Hi all, I’m working on creating a notification that I can use to notify individuals when they have been enrolled into a course, however I’m only able to create a “blanket” notification. I’ve turned it off as I don’t want my part of the org to get spammed everytime they are enrolled into a course. I was under the impression when you manually enroll users, you can select the Notification type you want to send, however our platform shows nothing for step 3 of enrollment and we click next and we are done. I checked the Enrolling Users into Courses – Docebo Help & Support article and it says that it will only show “Digest: User enrolled into a Course” notification. Screenshot:

Is there anyway to make it so the platform will display possibly the course name instead of the URL in the Browser Tab?Here’s an example of what our tabs looks like when you have a Docebo LMS tab open from any perspective (SuperAdmin, Power User, User, External User): I obfuscated details for obvious reasons. Here is the what a tab SHOULD look like imo:The tab has the name of the page you are on. I would expect the platform to do something similar with like Course name. Thoughts, tips or tricks, anyone?

Hello,How good are you using the notifications for Chinese/Japanese languages?Our emails supporting to Chinese/Japanese language font types/styles doesn’t look good compare to other languages. It seems like a phish/scam emails. We don’t want to give a bad impression for China/Japan users. I use the same source code from English language to others. It works well for all languages except China/Japan. Can any one can help me with HTML/CSS template to use the unique font style/type respective of all languages?

Is it possible for experts to recieve notifications on comments made on preexisiting questions that were asked to their channels?

We have ILT courses that become very specifically “relevant” during certain business phases of the year. This is to support activities that we want our managers to complete. We just entered another phase and scheduled new ILT sessions. Here’s the issue - we have managers to have attended before who would like to attend again to refresh their memory on the topics involved. But they cannot enroll, because they have a completion already recorded. We don’t want to have to remove the existing completion - that’s not fair and accurate reporting. Is there a way for them to re-enroll without a) losing their previous completion or b) having to manually make the change (ultimately, we don’t know how many will want to retake). Communication has already gone out - so creating a duplicate course is not an option (and that would create confusion in the system, too).This is also NOT a certification. It’s an optional course.

The “My courses and learning plans” page in user accounts show both learning plans and individual courses that the user is enrolled in. Some of the individual courses are part of a learning plan and they appear both as an individual course and in the learning plan. Some of our participants in one learning plan have cognitive disabilities that make it confusing for them to see courses in two places. Is it possible to hide courses from the “My courses and learning plan page” if they’re already part of a learning plan? This way, users only see the learning plan and navigate to individual courses from there.

Hi, Can you please add a message for course completion once the mandatory part of the course activity is completed? currently if there is an end object marker for specific material there is no completion message related once you completed this training part. users are not sure what to so and whether the training is completed. I have also opened a support case for it #237075  . Thanks. Limor

Is there an option in Docebo to perform a bulk completion of users when the training material is a SCORM package? I know that we can change a user’s status from the Enrollment screen, but it does not appear to change the status of the actual SCORM package.

Where are the June and July 2022 release courses in DoceboU?I only see up to May 2022.  When do they release these for each month? What is the schedule?

The PU in question has all of the necessary permissions: They also have the relevant branch and course assigned to them. They are an instructor in the session. When trying to enroll users into the course from here it redirects to a 403. Is this a bug? The chat agents have been thoroughly unsuccessful in identifying the issue.

We are starting Extended Enterprise for a client who wants SSO and plans on tying it to Azure. There are hundreds of existing users in their branch. My question: once we activate SSO for their instance of EE, will all of the users simply be updated? Or will a new set of users mirroring the existing set get created? Also, whichever way this works, why? As always, appreciate this community!

I’m hoping the hivemind can help me out here…We have been having moderate success using Observation Checklists as part of leader onboarding, but I’ve run into a situation that I can’t find a solution to. Our checklist is set up for employee to complete, but then it needs to be approved by their manager. I have a manager who is no longer with the company, thus is inactive in the system. This has left the observation checklist for the employee in limbo as the checklists do not move to their new manager.Any solutions for this?

