My widgets are coming in at different sizes and it’s frustrating! Is there a way to set the heights of the widget so that they’re the same sizes? Would I do this with CSS? I measured the height with snapshot and then created an image of that height and it looks better (see top left image) but it’s not great…  Any idea how I could fix this with CSS?   

To help our new users, we have created an LMS Introduction SCRM file. Is there a way to auto assign this module to every course created going forward?My inclination is to create a template learning plan including the intro course and duplicate that each time we need a new course setup.

When using Branch Name in Account Registration is there anyway to remove the Root Branch from the dropdown options? I want the users to only be able to select the Branches within the Root Branch, not the Root Branch specifically. !--a=1-->

Hi all.I’ve got a colleague that wants to create a locked-down area of the system wherein she can share resources for a select group of learners. From what I can tell at this point it’s just a single course, but it might expand into something larger in time.Okay, easy enough. But there are a few things I wonder about.She wants it to be password protected (in addition to the login creds already necessary to sign onto the system in the first place). I’m pretty sure that’s not possible but if someone could verify or deny that would save me from additional research. If it’s just one course, then i’m trying to come up with a quick way for her users to access it. Obviously an enrollment link wouldn’t work b/c we’re trying to lock it down. If it was a page I could add it to select user menus but i’m not sure I could do that with a course...so what can i do to give them a one-click option to the course?thanks.

Hi Brains Trust,I have a recurring issue with some users when completing a course click on the Retake this lesson widget which I have changed to state Click “Renew Certification” at the top corner.What I have now realised is I need the widget Retake this lesson to state Click “Renew Certification” at the top corner for courses identified as Certification onlyANDfor all other courses to say Retake the lesson if they want to review the content. Question:  How do I allocate the specific language for the certification courses identified as modules (see image) in the Localization Tool. 

Greetings!We have recently run into the issue: User is in the LMS in under branch A. When we try to import this email address (as username and email address) into the LMS as a Power User it errors out because they are already in the system.We’d like to make it so the user can access the assets in both branches (one is for an extended enterprise if that matters). Thanks for any help. ~B

HI,I have a question regarding setting enrollment validity periods.I am wnating to enroll people into certain courses, and as a way to force them to take the courses on time, I wanted to add a validity period.My question is, what happens once this period expires?Do they simply no longer have free access and now have to pay to take the course (my preferred option) Do they simply not see that course anymore? If they have completed the course, what happens once the validity period ends - do they still have access to it?Basically, I just need a bit more info about waht I am actually about to action here, and what the ramifications are.Thank you

Is there any way to bypass the landing page for just courses (page that displays what training materials are in the package, progress etc.) and go straight to the courses player, when clicking from the “My courses and learning plans” page? Thanks

Hello everyone,Has anybody experiencing Go.Learn not capturing SCORM progress?One of my clients informed me that their users who are using Go.Learn (both native) found out that even after completing their SCORM and get a passing mark in the quiz section, the app is showing 0 progress. This resulted the users not able to proceed with the course survey.They noticed this issue to happen only recently. There was one course that users managed to complete via mobile app end of last year but when the new users doing it recently, this issue happened.Any idea why?

Recently a page was deleted from our Docebo LMS and we were unable to recover it. Wondering why is there no recycle bin for such a robust system? What is the best practice for this type of scenario?

Hi,I understand that the courses within channels can only be sorted via oldest - newest and A_Z plus vice versa but I need the courses in a particular sequential order and none of the options help with that. How can I change that?

Hi All,Has any one every had an issue where one learner can not change the language of the platform ? I have screen shared and they are doing this correctly however it defaults back to English and does not go into the selected language. I have logged in as the learner and can change the language fine. The functionality is there it just wont change - i am unsure what it could be 

Has anyone found a way to see where groups are used? (e.g., which enrollment rules, etc.)This is essential to both cleanup and problem-solving, and I can’t figure out how.

