We continually have users who move from one branch (a different Business Unit) to another branch.  It is our current process to merge the users account information from the original branch to their new account with the new branch however it has come to our attention that archived enrollments do not merge.  We would like to delete the deactivated account after merging but also can’t lose the archived data which is primarily legal compliance completions.  Does anyone have a best practice they follow for a situation like this?  

Recently I have built a catalog of skill sets and skills, which, I like the way it is organized in the platform. One thing I have recently run into is when applying those skills to each course: While I would prefer to incorporate the entire skill set as a skill instead of the individual skill, that’s not currently an option per course. The workaround is to align each individual skill, which would be fine, but I’m running into the 15 skill max issue. Is anyone else running into this as an issue. For our organization, it would enrich the experience to be able to associate all of the available skills for the course and in many cases, I have a list of 20-40 skills depending on the course. I would love to see an expanded capacity and I’m curious if anyone else would benefit from that as well.

Hi Community members! 👋We’d like to share a feature improvement request related to the waitlist functionality, and we’d love to hear if others have experienced similar challenges or have found workarounds. Context:Currently, students are required to make a payment in order to join a course waitlist. This triggers a payment confirmation email, which can be confusing as it gives the impression that the student is fully enrolled — even though they’re only on the waitlist. Proposed Improvement:We propose removing the mandatory payment requirement for joining a waitlist. Instead, students should be able to add themselves to a waitlist without completing any payment. This issue arises for us specifically when the course has an associated cost. Benefits of This Change:Better visibility into demand for fully booked courses Easier to manage

I have pushed out an Annual Compliance training and have noticed a typo in one of the training materials (a SCORM file). I would like to be able to update the SCORM without resetting progress of those who have already completed the material. What is the best way to do this?  

Hi,So this morning we woke up to all our images not loading - it looks like the servers that stored image uploads on our site have changed.Obviously, this is going to be a huge lift for us to remediate (especially since so many of our courses are built in HTML), and we’ve done so much customization on pages, which have necessitated hard-coding our image sources.We’re talking to our Support Advisor - but I wanted to check in on a couple things with the community:1. Are you experiencing the same issue? Did you know this was happening beforehand, aka is there somewhere else specifically that I should be looking/paying attention to? (I check Product Updates religiously every Monday, pay attention to the roadmap, and am subscribed to several conversations in the community - which feels like too much, already, if I’m honest)2. I read through some posts and saw some interesting conversation around Instructor permissions. I was unaware Instructors had permissions, other than through a Power User role. What specific problem or challenge are you facing?*Currently, some of the stakeholders in the organization are interested in a monthly or weekly overview of the total number of (active) users within a specific branch. Does anyone know if its possible to turn off the enrolment feature? I want to have a series of links to YouTube videos for learners on our platform without adding training material and learners having to enrol. Does anyone know if this is possible or have any suggestions please?

I had a business partner search for a learner using the User Personal Summary option under Reports and was unsuccessful; but when they searched for the same learner using the Users option under the Admin Menu, they were able to locate them. 

As the title says, both admin and learners are unable to download certificates in China, and admin are unable to upload thumbnails when creating courses. The issue started about 2 months ago.Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Docebo support are aware of this but are so far unable to replicate the issue so haven’t found a solution. We’ve tested on different computers, networks and locations, and the issue persists, but it would be helpful to know if this is affecting other customers. Thanks!

Does anyone know of a way to know who has clicked on courses that were sent in a newsletter?  I want to track who is clicking on newsletters. Thank you

Does anyone have a certificate template that they use when a team member completes a course or learning plan? We are building out our LMS and are looking for options that could be a good fit. 

When searching the community, I see that there are a lot of posts but I can only access the first 20 results because there isn’t a navigation to get to the rest of the results. Is this a bug? Our warehouse needs to add certifications to users on Docebo. These team members completed the courses prior to us using Docebo. When we upload the certifications via csv, we would like it to trigger a completion on the corresponding course for those users. Is there a way to do this? 

Have any users experienced issues with enrolment notifications not being sent this week?I built 6 new courses over Wednesday and Thursday and only 4 courses issued automated enrolment notifications to enrolees.  On the 2 courses without enrolment notifications, I dis-enrolled myself on one course and received a dis-enrolment notification.  I subsequently re-enrolled and still no enrolment notification.   I repeated this process on the 2nd course and received neither an automated enrolment or dis-enrolment notification.My colleague repeated this process on one of the ‘faulty’ courses.  She first dis-enrolled enrolees, then re-enrolled.  Duplicate enrolment notifications were then automatically sent for this course.The correct RSVP enrolment conditions have been applied to all 6 courses so the issue doesn’t lie in the courses themselves.Before logging a support request, has anyone else had any similar issues this week also?  Any solution/explanati

Issue: Users are completing courses quicker than we predicted our training to take. We’d like to slow this down to ensure they’ve gone through the content thoroughly.I’m fairly new to the Docebo platform so would pick the brains of more experienced users of what features I can use. I looked into doing a scheduled release of lessons, but doesn't look like it supports it thus far. Thanks!

We have several stores who would like to join our Docebo. They will only join if they can use their own content. With new stores, we add them as Power Users because we can’t have hundreds of SuperAdmins. We know that they can upload their own content in the central repository but it seems that they can’t create their own courses with that content. Is there a way that this could be done?

Hi everyone – I’m a brand new Docebo user and really appreciate this community!We’re currently setting up an integration between Docebo and our external site. OAuth2 authentication is working—we’re able to obtain the access token successfully. Now we’re trying to use the Docebo User API to retrieve user information (like user ID, name, and email) using that token, so we can sync the data on our external platform.Here’s a sample OAuth2 token response we’re getting from Docebo:{"access_token":"ACCESS_TOKEN_VALUE_HERE","expires_in":3600,"token_type":"Bearer","scope":"api","refresh_token":"REFRESH_TOKEN_VALUE_HERE"}As you can see, the response doesn’t include any user information (like user ID), so we’re not sure how to proceed with retrieving user details using the access token.Has anyone successfully done this kind of integration? Hi, we’ve recently set up automated calendar invites to go out to people who sign up to courses.However it comes up with a line talking about if it’s a virtual link click here but most of our workshops are face to face and this is causing a lot of confusion with people not turning up as they thought they could join on Teams. I’m not sure how to change this from coming up on the automated invites, any help would be great. I’ve uploaded a photo so you know what I’m talking about.  Thanks 

Hello Everyone!I hope you are all doing well! With this being my first post and question, I want to introduce myself. I work at Cisco as an administrator for our LMS system Docebo and have been working in LMS for almost three years.I do have a question with the custom reporting feature, I am trying to find a way to pull up a report for our waiting list for one of our courses, however I am not seeing any options to report on thist. I could be missing something so I figured if any of you have had done a report like this or similar? Please let me know. Looking forward to speaking with you all :)
