Good afternoon,Is there a way for users to export their training record as a PDF or download a whole list of this? We don’t really want users to have access to the reporting area, and when I go into “My Activities” there is the list of the completed courses but no way of downloading/exporting this. I know as a superadmin I am able to access this through reports on their behalf, but we get requests through very frequently and would be good if staff could do it themselves.Thank you! 

Hello! We are deploying a company wide re-certification on April 1st. Is the best way to deploy this by archiving and re-enrolling Team Members into the certification? I need to make sure that the users certification records aren’t lost (pulled to see archived records), and want to make sure we can notify users, have it show as “not completed”, and re-award the certification once done.Thanks in advance for the help! 

Is there anyway to add additional filters to the Docebo built in filters? In LinkedIn learning there are many additional fields that allow the user to narrow down the results. Anyone have any ideas? We want to be able to filter by Video, Course Time, and a few other things.   

Could someone confirm if the behaviour of my Learning Plan is to be expected, or have I done something wrong please?SetupI created a Learning Plan containing 5 ILT courses (all published, in catalogue, etc..) The 5 ILT courses have 3 or 4 Sessions each with a mix of online or venue events on different dates, scheduled through a whole year essentiallyUnexpected Behaviourwhen a learner looks at the learning plan to check out the course, not enrolled yet, only the first course and it’s sessions and events are able to be viewed opening any other course does not show the sessions and events available this means a learner cannot tell if the course is going to be viable for them as they cannot see all the events.  In reading help pages and the AI summary result from some searches it suggested that people use a work around listing all the dates in the learning plan ….. I’m at a loss to work out how

We have created a scheduled report for external trainings waiting for approval that runs every three days.  The vast majority of the time, there is no data in the report (not trainings waiting on approval). Is there a way to only have the report send if there is data in it?

Hi everyone,We already have a working setup in Docebo for Vytalize employees where new hires land on a dedicated onboarding page and then later move to a standard home page.Now we need to create a similar experience for VHP employees, but I want to make sure we handle menu visibility and order correctly since Docebo shows users the topmost published menu they have access to.Our goal is: Vytalize new hires see a Vytalize onboarding page, then later a Vytalize standard home page VHP new hires see a VHP onboarding page, then later a VHP standard home page My questions are: Is the best practice to create separate groups or branches for: VHP New Hire VHP Employee Vytalize New Hire Vytalize Employee As long as each user only belongs to one audience at a time, is it safe to rely on menu visibility

Does anyone know if you can move the course widgets so they don’t just display at the bottom of the page? We have several added course fields and we want to leverage course description widget to display to the learner when they go to enroll. By default they show at the bottom of the page, but we would like them at the top just above where you see the available sessions. Is that possible? Documentation seems to imply it is, but no details on how.Thanks!

Hi all,We just upgraded to an EE license so we can offer a new program its own subdomain, look, brand, etc. apart from our existing program. My big questions:Could our existing program use the root/main platform or do we need to become a client along with the new program? Pros and cons of each scenario? Could our existing LMS configuration (look, branding, advanced settings) continue to be the default for the main/root platform (and thus for our program)? Or will we need to start from scratch along with the new program when we upgrade?I hope this makes sense to those who have gone through this. I am not sure how common it is for folks to upgrade to EE after years of building a platform. Trying to understand how much time I’ll need to dedicate.Thanks for any tips and insights you may have!

I am wondering if it is possible in the catalog page to have it open with the course description fully expanded as opposed to having to press the “Show More” Button?Right now it only shows like one or two sentences and is not a great visual for learners who are looking to purchase. see below gif for reference.  

Hello - I’m currently building a new library of videos - not meant to be courses but rather prompts for people to watch without the friction of having to enroll in a course to be able to watch them. We are using Coach and share for it (I believe a legacy product?), and what we are currently experiencing is that the videos uploaded as vimeo links are not showing up in channel reports - nor are showing up in Harmony searches. Has anyone experienced anything similar or found a solution for this? Thanks

In our Docebo platform, anyone who passes an exam shows as “completed” and anyone who fails an exam shows as “in progress”. Users also get 3 attempts at passing the exam. I’m looking for a report that I can set for a specific timeframe (monthly) and show every user who accessed the system during that timeframe and is either “completed” or “in progress”. Basically I want to record the pass/fail rate for our exams for the specified period.So far I have found the reporting functionality in Docebo very limited. I can set the “completed” timeframe but then “in progress” people don’t show. I can show the status of ALL users, but then I’m exporting 40,000 records to sift through to get a picture of one month. I can look at training material statistics but can only see “completed”.Can anyone tell me which type of report I should be selecting and the settings for reporting both “completed” and “in progress”?Thank you!