HiI am required to run reports on users who have unenrolled from an ILT session. There does not seem to be a report to include this as the session unique ID code (alphanumeric code) does not match the session ID code in the USERS - ILT SESSIONS report.  The session number ID (4 digits) is identified in the URL which is a timely way to find the data required.How do others get around finding this information?Thanks

Hi everyone!I am looking for some advice regarding recertification.  Currently we have two different courses running alongside each other that have a 3 year cycle of renewal.  One is an older course and one is the newer version.  Let’s say it’s Course 2021 and Course 2023.  We still have people on Course 2021 because it’s not yet due for renewal, and all new people do Course 2023 since we moved over to a new supplier at the beginning of ‘23.  This has been okay for a bit, but it's starting to confuse managers and reporting because those on 2021 have been enrolled on 2023 ready for when they need to renew.  These old courses are locked so when renewal happens they need to do 2023 and only have access to this.  However, I recently learned that you can archive and unenroll people off courses so I was going to do this for 2021, but when I action this it doesn’t like it because we have them on a learning plan.I guess my ideal outcome was to keep the person’s previous

Hi allCan someone please provide a solution here?Users complete the online module and a skills assessment (observation checklist) which is marked by a DM marking the course as completed.Users must complete the course annually. If they have been working and using the skill, the observation checklist (OC) does not need to be redone.Issue: The course remains marked as "in progress" and users' names remain in the DM's To Do profile for the observation checklist. Solution?  How do I create a duplicate course specifically for annual recertification without the observation checklist, so when a user selects renew now on their tasklist they land on the correct course?Thanks  

We are currently successfully using the Docebo for SAML integration for SSO from our custom application. We are currently authenticating correctly, and able to access Docebo. However, after our SSO login we are sent to a default dashboard page. We would like to link from our application directly to a Docebo course, but we cannot find how to tell the SSO process to send us to a different URL. Is there documentation somewhere that should how to achieve this?

Hi! Does anyone know how to mark an ILT complete by completing a Lesson after the session date has passed?  I’m trying to make it so that if someone misses the ILT that they can take a Lesson and receive a course completion for it. I find Lessons present nicely on the Course Overview page, vs. attaching a recoding to a session where the user has to go on a goose hunt for it. Curious if anyone has any workarounds!

Apologies if I’m missing this...I’ve searched for it using just about every terminology I can think of, and I still can’t seem to find anything on the topic… Is it possible to time-release courses in a learning plan? I see the option to set a delay interval based on completion of the pre-requisite courses, but I’m looking for a way to manage “overwhelm” during the onboarding process by spacing out the launch of content, regardless of pre-requisites. To put it another way, I want courses to “unlock” to the user every three days. I want the schedule to be followed even if someone is a day or two behind. Day three’s course should unlock on day three always, not three days after someone completed the pre-requisite. Is there a way to accomplish this while keeping the content together in a learning plan?

Can a badge be earned more than once?Let’s say you want 10 points to be assigned if a learner completes any of a set of 8 courses.And here’s the fun part…..you want them to get another 10 points if they complete another one of those 8 courses…..and so on, with a max of 80 points possible.I have not figured out a way of doing this without creating a unique badge for each course. I have another use case where it is not tied to a course. We want to be able to manually assign points and have them add up. Imagine you are handing out points for volunteer work. Some people might complete 40 hours of volunteering, others might only get an hour. But the thing they completed is the volunteer hour that’s worth 5 points. Creating a unique volunteer hour 1 through 40 (that’s 40 badges people!) is less than ideal. So I guess it’s like we do on here...you get a reply marked as the solution you get points. Hi all,Last December, an update was made to the survey, and the Likert scale was changed, impacting the client NPS.In the figure below, you can see that for the user to give a score of 10 (maximum), they have to click on a small arrow, to show the numbers 9 and 10.There is a huge space on the left, where the numbers can be moved, and all the numbers from 0 to 10 appear. I opened a ticket and the response I got was that it is "expected behavior".*************************“ After the new course player implementation, there were many changes to how things look and interact on the platform. In this case, I can say that this behavior is expected and that in order to see this change, you would have to create an idea in our ideas portal, which is found in our Community Portal 

If we enable Enrollment attributes, is Mandatory / Optional applied to users already enrolled?We don't have a sandbox site and are concerned that enabling this feature could cause problems for existing users.Thank you!

Hi learning experts.i’ve got a user who needs a certificate that displays the average time for a course in the following format: “Average completion time: n minutes”. I thought this would be a slam-dunk, but it is frustratingly unobvious & possibly impossible.I can get “15:00” showing as the average completion time using the [medium_time] tag, even though it’s set up on the system as “00:15”. i can get just the minutes from the actual time, but we don’t want to use actual time, otherwise some folks will be showing days if they started a training & just left the tab open on their computer or whatever.but does anyone know if there is actually a way to get “Average completion time: 15 minutes”?

Hello, Not sure when the feature was introduced, but we now have Customer type: Business or Individual that customers need to select in the check out process. I have a stripe integration and service only B2B customers. Not individuals. if a customer selects the “Individual” option the purchase works. If the customer chooses “Business” then the checkout fails in an error. Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?This update has effectively paused all my customers from purchasing any of my training :(
