We would like to create spaced learning opportunities for our users that are tied to more than one course. We have a series of three courses that cover a specific topic, but that are not set-up as in a pre-requisite order. We want a notification to be sent to users 30 days after completing all three courses (so the final course they complete triggers the rule) with the additional learning opportunity. It does not appear that you can currently assign a notification to be triggered by more than one course. How would you build this notification/process knowing the original three courses are not to be set-up in a sequenced order? 

Hi there Docebo Community! I was hoping some of you had some insight on an issue we are facing. We are looking into using subscription bundles for our use case. The big problem we are running into is that because of our internal needs and Docebo’s limits to its e-Commerce and certain applications, we bill based on enrollment. This means that we would not be able to track which users enrolled in a course based off of a license use and which users enrolled based off a purchase. We have circumnavigated this by creating copies of the courses in the subscription plan as designated subscription courses, so we can filter them out when we bill.The problem with this is that when a power user purchases the subscription, they and the other users can see both instances of the course, so confusion may arise if a user purchases the course again instead of using a license.  We have been going back and forth trying to figure out how to offer this option to our use

I need a report which lists future course sessions, with details from the events (such as timezone, start time, video conference tool & account). I’ve not yet found anything that comes close; thoughts or ideas welcome. 

I want to put an easily-findable Q&A widget inside a course. I would like it on the overview page because I find it not intuitive on the course content page: the UX for many users is that the course is full-screen and is the only thing on the page so they immediately navigate away when a course is finished.  According to this page, this is how it should work. However, when I enable the overview page, and add the Q&A widget under the Training Material tab, the Q&A widget appears under the course content, NOT on the course overview page. I’m going through the ‘Notification events and conditions’ help documentation and I’m finding differences for specific notifications between who is listed as a Recipient in the documentation and who you can actually select.For instance, the ‘Admin Asks To Check Your Team’ notification says it can be go to Users, Power Users, and Superadmins, but the notification only allows you to send to Managers. Is there something I’m missing that would allow me to send that notification to a Superadmin as a way to keep track of the notification being sent?

What’s the difference between the ‘You Were Mentioned’ and the ‘Mentioned in answer’ notifications?The help documentation only has the ‘You Were Mentioned’ notification listed under Discover, Coach & Share notifications but doesn’t have ‘Mentioned in answer’ in the ‘Other’ notifications.

Hi all,When we purchased Docebo, we created a custom integration using power automate etc to allocate and calculate training credits to individuals, additionally with the ability to spend them through external course requests OR across our internal workshop offering. This works well, huge improvement and is relatively simple.However, the training credits pack is naturally of interest - trying to understand if this would be a better solution, out of the box. Is anyone using the new feature through the eCommerce add-on? Interested to hear thoughts! What’s your use cases? Have you replaced a different solution? 

Hello! We manage an open course library, in that any user on the system has access to all our courses (~250). We currently create user accounts manually or through self-registration, but we want to set up a subscription so other individuals can pay to access all courses. However, it seems that a course can only be included in the subscription if we select ‘the course is on sale in catalogs’. This then means our non-subscription users can’t access the course without paying.Is my understanding correct? Is there any way to create a subscription without making changes to course accessibility for our non-subscription users? Thanks!

Is there a way to set session frequency ie “same session, available everyday of the month” 

Hello all,Checking to see if anyone has solved how to report on learners who are not enrolled in specific learning plans.  Case: Audit to ensure everyone is enrolled in annual compliance learning plans. We use Groups to generate enrollment rules. The source of truth for the date in the fields that we use to build the conditions is from another system and can either be blank or incorrect so we would like to identify people who did not populate in the groups thus who were not enrolled in learning plans and either make the corrections to the data or adapt group settings. I’m working on a multiple choice question. I have an issue where, if a learner selects the correct answers plus an incorrect answer, they still get a full point for it. Basically, there’s no consequence if the wrong answer was selected. Here’s a screenshot of the question: Is there a workaround for this? Thank you. 

Is there a way to reset the data that is tracked when learners take a test? My team did a bunch of testing on an exam before we published, and even after resetting their completion, the Insights still show their data. Is there a way to reset this?

