Has anyone found a way to clean up the Observation Checklist queue for employees that were waiting to be observed and left the company before the observation was complete? I have quite a few of these and am hoping to avoid going into each one and marking the observation elements as failed.Thanks.

Hello,I was adding a training material to a course from the Central Repository and noticed the Search box in the first window was offset and not displaying in the window by the magnifying glass. This displayed like this no matter what account I was logged in as, what browser I was in (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge), or what view I was in (current Course Player or new Course Player). I wanted to report in case that needed to be fixed. 

I have created a course, uploaded training materials, and created a session. However, my enrolled users are not able to view the training materials. When in Learner view it says that there are not available sessions. Please help.

Hi! I am wanting to create a checklist for members made up of courses and resources based on what group they are in. Would the skills function be capable of creating this?

Has anyone had success integrating the Docebo eCommerce system with Oracle? We use Oracle to manage our storefront records and wanted to see what it would take to connect Docebo to Oracle to maintain those records as well.

We have several notifications set for our courses. One is email to participant that triggers when they are approved for a registered course (status changes to Enrolled).  This notificaiton works for all courses except new courses that we build on January 24th.  The courses are set up the same.  We tried re-build a course from scratch and assigning the notificaiton, but it also did not trigger the email notification when enrollment approved and status change. Is anyone else experiencing this or have an idea why it works for over 100+ courses but not these newly built courses?  I checked and can find no documentation to see if a Weekly Update push is causing the issue.  We have a ticket in, but need a quick resolution as affecting our Customers.Any ideas are appreciated, Cheryl 

When I download certificates for myself or others, they are immediately password locked without me knowing the password.  I understand this may be intended functionality to prevent tampering/falsifying the certificates.  However, this has caused significant inconvenience for my team.  We downloaded 30 certificates yesterday for a program graduation.  Because the certificates are locked, they could not be combined into one document for printing. Adobe gave us errors that we did not have permissions to combine the document without the passwords since combining documents is considered a form of editing.We aren't trying to edit the text on the certificates, just combine them to print all at once.  We also can't export as any other document type or print to PDF without errors as a work around. We had to spend extra time printing each certificate individually and checking the print settings on 30 separate documents yesterday to accomplish our goals rather than only printing

Hi all, We have our user import to automatically assign direct reports to their manager in the system which works well for the ‘my team’ page, however, there doesn’t seem to be a notification that can trigger when a new hire has been added to a manager’s team.We were hoping to have a sort of ‘getting started’ guide to send out to managers the moment a new user gets associated with them as their direct manager in the system.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a way around this? Thanks!

Hello! I am new to Docebo and in the midst of setting things up. We have a set of progressive courses that we offer across multiple disciplines. ie. Level 1 Course, Level 2 Course, Level 3 Course in Topic X, Topic Y and Topic Z.I would like to make a catalog showing Topic X with courses Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in it. However our business rules are that you must have completed 1 to do be able to do 2, and completed 2 to do 3.I can’t seem to restrict visibility or enrollment into a course at the course level, only the catalog level (e.g. by creating a Group of people who have completed Level 1 and making a Catalog with Level 2 visible to only them).Instead of 3 catalogs with 3 courses in them with courses locked until a pre-requisite course is completed, this means that I would need to have 6 catalogs, all with only 1 course in them, which looks … terrible! (I actually have 4 levels and more than 3 disciplines so you can see this is going to get messy fast if

I am interested in using a payment installment option for a pricier course. It does not appear that Docebo has any direct integration with any of these services such as Klarna or Afterpay… however, Stripe does. Has anyone had success using one of these services integrated with Stripe and with Stripe integrated with Docebo or at least know if it is possible?

Our power users are suddenly encountering this synchronization error when creating and or duplicating ILT events. Anyone else experience this?They’ve been able to do this before with no issues. All of the integrated Zoom Accounts show paired Successfully in the Zoom V2 Admin page. Super admins seem to have no issues. The Power Users assigned profiles have all the permissions for Course and ILTs.  Did something change?

