Is there a way I can view / export / find out which scheduled reports are received by which user? Thanks!

Some of our eCommerce sales are associated with a contract. The contract specifies the payment terms. To allow customers to self-enroll in a course that is sold as part of a contract, we provide them with a coupon for 100%, which allows them to bypass the payment portal. For these transactions, we need to display a contract number in the transaction report to support our integration with accounting - ensuring that they know the course was really not free, but should be invoiced per the contractual agreement.  Any thoughts on how we could potentially accomplish this? Thank you,

Hello,I produce my videos via Scorm. The reason I do this, as I build clicks into my training. I.e. click here to access this, click here to go to the next section. etc. The video pauses until they clickI believe the Docebo player does not support these options, it just plays through the clicks. For the Scorm, I noticed that I can have the video playing as I have another Tab open or something over top of it. So, its just playing in the background. I like the way the Docebo player stops the video if you navigate away from it. Question:Are my assumptions about the Docebo player correct? i.e. it will ignor the pause and clicks? Does anyone know a way to configure scorm, so that if a user navigates away from it, it will stop the video from running in the background? Thanks,Michael

We need to assign New Hires for a specific group training after they have been here for 3 weeks. We know that we need to set up a group Then set up an Enrollment Rule to assign a Learning Plan to that group of people We have an additional user field labeled “State Date”. Users are added every week. What can we use to get the users added to the group after 3 weeks from start date?

Has anyone imported “Is Manager” and “Direct Manager” in an automated way into the system?  If so how?  Do you use the API?  Do you use LDAP?     I have SSO setup but it does not pull in all the fields I need and I want to make sure we have an automated way (Not CSV file) to do this. Thank youEric VanAuken

I found an article about how Supervisors can look at direct reports of their direct reports, and use the mass action feature to assign them courses, just like they can for their direct reports. Screenshot below. But when I look at ours that option is not available. Screenshot below. What am I doing wrong? I think there’s a setting I need to change, but I can’t find it. 

Hello, My company is trying to track licensing for a specific state. The application will need different managers signatures. The user will first have to download a workbook, answer a few questions, and the application will have to be uploaded by one of the managers. I would like to have this done as an assignment, however, this same application will need to be downloaded and filled out by the user. Is it possible for the user to download an assignment that is uploaded by a manager or is there another way for it to be done?

Hi folks. I’m hoping someone can help me here, I’m running out of things to test.I’ve had a few users say that the [course_link] link i’m using on Notifications are sending them to 403 pages. I’ve tested it myself with some hastily created dummy accounts & I cannot replicate it.i’ve looked into it & several other users have clearly not had the same issue, they were able to access the course. And one thing that may or may not make a difference is that all the complaints I’ve come across were from internal users. Though not all internal users have this issue with these courses.I’ve looked through the course details & there’s nothing I can see which should restrict anyone. The only real restriction in the setup is ‘Show the course only to enrolled users’ is selected under Catalog Options, but these users are all enrolled, that’s what triggers the Notifications.I’ve read through a few other posts on this topic & they mostly suggest that there’

Hello! We are launching a program using badges and leaderboards with our users and a question has been raised about the “top 10” default in a leaderboard. We have them set up by department, and many have more than 10 people. Is there ANY way to change the leaderboard to show more than just the top 10 users and/or enable a user to view the whole list? It seems like that should be a setting an admin can change, but I’m not finding any option for it. I didn’t see more information in the knowledge base either. Thoughts??

Hi,I want our managers to be notified when someone in their team has enrolled on a session.  ‘Managers’ doesn't seem to be an option in this particular notification but i have seen it in others. Is this type of notification possible?

Is it possible to create a link to any material that has been uploaded in an ILT session as part of the Training Material for that session?What I want to do is have a link in the notification email that will take people directly to the content page where they can download it.Expecting people to have to log in, renavigate their way back to the session and then download it just seems clunky.Ideally, I’d like to be able to add PDF attachments to outgoing notifications - that would make life a whole lot easier…Thank you
