For my course, I have “Enable enrollment link for this course” checked so user can enroll themselves by clicking on the direct link. However, when some of them click on it, they get the Access denied page. This is only happening with some people. I can’t figure out what the difference is between those users or how to help them self-enroll.

Hi all, weve recently had a few users mention that their courses have auto completed when they have logged in.  With one user describing “I had a couple that were due to expire in about 3-4 weeks but when I have enrolled on them, they have automatically completed without me needing to do the course and the date and time is today.”  Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks

Hi allI am investigating why course completion is not registering when users exit a course because we have older SCORM files.  Are other people experiencing this problem.  User have the option to click on EXIT COURSE (from within Articulate) and also Docebo provide the X option which our users fail to use due to training completed on work mobiles.Would using SCORM1.2 be a result of the multiple course completion issues our users are experiencing.  Others using Articulate 360 are you using xAPI over SCORM1.2.I guess it would just mean downloading 200 courses in xAPI and updating the LMS knowing that users in progress will need to restart.Advice appreciated.

We are testing the new session enrollment link and have discovered that the link overrides the enrollment deadline whether it is dynamic or fixed.This essentially renders the link unusable unless you can enroll learners right up to the minute the class starts which we cannot. 

We want to ask additional questions when a learner requests to be enrolled in a learning plan or course, such as how long you have been using our platform and if your manager is aware you are taking this. Does anyone have something like this set up?

Hi there, Is it possible to retrieve information about the p-value of test items and answers provided? I was used to an old LMS providing these insights. This overview states that 76% of the users that answered this question chose the correct option. This is valuable information that helps you determine the quality of your test. Is a question to easy? To hard? Are there problems with the other answer options provided? Is their an issue with the question and the content provided etc.   I couldn't work it out in Docebo so I've added this as an idea aswell:  Anyone has any suggestions in how to access the information that I'm looking for? Hi all,Seeking best advice please.I have 5 SCORM1.2 files that I want to add as training materials into one eLearning module. This will become a mandatory induction course placed in the Learning Plan.  Previously there were all separated as individually modules sitting within a learning plan but this way does not allow for me to prioritise the order of completion and to ensure how users are rostered and paid for completed training.Questions:Can anyone foresee issues with having this many stacked?Will I still be able to pull reports on the individual progress of users within each SCORM file from course properties?Historically, we have had multiple users complete training but it sometimes does not register as course completed status with tracking material as 0%.  Docebo Support ticket states that this is a user issue when not exiting the course correctly (have educated users how to exit with clear language on last widget within SCORM indicatin

Hi all,I have a question regarding PU all permission for certificate. Pardon me if the question seems noob.The “All Permission” for PU on certificate consists of “View, Edit and View only the certificate issue for their assigned courses and learning plans”. It does not have Create permission. But when we log in as a PU, we can still see New Certificate button in Certificate Template page. When we click the button, it allows the PU to proceed with the creation but upon clicking Confirm, the certificate did not appear on the certificate page.If this is not allowed, why do we have the button in the first place?Would be great if someone can explain the reason so we can explain it to our clients as well. Thank you so much!

Hello,  I am wondering if there is a way in the Platform where I can view all of the scheduled sessions for one date in one go? E.G all of the sessions (regardless of content) that we are running on the 28th of April? Is there a report which can be done for this? Or is there a filter? Thank you!

I’ve just created a widget for our employee view to highlight MANDATORY training - that is, using the enrollment priority of “Mandatory.” However, I am seeing that in some cases, the tag “Mandatory” is red, and in others it is gray. Anyone know that the difference is? I WILL get questions.  

Hey, Since the update I have noticed that ll my group rules say ‘false’ instead of the drop down I selected, for example ‘Primary Position’.  Has anyone else experienced the same? It doens’t look like it’s impacted anything, the employees are still in the groups...just weird how they all say ‘False’  Example attached.. Thanks

I am aware of the changes that Docebo made to the Learn Email Sender Policy earlier this year, and that does not affect emails that we send out from the platform as the LMS Admins - we use email addresses that are part of our domain and those are registered in our Domain Management. However, we are finding issues with Power Users and Managers that would like to send out emails from the platform from either the Enrollment tab for the course or from the My Team page.  To clarify, these users are external to our company - they are our customers.  When they try to send an email, it pulls in their email address but then the users never get it.  I assume this has to do with their domain not being set up in Domain Management. How are you guys handling this for Power Users and Managers that are external users of your LMS Platform?  Is this just not going to work now, unless we were to add in those customer domains in our domain management on t