With the new multilanguage support, the way the documentation reads at times is that the Title/summary/descriptions will machine translate in platform from the default language.  When you select ‘manage translations’ and select the applicable languages, the action button even says ‘TRANSLATE’ on it.  But it seems that it only creates a page for the admin to manually paste in these components.  Am I missing something? Assuming the above is correct, and admins need to enter in the translated fields, are these able to be imported by CSV or API vs manually being pasted in?

On Docebo Help it guides me to the Admin menu and then says there is “Learning Evaluation” in the Apps and Features part of the menu - I dont seem to have that option (yes I am a SuperAdmin!)

I understand that Docebo doesn’t currently allow questions to be imported directly into a question bank, but has anyone found a way to move questions from a GIFT-imported test into a question bank?Manually adding more than 2,000 questions one by one would be extremely time-consuming. Copying a question plus four responses means 10,000+ individual copy/paste actions. My fingers hurt just thinking about it 😥I’m hoping there might be a more efficient workflow that others have discovered.Context for why I need question banks:For each area, I need multiple question sets that pull from the same pool. Hello,I’m helping my coworker set up ILTs in Docebo. The ILT is a live training to be hosted at multiple locations (Georgia, Texas, and Ohio). As we set up the sessions in Docebo, we want to enroll any learner who lives locally to the location. Our senior leadership wants us to incorporate some method of tracking enrollees’ acknowledgment of the enrollment, both for the accountability on the staff’s part that they have to attend the training, but also so we can enroll them in a webinar or makeup session as needed. Has anyone found a way to require an acknowledgment for a live training using Docebo that doesn’t involve building another course and using a learning plan? I appreciate your ideas!

We have folks that are signing up for week long courses and are backing out during the first session of the course because they didn’t realize it was a week long commitment. To help address this, we would like to have users in someway acknowledge that they are aware and agree to the time commitment when enrolling into a course.Any ideas on how to best accomplish this?

I have an employee that left the company several years back that was just re-hired. Is it possible to combine their expired account with the new active account.

This is the only question in the Test. Users enter a code given to them. There are multiple correct answers: But I am seeing users answer the question Incorrectly but are still marked as Passed: I didn’t check the box at the bottom “This question is only correct if all of the answers are correct” because there are not multiple Blanks. BUT I wonder if selecting that box will correct the problem...can you confirm?  

We're looking to customize observation checklist notifications by assigning different notifications to different checklist types. However, it appears that the system only supports a single notification applied universally across all checklists. Is this a current platform limitation, or is there a configuration we might be overlooking that would allow for customization? 

I have been tasked with evaluating the strategy for using groups and putting together recommendations for new standards, cleanup needed, and governance going forward. I want to start by analyzing the current state. I can see all the groups from the Group UI but can only sort by name. I want to extract Name, Description, Type, and Eligibility Rules. How do I do this? PS. I tried a copy/paste from the UI but I can’t get it to copy into rows so I can sort. Plus, I still would have to open each one individually to capture the Eligibility Rules.Also, I know I can export the users by Group, is there a way to export users for all groups at once? I don’t see any reports with “group” in the user data fields.  

I have a team member who is looking for a way to track learners’ initial test score in the system.NOTE: The tests will need to be kept in Storyline as they are interactive.If we set it up so that the initial score is tracked, then we also have to set it up so that the learner gets the course marked complete once they take it regardless of the score. Otherwise, they will end up having to re-take it and the most recent score will be reported.Our concern is that if we set a passing score to 0%, learners will get a message that they’ve passed and be confused.We would like to set something up that would allow learners to re-take, while still recording the initial score or to record an initial score and have the course marked complete. Thank you for your assistance!

When I am in the Power User menu, looking at the courses that a specific PU has access to, only some show up, seemingly whether they created them or not; it seems arbitrary & unpredictable. So I cannot always remove their access to a course that I have archived. Is there not a way to hide a course from a Power User, even if they created it? I was asked to ‘delete’ courses for a PU, but of course I don’t want to do that. I’m happy archiving them. but if the PU can still see them, it doesn’t do a lot of good. There should be a way to remove visibility of any course for a Power User. Am I missing something? Anyone know how to approach this? Thanks!

Is there a way to have people who are “in progress” of a training material keep access to the V1 of the training material (so they could finish it without starting over) while having people who haven’t yet started it only have access to V2?Same question for the scenario that versioning wasn’t used and instead a new training material was added. I know we can hide the “old” one but that prevents people who were in progress on it from finishing. An example for both of the above questions would be if a training material received a minor update, not significant enough to require a learner to retake it, but does need to be the new default version. From what I’ve found, there’s not an intentional way (which is sort of mind-boggling), but does anyone have work arounds or ideas?
