I have a question on AI Course or Lesson Tags.  Is there a better way to not display the TM/Lesson AI Auto-Tags in the course?  Other than removing them from Additional Info for the TM in the Central Repository?  Or deactivating the AI Tags?  

The question is as simple as stated above, is there a limit to the number of experts you can assign to a channel?Additionally, does your organization have best practices in place in regard to experts and assignments to Channels?I have my own opinions on this, but I need cut and dry facts along with additional insights to support what I am presenting and trying to hold true in my organization. Or maybe it does…. 

We recently started using the Certification and Retraining area more extensively.  We have several Certs set up for Anti-Harassment Training (different certs for employee vs manager and state specific options), which were set up in February.  I manually uploaded certification records for those who had prior valid completions in early March, so that they would get notifications of their upcoming expirations starting in April and beyond.  I created a brief procedural training explaining how certifications work, and what to do to renew them. Since then some of the records have updated without issue as our team members go in to renew them, but I’ve found a handful of other individuals who have enrolled in and completed the most current training option and their records have not updated.  I can find no discernable difference on the system between those who are updating correctly and those who are not. In these instances there w

Hi everyone!I'm looking for a way to share a single document (like a PDF) stored in Docebo via a direct, stable link.My goal is to allow external users to click a link, register if necessary (self-registration is acceptable), and access only that specific document. I want to avoid enrolling them in an entire course just for one file.I've looked into using links from the file repository, but it appears these links expire, which doesn't work for our needs.Has anyone successfully set up a way to provide persistent public access to a single file hosted in Docebo, outside of the standard course enrollment structure? Is there a way to completely restrict the view of a certain course to a Group?We have a course that we ONLY want visible to a select population. We don’t want it searchable and we don’t want the course link shareable. If someone in the group gets the link, they should be able to take the course right away. If someone not in the group gets the link, we want it to deny access.This is what we have tried:Created a catalog, a group, assigned the catalog/group/course together. Self-enrollments were available. Users can still access the link even if they are outside the group. Created an auto-enrollment rule to auto-enroll group members into the course, turned off self-enrollment. It did not enroll users when we added them to the group. Kept auto-enrollment rule, turned on self-enrollment, set to pending admin approval. Users outside the group could still enroll and be waitlisted (better, I guess, but still requires a manual action afterward)

Looking for some help configuring notifications for New Question to Expert.  I have tried several email addresses within our company and I cannot get it to work.  Every time, I used a new email address I get the error message above.  I reviewed the Domain Management and it looks to be configured correctly.Any help? Thanks!

Does anyone have any suggestions on a way to back up question banks and tests/quizzes that have been built directly in Docebo? I know that tests can be exported to .gift, but how might that then be converted in to a usable backup format?

If I set up 2 courses as equivalents, will the CEUs for both being marked as “complete” show up on the learner’s transcript?

When an ILT course has multiple sessions, how do you see/report on training material completions based on the different sessions? What I’m specifically looking for/needing is a report that lists all the training materials for a course, the progress of all learners enrolled into the course for each material, and the sessions/start dates those learners are enrolled into.For instance, let’s say I have a course that has two sessions. One session has an event that occurs on May 1 and the other session has an event that occurs on May 15.The course > Reports tab allows you to see all the training materials but you have to go into each material manually to see who’s started/completed them. Hello,Is there a way to assign only certain lessons in a LinkedIn Learning course to offer the learner completion status for that course?Specifically, we’re looking to have our learners take the Microsoft Teams course. Since we’re not an education facility, we don’t need to watch ‘Teams for Education’. I told my learners they could skip it, but they want to show the completion for the instructor/learner. How do I do that?Thanks

We’ve got a course that has a video uploaded. The course completion pop-up is showing about 10 seconds before the video ends and comes up over the video while it is still showing content. Is there a setting that can tell it to wait until the entire video finishes playing? Why would it do that?

Hello, I see that Docebo sets a time zone for users so I’m wondering how it derives that. We do not allow users to edit their time zone in their profile. I found this quote in a KB article. Can I deduce from it that Docebo is looking at the user’s browser for this info?“If users are allowed to customize their time zone, when they move to a location having a different time zone, the platform will prompt them to adjust their time zone according to the one detected by the browser.”

Hey, when we are using the assignment (training material) on our exam courses (instead of exam in some cases) we usually have a lot of text as instructions and as the assignment itself. It is somewhat unclear and sometimes the users just miss the “show more” button. The question is, is that possible that the text will appear in “expanded” mode as default? (with a scroll) so the user will not have to click “show more” to read the full task text. (A CSS workaround if possible, will be welcome too 😉)Thanks l lot!Nadav

I’ve discovered that when an event lasts at least 8 hours it has two issues when viewing it in a calendar.The first is that when you click on the course it doesn’t show you what the start/end time is. The second is that when you view the calendar in Weekly view, it shows up as “all day” at the top of the view but doesn’t show when it’s actually scheduled for that day. Both of these behaviors means the only way a learner can find the start and end time of the session/event is to go into the course. Is there a wa

I am building some quizzes/tests using the question bank.  I know that if I add a comment to any answer choice it will display when the user finishes their quiz and allows them to see their answers at the end.  This helps them see what the correct answer was and why.   Is there a way to get the comments to appear mid quiz?  I would love for a user to get a message that they got it correct or incorrect and display the comment at that time. TIA

Hi EveryoneI am creating a Test.  I’ve done it many times so no problem there.  However, I’ve never used the Comments text box when adding the answersIn the guide it states:“...and use the Comments text box to provide feedback for each answer or question.” I can see how to add a Comment for each answer but how do I add a Comment just for the question so that the Comment is only displayed when the question is answered correctly?Many thanks

Have any one experience a case for example, when we checked enrollment in session, there are showing 20 records enroll to a session. However, when we download the ILT report, the report will only be showing 15 records. The other 5 user not in the report is all enroll to the course within 3 to 4 hours prior we download this report.

Hi folks.I’ve got an irritating scenario where i’m testing something on a notification but I’m stuck somewhere that I shouldn’t be stuck. Please see the image below: Since i’m formatting the time in the exact same method as the instructions appear to be showing (hh:mm am/pm), it’s very frustrating that I’m getting an error message that is not giving any more information to go on. If anyone could let me know how I need to format this field then I can proceed to actually testing what I’m trying to test.Thanks!

Hello everyone.  We have an ILT course that is broken down into three separate eLearning courses.  Any ideas on how to make these equivalent so that if a user takes the ILT they are marked complete in all three eLearning courses - but they have to take all three of the eLearning courses in order to be marked complete for the ILT course?  I didn’t see any equivalency options for a learning plan.  To me, that would be the obvious easy solution.  Am I left with just having the ILT being the Source course and each of the three eLearning courses being Target courses?  If the learning plan that contains the three eLearning courses requires all three to be completed for credit is visible in the catalog, but not the individual courses, would that work?  I’m mostly thinking out loud to see if I’m on the right track.

Good morning ☕Still getting used to the Docebo platform coming from another LMS. I was curious if anyone had any recommendations for my use case. From what I have seen, there is not a way to schedule an enrollment so (for example if I need something assigned on a Saturday when I am out of office). I’ve played around with the idea of enrollment validity so the content wouldn’t be able to be started until the date set, but would be “enrolled” in the locked content until the start of the validity period. The only issue with this I’ve experienced is, our standard email notification has a "Take me to the Course” button to start the learning and this seems to bypass the enrollment validity. Any suggestions or recommendations on what’s worked for you?
