app in the App store for IOS and are having issues with Auth0 our SSO provider.  It is stating the callback url is not in our app settings.  The current GoLearn native app works with SSO as we have the callbacks set.  This makes me wonder if it is just an issue in TestFlight mode in the App Dev consoles.  Anyone ever run into this in testing the mobile app before Apple approves and it is officially published.

ILT course Status - Enrolled

Hello All,I received a complained about the ILT course status “Enrolled”.When the learner was enrolled in a Learning plan, all the learner course status will be “enrolled”.But, for ILT courses, the learners need to Enroll in a course session.The learners complain about see a ILT course status enrolled, but he did not enroll in any session. Any ideas about how to solve it?

Help with an API Parameter

I’m trying to grab a list of courses from the API browser, but I want to try and add a parameter so that it returns only courses with a specific value in a course additional field (that happens to be a dropdown menu). I am trying to use the API: GET/learn/v1/catalog/{catalog_id}One of the parameters is this:Can someone provide a little guidance on if that is the correct parameter to filter for a course additional field?  If so, how do I fill that in appropriately for an additional field that is a drop down?(For example purposes, my field ID number is ‘1’ and the dropdown element is “1” with the text value “Compliance”)

Hello,We rolled out the annual compliance training for our employees and I have the transcript report set up for myself. How can I create a report with the managers so they can view their team progress without having to go to MY TEAMS and click on them individually to look at their progress?

Locating Overdue Courses

In the branches dashboard, it shows the number of courses that are overdue by branch; in this example a single person has a single overdue course apparently: Is there a way to locate this course assignment and figure out which one it is?  There are thousands of courses assignments to this branch, and it’s likely that ONE of them erroneously had a due date applied, which might now be hassling that 1 customer with notifications that they’re overdue.  I can drill down to the sub-branch that the overdue is on, which gets me down to hundreds of course assignments instead of thousands, but there’s no report that calls out due dates; only assignment dates and completion dates.  How can I find this one “hanging chad” and fix it?

Training Material - Assignment

Greetings,When setting up an assignment type training material. In both the Instructions and Description there is an option to “Insert File” and “Insert Image.”  What is the difference? Both seem to only allow images. I would like to insert a pdf in the Assignment type training material. Please advise...

Connecting Docebo gamification with real-world activities

Hi Everybody,🙂I’d like to share a question about a use case that might be interesting for others as well.We will be conducting a big event (100’s of participants), that will take part in a live hands-on training session across a few days.For some of the sessions, which are more traditional,and will include a speaker, we will have an online course with an exam as a completion trigger.Others sessions, will be hands-on training booths that will allow attenders to experience some hand on task. once they complete it, we are trying to find a way to be able to trigger a completion in a course by the booth manager. The challenge- How can we, using any physical object that each learner will have, trigger a course completion for that learner, in that specific course?And in general - is it possible to set a course completion from outside the platform (like a reverse Webhook)? We want to use the gamification abilities of the platform and create a contest or leaderboard for the event that will inc

ILT completion notification

We have completed some in-person training and we would like to issue the certificates through Docebo. We have created an ILT and enrolled all of the learners.  What I need is to have a notification that triggers when their attendance is marked as complete that will tell them they have a certificate ready for download and direct them to the course to download it. I have tried the following and I can’t get the notifications to trigger:Learner completed a courseUser passed ILT session - doesn’t feel like it’s the right one, but couldn’t think of anything else to try When the session is marked as attended, the course is marked as complete and the certificate is available to download, so that side is working as expected.  What can I do to get a notification to send? The notification is active, the correct course is chosen, it should go to users (the people tested on are powerusers/superadmins, but are enrolled in the course as learners).  I’m really at a loss here. I know I could do it via

Google Analytics

In the Add New Apps in Docebo, we have activated “Google Analytics” which reports out on our Docebo platform and was wondering if anyone else is using this.We are trying to understand what our users are interested in (courses, widgets on the home page, reports, etc.)  To know what widgets on our platform are being used the most, so we can move, remove or add new ones. To communication with our management the Google Analytics reporting on the platform.If you have any suggestions here, please let me know.

How to find the user who uploaded a course

I am a new superadmin of our training site.I'd like to identify the user who uploaded a course.What's the easiest way to find that information? I was also wondering why it isn't one of the columns in the Course Management area? Or why it isn't in any of the reports? Or am I looking at the wrong places?Thanks!

Autoplay vs. Next buttons

Hi. I’m hoping for some help with training materials. First, I disabled the internal Next button. Customers were getting confused since the button is visible throughout the course. Most think it’s a button to get to the next slide. If there is a way to have the button appear when the course ends, I’m all ears.I see the option for autoplay in course properties. I can also enable it at the course level for a SCORM file. However, I cannot enable it at the course level for our survey or test, which are housed in CLOR. I have three total training materials and I would like them to follow each other automatically so the learner doesn’t have to hunt for the next step. There must be a way to do this.All suggestions are appreciated.

Calendar Attachment - "Unknown Organiser"

Hi all,We run a number of ILT sessions around technology and I’ve just began to notice that when an notification is sent from Docebo with the [calendar_attachment] it states Who: Unknown Organiser* in the calendar event that is sent.Is there a way I can amend this to state us?I’d love to get it to be an actual invite to the user but I’m aware we need to Docebo Connect for that and we just aren’t quite there yet regarding the business case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change course name - Not change the course name in the Certificate

Hello, I had to change several course names, but if the learner has already taken the course, he cannot issue the certificate with the new course name.How can I fix this without the learners having to do it all over again?Has anyone experienced this problem?

Trouble editing CSS font settings for widgets; How to select dynamic classes?

Yellow and black font-family was successfully modified, but red over-rules font-weight settings.See above for reference. I can successfully edit the font-family for both “.title.ng-star-inserted” and “.subtitle.ng-star-inserted” but all attempts to edit the font-weight are being ignored. Red is the “dynamic” CSS class and green shows my CSS edits, you can see my “font-weight: 300;” is being ignored. The class in red (_ngcontent-wrv-c73) is apparently “over-ruling” the font-weight determination, however, it changes every time the page refreshes, specifically the middle 3 values (e.g. it will change from _ngcontent-wrv-c73 to _ngcontent-ilw-c73).Do I need to use a different class selector? Or is there a way to target classes that are dynamic?

Trouble trying to decipher what's in the Error Logs

I find the error logs do not provide enough information about the error(s).  It’s too cryptic and you either assume or guess at what the information might be.  For example, opened an error log after trying to enroll users via CSV.  Typically in the first column it shows numbers.  What do these numbers indicate?  Next column shows the error, “Invalid enrollment fields data provided.”  Which enrollment field(s) is it?  There must be a better way to identify or explain what we’re seeing in the log.  Possibly add column headers with meaningful labels to avoid confusion or guessing...just a thought.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
