If I use these eligibility rules (see image) does the user have to belong to both branches selected or will is work if the user is in at least one?  I am trying to capture a group of users who belongs in either branch. 

Hi everyone. Our team has just recently launched our LMS and have started sending out emails from the platform, for course completion reminders. However, people thought it was spam, with how basic the email composer is, where I at least, can't add our company signature. Do you know of a setting in Docebo that I can configure to add a default signature or any work around?  Thank you!PS. I dont know CSS

I am receiving an error when trying to preview my Training Materials Report.Goal: With this report I hope to be able to view the test scores (all attempts) of all users for each lesson. Problem: I am trying to preview my report and the error “Nothing to preview. The report does not match any data. Please try again using different report filters.” is appearing. I know that there are test scores to report on as I have completed some tests.Question: Why is this error happening? How can I fix it? What is the best way to achieve my goal?I have attached images of the filters I have set up and the error page.I would love some help!

Our external users in our Docebo platform are created from the Salesforce intergration app. When a user contact is created in Salesforce, there is a selection to create Docebo access to create a Docebo user account.What is the recommended best practice for retiring uexternal users when the external users primary account is inactivated in Salesforce?Example:  Charlie Brown is a member of ACME Corporation.  His contact in Salesforce indicated he should have a Docebo account and it was set up.Acme corporation is now an inactivated external user.  Is there a way that all contacts associated with the ACME corporation can automatically be set to retired with a date in Docebo when the account status is changed in Salesforce? In addition is there a recommended workflow, when an external employee leaves a company, but the company remains active?

Hello everyone. I am creating a training package consisting of multiple modules, including videos, tests, and SCORM packages. I place the test at the end of the training package. In the general settings of the training package, I set the material attempt limit to 3. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the test is locked, but the user doesn't receive a warning like 'Please start the training package from the beginning.' I want the training modules to be locked again, and for the user to start the training from the first module, with each module reopening sequentially.What I want is that if the user cannot pass the final test in 3 attempts, they should return to the beginning of the training package, and their training experience should reset. 

Hello, We want all users to remain access to the platform to be able to fetch course certificates and basically for historic and reporting purposes as well. But we hit a big snag here…We provide access to several catalogues through a subscription model. The payment are handled outside of the platform, and we manually put users within branches based on what the pay for in terms of access. Now we realized that users who get access to get their ILT course certificates, who previously has access to the paid catalogues, can still use the courses from their “my courses and learning plans” page. They cannot see the paid catalogues, or the courses, but all courses that they previously signed up for, were in progress with, or finished, is still available to them. They should not be able to go through these any more.  Any tips on setup here? I believe it is a bit complex. I know that there is a deadline we could use on courses, but for t

When using discover, coach, and share:Are notifications sent out when you invite someone to view the video,file,etc? Are notification sent when someone ask a question on your content? if someone sees a post and wants to share it with their team how do they do this? Is there a link they can copy/paste?Thank youAmanda

During implementation, we migrated a course that was once assigned company-wide as strongly encouraged but with no due date so there were A LOT of enrollments we migrated as In Progress or Enrolled. We added the course to our New Employee Onboarding learning plan so we set a Days of Validity, and chose the option to apply to previous enrollments so we now have a lot of users that show withe the course as past due. Is there a way to mass remove an expiration date from the users who were enrolled prior to implementation? The only thing i have found so far is to edit each user one at a time to remove the expiration date, so I am hoping there is something I am missing to expedite this! 

We are getting an error when trying to visit course links. The error displayed is AADSTS700016 Application with identifier ‘https://[our customer code].docebosaas.com/lms/index.php’ was not found in the directory…No one has a problem logging into Docebo with SSO. The problem manifests when an employee clicks a course_link in one of the notifications originating from Docebo. We’ve also tried the sso course link but that does not work either.The last bit of info is that our corp email does process emails and puts the course_link through an url defence system.Has anyone else gotten this error and what was the solve? Our SSO admin has previously validated the config on our side, but I since I don’t see any chatter on this forum about that error, I’m thinking that the problem must be on our side.Thanks.

