Hi everyone, As mentioned in the title, I noticed that there is a preview limit from the admin side in Docebo Creator. I am currently testing this in Chat mode under the AI Coaching Scenario screen. The preview appears to follow the number of attempts configured under Settings for the lesson.Once the limit is reached, it displays the message: “Attempt limit reached.” Even after updating the number of attempts and making changes to the scenario description, the preview attempts do not reset.From an admin perspective, I would expect unrestricted preview access to properly test the lesson multiple times and ensure everything functions as intended before publishing.Has anyone experienced the same issue, or is there something I may have overlooked in the configuration? Thank you in advance for your insights.

When you load a learning asset into a channel, it displays XX months under the person’s name who loaded the asset.  Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the load data information of the actual asset or from all assests in the channels?Thanks for any insights on this!

Hello,I’m trying to setup an e-commerce integration with Stripe, but I encountered a very serious problem - hopefully I’m just doing something wrong!We have users from all over the world, and when they want to buy a course the flow is as follows:Check/update your billing information in the cart Pay through Stripe Course is unlockedThe problem is, if the user buys his first course and uses a billing address i.e. from Italy, Stripe will calculate Italian taxes. But if later in life, that same uses changes his billing address i.e. to Poland, the next time he buys a course Stripe will still calculate the Italian tax.From what I understand, the very first time a payment is generated for a user, Docebo creates a new user in Stripe with billing address, but that address is never updated when users update their profile in Docebo.Any way to solve this?

We have Teams Meetings and Events integrated with Docebo. We’ve not used the Event type (which is now deprecated per the KB). We have a need to use the Webinar meeting type. Is this something that can be selected when setting up an ILT session? My understanding, which I think may be incorrect, was that Webinars would be a different type of integration similar to Events, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. So if we create an ILT and select Teams “Meeting” to use for it, can we then go into the meeting in Teams and change the template to a webinar? I expect that would change the URL, but that’s fine as we can make the change before sending our any invitations.

Has anyone tried disabling enrollment notifications for certain courses? Ideally, we would want end users to not receive enrollment notifications for courses in a specific catalog.

Hello! I’m trying to identify a best practice for setting validity dates on a course. Our users have until 11:59pm local time on the end date to complete a training. The deadline needs to be a hard deadline as it locks at 12:00am the next morning. Given the UTC configuration, what is the best practice for setting the validity? If I set it as a hard date for 2/18, we have Team Members who are -8:00UTC who aren’t able to access the course at 4:00pm local time. But, we also have Team Members who are -4:00UTC as well, and in some cases +1:00 UTC. Any insights would be helpful :)  

I am starting to utilize badging as a resource to identify skills from our users but when I export our Badge report, I am seeing some users are on multiple times…. I did a group to capture users who would meet the badge qualifications to get an initial import and so we could include legacy course data that would not meet the qualifying factors. I then added the automatic assignment for the badge when users complete a course. 

If a user enrolls in a course and completes it, then the course later expires and the user is re-enrolled, will the original completion date be removed or reset? 

Good afternoon,  I was wondering, is there a way in which we can stop a member of staff having multiple Sessions booked for the same course? Whilst we have been testing pre-go live I have noticed that we have had staff being booked on two sessions with two different dates for the same course. Is there an option to prevent double booking? We have a large team that deals with the bookings so sometimes there is overlap of requests. Thank you!

Any one has experience with the different AI coaching tools?  AI coaching in Docebo AI coaching in Showpad AI coaching in Allego AI coaching or Roleplays in Linkedin LearningWe have not started using Docebo AI coach yet, mainly because there is no way to limit who can/cannot use it. We have many powerusers, credits will be consumed immediately without a way to control access. But anyway, I am very interested in your experience with any of the above AI coach tools.

The prerequisites from Learning Path 1 are effecting Learning Plan 2. To make sure this is what was happening I removed the prereqs from Learning Plan 1 and this resolved it. I personally don’t think that the prereqs from one learning plan should affect the other. Has anyone else had this issue ? 

We manage multiple learning plans that are customized for each client, and the course sequence varies by client. We also offer the same courses individually, but those versions do not include prerequisites.Has anybody found a solution or workaround to make this functionality work? Is there a way for us to have a course be marked as completed using the Docebo test feature, despite them not passing the test? 

