Hi,Is it possible to extract data that shows when a course's training materials were modified or updated?Thank you.

We created profiles for Power Users to create, edit and export Reports for Training Record purposes.  Our Power Users have access to all Users of certain Branches but Reports only pull Users that were in the platform at the time of granting access.  Users activated in the platform after the date of granting access do not pull into the Reports.  I have searched the Community, University, and reviewed permissions and cannot locate a setting or correction for this issue.Has anyone experienced this and were you able to find a setting so that when the Power User pulls a Report, it includes all Users at the time they pulled the Report, not when they were given permission?Thank you!

Is there anyway to make a checklist go to a manager for approval when it’s a training material in a course?  Or do you have to schedule the checklist by itself to have those approvals?

There is a “Suggested for You” widget underneath the information on a given course on its course page. I was wondering: Is there a way to incorporate this in a Channel? I know there are AI-based Channels, but these are working off of skill tagging. Is there a way to create a “Suggested for You” AI-based channel that recommends courses based on enrollment and/or completions? Thank you!

We are currently in the process of launching a new eLearning course and we want to give the learners 90 days to complete the training.  I know how to do this using the course validity. However, what we would like to do is lock the course for those who haven’t completed it, meaning they would have to be nominated again before re-enrollment.  We would like to keep the course open for those who have completed it though so they can go back and access the material again. In short, we want... People who complete the course within 90 days to have lifelong access.People who fail to complete in the time to lose access. Is there a way to achieve this without manually removing users from the course when their time is up?

Hi there,I was using the 'Type' filter in the Central Repository to filter out all my video content. This works great! However, I want to take it a step further. Is there a way to identify only Youtube content for example? The Video filter seems to find all kinds of video material in the system.   Thanks in advance, curious to see if there are ways to do this.   

I’ve had a MAC OS user say they are unable to see the left hand main menu - pop-up blockers are off for the site. Any ideas?

Has anyone run into the problem where the Enrollments Sync just hangs up and never stops? This is a problem because we can receive notifications from Docebo for FAILED syncs, but not for syncs that start but never stop. What happens is we realize weeks have gone by that training records are not updated. Then we open Docebo and see that the Enrollments Sync is still in progress. Docebo Support said that we need a Salesforce developer to configure a notification within Salesforce to notify someone that the sync started but never completed.

We’re going to implement course satisfaction surveys (yea, we’re a bit behind the times 🤣) and I know that I want to use a local survey from the Central Repository. Building the survey is no issue. And I’ve gotten the Survey - Question Answers report to publish correctly.I’m confused on the following:I want a local survey because we want information about each course, and we want the learner to complete the SAME survey for each course. But how do I know WHICH course they have completed it for? Since it is a local survey, won’t my reporting be a mess? Like all responses to all surveys just in one report? For APIs - I know the API wants a ‘poll ID’ but I can’t find where to get that info. Is that the same as Survey Completion ID or Question ID that I can pull from the Survey - Question Answers report?Thanks!

I can’t find a way to see what I have allowed a user.  It could be courses, learning plans, or subscriptions.  I want to check that I am giving the correct access.  There must be a way.They would not have enrolled yet, so I cannot use the User Summary and the reports all assume the person enrolled and provides that status.  That doesn’t help.(I have external customers, partners, and internal users, so important I am not giving away things for free that I shouldn’t be).Does anyone know of a way?  I don’t see any prior threads in the Community, so maybe I am missing a feature somewhere. 

This may be a long shot, but I’m looking for some CSS help. Through extended enterprise, we have public catalogs with courses for sale. In the course info, there are these tabs: I’d like to use CSS to add in a custom tab. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thank you!!

I export a full user report (approx 31k users) once or twice with no issues. I check the boxes I need and click Export XLS file and it works. I get this message and an instant download.Today, when trying to run a full user report, i get this message and email. I tried running it with less users and got the same message. Anyone else?  

Does anyone know if there is an option for a user to access while in Docebo that will let them unregister, deactivate, expire, or delete their own account if they no longer wish to be registered.

I am trying to think through and standardize practices for Global programs delivered in multiple languages from an LMS admin perspective. Courses only allows for one language designation at the course level.  Our Catalogs are split up by languages Program managers would prefer to go to 1 course to monitor registrations. **Reports could be used to pull multiple sessions into 1 view Want to avoid users accidentally registering for a wrong language One course with many sessions in various languages seems to be a poor user experience and confusingWould love to hear how those with similar use cases have managed this!!

