Yesterday I opened the notification panel (bell icon) on saw an updated screen with new ooptions, etc. Today, the bell is gone and I have no access to any on-screen notifications...opened a ticket but was wondering if anyone else has seen this on their instance? Do not have any CSS to hide that and I did see it a day agovs our production site: 

Not sure if anyone has encountered this or is aware but there is a huge gap in ILT tracking…Case:User was booked in a session on Apr 24 they did not attend and the instructor marked them as Absent Admin mistakenly marked them as Completed on the course User was able to change session after being marked as completed although we do not allow users to unenroll from a completed courseNow the reports and user transcript riot are showing incorrect dates and the user was awarded a certification when in fact they did nato complete the program. I opened a ticket with support but thought it would be interesting to see if anyone has experienced this and what you have done to mitigate this risk.Docebo needs to put in some better connections between course statuses and session statuses...today there is no relationship between the two which is the big issue...

is there a feature where managers could easily reassign content. We have a few lessons users like revisit, and sometimes need to be reenrolled in. Currently, if a manager attempts to assign a lesson that’s already been taken through My Team page, the lesson is just locked.

Hello, I’m a new LMS Admin/ID implementing Docebo. I’d like to have some active forums for members. It looks like forums in Docebo always live within a course widget, and are course-specific. Is it possible to have general forums outside of a class? I suppose I could create a few classes with next to no content and put them in a “Forums” folder with different topics, but this is pretty inelegant.  I’d also like to have forums linked to multiple classes. For example, all the sales classes could be linked to a “sales tips” forum. All the leadership classes could be linked to a “leadership discussion” forum. I’d like to do this inside Docebo.

Several issues with different degree of importance, but still interesting to find out how others have solved similar issues. The issues will be numbered to make responding to them easier. We use certifications to keep track of when/if courses need to be taken again. We also want to use Learning plans to enroll users into all mandatory courses. The problem is; if the user has an active certification that has been granted based on uploaded documentation through “External training”, this does not stop the user from being enrolled to a course with the same certification connected. Any way to make Certification status determine if a user is enrolled to a course in a learning plan? External training: When uploading external training documents, the users are forced to pick a Course name, but they are not forced to pick a Certification to be updated. HiI’m trying to create a notification for users to see which courses they have yet to complete. There are only five courses to complete. I would like it to have images of the courses and say either complete incomplete. I thought I might be able to do this with digest notifications Digest: Learner has yet to complete a courseHowever I’m currently stuck on what [items][/items] means in the notification. Hello!I am trying to use the Localization tool to change the labeling in the user-facing Course Catalog powered by Docebo Content Classic. It worked in some places, but not here (bolded text). Am I missing something?  

Hello community!We are encountering an issue where we have scorm files showing up in different languages for users.For example, an english scorm file is showing up in korean when the learner opens it to play. I have provided screen recordings and HAR files to Docebo but they say they cannot replicate it and therefore it will be difficult for them to prove to their developers there is an issue here. But I have provided the evidence and have about 10-15 users reported encountering this issue.  We did try to delete and reupload the same scorm files and it does fix the issue eventually. So if the same scorm file being uploaded works… then the source is not the scorm? Has anyone else encountered this? Or any advice or ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi Brains Trust,I am seeking advice please!We have a vast majority of users who access GoLearn on their work phone.  Course completion, with certifications attached, do not accurately record a users course completion when accessed via the app, only through web based version.  Hence, we are now finding inaccurate records in reports.A work around is to remove certifications altogether and use course completions (tracked within the course report via archived enrollments) and re-enrol the learners after 11 months into the course.  (A Connect recipe would have to be written at a cost to our org for this function).  Relevant notifications would inform the user that a course is due to expiry and will sit under Not Started on the Task list on their homepage.My question please is:are there other orgs who face a similar issue and what is your workflow? what further implications could you see to remove certification and instead use archive/re en

Forgive me if this information is available elsewhere, but I couldn’t find anything.  How are these courses suggested? [See image].Is it Tags, like Catalogues, keywords, AI, or some combination of them?  

When we have assessments in FMU, is there a way to have real time feedback? Meaning, if a trainee selects an answer, can we go ahead and show the correct answer immediately? Or do they have to complete the entire test and then go back and see which ones are incorrect. Thank you!

