Hi everyone, Our organization is looking into buying Docebo and I have been assigned to look into how we can create discussion posts.In our current LMS we ask a question on a discussion board (this feature came with our current LMS) and then learners have to add a new post plus reply to 2 other learners posts. We are able to track this in our current LMS, as these steps for each discussion post, are part of the passing grade for the learner.I am wondering if any one else does this and if so, what are you using? Any help would be appreciated.Wendy

Hello has anyone run into the issue of users joining an ILT session as the host? We will have a training with several people joined as the host’s name. Then the instructor can’t access the zoom host functions. Thanks! 

Hello Docebo Community heroes,Maybe I’m missing something obvious but does anyone know if there’s a way of pulling a report that filters by User Course and/or Learning Plan expirations? Need to see expirations / validity periods for all Users, ideally filtered by Group and/or Branch. Does anyone know where on the platform this can be achieved? We are using Docebo Learn - Enterprise . No Learning Analytics bolt-on. 

Is there a way to export the list of users in the system and their demographics with the branch?  I can get everything except the branch from the user management screen?   We track our users and I need a clean report without course information tied to it so that we can report out information.

Hi all,I was hoping somebody could clarify the meaning of “Count of training material access” found in the User Personal Summary. Does this mean:The number of individual training materials accessed by the user. The number of sessions during which the user accessed training material. Something elsePlease see screenshot below for details. 

So, I have the LinkedIn Learning catalog, and it allows people to curate their own content, which drops it in the CLOR.I would like to have it categorized. The trouble is, I can’t tell which courses aren’t in a category.Any ideas how to manage this?

Is it possible to add a field to the users’ pages that show which branch they area  member of?  

Do instructors need to be enrolled in a session?Before: We enrolled the instructor into the course but not the session and had no issues.Now: Two different instructors the past two days could not start a course they are teaching until they entered into a session. Even though they were enrolled in the course and listed as a session instructor. We do not add instructors to Events, only the sessions, but never had to enroll an instructor into a session.What has changed? - We also noticed the button used to change into a different session for instructors were moved to another location on the screen. And on the user side, selecting a session is on the right side now.Thank you for your time.

Hello,I have a course that has two parts to it. The course and an e-signature. When the course is complete, I see a close button that lets me close out the course. But I see the screenshot below that says “Resume where I left off” even if I have completed the course. 

Hi,I am trying to create a Calendar with company events that lives on our Docebo homepage. Do you know how I can add customized company events and links to those events in My Calendar?

Activity Stream -How much shows and how long does it stay?  We’re looking a a few different possible uses.  Does it just keep piling or is there a limit?  How long will a shared item stay?

When a user tries to view their certificate, they get this error: Error messageThe problem is restricted to Learning Plans, not the courses associated with the LPs. On Friday afternoon we created new Certificate Templates and assigned them to the Learning Plans, which resolved the problem for a little while.  By the time we arrived on Monday, the problem returned. Now we set up a notification when users complete a LP so that we can go into the admin menu, choose Certificate Templates, look up the user who received the cert, delete the cert, and then reissue it.  These steps need to be completed every time someone completes our most widely used LP.  Anyone else having this issue and/or know how to fix it permanently?  Just a note - the certificate had been working fine for more than a year previou

Does anyone in the community know if there is a way to use the API to make bulk updates to course evaluations/surveys?  We have a course evaluation with a drop-down list where we need to add additional items to the drop-down.  I can’t think of a way to do it without manually going into every course’s survey, opening up the question, and editing it (or creating a bot to do the same). 

Hi all,We’ve encountered our first case where we need to merge users and I was wondering if anyone has any advice about the best practice for doing this. We need to merge the user because their company name and email address have changed. The Merge User function in Docebo makes it pretty easy to merge the source user into the destination user, but having done this, the source user remains. In this case, is it best practice to delete or retain the source user?Thanks,Daniel

So, those of you that use Salesforce integration will know that you can provision a user’s branch via this.We have this working for our external users.I would like to provision my internal users branch via SSO in a similar manner to Salesforce.Has anyone ever done this? Is it possible?