I’m at a new company and migrating their LMS.  Almost all our courses begin as “open a new window” buttons for historical reasons.  There are thousands of these courses.  Can we straight-up not use any of these in the mobile app? They open the popups in the default iPhone browser (chrome in my case), not within the Docebo app (we paid for branded mobile but I assume go.learn is the same code)

Good morning Guys, We have a question here on how to potentially handle.  In SSO it seems you can not pull over the “Is Manager” field and the4 “Direct Manager” field.    Both of those are key to making this work for the client.   As you may know I am all about work arounds.  The question is:  As we are mapping fields, is there a way to take an additional field from AD and map it to the “Is Manager” and then an additional field to the “Direct Manager” field in Docebo?    I would assume that you should be able to do this but I wanted to validate this with you. I would like students to be able to open their courses/learning plans to download certificates even after access is expired. Is there a way to do this without using the “Soft Deadline” feature? I don’t want students to be able to complete unfinished courses after expiration. I just want them to be able to download certificates without having to go through the “My Activities” tab.

Hello!I support a large group of volunteers which has high annual turnover (about half). We consider each year of volunteers as a cohort.  We have a couple of different required courses - one course is required only every 4 years and two courses are required annually for all members. Volunteers who leave do sometimes come back to the organization within the 4 years, so they would not be required to retake the training until they hit that 4 year mark. They would be required to retake the other trainings.When a volunteer leaves the organization, we deactivate their account.My questions:If I unenroll people from any of the courses, is a record of the course completion maintained? If I do not unenroll people from the courses, but just deactivate their accounts, are notifications sent to deactivated users (we have a notification that reminds people to complete these courses - I do not want to

I have done everything correctly by passing the metadata between Azure AD and Docebo, matching up the Unique Identifier field, uploading SSL certificates for my test domain, and I still get the same error:The expert my AM gave me has no idea why its not working. IT has no idea. I’m at a loss! 

We want to get the MS Teams link for an event so we can share it if anything goes wrong. Is this possible?If not, could you create a meeting with Teams in Outlook and pull that link to put it into the event as a "custom tool". The person has been paired on Teams. (Also, if this does work, does the person have to be paired? That would save so much time in trying to get random people paired for one event a year).

We have an assessment with 200+ questions that went out to 800+ employees. When I use the Course Report tool to generate an item analysis of the training material, the export does not generate a complete report. The export creates a file with about 125 of the questions and cuts off at the same point every time. To export the entire data set, I must deselect the first 125 questions and then run the report for the remaining items. Does the Course Report tool have a fixed limitation regarding the number of test items, or is it more a cap on the size of the data export? Is there a way to adjust the limitation? Here’s the path I am using to generate the report:Course > Reports > Training Materials Statistics >  Select the Test > Export as Excel or CSV

I was hoping you could define something for me, I’ve been trying to find the answer and have not received any responses.On the Admin DashboardCan you define SESSION and ENROLLMENTS?Is a session each time someone logs in? Or is it each time someone completes a training item?I hope Course Completion is self-explanatory.Are Enrollments NEW people logging in for the first time? Or is the 303 Weekly the AVERAGE?We do NOT enrolled 300 people each week. It is a stretch for me to believe that is even an average.Or is this UNIQUE Users who have accessed the system this week? No that can’t be it as the number for today wouldn’t be 0.  I would really like to know where that 303 weekly number comes from. I can’t imagine that a typical week we enroll more than 100 new users. Hi All, Has anyone had the need to limit the visibility of the answers of a test on a course? Example: A department has a course that contains a test. The answers to the test would be considered sensitive information and not all power users are privy to the information but all power users still need access to report profile permissions. How would we limit who could access the test answers on the course two a few power users but still allow the ability to access the course to all of the learners who need to take the course & answer the questions on the test? Thank you,Courtney
