Is there any way to see a list of courses that are not in any catalogs or a list of courses with their corresponding catalogs? The Catalog setup page is a pain because you can’t search it and your can’t sort it and I want to be sure that every course is in at least one catalog. Am I missing something?Thanks!

It doesn’t look like there’s a way to create a custom report for Observation Checklists. How is everyone pulling reports for those?

Is there a limit to the amount of users I can send notifications to? 

Why is CC not available when watching videos in Docebo University? This is an accessibility that I need, and it makes watching the recorded videos incredibly difficult. If it is available, can you please provide instructions to turn them on within DU?

Curious if this is possible:Can Docebo act as an Intranet? Docebo courses act as Knowledge Articles  Harmony Search pulls answers from Knowledge Articles / Courses Thoughts? Has anyone tried this? Does anyone see glaringly obvious issues? 

I was initially told by Support today that I could allow Power Users to access the right-hand Copilot panel.But I don’t see that as an option.  Harmony told me it’s not currently available.  

Is there a way to set up a notification to ensure that learners only get a single notification for a learning plan instead of each of the 15 courses in the learning plan? 

Hi everyone,I’m currently setting up the Outlook 365 Calendar integration via Docebo Connect (Workato). We use Microsoft Teams and instead of using the native VILT Teams integration, we paste our meeting links directly into the ILT Event using the Video conference tool > Custom tool > URL text box.My goal is to embed that specific Custom Tool URL field into the HTML message template so that learners can see the meeting link directly inside their Outlook calendar invites sending from Docebo. I created a custom string field in my HTML Message Template schema (e.g., webinar_link) and inserted it into the message template script but  I am having trouble locating the exact data pill that corresponds to the Custom tool URL I pasted into the event page. 

Hey y’all, We currently offer VILTs for sale on our landing page, but due to budget constraints aren’t able to pre-schedule sessions. (We schedule them on demand when/if a client expresses interest.) This means our course listings always show a red error message that reads: "Oops, no session available."What I'd like to do is replace that error message with something like: "Contact us at (email address) to request a session."Is there a configuration option to customize this message? If not, is this something that can be handled through custom CSS/HTML at the course or catalog level? I’m not a programming wiz, so have fingers crossed for the low-tech solution.Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,I am having a hard time getting the learning evaluations set up and it keeps sending Outlook cancellation messages to my learners. I’ll work on that separately.For the moment, can someone please help me with how I can resend the Outlook confirmation messages for the session so the learner’s calendars are blocked off and they come to class?Thanks,Emily

Fellow Docebo Superadmins, How do you handle compliance courses that require completion with a certain cadence within Docebo? What about recurring ILT courses? For compliance courses, we would rather directly enroll the learners into the renewal course, but the certifications feature only allows learner self-enrollment; there isn’t a dynamic enrollment feature. Right now, we are not using certifications because of this. We are creating a new course for each year and are manually re-enrolling employees each month...Ouch. We also need to make sure we keep the full completion history (we cannot erase previous completions). Thoughts?  

You have to use CSS to hide tags in the player update and hope that other descriptions aren’t affected.

My widgets are coming in at different sizes and it’s frustrating! Is there a way to set the heights of the widget so that they’re the same sizes? Would I do this with CSS? I measured the height with snapshot and then created an image of that height and it looks better (see top left image) but it’s not great…  Any idea how I could fix this with CSS?   

Does anyone know how to get Docebo to send more information to Stripe. We specifically want to know what transactions came from docebo and it’s difficult to confirm.  Has anyone dealt with this? What did you do?  

We are starting to use Learning Plans for some of our product onboarding courses to make it easier to enroll in groups of courses and to recommend the order of the courses.  But we would also like to allow users to enroll in just some of the individual courses as well.  I have the LPs and the courses in catalogs that users will be able to see, so they can find the LPs and the courses and enroll in any of them. What I really need to be able to do is give the users the ability to click on ENROLL for the Learning Plan as a whole OR to click on ENROLL for individual courses from the Learning Plan overview.  I found where I can set this up as an option if the LP is on sale, but not if the LP is free.  This is highly frustrating - we offer all of these courses and LPs for free.  Why do we get the ENROLL buttons on each of the courses from the LP if we sell the LP but not if we offer them for free?Has anyone found a good workaround for this?  We have been listing out c

We have many powerusers, credits will be consumed immediately without a way to control access. But anyway, I am very interested in your experience with any of the above AI coach tools.  

Hello,I have created a page with content on it for one of our learning programs. We have a number of one-sheet resources supporting this program. I’ve added them all to the central repository. What’s the best way to share these files on the page? Things I’ve tried/considered:Creating another channel and loading here. Despite having Coach and Share, I can’t see the central repository files. Adding an HTML widget to the page. Docebo Support said there isn’t a way to get the links to the files I loaded into the Central Repository to do this Adding a file widget to the page - I found an IDEA ticket from 3 years ago that looks like it was approved, but can’t find this functionality Creating another channel and reloading all 40 of the files one by one. Is there a way to create a power user profile where we can grant permissions for someone to view and evaluate the file uploaded in a course assignment? Ideally I want managers to go in and view the files submitted by their staff and evaluate it.

I’m looking at creating a channel that contains files and weblinks, similar to how they’ve done in the Docebo University (see image).However when I create a channel and add content, it only gives me the option to add an e-learning/ILT course or learning plan, rather than additional content. Does anyone know how this can be done or is it an additional paid feature? 

Hi All - I’ve been searching posts about marking a course as outdated this morning and I’m finding a mixture of answers and fixes. I am trying to figure out if anyone has been successful in hiding this option? If not, where is the notification going to indicate that it’s been marked as outdated? How can we see that a course is marked outdated?  Thanks!

Good afternoon,Is there a way for users to export their training record as a PDF or download a whole list of this? We don’t really want users to have access to the reporting area, and when I go into “My Activities” there is the list of the completed courses but no way of downloading/exporting this. I know as a superadmin I am able to access this through reports on their behalf, but we get requests through very frequently and would be good if staff could do it themselves.Thank you! 

Hello! We are deploying a company wide re-certification on April 1st. Is the best way to deploy this by archiving and re-enrolling Team Members into the certification? I need to make sure that the users certification records aren’t lost (pulled to see archived records), and want to make sure we can notify users, have it show as “not completed”, and re-award the certification once done.Thanks in advance for the help! 

Is there anyway to add additional filters to the Docebo built in filters? In LinkedIn learning there are many additional fields that allow the user to narrow down the results. Anyone have any ideas? We want to be able to filter by Video, Course Time, and a few other things.   

Could someone confirm if the behaviour of my Learning Plan is to be expected, or have I done something wrong please?SetupI created a Learning Plan containing 5 ILT courses (all published, in catalogue, etc..) The 5 ILT courses have 3 or 4 Sessions each with a mix of online or venue events on different dates, scheduled through a whole year essentiallyUnexpected Behaviourwhen a learner looks at the learning plan to check out the course, not enrolled yet, only the first course and it’s sessions and events are able to be viewed opening any other course does not show the sessions and events available this means a learner cannot tell if the course is going to be viable for them as they cannot see all the events.  In reading help pages and the AI summary result from some searches it suggested that people use a work around listing all the dates in the learning plan ….. I’m at a loss to work out how
