What are the pros/cons of using the Google Drive integration vs. adding the Google document’s URL as an asset link? I read through the Help Center and the value add is not clear to me. Use Case: We want to add Google Documents as assets to a channel. Current Solution: Add the URL to the Asset as a link. 

Hi all,I may have missed this during the help, but, I have experienced an issue on a few occasions in which page information like images and names switch between specific clients. I created a page, menu and usersDay 1- Client A - Page A, Menu A and User AI previewed and logged in as a User and it worksDay 2 - Client B - Page B, Menu B and User BI previewed it was fine, but, when I logged in a user, it displays information from Client A. When I go to the Menus and switch the order of Menus and put Client B above Client A. Client B can see the updated page with the correct image and page information.Has anyone experienced this?  

Our employees are required to maintain an active GCP certification, which expires every 3 years (every person’s renewal date is different). I created the external training entry for each and awarded a certification as well. Both entries have the expiration date.I setup a 60 day reminder for them to renew and a 30 day reminder. What is the best way to add a task to “renew GCP” and hopefully add an option where they can upload their own updated GCP certificates when renewed.

first let me apologize if this is a silly or I should have known question. What is a Course Shell?  We are in the process of migrating from our own Docebo platform to a shared Docebo platform with another department.  The material I was given to prep for the migration includes course shells.  I am unsure what this is referring to, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you, Gail 

Hello! I am looking for a work around to report on users past due. My goal is to schedule a report that reports on users past due in a learning plan - showing what course within the learning plan they are past due. Per the help desk this is not possible as is, but I can schedule a normal report and sort by enrollment date. Does anyone have any recommendations on reporting on users that are past due, or the best report to use to show general progress of a course or learning plan? Thanks!

Hello,Is there a way to change the order of courses appearing the course management? We are creating course for certificate access only for courses people have completed in the past that have an expired accreditation number tied to their certificate but these course are coming at top but would like to move them them to bottomed of the list since they are “active courses” and don’t need to visible as the top. Thank you

Does anyone know what happens if you set a badge to be automatically assigned and you update (add/replace) a course that is required for the auto assignment? Does the system remove the badge until the user completes the newly required courses?

Has anyone used the advanced analytics package? We are wondering if it is useful to truly customize dashboards as we would like to report on a lot of our additional fields but don't have that capability even in the custom dashboards. What is your feedback of this new addition and do you find it valuable from a cost perspective?

Has anyone created a QR code for the Docebo Mobile App (Go.Learn)? This is not the branded mobile app.We thought that we could create a QR code for our external groups that they could use to scan the code with their mobile camera or with a QR reader app. We are seeing that more of our external groups are taking their training on their mobile device.Love to hear from anyone that has done this and how they did it.Thanks!  

Is there a way to send a notification to learners that shows them their submitted answers. I know that you can send this notification to Instructors, Superadmin and Powerusers. I can’t find anything for learners. 

HiIt’s me again!  I have a question about courses.I would like to set up a 2025 version of a course (we currently have 2021 and 2023 versions active and are running them alongside each other) but I want to combine the courses to have all the two merged together.  I’m okay with getting this information and I now have the course 2025 and all of our people enrolled on it by duplicating the course. However, some of these have completed the course and others haven't and there is a renewal attached to this.  I ran off a report for completions for the course and have set up renewals for it and it’s looking good.  My problem is that I have all of the people in enrolled status.  I need to update the ones who’ve completed it, so I know where I am at. I have tried to do a CSV upload with the added field of the completed status but it gives an error saying everyone is already enrolled. I’ve heard about API’s but I don’t know how to use them and if our ICT team would

Hello - I’m curious if curriculum and learning assets can be shared between two separate instances of docebo. Our usecase is we may have multiple instances of docebo, with separate content libraries, but would like to share particular assets between them.Thanks in advance.Michael

This quarter, we’re also updating the titles of some existing courses.I’m curious how you all handle this type of change. We are required by Canadian Law to offer our courses in both English and French. We do this by loading both English and French SCORM files in the same course, and set each one with an End Object Marker, so users can complete whatever one they prefer. We have a problem though, when completing the course creation form. The required Language field does not support multiple selections. Because the field is required, we have been selecting English, and putting EN / FR in the course name. Not an ideal solution.Is there a workaround for this? 

My widgets are coming in at different sizes and it’s frustrating! Is there a way to set the heights of the widget so that they’re the same sizes? Would I do this with CSS? I measured the height with snapshot and then created an image of that height and it looks better (see top left image) but it’s not great…  Any idea how I could fix this with CSS?   

To help our new users, we have created an LMS Introduction SCRM file. Is there a way to auto assign this module to every course created going forward?My inclination is to create a template learning plan including the intro course and duplicate that each time we need a new course setup.

When using Branch Name in Account Registration is there anyway to remove the Root Branch from the dropdown options? I want the users to only be able to select the Branches within the Root Branch, not the Root Branch specifically. !--a=1-->

Hi all.I’ve got a colleague that wants to create a locked-down area of the system wherein she can share resources for a select group of learners. From what I can tell at this point it’s just a single course, but it might expand into something larger in time.Okay, easy enough. But there are a few things I wonder about.She wants it to be password protected (in addition to the login creds already necessary to sign onto the system in the first place). I’m pretty sure that’s not possible but if someone could verify or deny that would save me from additional research. If it’s just one course, then i’m trying to come up with a quick way for her users to access it. Obviously an enrollment link wouldn’t work b/c we’re trying to lock it down. If it was a page I could add it to select user menus but i’m not sure I could do that with a course...so what can i do to give them a one-click option to the course?thanks.

Hi Brains Trust,I have a recurring issue with some users when completing a course click on the Retake this lesson widget which I have changed to state Click “Renew Certification” at the top corner.What I have now realised is I need the widget Retake this lesson to state Click “Renew Certification” at the top corner for courses identified as Certification onlyANDfor all other courses to say Retake the lesson if they want to review the content. Question:  How do I allocate the specific language for the certification courses identified as modules (see image) in the Localization Tool. 

Greetings!We have recently run into the issue: User is in the LMS in under branch A. When we try to import this email address (as username and email address) into the LMS as a Power User it errors out because they are already in the system.We’d like to make it so the user can access the assets in both branches (one is for an extended enterprise if that matters). Thanks for any help. ~B

HI,I have a question regarding setting enrollment validity periods.I am wnating to enroll people into certain courses, and as a way to force them to take the courses on time, I wanted to add a validity period.My question is, what happens once this period expires?Do they simply no longer have free access and now have to pay to take the course (my preferred option) Do they simply not see that course anymore? If they have completed the course, what happens once the validity period ends - do they still have access to it?Basically, I just need a bit more info about waht I am actually about to action here, and what the ramifications are.Thank you

Is there any way to bypass the landing page for just courses (page that displays what training materials are in the package, progress etc.) and go straight to the courses player, when clicking from the “My courses and learning plans” page? Thanks