Is there a way to format the Digest notifications (for admin only) so that rather than just a list of text, it can display as a table?I’ll add that I did put a table in, but it creates an individual table for each person, which doesn’t really help.

HiI would like to set up a catalogue for all users to view ILT course session times but not have the ability to enrol into sessions.  I need for users to view different ILT courses session times and locations, and then email to our L&D/Workforce Planning team to roster and enrol into the selected session time.  This is tedious, I know, and we are working on adopting a much more streamlined approach.  However in the interim I need users to be able to see what is coming up.I have set up a catalogue Session Times for ILT courses and made the visibility applicable to all and added the courses into the catalogue.  I have created a page to add to the relevant users menu so the catalogue appears as a widget on the home page of all users.In theory, is this workable?  I have tried to complete this in the Sandbox and am getting stuck on the whole menu and pages set up.Any advice would be greatly appreciated 

Hey community,As a little background, we use users position ID’s as their username because we merge it that way from ADP. But we noticed that since our employees help out at our other stores, they have another account created with a different position ID (but the rest of their information like name and email are the same).One of their accounts, the one that is her main store, has her supervisor correctly listed for “reports to”, but for the other account for the store she is helping at, the supervisor was not added. She has no supervisor listed there even though it was in our ADP file when we imported them via CSV. She did all her work on the account without a supervisor but i am planning to merge her two accounts and have her data transferred to the main store account. We noticed this because her checklists were “not available” due to her not having a supervisor listed (our checklists need supervisor approval)Is there a reason the supervisor was not adde

Hi all, I’m fairly new to Docebo so bear with me. I’m looking at creating Groups and I’m surprised that there’s no exclude option for any of the conditions. Ideally I’d like to have the ability to exclude a Group from a Group. Is this possible? If not, does anyone have any workarounds. I’m hoping to avoid the need to create large numbers of complex groups?   ThanksMartin

Hello community!I have a question regarding the outlook integration with Docebo. We give learners the ability to RSVP to their outlook event invites. Sometimes if an admin has enrolled a learner, but that learner has a conflict they might RSVP “NO”. To your knowledge is there a report or notification that we can trigger to notify admin of this response?Currently it appears that its only possible by manually looking at the enrollment lists for each event. 

At our company, external compliance training is a big part of what we do.  In fact, it’s so important to us, that we’re currently using a second LMS called “SetSafety” to manage our health and safety training needs, which is an administrative burden and confusing for employees to be having to use two systems.  This is why we’re asking for help!  We really want to have a single vendor solution with Docebo, but we haven’t been able to come up with a viable Docebo-only solution to date. What do you do for assigning and tracking external compliance training?  Is there a possible set up or solution we’re not seeing?  Our Compliance Training Use Case We need to be able to:Assign external training by Group or by User (external training examples: 3rd party classroom-based training such as Energy Safety Canada’s hands-on Fall Protection course or a WorkSafe BC First Aid Certificate) - we have approx. 60 of these courses that

I’m working to understand how we can leverage the Skills feature in my organization.  I see that I can create skill sets, and add skills to the skill sets.I see also that I can create an AI based channel that will auto-fill according to the skills associated with courses or external content (via the internet). Two things that I am having trouble with - There is a Platform Catalog, and then I see a catalog with my company name. But I cannot seem to add anything to the catalog with my company name.  When the learner logs in and is asked to build their skills profile the first thing they are presented with is a list of jobs to choose from. Where can I find the jobs list, and can I edit that? If I’m going to use this in conjunction with our career planning programs, it would be helpful to be able to put our own job titles in for an optimum user experience.

Is it possible to create a rule to auto enrol learners once they complete one course into another course, so that we can manage compliance. We have tried certificates/ renewals but it isn’t working for us.For example - a learner completes/ attends a ILT session on Asbestos awareness in 2025 - they must renew it yearly, so attend a ILT session before their year anniversary in the 2026 course.Ideally, I want to set up a course for each year (Asbestos 2025, Asbestos 2026, Asbestos 2027 etc) and when my admin team mark a learner as attended in that year’s course, it auto enrols them as a learner in the next years course so we can track numbers and colleagues can see when they need to book onto a new session.
