I want to create a power User that will be responsible for all User creation and assignment in their branch. Is it possible to set the new user created to need to be approved by me before that user can access/do anything on the system?And then set a notification to tell me that they are there awaiting approval?

Hi folks - Hope everyone is keeping safe and well. When our team mark attendance they also mark when someone is absent from an ILT session.  At the moment I’m trying to run a report that details the sessions where attendance is not marked.  But when I run the report that I created it brings up those that are marked as absent as well but it doesn’t detail this in the report if that makes sense?   Any ideas on how to just run a report on those that haven’t been marked as attended nor absent?  Thank you! :)

Right now our enrollments only include users with an AD account and require single sign on. This prohibits our field employees who do not have a company device or email from being able to log in to take courses.  Does anyone else have a situation like this and if so how are you handling it?

Does anyone know if there is a way to Edit a Screencast/video created via the Video Recorder in Docebo, once it has been published to a course or the Central Repository? I see that the settings can be edited or subtitles can be added once the video is recorded, but I do not see anywhere that the published video can be revised or the MP4 file can be exported.Any help would be appreciated!

Hello!We are currently working through the process to be able to import our weekly schedule of sessions/events once our organization goes live later this month. We added an additional field to the session level for (Assigned Instructors) that way we could create a column on the Session Tab of the Course to view the assigned Instructor for each session.However when importing courses, it does not appear that we can map additional fields in the Import. Has anyone else experienced a similar scenario or have any recommendations?

Hi folks I’m in the middle of creating notifications for my organization and we require notifications going to the user for tasks such as when then enroll/unroll on-to training, complete E-Learning etc. The same notification needs sent to that persons line manager which we have in the system as, “Power-Users”  However, the notifications appear to be going to ALL the power-users in our systems instead of just the Manager of the person the notification relates too.   I also noticed one of the notifications gives you the option for just “Manager” as the target group but not all notifications have this option.    Would anyone have any suggestions for a way round this?  Maybe an issue with the way the Power-Users are set up? Many thanks! :) 

Scenario:We have both customers and employees as users in our LMS. Recently we had a superadmin create a new course category named “Customer Awareness” and assign some employee courses to it that are in a catalog visible only to employees and not customers.Unfortunately the category itself is visible to ALL users when they click the “CATEGORIES” filter on the catalog page. If an employee then selects the “Customer Awareness” category, the courses are displayed. If a customer selects it, nothing is displayed.Before I submit an enhancement request for this - am I missing something? Is there a workaround for this?

The survey feature is great, but the graphical display of questions is a bit sloppy. For example: You can see how the likert scale is misaligned. Likewise, every question that has a likert scale attached to it says: likert scale (required). I’d like that to not show if possible, but primarily, for the questions to graphically align. 

We are looking for ideas on how to handle repurchasing courses. Here’s our specific scenario: Our exams are set to allow two attempts within a time range. If a user fails both attempts, they have to repurchase the exam. We need to retain record of their previous enrollment and attempts, so our workaround is to create an external training record first, then unenroll them from the exam. They can then repurchase the course and re-enroll, and we reset their attempts data and enrollment status. Does anyone have similar issues? Any easier workarounds?

I know that ILT sessions can be imported but surprised I’m not seeing anywhere to import elearning courses? Use Case:I have approximately 60 session recordings (from a customer conference) that I need to publish to our LMS as courses. We prefer to wrap each in a course to get better reporting (i.e., who, when, status vs simply # of clicks that Coach and Share channel asset reporting provides). I have a csv file containing each ‘course’ name and description, and an mp4 file for each. I know this can be done via API but was wondering if there is a simple csv import for creating the course shells I could use?

