Dear allI have recreated report using the Reports entry and the New reports.It is working well so far (even if the email layout is minimalist and  not appealing) but my biggest concern is : how is the URL generated ?Some of my email are pointing to my prod URL   And some others are pointing to my development URL Is it like the notifications and the URL depends on WHERE you are created the report/new report ?Thank you

Hi AllQuery…I created a report to show specific users Learning plans status and I want to see only the ones which are assigned to  specific LPs. but if the same user decides to enroll to a different LP (He can do that because I have not restricted the users to specific LPs) I also get that in the report...so my question is, can it be filtered out? is there a checkbox I am missing? or a workaround that can be implemented? 

I want to create a group that auto-populates with all users who are enrolled, in any status, in any course of a particular category. The total number of courses is 40+ and possible enrollment status is at least two for us {in progress, completed}. Since it seems that each group enrollment based rule only allows you to select a single course and a single status, it seems like we’d have to create 40*2=80 rules which is more than the maximum. Wondering if anyone else has this situation- or if I’m missing something on how to accomplish this? 

I have software training exercises that I want learners to complete. In order to be assessed by someone, the learner will need to post a link to what they created in the software as the answer and the grader would need to click the link to see what the learner created and then provide feedback. I also want to provide an option where a learner can see screenshots of what they should have built in order to be able to self-assess quickly. How would you set this up in Docebo?

Hi, Is there a way to make the learning plans the first tiles listed in your list of enrolled courses?  I want to make sure people spot them straight away.  At the moment  Learning plans that are ongoing will be pushed further down the list and potentially be harder to find if someone has enrolled on many courses.

I have a test that is built as a pre-test in a course, and it’s set as the end object marker if they pass. This works, BUT when the user completes and passes, they get the below screen. Since they passed the test, the next activity button takes them to training material they aren’t required to complete. I can see learners thinking it would take them to the next REQUIRED activity. If the click it, they will probably end up wasting time completing training material that isn’t required. Is there any way to remove this? 

We utilize courses from 3rd parties such as Becker and LinkedIn.  Many times (but not all), we are seeing duplicate course entries even though we load once.  One will say - AICC file and the second will say E-learning.  Users are also seeing this and it is a problem.  Any idea on what is going on?  Here is a screen shot with 2 examples? 

We have a series of surveys we use to evaluate learners, courses, and instructors after instructor-led courses. We’d like to pull responses from those and share them through Docebo. For example, could we collect responses from a learner survey and share that with that individual’s manager? 

I am very interested in Learning Analytics as my team is looking to start some working on learning transfer topics. Can anyone tell me whether a Learning Analytics widget can be added to a Learn dashboard?  We’d really like to have the BI information available to trainers, managers, etc. in a single location (the LMS)

Hello All! I am wondering if it’s possible to create a custom report on items in the Question Bank? For example, average score per question, most missed questions, how often a question is used, which power users have added the question to a quiz then own, etc. My organization is considering pulling questions from the question bank at a regular frequency to “refresh” call center agents on hot topics, but I am having trouble figuring out how to find/if Docebo allows you to pull this type of data. Thanks!Kate

What CSS needs to be modified to increase breadcrumb font size?

I am using the “All Channels” page to get to my channels. I have visibility to a lot of channels and the ones I use most are on the bottom of the list. Is there a way to re-order the channels (not the contents of the channels, but the channels themselves). Can I tag a channel as my favorite so I can quickly get to my favorite channels? I tried searching from the top, but that gives me content in channels vs. the channel I was looking for. 

I’m creating a certification has expired notification and there are two shortcodes I don’t know: [cert_item_name] [cert_item_type]Where is the data taken from? How is the [cert_item_name] different from [cert_title]?I want to see if I can use these shortcodes to add a name of the team that learners can send questions to regarding a specific certification. This would help since the same notification will apply to all certifications and I’d like to direct people to a relevant team depending on what certification the notification refers to. 