When an administrator has to manage thousands of learners, the management operations proposed by the current legacy interfaces are often inadequate tools since they have not been designed to manage large amounts of work. We must therefore equip the Learning Plan function with a series of massive management tools, first of all that of enrollment, including multiple enrollment options in the UI and offering the possibility of enrollment from CSV files.

Hi everyone, I have run into a problem with user registration. For our usage, we are using SSO login for employees of our company. We are manually adding contractors and vendors who do not have access via SSO. These users are added by a power user who manages those individuals. We’ve noticed that these contractors are sent to an administrator approval queue before getting access to the system.I have self-registration set to “Free” because, if I am reading the Docebo guide correctly, that should not hold anyone’s accounts for approval. About a month ago, I turned on Moderated self-registration because I wanted that extra level of security but turned it off when it became a bottle-neck for these people. However the option does not seem to have been turned off in the back end. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to turn this off? Ideally, I would rather have “moderated” turned on, but allow it to be bypassed if they are added by a power user.

Hi! We’re currently running our Docebo instance with SSO using our Assoc. Mgmt Software called ‘iMIS’ as the backend. It works so-so. Our organization is considering replacing iMIS with a new AMS and I wanted to ask if anyone here is using their AMS as an SSO source and if so, any recommendations or warnings. Thanks in advance!

Hello All, We have an storefront and we want to show people what is being released soon. We want to allow them you see the full course/Learning Plan details (description, price, etc) but not be able to purchase it until is complete, or to have the ability for people to enroll/join a list so we can email them when it is released.  Does anyone do this, or does anyone have a work around they use?

Hi all,So we have a page with a dedicated Catalog widget displayed full width as calendar.  This works great for firm-wide training, so people can see everything that is upcoming, regardless of whether it is legal, L&D or technology training.I’ve been asked by a department if they can have it on their departmental page, but only half width.  When I do this, it changes to the smaller version with the dot to indicate something is happening.My question is this…Is there a way to make it show the same as full width, but in half width, and also, is there a way of removing the weekends from the calendar?

HI.I created a course using Articulate Rise 360 and included a quiz as one of the lessons. The user must score 85% or greater to pass and receive a certificate of completion from Docebo. The quiz questions come from a pool of questions, and I set up the options in Rise for the scoring.How does Docebo know if the user as passed?… and is it OK to have the quiz located inside the course itself or should I set up the quiz as a separate Rise course? I’ve seen it where the quiz is set up as a separate Rise course but ideally, I’d like to keep the quiz inside the course. Hope my questions make sense. I am new to LMS and Docebo.Thank you,Marion 

Hello folks.I’m working to cater more to users looking to manage their CEU credits, and one of the biggest issues i’m seeing is that it’s very difficult to even determine how many CEUs a user has accumulated.As far as i can tell, one of the most efficient ways is to look at the Personal Summary for a user, navigate to Courses and manually add all the entries for the Credits (CEUs) column. Which is not efficient at all.I’m trying to puzzle out a report that will help but so far i’ve had no luck.Does anyone have a method they use? Any input would be very helpful.Regards,Nate

We have a selection of courses that cover a variety of topics that we want to assign to new hires.   Each subsection of courses is essentially a Learning Plan.  The idea is one Master LP that holds child LP’s.  Currently this functionality doesn’t exist. We have explored loading multiple training content, and using the course shells as a ‘child LP’, however this is not as clean or user friendly as we would like. Has anyone else had a similar need?  How did you end up resolving?

Currently it seems power users only interact with channels on the course creation → channel tab.This is kind of unwieldy for larger groups of courses, or checking what is or isn’t in a channel (for them) Is there something I’m not thinking of?

Hello,Here is my problem: I can’t calculate score of a ILT session based on training material.I can’t mark a ILT course as completed based on a training material comletion.Let me explain:In my ILT course, I want the user course to be marked as completed when he complete a specific training material, I also want the score of that session to be based on the same training material.Maybe im doing this the wrong way but it seems weird to me that there is no option to mark a session as completed when a user complete a specific training material. There is only the ‘’user complete the test training material’’ but what if i have more than one test material ? Why is this option only available at the course level? I want to be able to access the score of my users in the session reports but for this i need to evaluate them, but why would i manualy put the score of a test a second time if they just did it and the score is calculated au
