So I just got into the international learning business….yay!I want to run a report for our Spanish speaking partners so it would be polite to send along the appropriate headers in Spanish.And if I change the system preferences to Spanish and do a manual run? I get that to happen.But what if I want to schedule up a report in a different language?Did I miss a place where you can do that? Or do I have to be clever and work the workaround of creating a poweruser that has Spanish as their language of preference and establish the report in Spanish for them to deliver it?The best idea ever would be to add a language preference to the report.Ok...ok...maybe this is not the most clever thing...and maybe even the idea is out there. but it would help when you are in the international learning business and you need others to read your reports without them mumbling below their breath that it was sent i

Hello,I have noticed that when I re-upload SCORM packages into my learning content item, the latest version will be updated immediately however, if I export the course in xAPI/Tincan version I do not see the latest version of the eLearning material. Am I doing something wrong? 

Hey there Community!I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this and possibly knows the cause of the issue/resolution?We are using SAML SSO for our users.  These last two weeks a couple of people have reported that when they try to log in, they get a blank page and nothing loads.  It is super random who it has impacted, and after a few (maybe even after about 6) tries, they are able to get into the platform.I can’t seem to pinpoint what the hang up could be? Is there anyone else using SAML SSO that may have some troubleshooting tips?

Hey all!  We had assigned a Learning Plan to 330 users with an initial expiry of 36 days after enrollment. But now there’s been an extension in the deadline and the LP has expired for some users. I tried editing the deadline and enrollment options but it hasn't worked. Docebo Support Chat wasn’t much help and I’ve submitted a ticket now. Does anyone know how it can be unlocked?

Please can I pick your brains. I am still finding my feet with Docebo and may have missed something obvious. I am struggling to get a notification to contain everything we need to send ILT delegates when they are booked on a virtual session.We are a Google organisation so our staff use a google calendar. We also use Google Meet for our in house virtual training sessions (all though our external training providers may use other platforms eg Zoom).I am trying to send a notification to ILT delegates that not only provides the google calendar invitation to reserve the time in their diaries, but ALSO provides a link to the Google Meet session so that people can join the virtual session from their google calendar.What am I missing?I have tired syncing diaries but this lead to 2 calendars which made my system grind to a halt, and having one diary is hard enough so is doesn't seem practical.I would really appreciate any sugge

Hello! Looking for thoughts or ideas - we have Learning Plans set up based on department/role.  When we add courses to the Learning Plans it adds the course to all users enrolled, which is what most folks want.  Is there a way to not have that course populate for everyone?  For example, I might be in Role ABC and have been in it for 5 years and now they created a course that is entry level and I don’t need to take it since I already know the content and it would be more for new associates in the role.  Is there a way to get it to not populate for everyone without unenrolling them from the Learning Plan?  Or any ideas on ways to get around this?

Folks - anyone having an issue with deploying learning to a group today (mapping users via a group to an enrollment)? I keep trying to load a group? But the system keeps saying there is zero users in it….but I know thats not true….

HI,Can anyone point me in the direction of any guidance notes/help pages on automating user feed into docebo (form other systems)?  This was managed by a third party provider and I’m keen to get our own IT department to make some improvements but it would be good to pass on as much info to them as possible so they are not starting off in the dark.Any signposting gratefully received. 

I have written an API to take the credentials from a CRM form and enrol the user in our platform and also enrol them into the correct learning plan. The issue is that no notification is automatically generated to notify the new user of their credentials in Docebo. If a new user is enrolled manually by the admin a notification is sent to the manually created user.  Any ideas on a solution?Tom

Hi all,We’ve received feedback from our learners that they would like completed courses to be labeled “Completed” throughout the site. They find it confusing that completed courses are labeled “Enrolled” in catalogs, but “Completed” elsewhere. I seem to remember there being a discussion about this in the community a while back, but I can’t seem to find it. If someone could point me in the direction of the discussion (or related ideas), I would be really grateful.Thanks,Daniel

I recorded a screen capture as an asset in a channel but now want to create a course that includes that video.  Any idea how to transition an asset into a course?

I can see all users by Comp/Not Started/Subscribed but how can I see all users including those yet to enrol?

Is anyone aware of a way to hide the price being displayed on a course in a course catalog? 

I know there has been a post about this sometime ago and I can’t find it.  I need to report on all the courses in our system, and the only way I can do that is if I have a user enrolled in the course.  Is there an easy way to enroll someone into all of my courses?To be specific, we just need to enroll them into e-learning courses.I realized I can’t use an enrollment rule without painstakingly going through that long list and un-selecting ILTs.Has anyone else come across this and find a way to do this in a bulk action? In addition, has anyone been able to trigger an enrollment of a user when an e-learning course is created? I’m assuming someone has been able to do this with an API? 

When searching for most anything in the system, and the data returned is laid out in rows on the screen, would like the option to export the returned data to Excel, via a button right there on the screen. It’s a pain to have to create and configure a custom report every time I need that sort of data in a spreadsheet.

Is anyone else having problems with the venue key word search when setting up an ILT event? We have a fake venue of “Unassigned-Unassigned”. We have to type out almost the full venue name for it to display in the drop down menu. If we type in something like “unassig”, other unassigned venues display for specific campuses but not the generic Unassigned-Unassigned.Also, not fond of the functional change to this field...

How do you keep a course unlocked when a learner has completed it without using a soft deadline? I want the hard deadline, but if they want to go back and review it after successfully completing it, they should be able to.Thoughts?

I’m exciting to use My Teams but I one thing holding me back. I was wondering if anyone else has come across an issue with Managers being able to select their team from all users. Is there a way you all have worked around that? There could be a confidentiality issue there for us.

Does anyone know if its possible for managers to enrol users to a session?  I can see the ‘enrol to course’ option which is only really useful for e-learning.  For instructor led courses it would make much more sense if a manager could enrol a team member onto a specific date (and even better if a notification could be send to let them know a manager did it).  Am I expecting too much again?

Dear allI have creating a course with an e-signature. I have created it, tested it and it is working fine. But I wanted to demonstrate it to my boss… I was not able to, as the e-signature part permanent (“well you see here, you see an instruction message, and you receive an email message. Then you enter the code et voilà”).Is there a trick to remove the e-signature for user A ?If not, wouldn’t it be a cool improvement?

Does anybody know if their is a easy way to get a report from the system, that reports on a certain (V)ILT course who was enrolled (course level) and who has enrolled into one of the session(s)?The current “Users - ILT Sessions” report only show those that have enrolled into a session, not other group of users that are eligible (based on course enrollment) but didn't commit to a session yet.Now we have to use the course report and combine it with a session report to find what we look for, but maybe we missed something???Off course you can look in the enrollment screen of the course itself, but we are missing some key user data their and also the information is not exportable to XLS for example. Thank you for your tips. 

Greetings I have a client that the sole purpose for the Docebo platform was to have an eCommerce  site offering a library of products. They were sold on "subscriptions" but since have realized that isn't the correct  option. They are now using groups and enrollment rules to accomplish the desired outcome. However, we have found a couple issues that we could use help with. They have 7 ILT courses (with multiple sessions) that they want the Learner to pick only one session as part of the "package" they purchase. How can they accomplish this restricting the Learner from choosing multiple sessions? Once they attend a session how can we make it so the Learner can't see these ILT's again?Second issue...the Learner will purchase a product that has a length of time associated with i.e. "1 year access." As part of that package the Learner gets lifetime access to "free" resources, i.e. articles' and even courses (eLearning). How do we accomplish this without allowing them to r