Hello Wise Community,We’re currently experiencing an issue with Zoom V3 video sync errors in Docebo. In short, the error means the meeting no longer exists in Zoom, which prevents the JOIN button from appearing on the course page when the event starts.It’s not impacting all of our courses, but it is affecting 19 upcoming sessions (around 30 events). I’ve opened support tickets and spoken with someone from Docebo, but so far, I haven’t been able to find a solution.Here’s what I’ve tried: Verified that Zoom V3 and our Zoom hosts are properly paired and licensed. Confirmed we are not exceeding our API call limits. Saved the events again to temporarily clear the error (it reappears after about 15 minutes). Recreated the events from scratch to see if that resolved it (unfortunately, it didn’t). Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, I’d love to hear what worked for you or an

Hi all.I noticed yesterday that Docebo now allows Power Users to create automatic groups. When looking at the release page, it reads like it is an option & I get the impression that we can assign or unassign Automatic Groups as needed. But this is not the case. All of my Power Users can create either type of group, unless I assign Groups to them altogether, which is similarly not practical.This is not ideal for us, because I don’t really have time to create instructional material for our PUs, which I typically do when there is a significant change in the system.Does anyone know of a way to limit PUs’ access here?Thanks!

Hi,I want to have my learners fill out a file for an assignment they need to complete. I loaded the file (word doc) to the central repository. I created the assignment information about what I want them to do. I am concerned my learners will ask lots of questions about how to get the file or not understand it if the directions are in the assignment but they separately have to download the file elsewhere (another training material). Can I link from the file in the central repository or attach it directly to the assignment with the details about what the assignment is?  Thanks.

Good morning. I’m looking to see if there is a way to edit the landing page when you get to Docebo. I think they refer to this as the public page. It is the page you see before you sign in.Docebo seems to offer very limited tools for editing this page that includes what catalogs to display, etc. However, we are an ecommerce site and would like to have more marketing information on this page in order to sell our training. It would be really nice if there was a real “page” behind this that we could configure via manage pages.Am I missing something? Any ideas?Thanks,Jamie

with the future SSL certificate lifespan getting reduced to 47 days, how are you going to deal with these changes?  are you going to take over the SSL cert management?  or give us a way to automate these renewals?The depreciation schedule is now as follows:March 15, 2026: Newly issued certificates, including their Domain Control Validation, aka DCV, will have to be renewed every 200 days. March 15, 2027: That lifespan will go down to 100 days. March 15, 2029: New SSL/TLS certificates will be limited to 47 days, and 10 days for DCVs.

Hello 😄 - Our company is planning on launching our first VILT course. We have been hosting webinars outside of the platform for many years and we are ready to bring it to the LMS. Is there a way to make a certain assignment mandatory before allowing the learner to reieve their certification? We have surveys that must be completed before a user can get their CEU, but within the course, their are additional items that they need to have access to but dont have to be completed. They are more like sudy guides and references. If anyone has anything that they would like to share? Something you learned along the way? Any tips are helpful, thank you! - Danielle 

To receive a certification, I want users to complete 3 courses.If I put all 3 courses in a learning plan and assign the certification to the LP, will users be required to complete all 3 courses to receive certification?Thank you!

When users click on a class in the calendar, how do they know the class is full. Currently, our configuration appears as if there are no sessions. That’s not the case, it’s just full. 

We offer courses for external clients. For each client and course, the number of participants is limited. Some clients require access to the same course in multiple languages, but they are unable to predict in advance how the number of participants will be distributed across these language versions. I had the idea to solve this by introducing course equivalents. Ideally, the course displayed to the user should depend on the selected platform language. Regardless of which language version is used, there should be a fixed number of user licenses that can be flexibly distributed across the course equivalents. Has anyone had experience with such an approach? Is this technically feasible, or is there possibly a better solution? Kind regards

Hello all,We are having issues with users not going through the correct process to retake a course which has a certification attached.I have created a tasklist widget which sits on the homepage that displays - Not Started, In Progress and Certifications to Renew.  Ideally this is where I want them to click to redo training and therefore completion dates will be reset correctly to remain compliant.There is also a historic function to access the My Activities tab through the three hamburger bars on top left, click on courses and enter the training through the courses tab.  This does not reset the certification dates correctly.My question is could I remove the My Activities option from the Menu to avoid this issue altogether? Users have access to catalogues, calendar, reports, LPs, training overviews, completed courses all built into widgets that sits on their homepage.  Would there be any ongoing consequences if the My Activities option be removed?I