Hi,I have created a survey by using a text entry in Storyline 360, using a submit btn in Storyline. My client wants to collect feedback from the user. I’m using SCORM 1.2. Where in Docebo can I collect the text entry from the user? Thanks

Good morning everyone, I am hoping someone else has had to fix this issue. We have added an added field about opting in/out of email lists and only a portion is visible. Has anyone else had to expand these fields to show all of the test? Any and all help greatly appreciated! 

I am looking for some advice on using Docebo Learn for monthly reoccurring training sessions. My team used it previously but not in many years and I went through Docebo University’s course on this, really just looking for tips, things to avoid, etc. We have the legacy solution, Docebo Growth plan, which I believe is only Docebo Learn. Please correct me if I’m wrong. :) Things I am looking for:-scheduling/enroll link with limits -video conference integration (teams)-easy management, as we do not have dedicated lms admin -using it with a Cloudshare VM Is this all possible within the built-in features or do I need a third party solution?

Course A is in two learning plans X and Y we want Course A in one learning plan X only we want to add training material to course A (name it B) and put it in plan Y only we don't want the users that already completed course A in the two learning plans to retake anything. How do we do that? Possible solution??Duplicate Course A - and carry over training material.  Rename copy of Course A to make it Course B  make course A mutually equivalent to course B and vice versus  add course B to learning plan Y  (now it has both original course A and duplicate course B) remove course A from learning plan Y ( now LP Y has just B course) ??? ????All the users that completed the original course A still have completed statuses All the users that   

Hello all,We have a need to assign to a specific Branch everybody that creates an account using the Self-Registration page.  Currently, we have the Branch Code input enabled and every single user adds the same value over and over.   Is there a way to fix the value or any other configuration to ensure that all users are part of the branch?I thought about creating groups instead but that is not currently an option due to legacy configuration/data.

Is there any way to add a “Question and Answer widget” on an ILT session. The Docebo help pages are contradictory. This page says you can add a question and answer widget on an ILT course. This page says you can’t add the widget on ILT courses. I can’t add one to an ILT course so I assume the second one is correct, has anyone found a work around?I’ve looked at the forum but the UX is awful so I don’t want to use that if possible. Has anyone tried to embed a Q&A widget using the iframe? Is it even possible?

For example, say I enroll a group with three users:Person A - Enrolled Person B - Enrolled Person C - EnrolledThe users complete the course:Person A - Complete Person B - Complete Person C - CompleteTwo more users are automatically assigned to the group. What happens if I enroll the group again from the course management area? Is the enrollment data preserved for person A, B, and C? Or, will it get reset by new group enrollment?Results 1:Person A - Complete Person B - Complete Person C - Complete Person D - Enrolled Person E - EnrolledResults 2:Person A - Enrolled Person B - Enrolled Person C - Enrolled Person D - Enrolled Person E - EnrolledNote: I already have an enrollment rule set up, but for some reason it didn’t trigger for a small number of users. Does anyone know why this error message and issue is occuring. I had recently updated Articulate to their newer version and this error started occuring when I had overwritten the Scorm. I have rolled back Articulate and republished the course to LMS scorm but it is still happening even when not overwriting a course but when adding as a new scorm and assigning to a new course. Hi Everyone,Our Company has implemented Docebo for both external and internal users for LMS training. For internal users the access is provided through Okta via SSO. But for external users, the Docebo is accessed through an iframe on our customer portal hosted on Salesforce (please see below screenshot for your reference).As you might have been aware that google chrome is retiring Third Party cookies starting Q1 2024 and completely disabling it by Q3 2024. When disabling the third party cookies, the internal users were able to access Docebo as the platform is directly accessed. But the external users cannot access the Docebo as it is implemented as an iframe which leverages the Third Party cookies for functionality. We are working with Docebo support team on a resolution for this, but I just wanted to post here to see if anyone else faced the same scenario and has a potential solution for us. RegardsGuru

Is it possible to create a custom report to show all branches and associated branch codes in Docebo?  If this exists can someone detail those steps as I have not found a means to do so.

A quick question:You enroll people in a learning plan.  That LP has courses in it.You establish a course enrollment message to fire off on enrollment (not the LP message).Will the course enrollment message do its thing because of containership?As in - by enrolling in an LP you are also enrolling a person into a course(s).