Hi, I’m creating a page which allows users to decide which catalogue they would like to view.   I ultimately want the page split into sections each with a header e.g. instructor led training, e-learning, etc.  In the screen shot below I added a title to the first custom content widget ‘instructor led events”, but by doing this the other widgets on the same row do not stay aligned.  As the widgets do not accept a blank space for a title I have top put in a full stop to create the look I want (but obviously this isn't a viable solution).  I don't want to create a new row above as it pushes the rest of the content too far down the page. So the question is how do I get all the widgets to align up if I want a title in the first widget only (without having to put full stops in the other)  

Hi, I am a new user to Docebo. After configuring the system, I notice that there is NO cumulative figure for the CPD. Please advice on how best I can have this to my learners as the Cumulative CPD is a crucial information to them. Thanks 

Does anyone have any experience or best practices with payments and/or Docebo with SAP invoice / receivables.   My colleagues and I are starting to research payments and billing and we don’t have much experience in this area, especially on a global scale.   Just curious if there is anyone out there who has had success and if there are any tips, tricks, watchouts.

I’m working on building an in-person event (4 days) and I need some advice as I’m not seeing the whole picture. Prior Registration - click on a link, fill in contact information, answer registration questions, and pay  How can I duplicate this experience on Docebo?  Do I build one session with four events? Thank you in advanced for any advice and tips. I appreciate it.  

As an Admin: After I set up a session and an event, I am asked to put a link of my webinar. However, I cannot select Ms Teams. So, I select Custom Tool and put my Ms Team link there.  As enrolled user: Is there any way to see the Ms Team link after his enrollment?  

HI, Can you hide the training materials from the search results?  or control which tabs in the search results appear?

We only have external users who are the primary end users.   We use eLearning course type to advertise courses and screen the audience to see how many people are interested and then if the count is high enough to develop the course.    Then we use ILT course type to create the actual LIVE course.    The problem is we do have eLearning courses that use the same course type eLearning.   This creates a data governance=reporting problem.   Because if we need to audit or know how many true eLearning modules we have the list includes the “advertisement courses”.  Does anyone use the platform similarly and have any suggestions on organization or is there an idea out there I can upvote to promote the addition of another course type from the list that we could use for this instance?  

Looking to see if anyone has hosted a streaming event on Docebo for 1,000+ users at once. We are planning to stream a 2 hour long opening ceremony from our annual convention within Docebo and I wanted to see if anyone had done something with similar volume of users hitting the system at one time. **I did reach out to my CX as well, but thought I would reach out to this lovely community of users. Set up: Course with Vimeo Streaming link as a Learning Object. We opted not to do this a an ILT b/c of the sheer number of clicks it takes to get to the actual video. Here, they purchase the course, and come back to it on the day of the stream, and once the stream is over, the recording will live in the course to watch back. Concerns:Latency of streaming video/lagging video Inability to load page  Inability to login in other areas of the platform the unknown….

Hi everyone,I’m really keen to understand if the “Global Search” tool in Docebo Learn searches through SCORM modules? I have some strange results coming back that I believe may be coming from within a SCORM module and possibly the code used to help with automating text to voice which is material kept in the SCORM package.The results are not good as it includes phrases used to help the text to speech work more effectively with essentially bad English to help pronouncing some words, but as a search result it looks very bad.Does the Global Search search through the contents within a SCORM package?https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020127199-Using-the-Platform-s-Global-SearchMany thanks for your help folks.JK

I am trying to leverage Docebo’s reporting feature to get a full audit of all of our courses on our platform. There are hundreds of courses that I cannot get to show up in a report because (I think) Docebo will only let me run reports that correlate users to courses and those courses do not have any users enrolled in them. I spent some time playing around with reporting settings yesterday and cannot find a way to get the information I am looking for. Anyone have any idea of a workaround here? Ideally I am able to get a report that shows all of our courses, the corresponding courseid, and the number of users enrolled in that course. Any help would be appreciated.