We’re trying to release our first custom page associated with a Performance Program that we’ve released company-wide. I’ve added the page to the 4 menus that have been customized for employees in different areas of the company. It seems to be working for 3 of the menus, but on the 4th - which goes to MOST of our employees, we’re experiencing the following:User clicks a direct link (we plan to use this in an email) User is logged in via SSO and the custom page shows briefly, and then bounces to a 403 error User clicks their home page link in the breadcrumb trail, and the custom page displays This is associated with a breadcrumb trail that now lists the home page twice (My Learning Home > My Learning Home) - it’s not supposed to, so this is odd, and the custom page has taken on the title and subtitle of the home page. Lots of external articles and videos that the AI is pulling is not useful to us.   Instead of looking everyday to find and manually add the ones we don’t want is there a list I can find or add to so I can have greater control over the content it is showing the users.

In course management, when adding a description to a course we want to add an image using the “Image Picker” and a URL. The problem is that the image picker url textbox only provides support for ‘http://’ urls. When we add an image and then modify the ‘<img src=””/>’ to point to the correct link, it works fine.  Is there a setting within Docebo that will change the image picker to allow https?  

I have some instructors who have added some files to a file repository widget and have also added a course description widget to a course. They would like the ability to make edits to these fields, but I cannot find a way to allow them to do that without making them super admin. Is there any way around this? Seems like something they should have the ability to do.

In the Manager User Guide, it says that if there is an error when enrolling users to content, a warning message will display and to click the View Logs Link then click the View Logs Button. (See below)“Press Confirm to complete the action. In case of errors, a warning message will be shown at the bottom of the My Team page, with a link to the enrollment log file. Click on the View Logs link, a right panel will open listing the courses where the enrollment ended with errors.”The warning message does not contain any links; it just says to click the View Logs button. Where is the View Logs button?

I find myself having to run basically the same report over and over with different courses or groups of courses. Is there a way to save a custom report so that it can be easily rerun with only having to select courses, carrying the same parameters over? If not, there should be! This would simplify our process a lot and allow for people less familiar with the platform to run a premade custom report.

Machine Learning should be part of the platform. We should be able to know and understand learners and provide options for the next piece of content. Think Netflix/Amazon model. We dont want a one and done platform. We want to encourage learners back into the platform consistently.

Hi, we recently want to launch the gamification feature but whenwe were testing out the function,  2 out of 4 system admin account got double coin issuance for the same points (ie 30 points earned and 60 coins allocated). But no such error when we tried with test accounts (user level).We have contacted Docebo but they were not able to replicate/resolve the problem.Anyone else here have similar experience with coins?

Our GA Behaviour > Site Content > All pages and Landing Pages reports show /learn/external-ecommerce as the first/most visited page. We know that the page exists because you can type it in the browser ($DOMAIN/learn/external-ecommerce) but we doubt that someone is doing it, or at least not the high amount of users shown by GA.We also know that typing $DOMAIN/learn shows the same result as $DOMAIN/learn/external-ecommerce  - the Sign In page.When someone shares a link, and I click the link but I'm not logged yet I'm redirected to $DOMAIN/learn/signin. GA does not show results for /learn/signin.So, can you tell me if I should just assume that the total page views for /learn/external-ecommerce is the sum of all times that someone clicked a link but they weren't logged to the platform yet, and they were redirected to any of these "login" pages?/learn /learn/external-ecommerce /learn/signinAnd, also, is it possible to rename, or have this total (of page views) under a more mean

Our facility is a full scale manufacturing facility. We have quite a few e-learning courses that our users take and a few ILT courses, but we are having a hard time finding a good solution for our OJT form. The OJTs are generally hands-on learning elements for machine usage and safety. We have a form that has been approved by the FAA and would like to capture this information in the LMS without having to make everything an external training. What solutions am I missing that would help us accomplish this?

Hi all.  Quick question - is there anyway of downloading an image that has been used on a Custom Content widget?  We have an image that is on a page, but someone has deleted the original image and I need it for something else.I know we can download the course thumbnails, just wondered if any of the amazing people in this group knew of a way to do the same with these images?Thanks in advance! N