Interested to know if anyone has come across this issue…We have 2 power users under the same sub domain with exactly the same PU role, yet when each of them visit the notification page, they do not see the same ones. Sometimes they see very few and then mysteriously the next time they visit the page, they can see more but not all.I have logged tickets on this and was explained that when a super created notifications for someone in a sub domain, the super needed to be logged in under that sub domain...I thought, great! that should solve it; unfortunately it did not...we could never figure out why some appeared to the PU while others did not so as a workaround, I needed to impersonate the PU before creating the notifications to make sure they could see them but didn't solve the issue as the other PU with the same permissions still cannot see 3 of them…Would love to hear your thoughts on this and whether anyone has managed to find the root cause of this.Than

I’m not sure if we’ll have access to the original files to upload to our LMS so I’m hoping I can iframe the site. Has anyone done this and if so, how did you do it?Thanks,D’Arcy

When I add an ILT session using our Zoom account I encounter the below error messages. Currently our Zoom account is paired to Zoom V3. Has anyone experienced this recently and if so, what is the resolution? Video conference tool synchronization failed Server Error Invalid parameter password

Our team is testing some scenarios to ensure we are prepared for the launch of the new notifications platform next month. We currently utilize a Daily Digest notification for courses that users have enrolled in, sent each morning at 4:00am.In our current notification platform in our production environment, we have the ability to select “all courses” for the courses associated with this notification. In our testing environment with the upgraded notification platform, we do not see an option to include “all courses”, but instead must check each course we would like to associate with the notification and this would not update without manual intervention when we add new courses to the platform. Has anyone else noticed this/ ran into this issue? Am I missing a way to associate the notification with all courses? If not, do you have any suggestions for how to maintain this without manual intervention?Thank you!

We are in the process of cleaning up some of our old courses and would love to have the option to filter by catalog in the course management section. I could not locate this function, but wanted to check here in the community in case we missed it.

We are currently outlining and implementing how to create a new hire program in Docebo. The current thought is doing a 3 tier system: General Organization Content Department Specific Job specificMy question is how do you force the user to navigate this path in a specific order. I cannot find a way to chain learning plans together and I do not want to lock content to be attended to at a certain pace. All ideas are welcome as we are in discovery while building/implementing the content as individual courses.

Is there a Power User Permission that will allow a Power User to enroll one of their assigned Team Members into the same ILT course after they’ve enrolled themselves?For example, Power User enrolled into an ILT course for the week of 3/6/23.  That Power User would like another one of their Team Members to attend the same course, but when they click on the Course, it doesn’t give the option to “purchase” the class again … even on behalf of their assigned team member/user.I’m sure I’m missing something somewhere, but I hope this makes sense.  Thank you for your help!

Hi all,Does anyone know why the time in the User Personal Summary might be 0 seconds even though the user has spent a long time studying in the system? 

Has anyone offered multiple training material in different languages in one course? I have 4 SCORM files (English, Spanish, Portguese, and French) in a course and have been trying to figure out a way to automatically present the preferred language training material to our users. I have tried doing thing based on Groups with no luck, and tried to figure out hyperlinking from the description,also a failure.  Has anyone else faced this issue and figured it out? Thank you for any and all help! 

Hey folks,I am really confused by the use of tags in the platform. We liked the idea of auto-tagging, but once content is tagged, is it only for search purposes?In many other platforms that have the concept of tags, you could have it ‘clickable’ to show content related to that tag, but that does not appear to be an option in Docebo. I also thought there would be a widget to display courses by tag, but not so. So they seem kinda… pointless? what am I missing. 

Is it possible to start a YouTube video (or one hosted elsewhere) at a specific time in an LMS, like skipping the intro and starting at 30 seconds? I’ve tried using a URL with a time parameter and embedding HTML, but neither method worked in my trials in Docebo. 

Hi everyone!How do users in your platform know what training to prioritize during their onboarding?We’re running the issue where our new staff are getting auto-enrolled into a bunch of courses, but they have no idea where to start. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!We’re a small organization with lots of part-time and relief staff, and there are about 10 or so courses that every new staff member should complete as soon as possible. I’ve been experimenting with:A custom page, that has widgets/links to these courses. Enrollment attributes, where courses that need to be prioritized are marked as “Mandatory”. A learning plan, where courses that need to be prioritized are added to a learning plan.I’m not sure the best, most user-friendly route forward. How do you handle things in your organization?