Hi,It seems like the new hero banner that is at the top of the new course pages has darkening/shading on it that results in any image I upload being darker than it’s supposed to be. For example, I uploaded a light blue image, and after saving the page’s changes, I noticed that the image is actually rendering on the page as dark blue, like it has been shaded. I’ve tried this with various images, and each time, the image is much darker than it’s supposed to be like there’s a shading filter applied to the hero banner’s style. Is there a way to remove the shading/darkening so that the image looks like it does originally? I’ve looked all over in the branding section and don’t see a setting that can be changed.Thank you,Becky

Hello! 👋I’d love to crowdsource some best practices for using the waitlist with ILT sessions. This was not a feature in our former LMS, so we’re still getting used to it in Docebo. I’ve read the KB article, but I’m curious on any internal controls and processes you might use, such as:How do you manage learner expectations about seat capacity to begin with? At any point prior to a full session, do you send a note to waitlisted learners letting them know that the session has “checked in full” and to register for a future option? How are you moving folks off the waiting list after the session ends? What other best practices have you adopted over time? If you’re feeling generous...We recently concluded a three-day vILT session. We have four learners who were waitlisted that never made it in. Hello I am working on building my health and safety training platform from docebo. I have all our employees added as users, but they do not know they have been added. However, when I assign an employee an ILT it sends them a notification saying XYZ has been enrolled into a course. For the moment I only want to enroll the employees into the course but not send them notifications. Is this possible?

Has anyone used Honorlock as a remote proctoring tool? We are interested in integrating their product and curious how it may work inside Docebo. All feedback is appreciated. Thank you!

Hello! I am looking to create a page using the Channels widget to show ‘Custom Channels’. We are developing a dedicated space where employees can access instructional guides, and are using Channels in a round-about way to accomplish this. We want these separated from all of our other Channels, as we want these to be more a repository for those guides and our other Channels to be used for true social learning and sharing. We want to be able to use search functionality in this Custom Channels page, but the LMS does not provide the search and filter functionality for Custom Channels. Does anyone have a potential solution for this? I attempted creating a custom HTML search bar widget above it, but to no success. 

We need to regularly review courses to ensure their content remains up-to-date and relevant for the target audience. It would be extremely beneficial to have a field linked to each course where we could set a review period. Once that time frame elapses, a notification would alert us that the course is due for review.How do others going about doing this in Docebo? We currently use an excel file to track and it’s tedious. 

How do I report on Learning Plan > Course > Training Material Progression in Insights while leveraging the Advanced Analytics package?   I'm familiar with the Users - Training Material” Report, however, I’m hoping to pull in training material completion/status into the Insights dashboards.  I’m also familiar with the Data Mart Enrollment and LP Enrollment tables, but I’m not seeing anything for training materials. Thanks for any tips!!

Basic Use Case: We have certification programs which end in a simulated, proctored exam. In brief, learners attend a VILT event, during which our facilitator unhides the test so the learners can take the exam, the learners take the exam, and we provide them results several days later. We tried administering the certification exam through Docebo but it is missing key functionality and doesn’t look very professional. So we tried authoring the tests with Articulate Quizmaker and Storyline, which is better but very buggy and deprecated. So what robust assessment authoring tools work well with Docebo? Additional Context, In Case You Love Reading 😉We need the ability to incorporate informational screens within assessments. We are looking into proctoring options for some of our exams housed in Docebo. We are considering both integrated and non-integrated proctoring options. What proctoring service do you use with Docebo? Would you recommend? Do you use API to integrate? Any and all input would be appreciated!

We are currently requiring proctored exams for our technical industry certifications. This process has been a nightmare for us to manage. If anyone can help us simplify the process and streamline it both for the exam taker and for ourselves it would be incredible. Requirements:3rd party proctor can view exam taker’s environment and confirm identity Exam taker cannot access exam at any point without proctor present Exam taker can make multiple attempts Current Process:we receive email from exam taker letting us know they would like to take the exam exam taker schedules with proctor** issue them a subscription code (given to proctor) exam taker logs in via proctor portal then launches docebo enrolls in exam via subscription code takes the exam and submits if second attempt needed, must email us I record score, reset exam objects, and unenroll exam

Does anybody know if/how to have a notification sent to a slack channel when content is added or uploaded to a channel in Docebo?  We have some internal communities that would like to share content and they are using custom channels to keep things organized but their communication is primarily done in their groups slack channel. I would like to set up something so that when anybody shares anything or uploads content to “Group X” channel in Docebo a notification is sent to “#Group-X” channel in slack saying “new content has been shared in your communities learning channel”.

I followed the instructions in any Docebo documentation, and am curious if y’all can help me figure out the issue. We have the Zoom integration.These are our settings:Course: At least one completed sessionSession: Attendance based all events (we only have 1 event in the session)Event: Mark the event as attended if the user spends at least 85% of the total time of the webinar in the webinar tool.In the images attached you can see an example of a workshop with 74 enrollments and 0 completions. I forgot to delete my test questionnaire under “Learning Evaluation - Evaluation Designer” and accidentally added it to a VILT under the “Learning Evaluation - Manage”. Under “Learning Evaluation - Manage” I disabled the learning evaluation, but now it won’t let me add the correct questionnaire to the course, it still pulls the old one that was deleted. Is that because one session has already completed and some learners have submitted their survey responses? Anyone know how can I fix this?