Is there a way to add users to a group using a CSV file? I have users that I need to add to a group, but there isn’t a user field that would make sense for the group and if I don’t have to manually add users one at a time to a group, that would be ideal/ 

Hello, community!Happy Friday - I hope none of you reply today and enjoy your weekends. :)TL;DR: I need to know what fields I should map the manager hierarchy data to in Docebo so that managers are automatically assigned to their direct reports.--We have an API written by a 3rd party vendor that syncs our data from Workday to Docebo. When I came to my company, all of our managers were (presumably) receiving their direct reports in their Team Members area of their profile as a result. In fact, some still are. However, many are not. I’ve tried opening a chat on this subject but it spun into a loop.I know that it works under certain circumstances because I have users who do have their direct reports (and even with recent hires). However, if I add direct reports to someone who doesn’t have it, the direct reports are cleared the next morning at the daily import, which communicates to me that the sync is processing that field but it’s either empty in my HRIS or it’s getting the wrong field a

Hello,  I have been experimenting lot with group management and auto enrollment based on our needs. I succeed to a good extent in achieving desired results but I am stuck at one point. Use case: We have learners (90%) they have to do a preliminary course on the platform. Based on the course results they are assigned to different groups. We have created custom home pages and assigned to those groups. At page level, the visibility is based on the groups and not on the branches.Lets say, when the user is doing a preliminary course they are in group A (manual group). Later the user added to a different group B based on the result (automated group set on the condition). Basically user will be part of two groups and two custom pages. Both the custom pages should be accessible to the user by Menu (that’s the goal)The bottleneck is:I manually add users to the Group A via csv. I can’t make Group A automatic since I can’t remove the user. I did not set any condition since 90% users will have to

I read this post And I have a similar challenge, but don’t quite get how to fix it.I want to have an image widget next to a custom content widget. It’s just there to look pretty. I’ve tried using different sizes, but the widget just stays huge which then distorts the image. What else can I do to control the height on the image on the left to be closer to the height on the custom content box?

Hi all,I was wondering if anyone has found a good way to cross-reference the video file names auto-generated by Docebo with the original file names on their local network. We’d like to be able to cross-reference these names to check that the videos on Docebo match the latest ones on our local network. We’re not sure how to do this because the file name in Docebo is different to the original file name. The auto-generated file name I’m referring to is the one shown in the following screen capture. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Auto-generated file name  

Is anybody able to tell me if a user is considered by Docebo to be an “Active User” if they log in to the system and share a piece of content to a channel?  I’ve looked up the technical definition here and its not clear to me regarding the specific action of sharing content. 

I need to automatically notify a program owner, via email, when a user has completed a specific learning plan.The user earns a Credly badge when the LP is complete and we don’t have an integration with Credly yet (working on it). I need the notification in the meantime so the program owner can manually issue the badge. The daily completion rate is sporadic (could be days/weeks before someone completes a LP or could get multiple completions in one day), so we need a notification to trigger the badge creation. Also, the program manager is not a Docebo admin at any level. I don’t see any way to add a named user in a notification, any other suggestions? 

We recently came across a use case where a single course will have hundreds (perhaps thousands) of sessions in different locations. Today, you can use ILT Additional Fields to add search criteria in a catalogue however the search results are limited to the course only. Therefore a user is not able to look for a session in specific location or by title, etc.. When they do find the course, the sessions are just listed as a long list of dates and is not searchable other than using Ctrl + F to find text on page (that implies that what the user is searching for is visible on the page somewhere; which may not always be the case when there are hundreds of sessions.Wondering if anyone has found a way to display sessions as a search result?We’d also like to see an option to search for the session by specific criteria that would be input as session additional fields.If anyone has been able to do this, I would be very interested in knowing how.Thank you.

So we want to add a database of Power Point presentations. I looked at doing a channel, but we want to be able to filter the resources by topic, we only need these filters for the one channel and also I couldn’t find out how or if it was possible to change the filters for channels.We could do it as a catalogue but again I only need the filters for one catalogue and I don’t want to make it harder to search in the other catalogues. I could embed something in the page but I’m not sure what we could embed to make it work. Any ideas gratefully recieved