I need to run a daily scheduled report of User-Courses which informs all users who have completed a course to receive payment for training completed.When I am creating the report it only enables a maximum of 50 courses and I currently have 65.  Would I need to run two reports or is there a way to change the maximum number of courses?

Through our implementation, courses were set up slightly different, as we learned more about what the system offered and what our needs were. I’d like to be able to audit the course setup information to make sure we have updated everything to our current standards.I know I can run Course Properties report from the Course Management screen. Does anyone know if there’s a way to run a report(s) that shows the following?Course Widgets and their content Catalogs course is associated with Learning Plans course is associated with Training materials (end object marker)

Is there any way to prevent a user completing courses on their learning plan multiple times in order to be paid multiple times?

Hi!What is the most efficient way of adding a ILT event recording post-event? I find myself (super admin) needing to enroll to the specific session, so I can upload a recording. Is there a way to do it without the enrollment process, this compromises accuracy of the reporting for course completions, as it adds a user that does not need to complete the training. Thanks, in advance! 

Is there a way to control what weight the results are in global search?

Hello. I've set up the site search on our Google Analytics (old/UA) account a couple of days ago, but it's not working, we didn't get any results.I doubled check with Docebo support that my set up was correct and they said that it was, but I think that it isn't, because after reading  Google documentation (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1012264#Post&zippy=%2Cin-this-article) I wonder if Docebo uses a POST-Based Search Engine, so in this case we shouldn't add a query parameter to our site search settings.It seems that Docebo has to either configure the platform to append the query keywords to the end of the URL or Customize the tracking code !?Can someone help with that? 

Hello, We are looking into the Assignment feature for sales training. The request is to have the managers review and approve the assignments (video/screen recording of new hire doing a quick demo). They would like an easy for managers to approve assignments such as they do with checklists.  They would prefer not to manually assign power user permissions. Any suggestions? What are you doing in your LMS?  

I am running a report and have specifically ticked the box to hide deactivated users.  Anyone know why they would still show in the report?  They have all different user profiles, from learner to superadmin. 

We’re looking into implementing a Continued Education Program where partners need to complete a set number of courses to earn Continued Education Units (CEUs) to maintain their certification. We’ve added the CEUs for each course in Docebo under Advanced Settings > Score & Credits, but we haven’t been able to find a way to use this information.Has anyone figured out how to build a CEU program in Docebo?

In our onboarding program, we have new hires read a number of articles in our help center after an ILT session. I’m currently using observation checklists to show completion of these tasks. Is there a way to insert a link to the checklist item so they can click on it to go directly to the help center article? If not, is there another solution to show they have completed the task, but with a link that takes the directly to the article?

I have a simiar situation to that described in this idea. Summary:User completes INITIAL course earning the Certification. Certification is renewed annually via a RENEWAL course, this one is tied to the certification with a 1 year expiration. The RENEWAL course is updated annually for freshness. With the introcution of archived enrollments, this works well with relative deadlines. How do I automatically grant the Certification after the user completes the INITIAL course, in a way the user can renew by taking the RENEWAL course?Has anyone come up with a workaround? The only one I have been able to come up with is to manually award the certificate based on completing the renewal course. 

Hi folks, we’re struggling to understand and use ILT Validity periods for course maintenance. We’d like to specify a number of days from the date of the event after which the course is inaccessible. Can we simply enter “180” or “365”, etc. in the Enable days of validity for this course under Enrollment validity period? These controls appear to be dependent on the Course validity period section above. If this is the case and the Course validity period details must be set first, must we calculate the number of days and enter them as the “End Date” instead? Thanks for your insights!

We want to see all users in a branch that have force password reset on.At that point will do an import to turn it off.We don't want to do it to all the employees in the branch because it would be unnecessary.Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
